Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the imposition of a progressive tax rate on motor vehicle taxes based on The Four Maxims in Pasaman Barat Regency, Sumatra Barat. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study was primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observations, and documentation. The purpose of this study was to determine how to impose a progressive tax rate on motorized vehicle tax based on four principles of tax collection. The results show that the tax principle as still appropriate and relevant to be applied, namely the principles of tax collection proposed by Adam Smith, which are equality, legal certainty, the convenience of payment, and principles efficiency (economic of collection).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of Return  and Risk study in syariah Stocks and convensional stocks LQ45 Indeks in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by using Purposive Sampling by comparing the rate of return and risk of these shares. The method used is the Independent Sample T-test and comparing the performance of mutual funds using the Jensen Test during the period 2012-2016,  the results showed that there was no significant difference between the rate of return and risk of the Syariah Stock and Conventional Stock Index during the 2012-2016 period.

Abstract

Competency-based HR management is a must, as a paradigm of the approach that is considered the most urgent to emphasize that the human element is the main element of organizational success. However, organizations to be able to provide quality state civil servants in order to support the achievement of the goals and objectives of the organization with high performance standards need to continuously improve the mtu and quality of its human resources. In addition, the competencies possessed by each employee individually can support the implementation of the organization's vision and mission through the strategic performance of government organizations. In this research, the title under study is: Competence Determination, Individual Characteristics, Education and Training on Job Satisfaction through Employee Performance at the Karimun District Human Resources Development Agency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect on stock prices. Company profit information which includes gross profit margin, operating profit margin, and net profit margin are variables that are thought to affect the 2012-2014 stock prices. The unit of analysis used is the Consumer Good Industry Company. Testing of this research was carried out using the classic assumption test, which consisted of 3 basic assumptions, namely normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. After that, a multiple linear regression test is performed to determine the regression equation that shows the relationship of the dependent variable that is determined by two or more independent variables. The F-test is carried out to find out whether the three independent variables together have a significant effect on the dependent variable. And the last t-test is used to see the significance of the influence of individual independent variables on the dependent variable by assuming other variables are constant. The results showed simultaneously a positive and significant influence from net profit margin, operating profit margin, and gross profit margin on stock prices in Good Consumer Industry Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while partially net profit margin and gross profit margin were not there is a positive and insignificant influence on stock prices on Good Consumer Industry Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while operating profit margin, partially there is a positive and significant effect on stock prices on Good Consumer Industry Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2012-2014.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to determine how much influence Economic Growth, Regional Original Income, and General Allocation Funds partially have a significant effect on Capital Expenditures in Regencies/Cities in North Sumatra. 2) to find out how much influence Economic Growth, Regional Original Income, and General Allocation Funds simultaneously have a significant effect on Capital Expenditures in Regencies/Cities in North Sumatra. This study uses the associative/quantitative method with the influence of economic growth, local revenue, and general allocation funds with a mathematical approach to answering the problem formulation. The results of the t-count study indicate that the variables of economic growth and general allocation funds have a partial effect on capital expenditures, while local revenue does not partially affect capital expenditures. The results of the f-count study indicate that the variables of economic growth, regional original income, and general allocation funds have a simultaneous effect on capital expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of general allocation funds, special allocation funds and profit-sharing funds on local revenue in districts/cities in Aceh Province . This study uses secondary data, namely data obtained from the report on the realization of the district/city APBD in Aceh Province from 2016-2020 by accessing the official website on the website of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance and the Regional Finance Agency of Aceh Province. The data analysis technique was using panel data regression analysis. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the general allocation fund has a positive and significant effect on regional original income and the special allocation fund has a negative and significant effect on regional original income, while profit sharing funds have a significant negative effect on regional original income.

Abstract

Performance is influenced by various factors, both related to the workforce it self and other factors such as education, skills, discipline, attitudes and work ethics, motivation, nutrition and health, level of income, social security, environment and work climate, job opportunities, and achievement opportunities. In this study to prove the effect of discipline, ability and compensatioan on the performance of the employees of the Riau Islands Province Cultural service. The populations in this study were employees of the Riau Islands Provincial Culture Office in Tanjungpinang, with a total sample of 72 people.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Leadership Style, Work Ethic, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance of PT. Laman Mining. The subject of this study was an employee of PT. Laman mining of the sample to be taken is determined by the Slovin formula. The number of Employees of Laman Mining is 50 people. By using slovin formula with a margin of error of 5% obtained results with a presentation rate of 95%. The data was obtained by questionnaire system using likert scale. The results of this study show that leadership style, work ethic, organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive effect on the performance of employees PT. Laman Mining. (4) The direct influence of Leadership Style (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) has a parameter coefficient of -0.165 (negative), so there is a negative influence where the more Authoritarian The Leadership Style (X1) the lower the Employee Performance (Y) and the Value P Award (X1)) on Employee Performance (Y) is -0.196> 0.05 so that it can be said that the influence of Awards on Employee Performance is insignificant. (4) The magnitude of the influence of Leadership Style (X1), Work Ethic (X2), Organizational Culture (X3) and Job Satisfaction (X4) on Employee Performance (Y) is determined by r² value, r² value on job satisfaction (Y) is 0.984 which means the influence of Leadership Style (X1)), Work Ethic (X2), Organizational Culture (X3) and Job Satisfaction (X4) on Employee Performance (Y) is 98.4%. then there is a negative influence where the more Authoritarian Leadership Style (X1) the lower the Employee Performance (Y) and P value Reward (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) is -0.196 > 0.05 so that it can be stated that the influence of Awards on Employee Performance is insignificant (4) The magnitude of the influence of Leadership Style (X1), Work Ethic (X2, Organizational Culture (X3) and Job Satisfaction (X4) on Employee Performance (Y) is determined by r² value, r² value to job satisfaction (Y) is 0.984 which means the influence of Work Motivation (X1)), Work Ethic (X2), Organizational Culture (X3)and Job Satisfaction (X4) on Employee Performance (Y) is 98.4%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Regional Original Income (PAD), SiLPA, and DBH on Capital Expenditures with PDRB as a moderating variable in the Provincial Government in Indonesia. The population of this study is the Provincial Government in Indonesia as many as 34 provinces in the 2017-2020 observation year. The type of sample in this study uses a saturated sample where the entire population is sampled. The data was processed by using panel data regression statistical test with the help of SPSS software.The results of this study prove that PAD, SiLPA, and DBH have a simultaneous effect on capital expenditures. Partially PAD and SiLPA have a significant positive effect on Capital Expenditures, while DBH has no effect on Capital Expenditures. PDRB is not able to moderate the relationship between PAD, SiLPA, and DBH on Capital Expenditures.
