Abstract

Abstract Purpose, - The purpose of this study is to provide an explanation of the effect of work spirit and motivation on employee performance at the Sekupang Health Center. Design/Methodology/Approach – The research method used is a quantitative research approach. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents from Sekupang Health Center employees. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, the software used is SPSS 22. Research findings - These results indicate that morale and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is one of the most important instruments in an organization. In the face of today's fierce competition, globalization. The success or failure of an organization in achieving its goals is very dependent on the ability of Human Resources (HR) in carrying out the tasks assigned by the organization. Because HR is one of the most important instruments in an organization that can motivate members to improve performance. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Apparatus Competence, Quality of Accounting Information Systems, and Workload on the Performance of Commitment Making Officials of the Karimun Regency Government with the Internal Control System as a Moderating Variable. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the saturated sample method (census). The population and sample in this study were allcommitment-making officials (PPK) in all Regional Apparatus Organizations of Karimun Regency, Riau Islands Province. The type of data used is primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis testing. In this study using SPSS version 26 for windows and SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that: apparatus competence has a positive and insignificant effect on PPK performance with a T-statistical value of 1.418 < 1.96 and a P-value of 0.156 > 0.05, the quality of accounting information systems has a positive and significant effect on PPK performance with a T-statistic value of 3.307 > 1.96 and P-value 0.001 < 0.05,

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, reward and punishment on loyalty, analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, reward and punishment, and job satisfaction on loyalty, analyze the direct and indirect effects of leadership style, motivation, reward and punishment simultaneously. and partially have a significant effect on loyalty with job satisfaction. The population in this study were 163 employees of PT. Central Sumatra Cellular Telecommunications. In this study, the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the technique taken is saturated sampling (census). The data collection technique in this research is to provide or distribute a list of questions or what is called a questionnaire. The sampling method used in this study is a non-probability method. The results showed that leadership style, motivation, reward and punishment had a significant effect on loyalty, and the results showed that leadership style, motivation, reward and punishment, and job satisfaction had a significant effect on loyalty. And the results showed that the leadership style of motivation, reward and punishment on loyalty with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the effect of work-life balance, work stress and work motivation on employee job satisfaction with psychological capital as an intervening variable. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach, data collection using a questionnaire and distributed to 81 respondents. Statistical data analysis using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) and using path analysis to examine the pattern of relationships that reveal the influence of variables with other variables. Both direct and indirect effects use the Smart PLS Ver 3.0 software. The results showed that the work-life balance directly had a positive and significant effect on psychological capital with a p-value of 0.004 <0.05,

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of accounting understanding, work experience and the role of internal audit on the financial statements of regional officials with the internal control system as an intervening variable in the Karimun Regency Government. This study uses a quantitative analytic survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees in the OPD (Regional Organizational Organization) Karimun Regency. The population and sample in this study were employees at 33 OPDs in Karimun Regency which consisted of OPD Financial Administration Officers (PPKeu), expenditure treasurers, revenue treasurers and Budget Users (PA) as well as staff who were directly related to the preparation of financial statements totaling 109 people. Data were analyzed using Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Partial Least Square Analysis (SEM-PLS) with Smart PLS 3.0 software program. The results of this study indicate that work experience and the role of internal audit partially have a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports, while accounting understanding has a positive and insignificant effect on the quality of financial statements in Karimun Regency and accounting understanding and work experience mediated by the internal control system have a positive effect. and significant to the quality of financial reports, while the role of internal audit mediated by the internal control system has a positive and insignificant effect on the quality of financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work discipline and work sanctions on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Pertamina in Batam City. This study uses primary and secondary data obtained through respondents, where respondents will provide verbal responses and or written responses in response to the statements given. The data analysis method used is the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of questions or questionnaires to the respondents. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training, motivation and compensation on the effectiveness of employees' work through job satisfaction. The method used in this research is a causal model survey method, data collection using a questionnaire and distributed to 120 respondents. Statistical data analysis using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) and using path analysis to examine the pattern of relationships that reveal the influence of variables on other variables, both direct and indirect effects. The results in the study indicate that training directly has no significant effect on the effectiveness of employees' work with p-values of 0.587> 0.05,

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competition, education and training, job rotation, and job placement on work quality with intervening organizational commitment variables at officerKarimun Regency Regional Secretariat. The method used is a questionnaire and distributed to 125 respondents. Analysis of statistical data using SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) and using path analysis to examine the pattern of the relationship between the influence of the dependent variable on the independent, both direct and indirect effects with SMART PLS 3.0 software. The results in the study indicate that competition has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a p-value of 0.009 < 0.05, education and training have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a p-value of 0.022 < 0.05, job rotation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a p-value of 0.016 <0.05, work placement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a p-value of 0.
