Abstract

This study aims to develop a MIKiR-based mathematics learning MFI product. The location of the research was in the PGMI study program, UIN North Sumatra, Medan, with a total of 25 samples. This research was conducted using the Research & Development method which was adopted from Tiagharijan's development theory. From the realization of this method, this research results that this mathematics learning LKM product is declared feasible with the one sample statistic test, namely 82.32, very practical through observation with a percentage of 9.84%, and quite effective with the acquisition of Ngain 0.71 in the high category, and if converted to Ngain is based on Hake.RR, then the interpretation of Ngain's effectiveness is categorized as quite effective.

Abstract

Kalsium merupakan salah satu nutrien esensial yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk berbagai fungsi tubuh diantaranya yaitu pembentukan tulang dan gigi, menunjang perkembangan fungsi motorik agar lebih optimal, dan berkembang dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis  kandungan  gizi dan uji daya terima dim sum yang berbahan dasar ikan teri dan labu siam. Desain penelitian ini yaitu eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formulasi  dim sum terpilih berdasarkan uji organoleptik terhadap 30 orang panelis  yaitu dengan penambahan ikan teri 85 gram dan labu siam 15 gram. Dim sum tersebut mengandung zat gizi per 100 gram yaitu kadar air 51,785%, kadar abu 2,997%, kadar protein 8,002%, kadar lemak 1,207%, kadar karbohidrat 36,009% dan kalsium 14,349%. Oleh karna itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dim sum dengan penambahan ikan teri dan labu siam telah memenuhi syarat mutu SNI. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan untuk mengkonsumsi sebanyak 100 gram atau setara dengan 6-7 buah dim sum dengan ukuran kecil dengan penambahan ikan teri dan labu siam agar dapat memenuhi kontribusi dua kali makanan selingan. Saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan masyarakat dapat menjadikan produk dimsum ikan teri dan labu siam ini sebagai cemilan yang tinggi kadar kalsium.

Abstract

This researach discusses the Study of the Principal's Leadership Strategy in Improving the Quality of Education at SDN Telluwanua District, Palopo City. the problem in this study is the lack of management of school principals in improving the quality of education. This study aims to determine the leadership management of school principals in the delivery of education and the impact of educational outcomes at SDN Telluwanua District, Palopo City. The type and research approach used is descriptive quantitative. The source of the data used is primary data obtained from interview instruments with respondents, namely the principal, educators and teaching staff at SDN 18 Maroangin, SDN 52 Salutete and SDN 51 Sumarambu. The results of this study showed that 1. The strategy for improving the quality of education at SDN Telluwanua District, Palopo City began with the commitment of the school principal to improve the quality of education by planning a strategy, followed by improving the school's organizational structure, increasing the competence of educators and education staff, increasing student achievement, fulfillment of facilities infrastructure, building cooperative networks, creating independent school programs and evaluating educators, education staff and school programs. 2. The impact of educational outcomes at SDN schools in Telluwanua District, Palopo City, is that teacher competence has increased, graduation rates and graduate absorption have increased, school performance and school image have increased and facilities and infrastructure have begun to be fulfilled. The implication of this research is that by referring to the results of this study, it is better if the leadership management of school principals in improving the quality of education is increased again from before so that the goals of education in schools can be achieved effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh permainan bentengan terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak kelompok B DI TK Islam Nurul Iman Sekarbela Tahun Ajaran 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen pre-experimental design dengan one grup prestest-posstest design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B di TK Islam Nurul Iman Sekarbela sejumlah 15 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunkan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa nilai thitung 4,145 > ttabel 2,145 maka terdapat pengaruh permainan bentengan terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak kelompok B. Yang artinya terdapat pengaruh permainan bentengan terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak kelompok B DI TK Islam Nurul Iman Sekarbela Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

Students need adequate nutrients for their growth and development. Inadequate nutrition can lead to nutritional problems; anaemia is the most common among students. In 2018, the prevalence of anaemia in Central Sulawesi was 0.16%. This study aimed to determine the formulation of crackers, nutritional substances, and acceptability of the additional red spinach flour and Nike fish flour as an alternative snack. The method used for this study was experimental through a Random Design (RAL). The research was conducted from July 2–18, 2023. There were three formulations used with a comparison of red spinach flour and Nike fish flour: F1 (5%:35%), F2 (10%:30%), and F3 (15%:25%). Based on the results of organoleptic tests, it was found that there were significant differences in the colour, aroma, taste, and texture of crackers. The cracker's formula chosen was F3, which contained the following nutrients per 100 grams of water: 5.627%, ash 5.641%, protein 13.193%, fat 15.287%, carbohydrates 60.250%, iron 7.111 mg, and vitamin C 14,766 mg. It was concluded that crackers with the additional red spinach flour and Nike fish flour could achieve the nutritional needs as a contribution of snacks toward students' Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) by consuming the crackers in 50 grams of 18 pieces.

Abstract

Shaping machine training for students significantly benefits developing technical skills, preparing them for the world of work, and increasing their understanding of manufacturing processes and job safety. A shaping machine is a tool to machine metal surfaces using a reciprocating linear motion. This machine uses a blade moving back and forth to remove a thin metal layer from the work surface and create the desired shape. It is essential to adapt the training method to the needs and characteristics of the participants and provide a safe and conducive environment for learning and practising the use of the shaping machine. Evaluation of technical skills, assessment of theoretical knowledge, and review of the work results of the participants. The experience gained during the training will vary for each participant depending on background, level of expertise, and commitment to learning. The results of this training are expected to increase knowledge and understanding of shaping machines. Participants will learn in-depth about the basic principles of shaping machines, their components, and proper operating techniques.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang efektif merupakan pembelajaran yang ketika dilaksanakan dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah direncanakan sesuai dengan standar mutu pendidikan yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena masih terdapat banyak tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan pembelajaran yang efektif di berbagai institusi pendidikan. Beberapa tantangan tersebut meliputi kurangnya keterlibatan siswa, masalah disiplin, keterbatasan sumber daya, serta variasi dalam kemampuan dan kebutuhan siswa yang belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi peningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran melalui implementasi manajemen kelas di lingkungan pendidikan. Hal ini dikarenakan peran manajemen kelas kurang diperhatikan oleh para pendidik, sehingga lingkungan pembelajaran yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran menjadi kurang kondusif. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan  pendekatan kualitatif, yang mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara  para pendidik dan studi literatur. Analisis data dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi konkret yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen kelas yang efektif dapat mengoptimalkan interaksi antara guru dan siswa, memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang terstruktur, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Berdasarkan hal ini, ada beberapa strategi praktis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, termasuk penggunaan aturan kelas yang jelas, pemberian umpan balik yang terarah, pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran, dan pengelolaan konflik dengan baik. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan panduan yang berguna bagi para pendidik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui manajemen kelas yang efektif.

Abstract

Receptors estrogen can also stimulated by other, namely by fitoestrogen. Fitoestrogen are the group of non steroid plants that have composition resembling the natural estrogen in the body. One of it is isoflavon, that can be binding with receptor estrogen, which affinity for RE-β is greater than RE-α and can make potential effect because receptors estrogen will blocked by isoflavon and cannot be occupied by estrogen.This compound can harm the endocrine system of the body because of the possible bad effects for reproductive function. Isoflavonoid is mostly found in soy. Soybean can be processed to soybean milk. The purpose of this study is demonstrate that administration of soy milk can affect the expression of RE-β uterus at the early reproductive period of female Rattus norvegicus. The method used is an experimental design post test control group design. The sample in this study is 24 Rattus norvegicus females. Then divided into four groups: one control group and three treatment groups were given soy milk each dose of 2.5 mg/kg/weight; 5mg/kg/weight; 10mg/kg/weight. The expression of RE-β uterus were measured by immunohistochemistry. Based on the analysis using ANOVA, was obtained p-value of 0.000, smaller than α = 0:05 (p <0.05). There is a significant influence on the administration of soy milk increase expression of RE-β and by LSD test obtained the results of differences from application of soy milk with different doses.

Abstract

This article analyzes the marketing strategies culinary Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Makassar City to maintain a competitive advantage. This study aims to understand effective marketing strategies in increasing the competitiveness of culinary SMEs in the local market. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques with data-based mass media, ebooks, journals, and online news portals. The analysis results show that effective marketing strategies include using social media, superior product quality, product differentiation, local promotion, and partnerships with local suppliers. In the face of intense competition, culinary SMEs need to consider these factors to remain the main choice of consumers. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see whether Brand Equity, Price, and Product Quality have partial and simultaneous effect on the Decision to Purchase Iphone Brand Mobile Phones in Minasatene Village, Pangkep Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study involving 50 participants. Information was collected by distributing Likert scale questionnaires. Descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis were used to analyze the data. The results of the study reveal that the variables of Brand Equity (X1), Price (X2), and Product Quality (X3) all have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision (Y) of iPhone Brand Mobile Phones in Minasatene Village, Pangkep Regency.Keywords: Brand equity, Price, Product Quality, Purchase DecisionDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v6i1.31-41
