This research aims to determine the school principal's strategy in improving student achievement through an achievement development program. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Gresik, which is the favorite school in Gresik district. Hundreds of SMAN 1 Gresik students have won various competitions at district, provincial and national levels. Various kinds of achievements, both academic and non-academic, have been achieved every year. This research aims to explore more deeply the principal's strategy for improving student achievement through achievement development. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology with a case research type. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. After verification, restatement, or reduction of the data obtained, conclusions are presented. Conclusion,that the achievement development program implemented at SMAN 1 Gresik to improve student achievement through the principal's strategy in planning, organizing, implementing and supervising is very effective in preparing students to take part in various achievement events, both academic and non-academic, both at district, provincial and national levels. This study examines the application of the situational leadership style by principals to enhance teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Gresik. The research utilized a literature review approach, involving data collection, identifying data sources, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that the principal's situational leadership style, encompassing dictating, selling, participation, and delegation, tends to be participative. This participatory approach enables teachers and staff to be more involved in school activities. Moreover, the principal's situational leadership style has a substantial impact on teacher performance. As a result, an improved situational leadership style from the principal can enhance teachers' effectiveness in carrying out their responsibilities. The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) can foster entrepreneurial spirit among students. The Pancasila Student Profile is a character education concept aimed at developing Indonesian students who practice the noble values of Pancasila. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Gresik. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In this study, data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instruments used in this study include interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documentation guidelines. Data analysis technique uses Huberman's model with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) can build students' entrepreneurial spirit through creativity and innovation, collaboration and leadership, as well as social responsibility and ethics. The values of Pancasila instilled through the project provide a strong foundation for students to develop ethical and responsible entrepreneurship. The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project has proven to provide meaningful learning experiences, thus preparing students to face the challenges of the real world. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) program in schools, by highlighting the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from various related parties, such as principals, teachers, and students. The results of the study indicate that in terms of context, program planning in several schools was carried out collaboratively with the local community, although there were obstacles in the understanding of school staff regarding the essence of P5. In terms of input, teacher readiness varies, with some teachers still requiring additional training in implementing P5. Facilities and budget allocation are also challenges in supporting optimal program implementation. In terms of process, the implementation of P5 involves various activities based on Pancasila values, although variations in methods and limited facilities in several schools affect its effectiveness. Monitoring and evaluation of the program still require a more structured system to measure the achievement of program objectives on an ongoing basis. In terms of product, P5 has been shown to improve students' understanding of Pancasila values, 4C skills (Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Creativity), and produce various project-based learning products. However, challenges in the consistency of the application of Pancasila values and limited resources are still obstacles in the implementation of this program. Therefore, more equitable teacher training, increased community support, and innovation in teaching methods are needed to ensure the success of the P5 program in various schools. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the role of the principal in efforts to improve school branding through cultural and digital literacy at SMA Negeri 1 Gresik. Strong school branding not only builds a positive image of the school but also attracts prospective students and strengthens the relationship between the school and the surrounding community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method at SMA Negeri 1 Gresik. In this study, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, vice principal, teachers, and staff, literacy activists, students and through observation and documentation related to cultural and digital literacy activities carried out. The results of the study showed that the principal acted as a strategic leader who initiated local culture-based activities, such as the use of Gresik batik and the introduction of traditional culinary, as well as a facilitator in the integration of digital technology, such as the use of social media for publication of school activities. In conclusion, the impact of implementing this cultural and digital literacy strategy can be seen in the increasing public trust and student participation in cultural activities, especially the culture of the city of Gresik. This study aims to analyze positive culture in improving teacher performance at SMPN 18 Gresik. Positive culture is an important element in creating a work environment that supports collaboration, innovation, and the welfare of educators. This study uses a literature study method with a qualitative approach to explore the concept, implementation strategies, and their impact on teacher professionalism. Data were collected from various relevant national and international journals in the period 2020–2024. The results of the study indicate that positive culture contributes to increasing teacher motivation, discipline, and effectiveness in teaching. The main factors in building a positive culture include the transformational leadership of the principal, collaboration between teachers, a fair reward system, and active participation of students and educators in creating a conducive learning environment. In conclusion, this study shows that the implementation of a positive culture can improve teacher performance, improve social relations in schools, and support the creation of a harmonious and productive educational ecosystem. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award (DofE) program in developing students’ independence and self-confidence through a literature review approach. The method used is a literature review of a number of relevant previous studies, both quantitative, qualitative, and social impact reports from the implementation of the DofE program in various countries. The results of the study indicate that the DofE program consistently provides a positive contribution to strengthening the character of participants, especially in aspects of mental resilience, leadership, 21st century skills, and social engagement. Various studies have concluded that the experience-based activities in this program are effective in increasing students’ self-confidence and independence, and have an impact on improving academic achievement and mental health. Therefore, the implementation of DofE in the Indonesian educational environment, such as at SMP Progresif Bumi Shalawat, is considered strategic as part of strengthening character education and the readiness of the younger generation to face future challenges. This study aims to analyze the influence of resources and disposition of implementers on the implementation of the Child-Friendly School (SRA) policy in Surabaya. The method used is library research by analyzing various literature such as scientific journals, government regulations, and reports from related agencies. Data were collected through searching for relevant written documents in the last ten years and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the SRA policy still faces various challenges, especially related to the limited number of trained educators, budget, and supporting facilities. In addition, the understanding, commitment, and motivation of policy implementers are also not optimal. Schools with better resources and disposition of implementers have proven to be more successful in implementing the SRA policy. This study recommends increasing the budget, intensive training, strengthening policy socialization, and support from local governments and educational organizations as strategic steps in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of the Child-Friendly School policy. This study aims to identify the marketing strategies implemented by SDIT Al Uswah Surabaya in increasing public interest. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study explores in depth the key elements of the marketing mix implemented by the school. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with related parties, and document studies. Data analysis used the Creswell data analysis model, which includes data processing and preparation, reading all data, coding data, presenting descriptions or themes in qualitative narratives, and interpreting data. The results of the study indicate that SDIT Al Uswah Surabaya has succeeded in implementing an effective marketing strategy, which is reflected in the high public interest and the school's proud achievements. The superior Al-Qur'an memorization program, prices that are in accordance with the quality of service, strategic location, utilization of social media and direct promotional activities, competent teaching staff, clear school vision and mission, and adequate facilities and infrastructure are key factors in the success of the school's marketing strategy. This study provides insight into the importance of implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy in the context of educational institutions to increase competitiveness and attract public interest. This research alms to analyze the evaluatlon of the lmplementation of Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) using CLPP model’s, wlth a focus on improving the character of students. The type of research used is Literature Review or library study. Data was collected through journals taken from Google Scholar, while data analysis was cariled out using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Evaluatlon carried out using the CIPP model include evaluation of context, lnput, process and product. Thls evaluation process is very important to gather valuable informatlon regarding successes and challenges in implementlng the P5 program, as well as to provlde recommendatlons for future lmprovements.
