Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive learning media based on Android for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects and analyze its implications in enhancing learning effectiveness. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the Borg & Gall model, which includes stages of research and data collection, planning, initial product development, product validation, revision, trials, further revision, and dissemination. The results show that the development of Android-based learning media through needs analysis, product design, expert validation, student trials, as well as product revision and refinement produces an effective media. Student responses to this learning media indicate a feasibility level of 97%, meaning that the application is highly suitable for use in learning. Interactive Android-based learning media has been proven to increase student engagement and understanding in PAI learning, particularly in Qur’an Hadith material.

Abstract

Customary law in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand plays a crucial role in preserving social harmony and local cultural values, despite facing challenges from modernization, differences in formal recognition, and pressures from national laws and government policies. This study aims to analyze the philosophy, essence, as well as the similarities and differences in the implementation of customary law in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand, reflecting the cultural, social, and spiritual values of each society. The research employs a normative legal method with legislative, historical, comparative, and philosophical approaches to examine the philosophy, essence, and implementation of customary law in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand through the study of legal documents, local traditions, as well as primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The findings reveal that customary law in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand reflects the cultural, social, and spiritual values of their communities through approaches of collectivity, harmony, and sustainability, particularly in resource management and local conflict resolution. In Indonesia, customary law formally recognized in the constitution emphasizes mutual cooperation and a harmonious relationship with nature, though it often clashes with formal law. Vietnam integrates Confucian values into customary law informally recognized at the community level, but it is frequently overshadowed by centralized state policies. Meanwhile, in Thailand, despite lacking official recognition, customary law rooted in Buddhist values remains respected as a social mechanism, especially among indigenous communities. All three countries face the challenges of modernization and globalization, which threaten the sustainability of customary law as a cultural identity and a means of maintaining social and environmental balance

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, financial socialization, and self-control on the financial behaviors of Generation Z.Method: This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing an online questionnaire distributed through Google Forms to university students. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 185 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression and t-test, with the assistance of SPSS software version 2.6.Result: The findings indicate that financial socialization and self-control significantly positively affect the financial behaviors of Generation Z. In contrast, financial literacy does not have a significant impact on these behaviors among university students. This suggests that external influences, such as parental guidance or peer discussions, and personal traits like self-discipline, play a more dominant role in financial decision-making than mere financial knowledge.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: This study contributes by fostering better financial behaviors among Generation Z, who will soon enter the workforce and drive economic activities. By highlighting the importance of financial socialization and self-control, the research provides insights for policymakers and educators to design targeted financial education programs that enhance financial decision-making. In the long run, improved financial behaviors can lead to higher savings rates, reduced debt burdens, and more sustainable economic participation, ultimately strengthening financial stability and economic resilience.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred to date has resulted in the loss of many lives. This is due to the ease with which the COVID-19 virus spreads. According to the latest research published by the WHO, the virus can spread through the medium of objects, one of the easies object to spread virus is money. The spread of the COVID-19 virus can be done through money transactions that have previously been used by people infected by the virus. This is because COVID-19 virus can survive for more than 72 hours. To prevent this, it is necessary to sterilize so that the virus in the money can be neutralized. The technology that can be used for disinfection in this tool is Ultra Violet (UV) light and Ozone Generator. Many studies have shown that UV rays and ozone gas (O3) are able to kill viruses that are on the surface of objects. The ability of UV rays and ozone gas (O3) can kill viruses in money because UV rays and ozone gas (O3) have radiation that is quite harsh, so that if exposed to human skin continuously it can cause damage to skin tissue. In this study, to overcome this problem, a device that is automatically able to carry out the disinfection process in the room is made by utilizing UV light. Infaq Sterilization Box with UV and Ozone (BIUZ) can kill viruses in money, it is also easy to operate and safe. The size of the tool made is adjusted to the object or partner of the research activity, namely the Central Java Great Mosque Manager (PP MAJT). The need for partners is that the tool is able to carry out the sterilization process of infaq money provided by the congregation, both in the form of paper and coins effectively.

Abstract

 This research aims to produce Spektrum Gymnasium which is used as a progress monitoring tool and digital track of sports training that is accurate in building muscle in an efficient time and partners can monitor each customer's muscle-building exercise movements so that the calories wasted can be known, thereby increasing customer satisfaction. The research method begins with discussions with accompanying lecturers and partners. Implementation of activities begins with designing devices, collecting tools and software, and creating outputs in the form of Summit Health tool applications and manuals for using tools and applications. Partner assistance was carried out 6 times. Monitoring and evaluation were conducted to determine developments in using Summit Health tools and the Spectrum Gymnasium application. The sustainability of the Summit Health tool and the Spectrum Gymnasium application as a solution to problems and a guidebook can help in developing tools and applications to calculate calories for consumers independently. The results achieved are in the form of progress reports, final reports, guidebooks, social media accounts, Summit Health tools and Spectrum Gymnasium applications, scientific articles, Summit Health books, IoT-based Spectrum Gymnasium applications, IPR applications and activity publications. Conclusion Spektrum Gymnasium accurately monitors the progress of exercise training in building muscle efficiently. The monitoring feature makes it easier for gym partners to track exercise movements and calories burned, increasing customer satisfaction and exercise results, as well as strengthening customer loyalty and supporting sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam yang merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran wajib pada sekolah, mulai dari tingkat dasar (SD dan SMP) hingga sampai tingkat menengah (SMA dan SMK), memegang peranan yang sangat penting untuk pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional seperti yang diamanatkan dalam UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Akan tetapi pada kenyataannya, berdasarkan pengamatan sebagian besar guru pendidikan agama Islam (PAI), mata pelajaran PAI tersebut kurang diminati oleh para siswa. Mereka kurang bersemangat dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran dan kurang tekun dalam mengerjakan tugas. Abstract

The current research aims to depict how the principle of responsive justice is incorporated in the process of electoral law modification in Indonesia, India, and Australia, as well as to explain the reasons for their differences and the problems of achieving responsive justice in these countries. These objectives are attained through a normative legal approach which includes, but is not limited to, comparative studies, descriptive and explanatory analysis, as well as library research on the electoral legal frameworks of these three nations to determine their compliance with the principle of responsive justice. The results show that the socio-political and economic environment of each country shapes the responsive justice principles to electoral law reforms in the three nations. An open proportional system, coupled with the guarantee of women’s representation is formulated in Indonesia, but suffers from money politics and party system fragmentation. Though the fact governance infrastructure and configurations of elections e.g. government style and usage of Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) technology brings a lot of complexity, India does use the first-past-the-post (FPTP) system, which is less proportional. The EVM technology and FPTP system allow for reserved seats for the marginalized groups as well. Australia stands out with preferential voting, mandatory voting, and accessibility for marginalized groups, although campaign finance transparency remains an issue. Challenges include the influence of political elites, weak legal oversight, and disproportionate representation, while opportunities lie in the use of technology, improved political education, and more transparent and accountable inclusive policies This research is significant because it addresses both theoretical and practical needs in electoral law reform, provides valuable comparative insights, and offers an approach oriented toward substantive justice. These three countries offer valuable lessons in developing electoral systems responsive to societal needs and the challenges of modern democracy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta untuk menganalisis variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Untuk mengaplikasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan mengambil populasi yakni pegawai Biro Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Sekretariat Daerah provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, dengan teknik analisis data mengguna-kan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan dengan regresi sebesar -0,209 artinya berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja dengan regresi 0,373 yang berarti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja dengan regresi sebesar 0,382 artinya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan teknologi informasi dengan regresi sebesar 0,551 artinya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan adalah teknologi informasi.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has become a new task for teachers because almost all learning activities are online. And during the post-pandemic period, several things were no longer burdensome for teachers in the teaching process. Every teacher must have a planning and implementation strategy to support the implementation of effective learning. The objectives of this study are 1) To find out post-pandemic PAI learning planning at SMAN 2 Kota Kediri. 2) To determine the implementation of post-pandemic PAI learning at SMAN 2 Kediri City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study's results indicate that teachers still have difficulties adapting to the learning process after the Covid-19 pandemic, so a blended learning strategy is needed to start learning adaptation after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Aviation Security PT Angkasa Pura. Populasi yang dijadikan sasaran penelitian ini adalah pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan Kinerja Karyawan yang berjumlah 60 orang, dan seluruhnya merupakan responden dengan menggunakan model analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel, yakni: Budaya Organisasi, Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Aviation Security PT Angkasa Pura. Sedangkan secara parsial ditemukan bahwa faktor Motivasi yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Aviation Security PT Angkasa Pura.
