AbstractThe 32-storey apartment building located in Surabaya in this final project is an apartment which originally had 28 floors (+93.60m) and was later modified by adding 4 floors to make it 32 floors (+104.80m). The building structure planning uses building planning regulations, namely SNI Structural Concrete 2847:2013, SNI Loading 1727:2013 and SNI Earthquake 1726:2012, while the structural modeling uses the ETABS version 18.1.1 program.Structural analysis carried out on the modeling has met the requirements according to the regulations in the SNI including Mass Participation, Dual System, Determination of Interstorey Deviation, P-Delta Effects, Horizontal Structure Irregularities, and Vertical Structure Irregularities.Structural elements that are reviewed in the design of the superstructure of the building are floor slabs, beams, columns, and shear walls. Floor slab reinforcement type S12.a with a thickness of 120 in the x direction (support D10-200, field D10-200, shrinkage D8-200), while in the y direction (support D10-100, pitch D10-100, shrinkage D8-200). In beam type G45.60.a, the size of 450 x 600 mm is the support reinforcement (top 6D19, waist 2D10, bottom 3D19, shear 2D13-100), while the field reinforcement (top 3D19, waist 2D10, bottom 3D19, shear 2D13-150). For column type K50.120.a, the size of 500 x 1200 mm is 24D25 longitudinal reinforcement with 1.96% reinforcement ratio, transverse reinforcement (support 10D13-100, pitch 4D13-150). While the shear walls for column reinforcement (longitudinal 22D25, transverse 7D13-100 & 3D13-100), for body reinforcement (longitudinal 2D22-150, transverse 2D22-200, confinement 4D13-100).Keywords: Surabaya Apartment, Structural Analysis, Dual System, SRPMK, Shear WallAbstrakBangunan apartemen 32 lantai yang terletak di Kota Surabaya pada tugas akhir ini, merupakan apartemen yang semula memiliki 28 lantai (+93.60m) kemudian dimodifikasi dengan menambahkan 4 lantai sehingga menjadi 32 lantai (+104,80m). Perencanaan struktur bangunan menggunakan peraturan-peraturan perencanaan gedung yaitu SNI Beton Struktural 2847:2013, SNI Pembebanan 1727:2013 dan SNI Gempa 1726:2012, sedangkan permodelan struktur menggunakan program bantu ETABS versi 18.1.1.Analisa struktur yang dilakukan pada permodelan sudah  memenuhi syarat sesuai peraturan-peraturan di SNI meliputi Partisipasi Massa, Sistem Ganda, Penentuan Simpangan Antarlantai, Pengaruh P-Delta, Ketidakberaturan Struktur Horisontal, dan Ketidakberaturan Struktur Vertikal.Elemen struktur yang ditinjau pada desain struktur atas bangunan yaitu pelat lantai, balok, kolom, dan dinding geser. Penulangan pelat lantai tipe S12.a dengan tebal 120 pada arah x (tumpuan D10-200, lapangan D10-200, susut D8-200), sedangkan arah y (tumpuan D10-100, lapangan D10-100, susut D8-200). Pada balok tipe G45.60.a ukuran 450 x 600 mm tulangan tumpuan (atas 6D19, pinggang 2D10, bawah 3D19, geser 2D13-100), sedangkan tulangan lapangan (atas 3D19, pinggang 2D10, bawah 3D19, geser 2D13-150). Untuk kolom tipe K50.120.a ukuran 500 x 1200 mm tulangan longitudinal 24D25 dengan rasio tulangan 1.96%, tulangan transversal (tumpuan 10D13-100, lapangan 4D13-150). Sedangkan dinding geser pada tulangan kolom (longitudinal 22D25, transversal 7D13-100 & 3D13-100), untuk tulangan badan (longitudinal 2D22-150, transversal 2D22-200, confinement 4D13-100).Kata kunci: Apartemen Surabaya, Analisa Struktur, Sistem Ganda, SRPMK, Dinding Geser
