Abstract

Goal orientation is one of the developments of learning motivation theory with a belief pattern that leads to different ways of approaching, using and responding to achievement situations. One of the factors that influences goal orientation is economic level. The role of education in several developing countries has highlighted the problem of differences in the level of achievement of learning outcomes between schools, namely differences in the socio-economic status background of students which cause large differences in social levels in schools, thus encouraging the development of schools to achieve maximum learning achievement. This study aims to determine the differences in goal orientation of students who have differences in economic levels. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach to describe the picture of the differences in goal orientation of students. The results of the study showed that students who are at the middle economic level have a mastery goal type because there is an aspect of social support that supports students in understanding the lesson well. Meanwhile, students who have a performance goal type are at the lower economic level. This is because they get less social support due to their low economic level.

Abstract

The Village Consultative Body (BPD) as a manifestation of democracy in the administration of village government, accommodates and channels the aspirations of the community. With the existence of BPD, it is hoped that a synergistic relationship will be established between BPD as a representative of the village community and the village head as the head of village government. Because the community has a place to convey aspirations. So that the interests of the people can be accommodated in the formulation of village regulations. However, some functions and tasks of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) have not been implemented properly or even in accordance with established procedures. The method in this study is a method that combines elements of normative law supported by the addition of empirical data. The results showed that the process of planning, formulating and determining the formation of Village Regulations in South Bulango sub-district carried out by BPD and the Village Government process/stages was not in accordance with the provisions of Permendagri 110 of 2016 concerning Village Consultative Bodies and Permendagri 111 of 2014 concerning technical guidelines for regulations in villages. The process carried out by BPD seems to be effective only at the stage of its determination without regard to the makenism that has been arranged so that the hope of promoting good governance has not been fully effective. Thus, strategic policies are needed for the implementation of good government, such as providing technical guidance, increasing the level of formal education, procuring infrastructure facilities and supporting operations for BPD to carry out its functions and roles in the implementation of village government

Abstract

Wind energy is renewable energy used as an energy source for wind power plants (PLTB). The most common distribution method used to model wind speed distribution data is the Weibull distribution. The Nakagami distribution has begun to be widely used in several studies to model wind speed distribution data. The Nakagami distribution is considered an alternative to the Weibull distribution in modeling wind speed distribution data. This study aims to compare the distribution of Nakagami and Weibull in analyzing wind power potential and calculating the resulting Wind Energy Production (WEP), using wind speed distribution data from both distributions in Kuta Raja, Banda Aceh and Lhoknga, Aceh Besar. The wind speed data used is satellite data (secondary data) downloaded via windguru.cz, with the most stable wind speed being a wind speed of 3-5 m/s. The value of wind power potential at the Kuta Raja location, Banda Aceh was obtained at 64.16% with the Nakagami distribution and 62.73% with the Weibull distribution, and 73.60% with the Nakagami distribution and 73.28% at the Lhoknga location, Aceh Besar. The comparison of these two distributions produces a Weibull distribution that is superior to the Nakagami distribution for both locations, where the Weibull distribution has a smaller error value and produces a WEP value that is in accordance with the actual/observable data compared to the Nakagami distribution. In this study, the Nakagami distribution has results that make this distribution an alternative or comparison to the Weibull distribution in distributing wind speed data with further research.

Abstract

Groundwater is water that sourced from rainwater, river water and others which seeps into the ground and accumulates in a layer called an aquifer. Estimation of the distribution and identification of aquifer geometry is carried out to assist the people of Cot Madhi Village in an effort to design the depth of drilling to obtain water that will be used for their basic and supporting needs. In this measurement, the 1D resistivity geoelectric method is used to determine the resistivity value changes of the rock layer which serves to identify the type of aquifer and the depth of the aquifer for efficient drilling of well activities. The measurement uses Supersting instruments with Wenner-Schlumberger cable configuration. The results showed subsurface resistivity values in the measurement area between 3.4 - 112.1 m. The penetration depth in this measurement is up to 165 meters deep. The resistivity model profile indicates a very economical water layer (aquifer) with a resistivity of 27.3 m located at a depth of 54-84 meters with a thickness of 30 meters. This research found a potential aquifer layer as a source of clean water.

Abstract

The development and success of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are highly dependent on accessible and suitable financing options. This article provides an in-depth review of various SME financing sources, examining the benefits, drawbacks, and impacts of each option, including fintech lending, traditional bank financing, and venture capital. The findings offer a systematic understanding of SME finance dynamics. Results indicate that while venture capital can accelerate growth, it often raises challenges related to sustainability and governance. In contrast, bank financing provides stability but is hindered by high interest rates and complex bureaucratic processes. Fintech financing offers rapid access and ease but comes with heightened security and risk assessment concerns. The study suggests that SMEs should align funding choices with their unique needs and characteristics. Additionally, regulators and stakeholders are encouraged to increase their knowledge and safeguards in response to the expanding fintech lending market. Future research could explore innovative, eco-friendly financing solutions to meet SMEs' evolving needs. This article contributes valuable insights to stakeholders, supporting the sustainable growth of SMEs. Keywords: SME Financing; Debt Financing; Fintech Lending; Bank Financing; Venture Capital
