This journal discusses the role of the Ulul Albab Taklim Council at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU) as a means of fostering religious knowledge and spiritual guidance for students. Through a routine study program held three times a week, this assembly discusses various religious topics such as fiqh, akhlaq, Sufism, and tafsir, which aims to increase the spiritual intelligence of participants. In addition, collaboration with various campus organizations such as IMM, HMI, and KAHMI is a strategy to expand the reach of da'wah and increase organizational productivity. The implementation of good management functions, including planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling (POAC), is expected to achieve effective da'wah goals and be well received by the audience. This study uses a qualitative case study method, with data collection through in-depth interviews and participatory observations, to understand the dynamics of the management of the taklim council and the challenges faced. The results of the study show that the Ulul Albab Taklim Council has great potential in shaping students' character and religious understanding, as well as making a positive contribution to the academic environment at UINSU.

This study examines the impact of independent and dependent variables on Junior High Schools in Sub Rayon 05, North Aceh Regency. The benefits of this study are to be a reference material and increase knowledge in the field of visionary leadership of school principals, organizational culture, task commitment and work motivation and to provide information for junior high school principals in Sub Rayon 05 in particular and junior high school principals in North Aceh Regency in general. This study applies a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques in this study with interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of 142 teachers. The results of the display of the principal's visionary leadership variable significantly affect task commitment. From the organizational culture side, it significantly affects commitment. At the same time, the principal's visionary leadership side also significantly affects work motivation, and organizational culture affects work motivation. From the work motivation side, it significantly affects the task commitment of junior high school teachers in Sub Rayon 05, North Aceh Regency. In addition, the principal's visionary leadership, organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously affect the task commitment of junior high school teachers in Sub Rayon 05, North Aceh Regency.

This study aims to examine the differences in students' critical thinking skills between those taught using the Socratic-based Case Method and the non-Socratic Case Method, as well as to analyze the interaction between the Case Method and spiritual intelligence on critical thinking skills. A quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test non-equivalent control group design was employed. The participants were students from the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Padang, enrolled in the Introduction to Microeconomics course during the 2024/2025 academic year. The findings reveal significant differences in critical thinking skills between students taught with the Socratic-based and non-Socratic Case Methods. Additionally, differences were observed based on students' levels of spiritual intelligence, and an interaction effect was identified between the learning model and spiritual intelligence on students' critical thinking skills.

A battery store is a business that specifically sells car batteries or batteries. In running this business, it is highly dependent on the smooth operation of good inventory management. A good supply of goods will be the main key in ensuring the availability of goods to meet consumer demand. Companies need to have a good supply chain management system to have quality products or services. Several aspects and stakeholders must work well to ensure that the supply chain flow runs appropriately starting from suppliers, companies, distribution, to customers. Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) is a performance measurement model in the supply chain that can explain a company's supply chain in detail through measurement indicators that are appropriate to the company. To calculate the SCOR method using AHP weighting. There are 10 indicators obtained and 3 indicators need to be improved to improve the performance of Supply Chain Management at Toko Aki, namely the Planning cycle Time indicator with a value of 33.33, Timely delivery performance by suppliers with a value of 66.66 and Timely delivery performance by the company 85.5. Improvement proposals are made on indicators with a value of < 90 (Excellent).

Research to determine the influence of the principal's visionary leadership factors, school culture and teacher achievement motivation on teacher performance. Associative type of quantitative descriptive research method. By using a multiple regression analysis approach. The research was conducted at 8 driving elementary schools in West Aceh Regency. The research results found (a). The level of achievement of the school principal's visionary leadership has reached 93.12%, the level of achievement of school culture that is appropriate and implemented jointly has reached 86.42%. Meanwhile, the principal's assessment stated that teacher achievement motivation was in the very good category, reaching 93.62%, and the teacher's performance level reached 92.29% of ideal expectations. (b) The results of multiple regression analysis conclude that the principal's visionary leadership, school culture and teacher achievement motivation partially have a positive effect on performance, (c). Based on correlation and determination analysis, it is proven that there is a very close relationship and the three factors are R = 0.764. And based on the coefficient of determination, the contribution of the principal's visionary leadership, school culture and teacher achievement motivation to teacher performance is 58.4%

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics and digital literacy on the performance of culinary small businesses through marketing capabilities as mediation in Padang City. The existence of MSMEs is very important in creating economic stability, especially in the culinary sector, which is one of the main pillars of the regional economy. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach, where the population studied includes all culinary MSME players in Padang City. The sample taken amounted to 170 culinary small business owners registered in various associations and entrepreneurial communities. The results show that entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive and significant influence on marketability. These entrepreneurial characteristics include innovative attitude, risk-taking courage, and skills in managing the business, which increase marketing effectiveness. Marketing capability is proven to have a positive and significant effect on business performance, because the right marketing strategy can increase sales and business competitiveness. Meanwhile, digital literacy has a positive influence on marketing ability and business performance, but the effect is not significant. This suggests that although digital literacy is important, the implementation of technology in marketing and business performance has not been fully optimized. This study also confirms that entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive influence on business performance through marketing ability as a mediator, while digital literacy does not have a significant influence on business performance through marketing ability as a mediator

The potential for groundwater is very large and widely distributed in Aceh Besar District as indicated by the Groundwater Basin map. This potential is supported by the presence of sedimentary deposits consisting of materials such as gravel, sand and clay. This research was conducted to identify the type of aquifer and calculate the amount of groundwater discharge in the district of Aceh Besar. The discharge calculation is carried out using Darcy's Law where this equation can be used to describe the ability of the aquifer to flow through the rock. This study also compares the results of calculating the water discharge using Darcy's Law with the real Pumping Test data. The results showed that the coastal area of Aceh Besar was dominated by confined aquifers with average depth of 40-120 m and thickness of 3-30 m. The results of calculating the water discharge (flux) in the study area were obtained around 3414.61 m/day or equivalent to 39.51 liters/second. The results of comparison with the real Pumping Tes data in segment 2 found that the results of calculating discharge using Darcy's Law were 23.93 liters/second while the results of real Pumping Test were 25.5 liters/second so that the error value found is 6.1%, and in segment 3 the results of calculating discharge using Darcy's Law is 21.88 liters/second while the results of the real Pumping Test are 21 liters/second so that an error value of 4.2%.. From the results of these two comparisons, it can be seen that the calculation of water discharge using Darcy's Law is comparable and has significant results with the results obtained from the real Pumping Test, so that the calculation of water discharge using Darcy's Law can be used for a reference in the groundwater exploitation.

The formation of regional regulations cannot be separated from the harmonization of draft regional regulations. This stage is carried out to avoid overlapping regional regulations, in the sense that these regional regulations do not conflict with higher or equivalent laws and regulations, both vertically and horizontally, as well as aspects of content and finishing techniques. This research is a normative legal that examines the harmonization of the contents of the regional regulation draft regarding the financial management of the Gorontalo Province. The results of the study illustrate that the preparation of laws and regulations must refer to a philosophical basis, namely legal norms which are based on legal ideals (rechtsidee) as the highest legal value, then on a sociological basis which has a high level of effectiveness towards society, and then on a juridical basis which must be based on higher regulatory norms. Furthermore, in harmonizing the contents of the draft regional regulation on the financial management of the Gorontalo Province, it was seen that there was a significant gap, including the improvement of the preamble formulation, the legal basis for consideration, the addition of articles governing the regional regulations of the Gorontalo Province regarding regional financial management. This study investigates the factors that influence employee performance, namely personal factors, leadership, co-worker factors, work facilities, and work environment. This study uses a quantitative explanatory approach with primary data obtained from a survey with a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees in North Maluku Province. The sample in the study came from two agencies, namely the Communication, Informatics, and Code Agency and the Transportation Agency of North Maluku Province, totaling 103 people. The data analysis technique used multiple regression with the help of SPSS software. The findings indicate that personal factors and leadership positively influence employee performance, with improved individual attributes and effective leadership leading to enhanced performance outcomes. Conversely, the presence of a larger number of co-workers was found to negatively affect performance, potentially due to role ambiguity and reduced accountability. Additionally, work facilities and the work environment did not significantly impact employee performance. The results emphasize the importance of focusing on personal and leadership development to boost employee effectiveness while addressing co-worker dynamics to maintain clear roles and responsibilities. Future research should further investigate these relationships to refine strategies for organizational performance improvement.
