Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to provide information to coaches, coaches, athletes, the community, and related agencies, especially football fans, regarding the development of soccer sports achievements, especially at SSB Rajawali Pekanbaru. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative research that describes a symptom, an event, an incident that is happening at the present time, how is the level of football development at SSB Rajawali Pekanbaru. Based on the results of the research and discussion that the author has described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded from the results of the analysis of coach quality data that it can be seen that the quality level of the football coach at SSB Rajawali Pekanbaru which is in the very good category is 30 people of 83.3%, while in the good category, 5 people were 13.9%, for the enough category 1 person with a frequency of 2.8%. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the athlete's motivation data, it can be seen that the level of motivation of athletes in the soccer sport at SSB Rajawali Pekanbaru which is in the very good category is 72.2%, while in the good category 9 is good by 25%, for the enough category 1 person with a frequency of 2.8%. Based on the results of the analysis, the motivation level of football athletes at SSB Rajawali Pekanbaru is in the very good category with an average result of 79.76%. Then the results of the data analysis of facilities and infrastructure can be seen that the level of quality of athletes in the soccer sport at SSB Rajawali Pekanbaru which is categorized as very good 19 people is 52.8%, while in the good category 15 is good by 41.7%, for the category is quite 2 people with frequency of 5,6%. Based on the results of the analysis, the level of facilities and infrastructure for the football sport at SSB Rajawali Pekanbaru is in the good category with an average result of 74.75%. Abstract

Abstract: From the observations of researchers in the field, the Satpol players of Riau Province. Researchers observed that in training sessions and in matches, there are still many shortcomings of Satpol players in Riau Province. One of them is like the leg muscles when jumping during a smash or block. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of box jump training on leg muscle power in the men's volleyball team Satpol Riau Province. The population in this study were 12 men's volleyball team Satpol Riau Province. The sampling technique used total sampling, so that the sample in this study amounted to 12 people. To measure the power of the leg muscles using a vertical jump. The data obtained were analyzed using the t-test. Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an effect of Box jump training on leg muscle power in the Riau Provincial Satpol Men's team, proven by the results of tcount 4.723> t table 1.796 at α = 0.05. This proves that by doing Box jump exercise, leg muscle power can get better results. Key Words: Box jump, Leg Muscle Power

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of basic technical skills in playing football in 16 year old players in Bangko District. This research belongs to the type of descriptive research, which is a study that aims to get a real picture or reality of the state of the object of research supported by data in the form of numbers obtained from the results of data collection, namely by using the method of test and measurement techniques. The place of this research was carried out in Koni field, Rokan Hilir Regency, Jl. Main, the Koni alley. This research was conducted for 6 months from June 2020 to March 2021. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the basic technical skills of playing football in 16-year-old players in Bangko District, after being tested using four different techniques in soccer games, namely passing and stoping. , dribbling, heading and shooting. with the results obtained are in the "medium" category by 50% with 9 athletes. So the basic technical skills of football in Bangko District players aged 16 are included in the "medium" category. Meanwhile, the other 50% fall into the category of "good, enough, less, and bad".Key Words: Basic Techniques for Playing Football

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the problem of the low level of badminton sport coaching at PB Tangkas Jaya Pekanbaru, which reveals the quality of coaches, athletes, organizations, and infrastructure. This study aims to determine the quality of coaches, athletes, organizations, and existing infrastructure at PB PB Tangkas Jaya Pekanbaru. The population in this study were athletes at PB Tangkas Jaya Pekanbaru who participated in badminton coaching. This research is classified as a descriptive study using primary data obtained directly from athletes at PB Tangkas Jaya Pekanbaru. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from questionnaires. Sampling used a total sampling technique, amounting to 30. The instrument used was a questionnaire or questionnaire which was conducted online. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the badminton performance development system at PB Tangkas Jaya Pekanbaru is in the sufficient category. Abstract

Food safety issues in Indonesia are still a common concern. Lack of knowledge causes the number of food safety cases is increasing, such as snack poisoning and diarrhea. This community service was carried out to form the PKK Food Safety Cadre in Kalimojosari Village which is expected to provide information and education to local residents regarding food safety. The implementation method applied was communication, information, and education counseling through the lecture method. The result of this community service activity is an increase in knowledge about food safety issues by 6.08%.

Slamet.2015. Manajemen Pembelajaran Berbasis Kurikulum 2013 di SMP Islam Kota Semarang (Studi Empiris di SMP Sub Rayon 02 Kota Semarang). Tesis, Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan, Pascasarjana Unnes. Pembimbing I Dr.Ir. I Made Sudana,M.Pd,IPM, pembimbing II Dr. Tri Suminar,M.Pd.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengorganisaian belajar, dan evaluasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendeskripsian ini akan dapat diketahui antara harapan dan kenyataan dalam pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum 2013 yang telah dilakukan oleh guru. Harapan dan kenyataan akan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan program sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogis guru.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode penelitian adalah studi deskriptif. Fokus penelitian adalah rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), proses pembelajaran dan penilaian dalam pembelajaran, subyek penelitian adalah guru 6 (enam) mata pelajaran di dua sekolah dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah telaah RPP, observasi pembelajaran dan wawancara dengan subyek penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) setiap guru di dua sekolah masih belum optimal dalam membuat perencanaan pembelajaran, 2) belum optimal dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran khususnya dalam memilih dan menerapkan model pembelajaran, 3) belum optimal dalam melakukan penilaianatau evaluasi pembelajaran khususnya penilaian sikap peserta didik. Secara umum penelitian ini mendukung dari penelitian sebelumnya.Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) secara kuantitas RPP telah dibuat oleh semua guru, tetapi secara kualitas RPP belum optimal, 2) proses pembelajaran telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, meskipun belum optimal. 3) penilaian belum optimal dilakukan dalam proses pembelajaran, dan 4) masih lemahnya pengawasan oleh pengawas maupun kepala sekolah. Solusi mengatasi kekurangan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, maupun evaluasi dalam pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum perlu adanya evaluasi dari berbagai pihak, mulai dari kepala sekolah, guru, pengawas sekolah dan dinas pendidikan. The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation and learning organizing, and evaluation in the learning process. This description will be known between the expectations and reality in the 2013 curriculum-based learning that has been done by teachers. Hope and reality will be used as the basis for the preparation of school programs in improving professional competence and teacher pedagogical competence. This research uses qualitative approach, research method is descriptive study. The focus of the research is the lesson plan (RPP), the learning process and the assessment in the learning, the subject of the research is the teacher of 6 (six) subjects in two schools with data collection technique is RPP study, learning observation and interview with research subjects. The results showed that: 1) every teacher in two schools is still not optimal in making learning plan 2) not yet optimal in learning implementation especially in choosing and applying learning model 3) not yet optimal in doing assessment or evaluation of learning especially student attitude evaluation. In general, this study supports from previous research.The conclusions of this research are: 1) the quantity of RPP has been made by all teachers, but the quality of RPP is not optimal yet, 2) the learning process has been well implemented, although not yet optimal. 3) the assessment has not been optimally done in the learning process, and 4) still lack of supervision by supervisors and principals.Solutions to overcome the shortcomings in planning, implementation, and evaluation in curriculum-based learning need to be evaluated from various parties, ranging from principals, teachers, school supervisors and education offices.

Abstract

Education that is charged with multicultural values ​​is a staged-educational process that can be used as a binder and a bridge to accommodate differences, such as ethnicity, language, culture, gender, region, and religion in a multi-cultural society in order to create intelligent, wise, and polite personality in dealing with diversity issues. Multicultural education should continue to be understood comprehensively, so it is not stagnant only limited to discourse, and ultimately can be implemented in harmony and without any negative effects. It is this basis that causes multicultural education urgent for immediate implementation in educational institutions, so it is necessary to comprehensively study various aspects of life so that there is a synergy between the academic community and the society of a nation-state. This study employed a research and development (R & D) design from Borg and Gall, while the design of the model was adopted from the development of McKenny. The research procedure was based on the ten-phased design from Borg and Gall that has been modified into three phases, namely (1) a preliminary study; (2) the development of the design; and (3) testing the feasibility of the product. Based on the conclusion, this study recommends that multicultural education is a new discourse of education in Indonesia, but the urgency of its implementation is very high; the multicultural education curriculum can be implemented through each level of education, the student program and in the process of habituation through daily learning both within the school and in the family. Multicultural education can be inserted through the planting of multicultural values ​​into the curriculum or learning activities which are responsively multicultural by promoting respect for differences: racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, and territorial between the community members; and no less important is that multicultural education discourse can be implemented within the scope of the family, as the smallest social institution in the community which is most effective learning media in the process of internalization and transformation of values, as well as the socialization of family members.

Abstract

Indonesia is full of diversity, either ethnic, religious, culture, custom, racial, territorial, and so on. In having a common perception onIndonesian diversityas a nation, multicultural education has become a necessity. Incorporating multicultural education into the curriculum is very urgent, at least by incorporating it with other relevant subjects, such as Civics, History, and Religion. Multicultural education is a response to the growing diversity of school populations, as well as the demands of equal rights for every citizen. Another dimension, multicultural education is the development of curricula and educational activities to tap into the views, history, achievements and concerns of non-Europeans. Multicultural education encompasses all learners regardless of group, such as: gender, ethnic, racial, cultural, social, territorial, and religious strata, which has become a demand and necessity in building a new Indonesia. However, multicultural education requires an in-depth study of the concepts and praxis of its implementation, even to the present the concept of multicultural education has not been studied seriously in education. However, when judicially judged, Act Act no. 20/2003 on the National Education System has provided an opportunity to elaborate further on the concept of multicultural education, particularly in Article 4 paragraph (1) which regulates the implementation of education which takes into consideration the diverse cultural values ​​of society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) penerapan regulasi standara kualifikasi dan kompetensi Pengawas, Kepala Sekolah, dan Guru, (2) Pola kerja sama dan persepsi guru tentang kinerja Pengawas dan Kepala Sekolah, (3) pemberdayaan guru (eacher empowerment) SD, SMP, dan SMA Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei melalui pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis statistic inferensial parametris. subyek penelitian sebanyak 186 responden menggunakan teknik cluster statified random sampling melibatkan 60 sekolah. Instrumen angket dipergunakan untuk mengumpulkan variabel standar kualifikasi dan kompetensi, Pengawas, Kepala Sekolah dan Guru, serta persepsi guru dalam bekerja sama. Data-data sekunder dipergunakan untuk verifikasi dan melengkapi data primer. Pengolahan data statistik deskriptif untuk menguraikan keberadaan variabel mandiri. Pengolahan data dengan statistik inferensial dipergunakan untuk mengetahui kamparatif dan keeratan hubungan antara ketiga variabel. FGD dilakukan untuk verifikasi data dan implikasi pemberdayaan guru. Hasil analisis : (1) Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa standar kualifikasi masih ada yang belum memenuhi kriteria indikator usia dan pendidikan. Kompetensi Pengawas, Kepala Sekolah dan Guru termasuk kategori ‘sangat tinggi’, (2) Pola kerja sama diperoleh nilai kesesuaian 0,83 (sangat tinggi) dari yang diharapkan. Pengujian hipotesis peneitian pertama analisis komparatif one way anova hasilnya F hitung > F table (296.388 > 2.9359), kedua korelasi bivariat Hasilnya ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan (µ = 0,05) antara Pengawas dengan Guru rxy sebesar 0,423, Kepala Sekolah dengan Guru rxy sebesar 0,380, dan Pengawas dengan Kepala Sekolah rxy sebesar 0,667 (3) Pemberdayaan guru difokuskan pada bidang kapasitas SDM, pemenuhan sarpras, dan inovasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

RSU Haji Surabaya is a public hospital located in Manyar Kertoadi Street Surabaya of East Java Province Goverment. In the process of defining and grouping there are a lack in doing the steps of definition and grouping. The process of observing and diagnosing problems, inaccuracies in reducing or eliminating the impact of an error problem. The process of resolving the problem is not there is a solution that do if there damage over and over. The process of making management of the problem after done repair did prevention what can be done in order to avoid a similiar problem. So that the impact there is no clarity in doing management of the problem.In the process of repair the document planning, used the standart or best practice Infromation Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 3 (V3) about Service Operation, especially related to the process of the Problem Management. The main focus on the problem management was chosen because it is an activity that is conducted to find out the cause of the problem, problem complete, reduce the risk, and avoid a recurrence of the same problem back on the installation SIMRS.The result of this research were obtained planning document IT problem management 8 Standart Operational Procedure (SOP), 9 (IK) Work Instructions and Work Record 22 (RK).
