Abstract

This research focuses on developing Blooket-based educational games as learning aids for Muamalah Fiqh material, aimed at class IX students at MTs Hidayatul Muhajirin. The methodology used is Research and Development (R&D) based on the Borg and Gall model. Even though this model includes ten stages, the research only utilized two main steps, namely the development stage and the implementation stage. A total of 26 class IX students were involved as participants in this research. Data was obtained by filling out a questionnaire which was distributed online using Google Form after implementing the learning media. Additionally, analysis of student feedback was conducted to gain additional insights. Based on the analysis results, it was found that the application of Blooket significantly increased students' enthusiasm for learning. The average student interest score before using this media was 65, and increased to 93 after its implementation. Students also stated that the Blooket game made the learning process more interesting and efficient. The results of this research indicate that Blooket can function as an innovative learning media that is effective in increasing learning motivation. In the future, it is hoped that this media can provide great benefits for the teaching and learning process at MTs Hidayatul Muhajirin and become an inspiration for the development of similar media.

Abstract

The growing use of speech recognition technology in Qur’anic learning and the significant role of artificial intelligence in enhancing educational quality at madrasahs form the background of this study. The aim is to explore the utilization of speech recognition based on sound type artificial intelligence to assist students in writing verses from Surah Al-A‘la (87): 14–19. This study adopts a qualitative approach with a sample of 16 eighth-grade students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively. The findings reveal that the use of sound type AI technology enhances students’ accuracy and confidence in writing Qur’anic verses. These results align with technology-based learning theories that support the integration of digital tools in religious education. The study concludes that speech recognition technology serves as an effective aid in Qur’anic learning. Its implications include enriching the literature on educational technology and encouraging madrasahs to integrate digital innovations into the learning process. Furthermore, this study opens avenues for further exploration of similar technologies across diverse educational contexts.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low student interest in the Islamic Cultural History (SKI) subject at MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya, which is attributed to the use of conventional evaluation methods and the limited application of interactive digital media. The aim of this research is to develop and assess the feasibility of a digital evaluation medium using Blooket as an interactive alternative for SKI learning. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The research subjects included media experts, content experts, and 20 students from class XII C. Instruments consisted of validation sheets and student response questionnaires. Validation results showed that Blooket received a score of 95% from media experts and 90% from content experts, categorized as "Highly Valid" and "Feasible." Field trials indicated a significant increase in student learning interest, with an average score of 4.68 in the "Very High" category. These findings demonstrate that Blooket is effective as an interactive and enjoyable evaluation tool that enhances student participation in SKI learning. The implications of this study support the adoption of game-based digital evaluation media as an innovative alternative in Islamic Religious Education, particularly in SKI, to boost student motivation and engagement in the digital era.

Abstract

The low level of student participation and understanding in Al-Qur’an Hadis instruction—particularly in the study of Surah Al-A’la—poses a challenge to creating an effective and meaningful learning process. This study aims to develop an interactive video-based learning medium using Edpuzzle, tailored to the characteristics of eighth-grade students and designed to enhance their comprehension of the material. The research employed the ASSURE development model, which includes analyzing learners' needs and characteristics, defining learning objectives, selecting relevant media, integrating digital technology, engaging learners actively, and conducting media evaluation and revision. Validation results indicate that the Edpuzzle interactive video received feasibility scores of 83% from media experts and 81% from content experts, suggesting it is suitable for instructional use. A trial involving 20 students yielded a positive response, with an average satisfaction rate of 90%. Students reported that Edpuzzle made learning more enjoyable, varied, and helpful in understanding the content of Surah Al-A’la through visualization and interactive features. These findings conclude that Edpuzzle positively contributes to improving student motivation and comprehension by delivering content in a structured and communicative manner. The implications suggest that interactive digital media such as Edpuzzle are appropriate for broader application in religious education and hold potential to foster students’ critical thinking skills and digital literacy in the technological era.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to identify and describe factually, accurately, and systematically (1) Teachers' understanding of the teaching factory (TeFa) model and (2) Inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of TeFa in the Food Crops and Horticulture (ATPH) agribusiness expertise program at SMK Negeri 7 Palangka Raya. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach. The study's subjects included the principal, the head of the expertise program, teachers, and employees at SMK Negeri 7 Palangka Raya. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive analysis methods. The study's results showed that (1) some teachers have a good understanding of the concept, objectives, and steps involved in implementing TeFa. In contrast, others remain confused about integrating TeFa into the learning process. (2) The implementation of TeFa in the ATPH expertise program at SMK Negeri 7 Palangka Raya is running because of supporting factors including: (a) The principal has entrepreneurial motivation and TeFa development; (b) some TeFa managers and instructors (teachers and employees) have attended industry training; (c) the existence of production/business units; (e) support from the business and industry (DUDI) partners even though the number of participating industries is still lacking. The implementation of TeFa has several obstacles, including (a) the lack of TeFa training provided, (b) limited facilities and infrastructure, (c) government funding, (d) limited cooperation with DUDI, and minimal industrial experience from managers. Keywords: teaching factory, smk, the food crops and horticulture (ATPH) Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan secara faktual, akurat, dan sistematis tentang: (1) Pemahaman guru mengenai model teaching factory (TeFa), dan (2) Faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam implementasi TeFa pada program keahlian agribisnis Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura (ATPH) di SMK Negeri 7 Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Objek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, ketua program keahlian, guru, dan pegawai di SMK Negeri 7 Palangka Raya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sebagian guru telah memahami konsep, tujuan, dan langkah-langkah implementasi TeFa dengan baik, namun sebagian lainnya masih mengalami kebingungan dalam mengintegrasikan TeFa ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Abstract

Student learning interest, particularly among Generation Z, tends to be low due to teaching methods that are often unengaging and not fully aligned with the characteristics of a generation raised in a digital ecosystem. This generation demonstrates a strong preference for visual content, rapid access to digital information, and an independent, interactive learning style. This study aims to explore the use of posters as an innovative learning medium suited to the traits of Generation Z. A descriptive qualitative method was employed using a case study approach, based on a literature review from various relevant journals. The findings indicate that posters function not only as visual aids but also as creative media capable of linking students’ learning needs with instructional goals. When used effectively, posters foster active student engagement and enhance material comprehension through visualization. The study concludes that teachers need to improve their competencies in designing innovative visual media that are relevant to technological advancements. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of supporting teachers in developing adaptive, visual-based learning strategies to address the educational challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya penggunaan video interaktif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) guna meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas proses belajar-mengajar. Seiring perkembangan zaman dan kemajuan teknologi, dibutuhkan pendekatan yang kreatif, interaktif, dan relevan, seperti pemanfaatan media digital, metode pembelajaran aktif, serta integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk membangkitkan minat belajar, memperkuat pemahaman materi, serta membentuk karakter dan akhlak peserta didik secara menyeluruh. Guru PAI memiliki peran sentral dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi inovatif agar proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna dan kontekstual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Fokus utama penelitian adalah bagaimana video interaktif memengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam mempraktikkan wudhu secara tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan video pembelajaran interaktif dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan praktik wudhu siswa secara signifikan. Video mampu menjelaskan langkah-langkah wudhu secara visual dan menarik, sehingga siswa lebih mudah mengingat dan menirukan gerakan. Kontribusi utama dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan bukti bahwa integrasi media interaktif dalam pembelajaran PAI tidak hanya meningkatkan aspek kognitif, tetapi juga psikomotorik. Inovasi ini dapat menjadi model pembelajaran yang efektif dan aplikatif bagi guru PAI dalam menghadirkan proses belajar yang lebih bermakna dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong transformasi pembelajaran, termasuk dalam Pembelajaran PAI. Media paling efektif yang dapat di terapkan adalah video pembelajaran, karena mampu menghadirkan materi secara visual dan auditori yang menarik serta relevan dengan karakteristik generasi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi efektif penggunaan video dalam pembelajaran PAI berbasis desain instruksional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomologi dengan guru PAI di SMAN Negeri 3 Palangka Raya. Teknik Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan guru menerapkan video sebagai salah satu strategi yang efektif untuk pembelajaran PAI. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan video sebagai strategi yang efektif dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penggunaan video berdasarkan pada perencanaan yang sitematis yang dimana guru mengidentifiksi sesuai kebutuhan belajar siswa, selanjutnya pada pelaksanaan penggunaan video setelah dirancang secara sistematis dan kontekstual sehingga mendapatkan respon positif dari siswa, ini bisa di lihat saat proses belajar siswa yang sangat efektif lebih dari memiliki semangat dalam pemahaman pada materi PAI.

Abstract

This study focuses on the development of an interactive digital e-module on Thaharah (Wudhu) using the ADDIE instructional design model, aimed at enhancing the learning experience of MTs (Junior High School) students. The e-module was designed as an interactive flipbook incorporating textual explanations, images, instructional videos, and interactive quizzes to support conceptual understanding and learner engagement. The ADDIE model—comprising the phases of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—provided a structured framework for systematic instructional media development. A trial implementation was carried out at the UIN Palangka Raya campus, involving Islamic Education Study Program students who acted as representative MTs learners. Evaluation results indicated that the e-module is user-friendly and pedagogically effective, leading to improved comprehension of wudhu principles and increased student motivation. Participant feedback highlighted the module’s potential as an engaging and accessible tool for delivering technology-integrated Islamic religious education. These findings affirm the relevance of interactive digital media in supporting curriculum delivery and learner-centered pedagogy in religious education contexts.
