Abstract

Curriculum material is generally considered the subject matter of information, talents, dispositions, understandings, and principles that make up research programs in the field. At a more complex level, the curricula need to contain historical and socio-political strengths, traditions, cultural views, and goals with wide differences in sovereignty, adaptation, and local understanding that encompass a diversity of cultures, laws, metaphysics, and political discourse This study aims to develop a curriculum with local content as a new approach in early childhood science learning. The Local Content Curriculum (LCC) is compiled and developed to preserve the uniqueness of local culture, natural environment, and community crafts for early childhood teachers so that they can introduce local content to early childhood. Research and model development combines the design of the Dick-Carey and Dabbagh models with qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that local content curriculum products can be supplemented into early childhood curricula in institutions according to local conditions. Curricula with local content can be used as a reinforcement for the introduction of science in early childhood. The research implication demands the concern of all stakeholders to see that the introduction of local content is very important to be given from an early age, so that children know, get used to, like, maintain, and love local wealth from an early age. Abstract

Marginalization and prejudice are major challenges in civilizations around the world. As a result, developing measures to foster tolerance among young people is essential in the fight against prejudice. Religious education and awareness initiatives are one approach to achieving this goal. Indonesia schools and colleges, for example, may play an important role in developing tolerance and understanding among young people. Lessons about diversity, inclusivity, and respect for others can be incorporated into teacher curricula. Teaching about the history of prejudice and its impact on various groups, as well as promoting critical thinking and open-mindedness can all be part of this. This research aims to raise awareness, and in addition to religious education, can help develop tolerance and understanding. These religious educational programs against discrimination can be carried out by government agencies, non-governmental organizations, or community organizations. Finally, it is very important to recognize that promoting tolerance and fighting discrimination is a long-term process that requires ongoing effort and commitment. Religious education can help create more inclusive and equitable societies for all by working together to design and implement successful initiatives in Indonesia. it is very important to recognize that promoting tolerance and fighting discrimination is a long-term process that requires ongoing effort and commitment. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress, job satisfaction and job insecurity on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Delta Dunia Clothing Textiles Demak . Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Demak with a sample of 290 employees. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires through the media google form and manual paper to all employees of PT. Delta Dunia Clothing Textile Demak. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection method used a simple sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using statistical test tools. The data processing of this research uses the IBM SPSS 24 tool. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between job stress on turnover intention, and job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress, job satisfaction and job insecurity together have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The regression equation obtained is Y = 12,523. Job stress has a positive effect of 0,353 on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative effect of -0,087 and job insecurity has a positive effect of 0,239. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.819 or 82.9%. This shows that the variable turnover intention can be explained by the variables of job stress, job satisfaction and job insecurity, which is 82.9%, while the remaining 0.181 or 18.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The source of alcohol in this experiment was glycerol and the source of carboxylic acid compound was lactic acid. This experiment aimed to determine optimum conditions of reaction time, and molar ratio, and to characterize the resulted ester between glycerol and lactic acid toward esterification using immobilized lipase Candida rugose in carrageenan. The identification of glyceryl lactic based on FTIR spectroscopy and the characterization based on HLB value. Esterification of glycerol and lactic acid used methylene chloride solvent with the reaction time (6, 12, 18, 24, and 30) hours and the molar ratio of (1:1, 1:2, 1:4, 1:6, and 1:8) mmol. The optimum condition can be seen from the highest percent conversion value from variations of each parameter used. The result showed that the optimum condition of esterification was reached at 30 hours with a 1:4 ratio of lactic acid: glycerol resulting in 42,49% of the conversion value. Theoretically, the resulted ester was identified by FTIR spectroscopy proven with a wavenumber shift and intensity changes in the FTIR spectrum, then compared to the FTIR spectrum of glycerol and pure lactic acid. There is a stretching vibration of C=O in the wavenumbers 1750-1700 cm-1 and 1300-1000 cm-1 which is characteristic of the stretching vibration of C-O ester. The HLB ester value of lactic acid (monoglyceride) is in the range of 7-8 which is a type of wetting agent emulsifier.

Abstract

Trigonometry is a difficult chapter for some students, so teachers must be able to use learning models combined with learning media or a special tactic to be able to make students have a good understanding. The purpose of this researcg was to find out whether the Problem Based Learning model assisted by trigonometry hand tricks is better than the conventional learning model which usually used by teacher in class. This research using quantative approach with quasi experimental design. The data used in this study were data of result study trigonometry chapter from class X-1 as an experimental class and class X-3 as a control class in an educational unit, SMA Negeri 10 Semarang. The results of the SPSS-assisted independent T-test that have been applied in this study indicate that the calculated T value is less than the 5% significance level, there is 0.030 <0.05. This states that there is an average difference between the experimental class and the control class. Based on this it was concluded that the Problem Based Learning model assisted by trigonometry hand tricks is better than the conventional learning model with the lecture method. Abstract
