Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Compenency, Commitment, Colaboration Dan Workload terhadap Service Quality di RSI Aisyiyah Malang dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden yang dipilih sebagai sampel sebanyak 68 menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan maksud untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Competency para perawat secara signifikan mempengaruhi Service Quality RSI Aisyiyah Malang, ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi 0,027 dan nilai koefisien regresi 0,149, demikian pula dengan Commitment dan Collaborasi yang dilakukan antara Dokter dengan Perawat juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,028 dan koefisien regresi 0,141 untuk commitment dan nilai signifikansi 0,040 dan koefisien regresi 0,207 untuk Collaboration. Adapun Workload berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap service quality RSI Aisyiyah Malang dengan signifikansi 0,014 dan koefisien regresi -0,265. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan service quality yang dilakukan RSI Aisyiyah Malang bila dilihat dari Competency, Commitment, Collaboration sudah baik, hanya saja Service Quality ini menjadi berkurang manakala Workload para mengalami peningkatan. Kata kunci : Competency, Commitment, Collaboration, Workload, Service Quality

Abstract

Cancer is a leading cause of death globally, with over 10 million deaths reported in 2020, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Early detection and accurate diagnosis are crucial to improving survival rates. However, conventional diagnostic methods such as biopsies and histopathological analysis have several limitations, including being invasive, time-consuming, and reliant on subjective interpretation by pathologists. With technological advancements, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) offer promising alternatives in cancer diagnosis. This study explores the effectiveness of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm in classifying cancer cells using the Breast Cancer Wisconsin dataset. The dataset consists of 699 cell samples obtained through fine needle aspiration, each described by 10 morphological features and labeled as benign or malignant. The results show that SVM with a Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel can classify cancer cells with high accuracy. Data preprocessing, including cleaning and normalization, significantly improves model performance. Additionally, parameter optimization using grid search enhances the model’s reliability. This study highlights the strong potential of SVM as an efficient, accurate, and practical decision-support tool in medical diagnosis, particularly for cancer detection.

Abstract

Pejambon Village is one of the villages with an area of 189,190 hectares with a population of around 2126 people. Since the end of 2016, this village has implemented the Open Government Partnership (OGP). The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze community participation in the implementation of the open government partnership of the Pejambon Village Government and its influence on the improvement of welfare and the quality of services they receive. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The result is the Open Government Partnership which is implemented in Pejambon village by involving stakeholder participation in the process starting from development planning, implementation, evaluation to the utilization of development results, although not perfect, but has been able to answer problems related to transparency, ease of access to public service information, and government policies which are currently considered to be lacking, and have even become one of the solutions to improve welfare community towards village development. This happens because in its implementation, the Open Government Partnership in Pejambon Village is carried out by providing the widest possible opportunities and opportunities for all stakeholders, ranging from the community, PPID, Bojonegoro Institute and the Communication and Informatics Office to direct their resources and potentials starting from the planning, decision-making and evaluation processes of development activities carried out.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding to the community about Literacy of mental and spiritual management, namely; The ability to manage and develop one's mental and spiritual health which involves understanding oneself, managing emotions, and developing strategies to improve mental and spiritual well-being. Mental and spiritual management literacy can help improve the quality of life and build better relationships with oneself, others, and the environment. Service activities are carried out through socialization, counseling, mentoring, and real actions. The participation of Lazis Sabilillah's fostered women is very good and actively contributes to providing advice and direction related to the implementation of activities. The impact of this mentoring activity is expected to help partners in balancing emotions, developing themselves, establishing better relationships, and achieving inner peace. The purpose of this service is to; Improving mental health, productivity, social relationships, quality of life and the achievement of personal goals of Laziz Sabilillah's assisted mothers

Abstract

Educating children is not an easy matter. Parents' mistakes in implementing parenting patterns can influence children's behavior in the future. Therefore, it is important for parents to learn correct parenting principles so they can form positive characters in their children. The aim of parenting to build children's character is to; (1) ensuring the health and safety of children, (2) preparing children to live as productive adults, (3) transmitting cultural values. The aim of implementing this community service program is (1) to contribute to the development of the character of disadvantaged children sheltered by Lazis Sabilillah Malang, (2) to provide knowledge to parents as the main factor that builds the family's personality, (3) to increase self-confidence for Orphaned and underprivileged children under the guidance of Lazis Sabilillah. The targets of this activity are parents of orphans and poor people assisted by Lazis Sabilillah Malang. This Community Service Program activity was held on Monday, September 11 2023, located at the Sabilillah Mosque in Malang and went smoothly. Parents of orphans and poor people assisted by Lazis Sabilillah are very happy, they have gained knowledge about how to build children's character so that they have self-confidence and a good and strong personality.

Abstract

The transition from the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) to the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) curriculum introduces new challenges for Arabic language learning in higher education, particularly the need for flexible and integrative teaching approaches. This study explores the implementation of the Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) approach within the MBKM framework. It examines its effects on students’ motivation and proficiency in reading and writing Arabic. Employing a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group, the sample consisted of an experimental group from class MPI-IA (38 students) and a control group from class MPI-IB (40 students). Data were collected through questionnaires, reading and writing tests, classroom observations, and semi-structured interviews and were analyzed using descriptive statistics and independent sample t-tests. The results demonstrate that the CLIL approach significantly enhances students’ motivation and Arabic language skills while also supporting a deeper understanding of Islamic education content through the integration of Arabic texts. These findings suggest that CLIL is a promising pedagogical strategy for aligning Arabic language instruction with the objectives of curriculum transformation and the development of interdisciplinary competencies.

Abstract

This article examines the history of the Indonesian National Air Force (Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Udara, TNI AU) following Indonesia’s proclamation of independence in 1945. Established in April 1946, the TNI AU emerged amid significant political, social, and military challenges during the early years of Indonesia’s struggle to maintain sovereignty. The formation and development of TNI AU were marked by limited resources and complex dynamics, including the repurposing of captured aircraft and the integration of former colonial military personnel. The article highlights key phases in TNI AU’s evolution, such as its strategic role in major battles like the Five-Day Battle in Semarang and efforts to secure and operate airbases previously controlled by Japanese forces. Moreover, the TNI AU faced continuous political and social challenges, requiring adaptation to changing military doctrines and modernization efforts through international training and procurement of advanced technology. Beyond combat roles, the TNI AU has been actively involved in humanitarian missions and disaster relief, underscoring its broader national significance. This study uses qualitative methods supported by primary interviews, historical documents, and archival data to provide a comprehensive understanding of TNI AU’s contributions to Indonesia’s defense and state-building processes post-independence. The findings demonstrate the crucial role of TNI AU in safeguarding national sovereignty and advancing Indonesia’s military capabilities.

Abstract

This study is aimed at analyzing the effect of Professional Education and Training for Teachers (PLPG) in improving pedagogic competence and teacher performance. The research used quantitative method through survey approach. The data was taken from 35 respondents using the training exam module and teacher performance instruments. All data were analyzed using software SPSS for Windows release 22.0 through both descriptive and correlation analysis. The result of descriptive analysis of teachers pedagogic competence after taking training test is good (83,74%). Furthermore, Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis shows that there is a significant negative correlation between these activities and teachers performance obtained (rcount) = -0.590 at 0.000 significance level. The results of the analysis show that teachers need to follow the training to improve their pedagogic competence as well as their performance in teaching and assessing. Since the teachers’ knowledge increases, it will definitely have an impact on their performance at school.

Abstract

Sexual violence against children is a serious issue that can adversely affect the physical and psychological development of the victim. To prevent this, early education is needed so that children have an understanding regarding physical limitations, their rights, as well as self-protection measures. The purpose of this activity is to provide education towards the understanding of grade 6 students of SDN 1 Sambirejo regarding sexual violence as well as its prevention efforts. These activities were conducted in the form of socialization that included interactive presentations, educational video playbacks, as well as answer discussions. Data were collected through observations and questionnaires before and after socialization to evaluate students’ understanding. / Socialization conducted demonstrated increased students’ understanding of forms of sexual violence, how to protect themselves, as well as actions to take if experiencing or witnessing sexual violence. Education regarding sexual violence prevention is highly effective in raising students’ awareness and needs to be conducted on an ongoing basis involving various parties, including parents and educators.

Abstract

Mahetsy MSMEs processes pak choy vegetables into functional food products, such as pak choy vegetable flour, to extend shelf life and increase added value. However, the amount of added value generated from the processing is unknown. This study aims to analyze the added value generated from processing pak choy vegetables into pak choy vegetable flour by Mahesty MSMEs. The qualitative and quantitative approach employs a purposive sampling method, specifically using business actors as key informants. Data were obtained through interviews, direct observation, and internal company documentation. The analysis method in this study used the Hayami method. The results of the analysis showed that the added value generated from processing one kilogram of pak choy vegetables for IDR 22,000 into pak choy vegetable flour provided an added value of IDR 45,000, or 46.7 percent, which falls within the high added value category (more than 40 percent). This study demonstrates that processing pak choy vegetables into flour offers high economic value to raw materials and holds promising business prospects for developing functional foods. This study suggests that Mahesty MSMES systematically strengthens the system of recording costs and production administration to improve business efficiency and sustainability. The results of this study can serve as a reference for making strategic decisions, as well as encouraging the innovation of derivative products and the development of partnerships to expand the market for Mahesty MSMEs' products.
