Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki dasar kepuasan kerja yang memiliki peran penting dalam kinerja karyawan. Kpuasan kerja sangat bergantung pada kompensasi yang diberikan perusahaan serta lingkungan kerja tempat karyawan menjalankan tugasnya. Hal ini juga sesuai dengan tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh kompensansi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasaan kerja karyawan pada PT Telkom Witel Makassar Unit Business Service. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 35 sampel dengan metode pengambilan sampel sampling population. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini yang berdasarkan analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen yaitu kompensasi (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama atau simultan memengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y) secara positif dan signifikan. Jadi semakin baik kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja karyawan maka semakin baik pula kepuasan karyawan di PT Telkom Witel Makassar Unit Business Service.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan kerja, Kepuasan kerja.Abstract: This research has the basis of job satisfaction which has an important role in employee performance. Job satisfaction is very dependent on the compensation provided by the company and the work environment in which employees carry out their duties. This is also in accordance with the purpose of this study, namely to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Telkom Witel Makassar Business Service Unit.The sample in this study was 35 samples with the sampling method of population sampling. The method used in this study using a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study based on the analysis show that all independent variables, namely compensation (X1) and work environment (X2) together or simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction (Y) positively and significantly. So the better the compensation and the employee's work environment, the better the employee satisfaction at PT Telkom Witel Makassar Business Service Unit.Keywords: Compensation, work environment, job satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017 – 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017 – 2021. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan porpusive sampling, dan berdasarkan kriteria jumlah sampel adalah 26 perusahaan dari 72 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, regresi berganda yang sebelumnya di uji dengan asumsi klasik.Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara simultan CR dan ROA berpengaruh secara poaitif dan siginfiksn terhadap nilai perusahaan . dimana CR secara parsial berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan ROA secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci : Likuiditas, Profitabilitas dan Nilai PerusahaanAbstract. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity and profitability on the value of food and beverage sub-sektor manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017 – 2021 period. 2017 – 2021. The sampling method is porpusive sampling, and based on the criteria for the number of samples, there are 26 companies out of 72 companies. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, multiple regression which was previously tested with classical assumptions.The results of the study show that simultaneously CR and ROA have a positive and significant effect on firm value. where CR partially has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value and ROA partially has a positive and significant effect on firm value.Keywords : Liquidity, Profitability and firm value

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahu pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Pemukiman Dan Pertahanan Provinsi Sulawesi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Pemukiman Dan Pertahanan Provinsi Sulawesi sebanyak 35 orang. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan variabel disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Pemukiman Dan Pertahanan Provinsi Sulawesi. Hasil uji hipotesis juga menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Pemukiman Dan Pertahanan Provinsi Sulawesi dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Pemukiman Dan Pertahanan Provinsi Sulawesi.Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan  Kerja, dan Kinerja Pegawai.Abstract . This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Housing, Settlement, and Defense Agency of Sulawesi Province. This is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach and a population study. The sample in this research consists of 35 employees at the office of the Housing, Settlement, and Defense Agency of Sulawesi Province. Hypothesis testing in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis and obtains the following results: Based on the hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of work discipline and work environment simultaneously have an influence on the performance of employees at the Housing, Settlement, and Defense Agency of Sulawesi Province. The results of the hypothesis testing also show that work discipline partially influences the performance of employees at the Housing, Settlement, and Defense Agency of Sulawesi Province, and the work environment partially influences the performance of employees at the office of the Housing, Settlement, and Defense Agency of Sulawesi Province. .Keywords : Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis likuiditas dalam menilai kinerja keuangan pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang diteliti berupa laporan keuangan PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Standar yang digunakan adalah standar industri rasio likuiditas. Dari hasil perhitungan rata-rata rasio likuiditas kondisi kinerja keuangan kurang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan perhitungan current ratio kondisi perusahaan cukup, disebabkan karena aktiva lancar dan utang lancar menurun sebesar 13,48% dari tahun 2019 - 2020 dan meningkat sebesar 75,14% karena aktiva lancar lebih tinggi dari utang lancar. Berdasarkan perhitungan quick ratio kondisi kinerja keuangan sangat baik, disebabkan karena persediaan menurun hanya sebesar 2,3% dan meningkat sebesar 37,1% disebabakan Total aset lancar dan kewajiban jangka pendek pada tahun 2020-2021. sementara cash ratio dalam kondisi sangat baik disebabkan karena naiknya jumlah kas dan bank sebesar 51,9% dari tahun 2020-2021.Kata kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, LikuiditasAbstract . This research aims to find out how liquidity analysis is used to assess financial performance at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data studied is in the form of PT's financial reports. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. The standard used is the industry standard liquidity ratio. From the results of calculating the average liquidity ratio, the financial performance condition is not good. This can be seen based on the current ratio calculation, the company's condition is adequate, because current assets and current liabilities decreased by 13.48% from 2019 - 2020 and increased by 75.14% because current assets were higher than current liabilities. Based on quick ratio calculations, financial performance conditions are very good, because inventories decreased by only 2.3% and increased by 37.1% due to total current assets and short-term liabilities in 2020-2021. while the cash ratio is in very good condition due to the increase in the amount of cash and banks by 51.9% from 2020-2021.Keywords : Financial Performance, Liquidity

Abstract

Celebity endorser dipakai menarik perhatian untuk masyarakat dengan harapan dapat menaikkan kesadaran barang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana endorsement celebrity berdampak pada keinginan pembeli untuk membeli barang. Dalam penelitian kami Ini dilakukan menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif. Analisis ini melibatkan mahasiswa UNM orang yang berusia 18 tahun atau lebih yang menggunakan produk Skintific dan melihat celebrity endorser mempromosikan produk Skintific dengan 100 orang jumlah responen. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memakai metode kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif. bahwa variabel menarik, kredibilitas dan kemahiran dapat mempengaruhi minat beli pelanggan terhadap produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorsement berpengaruh besar pada minat beli dibuktikan dengan uji t yang hasil menunjukkan nilai t hitung > t tabel (1,987 < 6,068) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini sesuai dengan penelitian bahwa Celebrity Endorser berdampak positif dan signifikan pada keinginan untuk membeli. Selain itu, Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa endorser terkenal mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pembeli

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan dari perusahaan Tri Banyan Tirta TBK yang terdaftar di BEI dengan menggunakan analisis z-score. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan dari PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk selama periode 2017-2021. Metode analisa dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model perhitungan Altman Z-score. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil analisa Z Score pada PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk diperoleh hasil Z score pada tahun 2017-2021 dalam kategori bangkrut. Rasio working capital to total Assets setiap tahunnya mengalami fluktuasi. Rasio retained earnings to total assets pada tahun 2019 bernilai positif. Namun pada tahun-tahun lainnya 2017, 2018, 2020 dan 2021 nilai rasio ini bernilai negative. Rasio earnings before interest and tax to total assets pada tahun 2017-2019 bernilai negatif. Rasio book of value of total liabilities pada PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk pada tahun 2017-2020 mengalami penurunan.Kata kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, Altman Z-ScoreAbstract . This study aims to determine the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk companies listed on the IDX using z-score analysis. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study is the financial statements of PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk during the 2017-2021 period. The analysis method in this study uses the Altman Z-score calculation model. The results of this study show that the results of the Z Score analysis at PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk obtained Z score results in 2017-2021 in the bankrupt category. The ratio of working capital to total assets fluctuates annually. The ratio of retained earnings to total assets in 2019 is positive. However, in other years 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021 this ratio value is negative. The ratio of earnings before interest and tax to total assets in 2017-2019 was negative. The ratio of book of value of total liabilities at PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk in 2017-2020 has decreased.Keywords : Financial Performance, Altman Z-Score.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Productivity at the Samsat UPT Revenue Office of South Makassar I Region. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The data collection method is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the Samsat UPT Revenue Office of South Makassar I Region, totaling 83 people, as well as being a sample with a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. The data analysis technique is through the stages of validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, t-test, f-test, and R2 testing which are intended to test the proposed hypothesis. With data processed through the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, both partially and simultaneously. This shows that the better the level of Work Discipline and Compensation of employees at the Samsat UPT Revenue Office of South Makassar I Region, the higher the level of employee Productivity at the Samsat UPT Revenue Office of South Makassar I Region.Keywords: Work Discipline, Compensation, Employee Productivity

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and liquidity on dividend policy in multinational companies in the consumption sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), both partially and simultaneously. The sample of this study uses a purposive sampling technique for the period 2019 to 2023, consisting of 13 selected multinational companies in the consumption sector. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with an explanatory approach. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The multiple regression analysis uses SPSS 26. The results of the study indicate that Return On Assets (ROA) does not have a significant effect with a significance value of 0.729 on the dividend policy of multinational companies in the consumption sector listed on the IDX. Conversely, the Current Ratio (CR) does not have a significant effect on dividend policy with a significance value of 0.575. Simultaneously, the regression model tested shows that the F statistic value indicates that the correlation between the independent variables is not strong enough to explain the dependent variable or is not significant.Keywords: Profitability, liquidity, dividend policy

Abstract

Abstract: Ariel Ahmad Firgiawan, 2025. The influence of work life balance and burnout on the level of employee job satisfaction at PT. Columbus Cash & Credit Parepare branch. Thesis. Management Study Program. Faculty of Economics and Business. Makassar State University. This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance and burnout on the level of employee job satisfaction at PT. Columbus Cash & Credit Parepare branch. The variables in this study consist of independent variables, namely work life balance and burnout, and the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents. This study uses SPSS software version 27 as proof of the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that good work life balance has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction and bad burnout has a negative impact on job satisfaction.Keywords: work life balance, burnout, and job satisfaction.
