Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Subjek penelitian terdiri mahasiswa aktif Program Studi S1 Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Angkatan 2022 yang bersedia menjadi responden penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan Google Form. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Selain itu, kemampuan berpikir kritis memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung efektivitas model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Interaksi antara model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kemampuan berpikir kritis menunjukkan pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap hasil belajar, terutama pada mahasiswa dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi. Hasil ini mengindikasikan pentingnya pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan strategi penguatan kemampuan berpikir kritis untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa.

This study aims to analyze the impact of character education and social environment on students' ethical attitudes in the Business Ethics and Professional Ethics course within the Office Administration Education Program. The research employs a survey method, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 36 students. Data analysis reveals that both character education and social environment significantly influence students' ethical attitudes. The integration of character education into the curriculum plays a crucial role in fostering ethical awareness, while a positive social environment reinforces ethical values. This study recommends the need for synergy between educational programs emphasizing ethics and supportive social environments to prepare students for ethical challenges in their careers. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of more effective curricula and educational policies aimed at instilling ethical attitudes among students.

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning environment and peer support on student learning outcomes in the Office Administration Education Study Program in 2022, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. this research is based on the importance of these factors in determining student learning outcomes. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive associative methods. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 45 students as respondents and the data that had been obtained were then processed with data analysis techniques using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the learning environment has a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes with a coefficient value of 0.313 and p < 0.001. In addition, peer support also contributes significantly to student learning outcomes, with a coefficient of 0.486 and p < 0.001. The F-test showed that both variables simultaneously had a significant effect on student learning outcomes (F-count = 74.086, p < 0.001). The findings imply that creating a conducive learning environment and increasing support from peers can be effective strategies to improve student learning outcomes. This study is expected to be a reference for educators in designing more effective learning strategies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN 3 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportional sampling. Populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa dari jurusan manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis dan juga jurusan bisnis daring dan pemasaran sebanyak 177 siswa dengan jumlah sampel 115 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert yang dioperasikan dengan program SPSS versi 21.0. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah uji statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji regresi berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f) dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha

This research is motivated by the importance of educational quality which is influenced by internal and external factors in learning achievement. Motivation drives students to achieve academic goals, while self-efficacy strengthens self-confidence and perseverance in facing challenges. With the global challenges facing education in Indonesia, analysis of these factors is crucial. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of learning motivation and self-efficacy on student learning outcomes. This study uses associative research with a quantitative approach, through a survey research method by distributing questionnaires to students of the Office Administration Education Study Program class of 2022 at the State University of Jakarta as the population in this study. With a sample of 41 students from classes A and B who meet the criteria for filling out the questionnaire, then the data was analyzed using SPSS version 30.0.0.0. The results of this study indicate that learning motivation and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes. Partially, students who have high motivation and self-confidence tend to get better learning outcomes. The implication of the results of this study is that lecturers and educational institutions need to pay attention to increasing students' motivation and self-efficacy through teaching methods and programs that support and can increase their academic self-confidence, thereby optimizing learning outcomes and the quality of graduates.

Learning is the process of interaction between students, educators, and learning resources within a learning environment. Technology support refers to the use of technology or digital platforms that can help facilitate learning, while learning outcomes are the achievements that students attain after participating in learning activities. The aim of this study is to examine the influence of case-based learning and technology support on students' learning outcomes. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, and the data are analyzed using SPSS. The results indicate that case-based learning does not have a strong influence on students' learning outcomes; however, technology support has a strong influence on learning outcomes. Nevertheless, technology support does not have a strong influence on the success of case-based learning.

The management of inactive archives is crucial for companies, including PT Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri (TASPEN), which has a large volume of documents. This study aims to understand the procedures for retrieving inactive archives in the Corporate Secretary Division, along with the tools and information systems used. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings indicate that inactive archives are stored in the Secretariat Department Room for 5 to 10 years. The retrieval procedure involves filling out a request form verified by staff, with search times ranging from 2 to 10 minutes. Challenges include human errors during data input and borrowers forgetting to return archives on time. To address these issues, TASPEN conducts regular training for employees and checks the list of transferred archives. Additionally, TASPEN is innovating by developing an E-Archive system to minimize errors and enhance integrated archive management.

The purpose of this study is to understand how far the influence of Learning Outcomes and Fieldwork Lectures on the Perception of the Archivist Profession in Office Administration Education students class of 2022, State University of Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach through a survey conducted by distributing questionnaires. This study uses the application of JASP statistics for accurate and fast data processing. From the partial test carried out, it was found that the two variables, namely Learning Outcomes and Field Work Lectures, each had a significant influence on the Perception of the Archivist Profession. In addition, from the simultaneous test, it was found that the two variables, namely Learning Outcomes and Field Work Lectures, simultaneously had a significant influence on the Perception of the Archivist Profession. These results are also evidenced by the determination coefficient test which shows that the variables of Learning Outcomes and Field Work Lectures contribute 56.7% to the Perception of the Archivist Profession.

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-control and peers on student learning motivation in Financial Management courses in the Office Administration Education Study Program, State University of Jakarta. This research is motivated by the high dropout rate in Indonesia, which shows that learning motivation is an important factor in achieving academic success. The method used is quantitative with data analysis using the t test and F test to test the hypothesis. The results showed that self-control had no significant effect on learning motivation, with a t value of 1.455 and a significance of 0.170. In contrast, peer influence proved significant, with t count 2.640 and significance <0.001. The F test also showed that both variables simultaneously had a significant effect on learning motivation, with a calculated F value of 5.306 and significance below 0.05. The findings confirm the importance of social support from peers in increasing students' learning motivation, while self-control needs to be strengthened to support better academic achievement. This study provides recommendations for students to choose a positive social environment and for lecturers to create a learning atmosphere that supports interaction between students

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-esteem dan emotional stability terhadap aktualisasi diri pada mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini fokus utamanya adalah bagaimana self-esteem dan emotional stability mempengaruhi aktualisasi diri pada mahasiswa. Variabel utama pada penelitian ini adalah self-esteem dan emotional stability yang menjadi variabel independen dan aktualisasi diri sebagai variabel dependen. Metode di dalam penelitian ini yaitu, metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif survei. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dari Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalui angket yang sebelumnya sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Uji prasyarat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heterokedastisitas yang dilaksanakan sebelum data dianalisa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini memiliki distribusi secara normal. Uji multikolinearitas mengindikasikan tidak adanya masalah multikolinearitas pada model regresi yang diuji, sedangkan uji heteroskedastisitas mengungkapkan bahwa tidak terdapat indikasi kuat adanya masalah heteroskedastisitas dalam model regresi tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) self-esteem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap aktualisasi diri, (2) emotional stability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap aktualisasi diri, (3) self-esteem dan emotional stability sama-sama saling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap aktualisasi diri. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self-esteem dan emotional stability merupakan faktor kunci dalam mendukung proses aktualisasi diri mahasiswa. Mahasiswa yang memiliki self-esteem tinggi cenderung akan memiliki rasa percaya diri dalam menghadapi sebuah tantangan, menetapkan tujuan hidup yang jelas, dan menerima diri sendiri secara positif.
