Abstract

Indonesian justice system is not fully functioning because there-rules and regulations that do not run as it should and there is a need to ensure greater freedom sanction judges in performing their duties. Public confidence in the judiciary should be restored. To strengthen the justice system needs to be guaranteed freedom of judges. Human resources need to be increased both its integrity and mastery of knowledge in particular substantive legal or formal. Modernization of the administration of justice would be better facilitate the course of justice will grow back confidence to the judiciary, but now is not optimal functioning to complete the administration of justice as is the accumulation of decisions that have not come to those seeking justice. Justice seeker the right to obtain justice freely and impartially, to be treated the same as fellow seekers of justice, and to obtain a decision within a reasonable, simple and low cost is a basic need for every seeker of justice. There needs to be increased in the direction of the change or shift from "the judge is bound" to the "independent judge", of "justice under the law" toward "justice according to the judge as set out in its decision, of thinking with reference to the system in the direction of thinking with reference to the problem. Abstract

The optimization of Jamnapari manure in Kalianyar Village, Bondowoso Regency has not been considered to be optimal because of the lack of knowledge of farmers regarding its management. This becomes a problem itself as Jamnapari manure has a decent potential to be utilized as compost. Additionally, the thickhead plant is widely spread around Kalianyar Village, but it is also known as weeds by the villagers. The aim of this program is to analyze the effectiveness of the socialization of Jamnapari manure and thickhead utilization as the base materials of compost in Kalianyar Village, Ijen District, Bondowoso Regency. The respondents were chosen through a random sampling method and the t-test is used as the methodology in this research. After the results were proven to be significant, the measurement of socialization effectiveness (ES), which can be measured from the score pretest and post-test obtained by the farmers, was conducted with 11 respondents. Through used method, it was found that the obtained effectiveness value of 81.8% which gives evidence that this program was running very effectively due to the score increase on the post-test compared to the pretest’s score after the demonstration and socialization.

Abstract

This quantitative research discusses e-commerce in relation to online customer reviews and ease of shopping and its influence on purchasing decisions through Shopee e-commerce. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic religiosity, online customer reviews, and ease of shopping on customer purchase decisions on the Shopee Marketplace. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 23 software. Primary data is obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who are active users of Shopee. The research sample consisted of the number of respondents determined by the slovin method, taken from shopee online customer data La Tansa Bookstore and Stationery. The results of the study according to the partial test (t), the Islamic Religiosity variable did not affect the purchase decision through shopee e-commerce La Tansa Bookstore and Stationery on the results of the multiple regression test. Conversely, both Online Customer Reviews and Ease of Shopping have a positive impact on purchasing decisions through shopee e-commerce La Tansa Bookstore and Stationery. The test results showed that 73.7% was accounted for by the dependent variables, indicating a significant influence on the Independent variables

Abstract

The problem in this study it is the reason why Prophet Khidr repeated his words -You will not patient with me -  to the prophet Moses, even though the prophet Moses was known as the intelligent prophet. This research uses the theory of ijaz and ithnab (brevity and redundancy) in the science of rhetoric. This theory finds abbreviated word types and extended word types. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive through a literature review. Researcher found there are sixteen ijaz sentences including sentences by removing related sentences, five sentences by removing adjectives, one sentence by removing letters, one sentence by removing dispersed words, one sentence by removing the divine predicate, one sentence miracle of delivering sentences. The four ithnab sentences that the researcher found are as follows. First, the expressive sentences by mentioning special sentences after mentioning general sentences that serve to emphasize specific sentences. Secondly, the redundancy sentence is the appendix by bringing up the second sentence which is similar to the first sentence that intends to emphasize the idea of the sentence. Third, verbosity sentences that use the inclusion allowance that serve to explain the previous sentence and which are not yet clear. Fourth, verbosity and repetition sentences that work to persuade the other person to accept the advice. The reason why ‘Abd’ repeated his words to the prophet Moses was not because Moses was stupid, but because of Prophet Moses' spirit in seeking knowledge and allowing him to continue searching for guidance with the ‘Abd’.Keywords: Advice, Repetition, Spirit.

Abstract

Management of Education Development Contributions (SPP) at the Walisongo Pontianak Islamic Boarding School plays an important role in maintaining the continuity of education, but is often faced with administrative challenges in recording, monitoring and reporting finances accurately and on time. In the era of digitalization, the use of technology is considered an effective solution in overcoming these obstacles. Through this community service, it offers several solutions to deal with the problems that occur, one of which is the SPP application grant at the Walisongo Pontianak Islamic Boarding School. Development of the SPP Application as an innovative step to increase administrative efficiency. Based on the analysis, the technology application approach is expected to help the Walisongo Pontianak Islamic Boarding School improve the SPP administration system, simplify the recording process, financial reporting, and speed up the transparency of SPP payments. The next step is to socialize and implement this application in Islamic boarding schools, with the hope that it can have a positive impact on managers, students and other stakeholders. The main goal is to make the Walisongo Pontianak Islamic Boarding School an example for similar institutions in facing administrative challenges in this era of digitalization. Thus, this service contributes to the development of technology for education and the management of Islamic educational institutions more effectively

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of competency and                               career development on employee engagement and employee performance. Analyzing the effect of employee engagement on performance, as well as analyzing the effect of employee engagement in mediating the effect of competency and career development on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla, Urip Sumohardjo Makassar Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study found that competency and career development have a direct effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Then employee engagement has a direct effect on employee performance. From the results of the sobel test, it can be concluded that employee engagement can mediate the influence of competency and career development on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch.

Abstract

Kehidupan sosial manusia tidak terlepas dari interaksi satu sama lain. Perkembangan interaksi sosial akan meningkat seiring bertambahnya usia. Peningkatan perilaku pada anak sangat bergantung pada keluarga. Keluarga mempunyai peranan penting dalam mengajarkan cara berperilaku yang baik dan benar kepada putra putrinya, tetapi jika lingkungan keluarga tidak ikut terlibat dalam perkembangan sosial individu, akan berdampak sesuatu yang kurang baik, salah satunya bullying. Bullying ini dilakukan seseorang atau kelompok tertentu untuk menyakiti seseorang melalui fisik atau psikologis dan membuat korban trauma dan tertekan. Dalam kegiatan ini kami berusaha untuk berpartisipai dalam mencegah tindakan bullying pada siswa-siswi Sekolah Dasar 020 Balikpapan Utara. Lingkungan Sekolah Dasar merupakan lingkungan yang rentan terhadap bullying. Dalam kegiatan ini kami juga melakukan permainan yang memberikan pembelajaran bagaimana bekerja sama, toleransi dan menghargai terhadap sesamanya

Abstract

Usaha rumput laut merupakan salah usaha yang sangat menjanjikan apabila dikelola secara maksimal yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pesisir. Kabupaten Takalar merupakan salah satu daerah pesisir di Sulawesi Selatan sebagai penghasil rumput laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pembudidaya rumput laut di Desa Punaga Kecamatan Mangarabombang Kabupaten Takalar. Metode menggunakan pendekatan mix method yaitu pendekatan yang menggabungkan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang mewakili tiap RTP (Rumah Tangga Perikanan) pembudidaya rumput laut. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh Pendidikan terhadap pendapatan dengan nilai sig 0,585 > 0,05 yang berarti Pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan, pengaruh modal terhadap pendapatan dengan nilai y=1,4921x + 1E+06, R2 = 0,8607 menunjukkan semakin tinggi modal akan berpengaruh semakin banyak pendapatan, pengaruh jenis kelamin terhadap pendapatan nilai sig 0,0906 > 0,05 menunjukan jenis kelamin tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mendapatan, pengaruh jumlah tanggungan keluarga terhadap pendapatan nilai, =-79310x + 5E+06, R2 = 0,0041 yang menunjukkan bahwa jumlah tanggungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan, dan pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap pendapatan nilai y=84329x + 4E+06, R2 = 0,1026 yang menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani rumput laut di Desa Punaga Kecamatan Mangarabombang Kabupaten Takalar.

Abstract

Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration, prohibits abuse of authority by government agencies/officials both central and regional, but in practice there are often acts of abuse of authority of Government Agencies/Officials. This paper describes how Judicial Control over abuse of authority through government administrative legal means and Corruption Criminal Acts which, in practice, cause controversy in the enforcement of corruption crimes, especially by Government Officials and State Civil Apparatus. The legal approach to the above problems is carried out by normatively analyzing the laws and regulations governing the prohibition of abuse of power according to Government Administration Law and the Sociology approach according to the practice and / or decision of the Court in the enforcement of corruption crimes committed by organs / bodies of Government officials or State Civil Apparatus. From the results of the study of these problems in the paper, it can be concluded that abuse of authority in government administration is a form of preventive restriction. Meanwhile, abusing authority in the Criminal Law is a form of repressive action. Abuse of authority stipulated in Article 20 of the UUAP is interpreted as an administrative error committed by government agencies/officials, but if there are legal consequences in the form of state financial losses, it is qualified as a criminal act of corruption.
