Abstract

This research explores methods and strategies to more effectively measure and manage the delivery quality performed by Gojek drivers. In the digital era, app-based transportation services like Gojek have become an integral part of society. Ensuring high delivery quality requires a deep understanding of influencing factors such as timeliness, condition of goods, and customer satisfaction. By leveraging technology and data analysis, Gojek can identify areas needing improvement and implement appropriate solutions. This study uses the COBIT 5 framework to assess and enhance delivery quality. The findings indicate that the IT governance maturity level of Gojek in the EDM 02 and DSS 03 domains is at level 3 (Established). However, there is a gap that needs to be addressed to reach the desired level of 5 (Optimizing). Recommendations are provided to bridge this gap by implementing consistent standard processes across the company.

Abstract

In the operation of a company that utilizes and implements information technology components, a framework is needed to ensure that all information technology components are operational in accordance with the goals that the company wants to achieve. The use of information technology components in the business sector requires companies to have good information technology governance skills so that the identification and implementation of information technology component components work optimally. To measure the level of maturity and ensure that the information technology components used in the ATK store are implemented and run properly and ensure whether the information technology component provides benefits for the ATK store business. The data collection method to measure the maturity level at the ATK xyz take was carried out by direct interviews and questionnaires for the staff responsible for the operation of the information technology component at the ATK xyz take. Based on the results of measuring the maturity level using the COBIT 5 framework, it was found that the maturity value was at a value of 3.25 or at level 3 (established). At this level, the IT governance process is considered good and runs optimally and comprehensively. The gap between the current and expected IT governance processes is at 1.67. This gap indicates that the current IT governance process is quite good. In the future, it is recommended to use more domains from COBIT 5 as the focus of the assessment area, both the Governance area and the Management area, so that the assessment becomes more comprehensive with a more varied research focus.

Abstract

This research addresses the development of an online ticket booking system for Tahura (Forest Park) Banjarmasin, a premier natural tourism destination in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. The current manual ticket booking system creates operational inefficiencies, including long queues, time delays, and difficulties in visitor management. This research aims to design and develop an effective online ticket booking system to enhance visitor convenience and improve operational efficiency for park management. The research employs diverse methodological approaches including Use Case Analysis, Persona Development, Focus Groups, Workflow Analysis, and Prototyping to ensure comprehensive system development. The proposed system enables tourists to purchase tickets remotely through digital platforms, reducing physical queues and providing transparent information access. The research demonstrates that implementing an online booking system can significantly improve visitor satisfaction, streamline operations, increase revenue potential, and support sustainable tourism development.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini yaitu kekurangan pada kelentukan, sehinggasaat servis atau smash dilakukan tidak maksimal, hal ini terlihat dari latihan maupun pertandingan yang sudah beberapa kali dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan drill kelentukan terhadap kelentukan atlet sepaktakrawPSTI Danau Baru. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah atlet sepaktakraw PSTI Danau Baru dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling yang berjumlah dari 6 orang. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pre-eksperimental one group pretest-postest design, instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah test kelenturan otot pinggang dan batang tubuh. teknikanalisis data yang terkumpul dari pretest dan posttest dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji-t.Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang telah penulis uraikan pada bab terdahulu, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Terdapat Pengaruh Latihan Drill Kelentukan Terhadap Kelentukan Atlet Sepaktakraw PSTI Danau Baru, berdasarkan analisis uji t menghasilkan thitung sebesar 2,853 dan ttabel sebesar 2,132. Berarti thitung > ttabelsehingga Ha diterima.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini hadir karena banyaknya sikap acuh, dan minimnya kesadaran hukum remaja sekolahan mengenai hukum lalu lintas. Tujuan adanya pengabdian ini, mendorong siswa untuk memahami pentingnya kesadaran hukum lalu lintas melalui penyampaian topik-topik seperti aturan dasar lalu lintas, keselamatan berkendara, dan konsekuensi hukum pelanggaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian Masyarakat kali ini, metode pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode partisipatif, di mana siswa dilibatkan secara aktif dalam seluruh tahapan kegiatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan persiapan, meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan siswa terkait pemahaman hukum lalu lintas, penyusunan materi edukasi, dan penyediaan alat peraga seperti poster, video, dan pre-test serta post- test. Hasil Pengabdian ini berhasil serta pengabdian ini diukur menggunakan metode angket dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai angket post-test, kesadaran hukum lalu lintas siswa presentase meningkat menjadi 19,47, yang awalnya pemahaman siswa berada pada presentase 17,52. Nilai ini berada pada rentang 16-20 yang dikategorikan sebagai “Sangat Baik”. Hal ini mencerminkan berhasilnya program sosialisasi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran siswa terhadap pentingnya kepatuhan terhadap aturan lalu lintas. Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan efektivitas pendekatan yang digunakan, sekaligus memberikan sebuah gambaran baru kepada sekolah lain sebagai wujud upaya mencegah pelanggaran lalu lintas di kalangan pelajar, maupun mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efisiensi Modal kerja dan Leverage yang mempengaruhi Profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverages di BEI tahun 2018-2020. Teknik sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan puposive sampling dan memperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 39 perusahaan food and beverage di BEI tahun 20182020. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Efisiensi Modal Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas dan Leverage berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas

Abstract

Indonesian justice system is not fully functioning because there-rules and regulations that do not run as it should and there is a need to ensure greater freedom sanction judges in performing their duties. Public confidence in the judiciary should be restored. To strengthen the justice system needs to be guaranteed freedom of judges. Human resources need to be increased both its integrity and mastery of knowledge in particular substantive legal or formal. Modernization of the administration of justice would be better facilitate the course of justice will grow back confidence to the judiciary, but now is not optimal functioning to complete the administration of justice as is the accumulation of decisions that have not come to those seeking justice. Justice seeker the right to obtain justice freely and impartially, to be treated the same as fellow seekers of justice, and to obtain a decision within a reasonable, simple and low cost is a basic need for every seeker of justice. There needs to be increased in the direction of the change or shift from "the judge is bound" to the "independent judge", of "justice under the law" toward "justice according to the judge as set out in its decision, of thinking with reference to the system in the direction of thinking with reference to the problem. Abstract

The optimization of Jamnapari manure in Kalianyar Village, Bondowoso Regency has not been considered to be optimal because of the lack of knowledge of farmers regarding its management. This becomes a problem itself as Jamnapari manure has a decent potential to be utilized as compost. Additionally, the thickhead plant is widely spread around Kalianyar Village, but it is also known as weeds by the villagers. The aim of this program is to analyze the effectiveness of the socialization of Jamnapari manure and thickhead utilization as the base materials of compost in Kalianyar Village, Ijen District, Bondowoso Regency. The respondents were chosen through a random sampling method and the t-test is used as the methodology in this research. After the results were proven to be significant, the measurement of socialization effectiveness (ES), which can be measured from the score pretest and post-test obtained by the farmers, was conducted with 11 respondents. Through used method, it was found that the obtained effectiveness value of 81.8% which gives evidence that this program was running very effectively due to the score increase on the post-test compared to the pretest’s score after the demonstration and socialization.

Abstract

This quantitative research discusses e-commerce in relation to online customer reviews and ease of shopping and its influence on purchasing decisions through Shopee e-commerce. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic religiosity, online customer reviews, and ease of shopping on customer purchase decisions on the Shopee Marketplace. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 23 software. Primary data is obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who are active users of Shopee. The research sample consisted of the number of respondents determined by the slovin method, taken from shopee online customer data La Tansa Bookstore and Stationery. The results of the study according to the partial test (t), the Islamic Religiosity variable did not affect the purchase decision through shopee e-commerce La Tansa Bookstore and Stationery on the results of the multiple regression test. Conversely, both Online Customer Reviews and Ease of Shopping have a positive impact on purchasing decisions through shopee e-commerce La Tansa Bookstore and Stationery. The test results showed that 73.7% was accounted for by the dependent variables, indicating a significant influence on the Independent variables

Abstract

The problem in this study it is the reason why Prophet Khidr repeated his words -You will not patient with me -  to the prophet Moses, even though the prophet Moses was known as the intelligent prophet. This research uses the theory of ijaz and ithnab (brevity and redundancy) in the science of rhetoric. This theory finds abbreviated word types and extended word types. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive through a literature review. Researcher found there are sixteen ijaz sentences including sentences by removing related sentences, five sentences by removing adjectives, one sentence by removing letters, one sentence by removing dispersed words, one sentence by removing the divine predicate, one sentence miracle of delivering sentences. The four ithnab sentences that the researcher found are as follows. First, the expressive sentences by mentioning special sentences after mentioning general sentences that serve to emphasize specific sentences. Secondly, the redundancy sentence is the appendix by bringing up the second sentence which is similar to the first sentence that intends to emphasize the idea of the sentence. Third, verbosity sentences that use the inclusion allowance that serve to explain the previous sentence and which are not yet clear. Fourth, verbosity and repetition sentences that work to persuade the other person to accept the advice. The reason why ‘Abd’ repeated his words to the prophet Moses was not because Moses was stupid, but because of Prophet Moses' spirit in seeking knowledge and allowing him to continue searching for guidance with the ‘Abd’.Keywords: Advice, Repetition, Spirit.
