This study is done because there are still many problems or conflicts due to diversity in the community environment such as cultural differences, differences between individuals, social changes, and so on. It can be said to be a potential because Indonesia has abundant wealth, both natural and cultural and language wealth. This method uses a quantitative approach, the method used is a Literature (library research) study used by collecting data by looking for sources from various books, articles, journals and research. The results and discussion of this study show that philosophy is very active in making demonization of the society. But from the results concluded that philosophy plays an important role in aligning community diversity by providing frameworks to understand and respect different world perspectives and views such as, understanding the nature of diversity, developing critical thinking skills, fostering ethics and moral, creating the same language. Philosophy helps the community to appreciate the values and importance of different experiences of society and to recognize the value and importance of diversity. By questioning the assumptions and examining the fundamental values and principles that guide the mind and behavior of the community, philosophy helps identify and challenge tendencies that perpetuate inequality and discrimination.

Selecting outstanding students at Dr.Indra Adnan Indragiri Collage Vocational High School is an important activity in improving the quality of education. This process is always done manually and takes a lot of time. Therefore, a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is needed to facilitate the selection of outstanding students. This research aims to appoint outstanding students at SMK Dr. Adnan Indragiri Collage according to the criteria determined through decision support system techniques. This multi-criteria decision-making technique is based on the theory that each choice consists of a set of valid criteria and each criterion has a weight that describes its importance relative to other criteria. The calculation results show that there is one (1) student who can be used as a suggestion from the three (3) data used by researchers. This student is abbreviated as A1 with the highest score of 0.567.

This community service activity is focused on parents/guardians of students at the junior high school level, namely those parents who have children in their teens. Because at this age, students/children are vulnerable to committing deviant behavior because at this age individuals are in the age of conflict/search for identity. The first thing discussed in this service activity is the growth and development of teenagers, developmental tasks in adolescence and the conflicting behavior of teenagers at this age who tend to have high curiosity so that they need to be given an effective approach and communication between parents and children/ these teenagers so that they do not fall into deviant behavior. This PkM activity is carried out by means of a direct seminar to parents regarding emotional approaches to children by parents in order to prevent deviant behavior in teenagers. As a result of the implementation of this seminar activity, students/parents have an understanding of teenagers, the challenges of parenting in adolescence as well as an emotional approach to preventing deviant behavior in teenagers. With this understanding, it is hoped that they will be able to implement effective parenting patterns, namely being able to establish good emotional closeness and communicate effectively with their teenagers so that their teenagers will feel comfortable in the family environment so that the teenagers will not look for their identity outside in the wrong way or behave in deviant ways.

This thesis discusses the strategies of Fiqh subject teachers in increasing motivation for mandatory prayers in class VII students at MTs Yasti Sekabau. This research has two research objectives, including the following: 1) to find out the strategies of Jurisprudence teachers in implementing learning in increasing motivation for mandatory prayers in class VII students at MTs Yasti Sekabau for the 2022-2023 academic year. 2) find out the results of the implementation of the Jurisprudence subject teacher in fostering appreciation for the motivation for mandatory prayers in class VII students at MTs Yasti Sekabau for the 2022-2023 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach while this type of research is phenomenological research. There are three data collection techniques in this research, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display or data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Then the data validity checking techniques used are triangulation and member check. The results of this research are: The strategy for the Jurisprudence subject teacher to carry out learning in increasing motivation for mandatory prayers in class VII students at MTs Yasti Sekabau is as follows: Select and use learning strategies that suit the students' characteristics and understanding. 1) Using learning steps. 2) Providing motivation to students, both intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. The results of the Jurisprudence subject teacher fostering appreciation for the motivation for mandatory prayers in class VII students at MTs Yasti Sekabau, namely by 1) explaining or providing an understanding of the benefits or wisdom contained in prayer. 2) provide character education. 3) model interactions or approaches to students. 4) emphasize material related to prayer.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap tentang :1) Perencanaan pemberian reward untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak 2) Pelaksanaan pemberian reward untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak 3) Implikasi pemberian reward untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak di kelas B Kelompok Bermain Tunas Bangsa Simpuan Tahun Pelajaran 2022-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Perencanaan pemberian reward untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak adalah menyiapkan RPPH, menentukan strategi pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, dan menyiapkan reward. Pelaksananaan pemberian reward untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak adalah melalui kegiatan belajar mengajar guru memberikan reward pin bintang kepada siswa yang tidak malu-malu atau percaya diri untuk maju kedepan kelas. Implikasi pemberian reward untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak adalah guru selalu memberikan contoh sikap mencerminkan rasa percaya diri, serta melakukan pengawasan dan selalu memberikan stimulus kepada anak agar anak lebih percaya diri. Dengan pemberian reward rasa percaya diri anak lebih meningkat seperti tidak malu-malu untuk tampil didepan kelas, tidak ragu untuk bertanya atau mengajukan pendapat dan dengan pemberian reward ini anak-anak lebih bersemangat dalam melakukan kegiatan di kelas B Kelompok Bermain Tunas Bangsa.

Nyeri pada persalinan merupakan proses yang fisiologis namun rasa nyeri tersebut menyebabkan beberapa ibu merasa khawatir dan tidak akan mampu melewati proses persalinan, sehingga membuat otot rahim semakin kuat dan keras. Kecemasan dan ketakutan dapat memicu keluarnya hormon adrenalin yang menyebabkan otot serviks menjadi kaku sehingga proses persalinan berjalan lambat dan hal ini yang memicu pernapasan ibu tidak teratur sehingga menyebabkan berkurangnya sirkulasi oksigen bagi tubuh ibu dan janin. Salah satu upaya dilakukan untuk menurunkan nyeri adalah penggunaan birthing ball yang dapat menurunkan nyeri fisiologis. Birth ball adalah bola terapi fisik yang membantu inpartu kala I keposisi yang membantu kemajuan persalinan dan dapat digunakan untuk meringankan nyeri persalinan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan birthing ball terhadap intensitas nyeri pada ibu bersalin kalaI fase aktif. Metode penelitian: analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Besar sampel sebanyak 30 ibu bersalin kala I fase aktif. Hasil Penelitian: Intensitas nyeri untuk yang menggunakan birthing ball memiliki rata- rata nyeri ringan dengan simpangan baku sebesar 68,8, sedangkan pada yang tidak menggunakan birthing ball memiliki rata-rata nyeri berat dengan simpangan baku sebesar 71,4. Kesimpulan: ada pengaruh penggunaan Birthing Ball terhadap Intensitas nyeri persalinan dimana nilai p value 0,028 (p value < 0,05).

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, school educational institutions carried out online distance learning. For areas included in the green zone, face-to-face learning can be done for a limited time and adhere to health protocols. One of the learning innovations that can be carried out by madrasas / schools is Blended Learning-based learning, including at SMAN 1 Dewantara. This study aims to determine management, learning planning, and evaluation of Blended Learning-based learning at SMAN 1 Dewantara. The research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation study. The results showed that at the planning stage, the school formulated a special curriculum in accordance with the Blended Learning learning model during the Covid-19 Pandemic supported by adequate learning facilities and infrastructure. At the implementation stage, there is a slight difference between theory and real data in the application of this blanded learning offline and online learning time. Dewantara SMAN 1 school implements a shift system, one day offline learning and on another day online learning, meanwhile, online learning is tailored to the needs of each teacher. At the evaluation stage, schools carry out offline and online website-based evaluations.

Objective. This study deals with the use of online teaching of English for librarians using WhatsApp voice notes. This study aimed at figuring out the students’ perspectives regarding the implementation of WhatsApp voice notes in teaching English for Librarian courses and investigating to what extent WhatsApp voice is contributing to their speaking skills. Material and Method. Four examples of dialogue in a library context were used in practice involving 68 students taking English as a Librarian subject. The instrument used to collect data for the study was a questionnaire survey and coding and summarizing were used to analyze the data. Results. The result of the study showed that the highest percentage (84%) of the participants perceived speaking interchange via voice note as a more helpful way of making and reinforcing their speaking fluency. Independent practice and replayed recordings make their speaking fluency reinforced. The result also showed that the voice notes recordings of their speaking become valuable self-assets for their speaking practice in the library context (76%) and help them recognize new vocabulary and pronunciation in library science (67%). Conclusion. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that WhatsApp voice note is a useful tool to provide students with opportunities to speak using voice note as an alternative media, to trigger and train student’ self-speaking skill.

Mukti ali dan Joachim Wach merupakan tokoh yang dikenal dalam kalangan “Perbandingan Agama” atau sekarang disebut dengan Ilmu Studi Agama-agama. A. Mukti Ali disebut sebagai Bapak perbandingan agama Indonesia sedangkan Joachim Wach adalah seorang pengarang buku “The Comparative Study of Religions” yang dijadikan salah satu rujukan pokok bagi mahasiswa dan mahasisiwi Studi Agama-agama. Artikel ini menyoroti pada aspek biografi dan pemikiran keduanya terhadap pendekatan studi agama serta memotret kontribusi keduanya terhadap pendekatan studi agama. Studi komparasi terhadap pemikiran keduanya diperlukan dalam menghidupkan semangat keilmuan studi agama.

Karena mendasarkan pengembangan produknya pada teori perbankan syariah, PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Antasari, pionir perbankan syariah nasional, menawarkan berbagai produk perbankan yang berpegang pada hukum syariah. Kontrak Barang, Jasa, rencana bagi hasil, dan perjanjian jual beli merupakan produk Bank Muamalat KCP Antasari. Akad bai al-istishna merupakan salah satu jenis akad jual beli yang bermanfaat bagi pertumbuhan perekonomian pada umumnya serta sektor industri dan manufaktur. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan analitis, dengan fokus pada analisis dokumen. Dilengkapi dengan wawancara narasumber untuk mengkaji data sekunder di industri akuntansi yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Prosedur pembiayaan istishna di PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Antasari bagi calon mitra adalah mengacu pada peraturan/persyaratan baku yang berlaku mengenai pembiayaan istishna` di PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Antasari, 2) Adapun perlakuan akuntansi istishna` yang dilakukan oleh PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Antasari, yaitu pengakuan dan pengukuran, penyajian, pengungkapan yang mengacu pada PSAK No. 59 dan PAPSI 2003, dan 3) Secara garis besar perlakuan akuntansi terhadap pembiayaan istishna` yang dilakukan pada PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Antasari telah sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi yang berlaku umum yakni PSAK No.59 dan PAPSI 2003
