Abstract

The development of Islamic financial products in Indonesia has generated various innovations, one of which is the gold rotating savings scheme (arisan emas) administered by Pegadaian Syariah Cinere. This product integrates a collective rotating savings mechanism with gradual gold ownership through an installment system. This study aims to analyze the contractual structure applied in the gold arisan scheme and to assess its compliance with the Fatwa of the Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia Number 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010 concerning non-cash gold transactions. This research employs a qualitative method with an empirical legal approach using a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, direct observation, and documentation, with in-depth interviews conducted with the branch manager as the primary informant. The findings indicate the following. First, the gold arisan scheme applies solely a rahn (pledge) contract, initiated by the down payment and the signing of the agreement by the group leader. The scheme operates for a six-month period, and the group leader assumes responsibility if any participant withdraws. Second, the implementation of the gold arisan does not fully conform to Fatwa Number 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010 on non-cash gold transactions, although general procedural requirements such as application through the Islamic pawnshop institution and a minimum of six participants are fulfilled.

Abstract

Strategi Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) menjadi pendekatan yang efektif untuk mengembangkan nalar empatik dan moderat peserta didik. Melalui pemberian masalah-masalah kontekstual terkait keberagaman, toleransi, dan isu sosial-keagamaan, peserta didik dilatih untuk menganalisis situasi secara kritis, memahami perspektif orang lain, dan merumuskan solusi yang humanis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kepustakaan (library research), yang mengkaji berbagai teori, hasil penelitian, dan praktik implementasi PBL dalam pembelajaran PAI. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis) untuk mengidentifikasi relevansi strategi PBL dalam pembentukan sikap empatik dan moderat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PBL mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, keterampilan kolaborasi, serta membangun kesadaran sosial keagamaan yang inklusif. Penerapan PBL dalam PAI tidak hanya mengembangkan kompetensi kognitif, tetapi juga karakter peserta didik melalui proses refleksi, dialog, dan pemecahan masalah secara konstruktif. Dengan demikian, PBL merupakan strategi yang tepat untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai empati dan moderasi beragama dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Kesimpulan dari penerapan strategi ini adalah PBL meningkatkan kepekaan sosial dan empati peserta didik. Melalui penyajian masalah-masalah nyata yang berkaitan dengan isu keberagaman, konflik sosial, dan dinamika keagamaan, peserta didik terlibat dalam proses memahami sudut pandang orang lain. Proses diskusi kelompok dan refleksi membantu mereka menyadari perbedaan pengalaman, kebutuhan, serta nilai yang dimiliki orang lain.

Abstract

Education is an important part of individual and social development, and Islamic psychology offers a unique approach to understanding human psychology. In the context of Indonesia where the majority of the population is Muslim, it is important to understand how an Islamic psychological approach can help increase the effectiveness of education. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive-analytic approach. Data collection was carried out through a literature review of relevant theoretical and empirical sources. The results of the study show that from the perspective of Islamic psychology, education emphasizes the importance of integrating spiritual and psychological aspects in the formation of personality and individual development. Islamic psychology teaches concepts such as morals, faith and trust that can help individuals overcome challenges in the process of learning and self-development. In addition, Islamic psychology also emphasizes the importance of developing strong character, including traits such as patience, determination, and responsibility. These concepts can be applied in the Indonesian educational context to help students deal with academic pressures, increase motivation to study and develop positive attitudes towards themselves and those around them. In addition, this study identifies several challenges that may arise in the application of an Islamic psychological approach to education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia is still an issue that requires serious attention. One of the main determining factors for the quality of education is teacher professionalism. Professional teachers are able to carry out their strategic role in designing, implementing and evaluating the learning process effectively. Academic supervision implemented by school principals is certainly very effective, because it can provide assistance, guidance and guidance to teachers so that they are able to work better in guiding students and can improve the quality of learning in improving learning in schools. The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of implementing coaching-based academic supervision in increasing teacher professionalism. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research subjects were principals, supervisors and teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Rembang. The research results found that the supporting factors for the implementation of school principal academic supervision include: principal, teachers,. The principal has high concern for teachers to improve their teaching abilities, so that teachers are able to excel, and teachers have high awareness and motivation to improve their teaching abilities. In implementing academic supervision by the principal, it can be carried out in three stages, namely: conducting pre-academic supervision, carrying out class visits, and discussing the results of class visits. The implementation of an effective academic supervision program means that to achieve the required quality, it requires serious supervision by the school principal. The implementation of academic supervision by the school principal towards teachers is very important in order to improve teachers' professional abilities and improve the quality of learning through a good learning process. The essence of academic supervision is not assessing teacher performance in managing the learning process, but rather helping teachers develop their professionalism.

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai mutu pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya pada layanan dermatologi yang menuntut kesinambungan perawatan, kualitas interaksi antara tenaga medis dan pasien, serta persepsi terhadap kualitas pelayanan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Klinik Dermatologi Erha Medan Indonesia untuk menilai pengaruh masing-masing dimensi kualitas pelayanan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dimensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, baik secara individual maupun kolektif. Di antara kelima dimensi tersebut, assurance dan empathy merupakan prediktor paling kuat, menegaskan pentingnya kompetensi tenaga medis, komunikasi yang efektif, pembangunan rasa percaya, serta perhatian personal dalam meningkatkan pengalaman perawatan dermatologi. Dimensi tangibles, meskipun memiliki kontribusi agak rendah, tetap memberikan pengaruh signifikan, mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas fasilitas fisik dan aspek visual pelayanan masih berperan dalam membentuk persepsi pasien. Secara umum, temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan kuat terhadap kepuasan pasien di Klinik Dermatologi Erha Medan. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan secara berkelanjutan pada seluruh dimensi untuk memperkuat pengalaman pasien, meningkatkan loyalitas, serta mendorong peningkatan mutu layanan dermatologi. Penelitian selanjutnya mengintegrasikan variabel luaran klinis guna memperoleh gambaran lebih komprehensif mengenai hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of the Education Management Information System (Education MIS) in improving educational quality at SDIT Aziziyyah, Pekanbaru. The research addresses the empirical gap regarding integrated implementation of Education MIS in Islamic primary schools, particularly in supporting operational efficiency, instructional monitoring, and data-driven decision making. A descriptive qualitative case study was conducted, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation, and validated through source triangulation. Findings indicate that Education MIS significantly improves administrative efficiency, real-time student achievement monitoring, transparency for parents, and data-based managerial decision-making. This study extends previous research by showing that Education MIS also supports pedagogical practices, learning evaluation, and school-parent collaboration. The study highlights that integrated Education MIS is a strategic tool for transforming management in Islamic primary schools, with cloud-based development recommended for system sustainability

Abstract

This study aims to determine the reproductive biology of the pennywort (Centella asiatica). The methods used were observation and experiments conducted in Kediri Village, West Lombok Regency. The results indicate that Centella asiatica can reproduce both generatively and vegetatively. Generative reproduction occurs through flower formation, pollination, and seed formation, but is not the primary method of reproduction. Vegetative reproduction occurs through stolons, which grow creeping and form new individuals at each node, making them more dominant due to their speed and efficiency. Thus, this reproductive ability demonstrates Centella asiatica's high adaptability to the environment.

Abstract

Educational financial management involves the transparent and efficient planning, organising, managing and accounting for funds (RAPBS) to improve the quality of education. Fundraising involves optimising sources from the government (BOS), parents or the community (committees), foundations, and school business units, in order to meet the operational and development needs of educational institutions, namely schools. “Education funding is a shared responsibility between the Government, Local Governments, and the community”. Furthermore, Article 2, paragraphs (1) and (2) of Government Regulation No. 48 of 2008 on Education Funding state that education funding is a shared responsibility between the central government, local governments, and the community. The community referred to includes: educational institutions established by the community; students, parents or guardians of students; and other parties besides those mentioned who have an interest and role in the field of education. Development funding, which includes long-term investments to improve the quality of education, such as teacher training, curriculum development, and the construction of learning facilities. 3. Contingency funding, which is allocated for urgent needs or extraordinary events that cannot be planned in advance.

Abstract

Civic education in elementary schools plays an important role in shaping character and understanding of Pancasila values. However, learning methods that still predominantly use lectures often make it difficult for students to understand abstract concepts. This study was conducted to test the urgency of using Argument Mapping-based media as an innovative alternative in improving students' conceptual understanding. The study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 35 fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 3 Blang Mangat, divided into an experimental class (18 students) using Argument Mapping and a control class (17 students) using conventional methods. The instrument was an essay test consisting of 8 items that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed a significant increase in the experimental class (average 72.22 to 91) compared to the control class, with a t-test (p < 0.05) proving a positive effect. It was concluded that the Argument Mapping media was effective in improving students' conceptual understanding and training them to think critically, systematically, and logically.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap tentang: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran, komunikasi pembelajaran dan disiplin pembelajaran dalam menghadapi perbedaan perilaku siswa kelas V B; (2) Taktik guru mengelola pembelajaran dalam menghadapi perbedaan perilaku siswa kelas V B ; (3) Faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku siswa kelas V B. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran, komunikasi pembelajaran dan disiplin pembelajaran yaitu dengan memahami kurikulum, bahan ajar, menyusun, melaksanakan, menilai program pengajaran dan hasil belajar. Komunikasi dengan model komunikasi mekanistik, interaksional, psikologis dan pragmatis. Disiplin belajar dengan menggunakan disiplin preventif, korektif dan progresif. (2) Taktik guru mengelola pembelajaran dalam menghadapi perbedaan perilaku siswa yaitu penggunaan media proyektor dan manual, permainan (tik tak tu, botol flip, tipex roll, spidol roll), simulasi, diskusi, sesi evaluasi. Karakteristik yang digunakan secara terencana, sesuai konteks, fokus interaksi guru dan siswa, integrasi pengalaman belajar, pemberian kesempatan berfikir kritis, berorientasi pada tujuan pembelajaran dan diiringi sistem pembelajaran point. (3) Faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku siswa yaitu terdapat faktor internal (nature, kognitif, afektif, dan konasi) dan faktor eksternal (nurture dan norma).
