Abstract

Untuk suatu lembaga pendidikan ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor sistem, diantaranya pengawasan pendidikan/1oleh kepala sekolah sebagai pengawas sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional (Permendiknas) Nomor 13 Tahun 2007 depretahan Kepala Sekolah yang harus melaksanakan pengawasan pendidikan, menyelenggarakan pendidikan, pemantauan, jenis pemantauan, dan penilaian kinerja pegawai. Tujuannya adalah untuk mendukung siswa dan guru dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran melalui inkuiri, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Tugas guru adalah guru adalah mengorganisasikan seluruh pekerjaan siswa, termasuk seluruh aktor dalam sistem sekolah, dan memaksimalkan pembelajaran melalui penggunaan satu pendekatan berpikir kritis dan satu pendekatan konstruktif dari kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reading interest on learning achievement in 4th semester students of the Faculty of Psychology at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This study used a survey method with purposive sampling of 30students.Data were collected using a reading interest questionnaire and student learning achievement scores. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that reading interest has a significant influence on the learning achievement of students of the Faculty of Psychology at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The correlation value or relationship between the two variables, namely the independent variable (Reading Interest) and the dependent variable (Learning Achievement), which is indicated by the R value of 0.751. In addition, R Square has a value of 0.565. The significance value shows the F Count value of 36, 330 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, which indicates that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 5.65%. The regression analysis results show that there is a positive relationship between reading interest and student learning achievement. The higher a person's reading interest, the higher their learning achievement. The implication of this study is that to improve students' learning achievement, it is necessary to increase their reading interest. This research can be a contribution to the development of higher education in Indonesia, especially in an effort to improve the quality of learning at the Faculty of Psychology at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.

Abstract

Lignocellulose comprises three biopolymers, cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin that form a complex composite structure. Cellulose, as a biopolymer possesses notable properties including biocompatibility, biodegradability and economic viability. Gunung Kidul, one of the areas in Indonesia, precisely in Yogyakarta, where the population is known to live as cocoa farmers, so the potential for cocoa husks production is quite large. One way to obtain cellulose is by extracting the cacao husks from Gunung Kidul Cocoa Fermentation Center. Cellulose extraction were carried out through two main stages: alkaline delignification and bleaching. Based on the FTIR characterization results, the cocoa skins from Gunung Kidul Fermentation Center have the potential to separate cellulose from lignin and hemicellulose, which is shown in the presence of the function groups O-H, CH2, and C=O. So, the study aimed to get the optimum condition of the cellulose through several variations of the alkaline (NaOH and KOH), and the type of bleaching reagent (NaOCl and H2O2). The concentration of H2O2 (10%, 20%, 30% and 40%). The potential for cellulose can be developed and modified into nanocellulose in the future perspective.

Abstract

Nurses are one of the medical staff who play an active role in improving health development. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors of nurse ergonomics for complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in the inpatient room of Rumah Sakit Umum Langsa. This research is analytic observational research with a case-control design. The population in this study were all inpatient nurses at Langsa Hospital. The sample involved in this study was 144 nurses, consisting of 72 people as case samples and 72 people as control samples. The sampling was done by purposive sampling. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the age, tenure, and work position of nurses were related to complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), where older nurses (36-50 years) and long working years tended to experience MSDs complaints, as well as nurses who worked in positionswork that is not ergonomic is more likely to experience MSDs. Meanwhile, the gender of the nurse is not related to complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) because both women and men have the same risk of experiencing MSDs complaints. This study concludes that the most at risk for musculoskeletal disorders is the work position variable. It is recommended that the K3RS team develop and implement SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) regarding the risk of patient handling for nurses at work, and conduct training related to patient handling or ergonomics activities for nurses.

Abstract

Inclusive Education from various perspectives, seeks to explain how other fields of science explain various points of view. Social interaction is "a relationship between two or more human individuals, where the behavior of one individual changes and improves the behavior of another individual and vice versa. A harmonious mental and emotional state is a factor that forms readiness. This factor is a status condition that includes a critical attitude, controlled emotions, being mature, and having various objective and logical considerations. The philosophy of inclusive education is actually almost the same as the philosophy of this nation, namely unity in diversity, namely instilling the philosophy of having the same determination despite the diversity of national life. This learning adapts to the circumstances of the students, and it is not the students who have to adapt to the learning, where the adjustments relate to the learning environment, learning media/tools, materials and strategy methods. Providing equal rights for all children to obtain the right to live together with other communities, or community rights. Children with special needs have the right to socialize with members or communities in their environment. Children with special needs have the right: a) to receive special protection from discrimination, neglect, harassment, exploitation, as well as violence and sexual crimes, b) to receive family care and nurturing for optimal growth and development, c) fulfillment of special needs, d) equal treatment with other children to achieve social integration and individual development.

Abstract

Career decision making is a thinking process in selecting and determining various existingIslamic boarding schools are places where students gain and practice knowledge. Being in an Islamic boarding school requires students to have motivation to learn. One of the factors related to motivation is having a goal orientation. The aim of this research is to statistically test the relationship between goal orientation and students’ learning motivation in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses quantitative research methods with a correlation research type. The results of this research show that the level of goal orientation of students is in the high category as many as 49 students (56%), and as many as 38 students (44%) are in the medium category. The results of the level of student motivation to learn were in the high category as many as 58 students (67%) and as many as 29 students (33%) were in the medium category. The results of the product moment analysis show that there is a positive and very significant relationship between goal orientation and learning motivation as shown by the Pearson correlation results of (r) = 0.424 with sig (p) = 0.000 (p<0.05). The results of the analysis test show that the higher the level of goal orientation, the higher the learning motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa calon guru dengan menerapkan pembelajaran project based learning melalui lesson study. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas melalui lesson study dengan tiga open class dengan subyek berjumlah 32 orang mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika Universitas Hamzanwadi. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini meliputi lembar aktivitas mahasiswa yang digunakan untuk mengukur aktivitas mahasiswa selama mengikuti pembelajaran dan tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa skor aktivitas mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran dari open class pertama, kedua dan ketiga sebesar 73,62%; 80,09%; dan 84,72% terdapat peningkatan rata rata aktivitas sebesar 5,56%. Data skor kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa diperoleh berturut turut sebesar 75%; 81,25%; dan 93,75%, terjadi rata rata peningkatan sebesar 9,38%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan pembelajaran project based learning melalui lesson study dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa calon guru

Abstract

Education aims to develop both spiritual and physical aspects of students gradually to achieve a well-rounded personality as individuals, social beings, and devoted servants of God. This study explores how teachers enhance student motivation at SDS IT Al-Furqan, Tebas District, Sambas Regency, through both teacher-centered and student-centered approaches. Using a qualitative descriptive methodology, which includes observation, interviews, and documentation, the research provides an in-depth understanding of teaching practices. The findings reveal that while the teacher-centered approach at the school involves modifications to create a more conducive learning environment, it still remains focused on the teacher as the primary source of knowledge. In contrast, the student-centered approach emphasizes active student engagement and the use of diverse methods such as discussions, projects, and peer teaching to boost motivation. The conclusion indicates that, although the teacher-centered approach provides a solid foundation, a more effective motivational strategy often combines elements of both approaches to create a more enjoyable and motivating learning experience.

Abstract

Learning activities in classes with diverse students, where there are students with special needs, challenge teachers to pay more attention and fulfill all students, and develop learning through internalizing the values ​​of Islamic Religious Education learning between training students in developing attitudes since elementary school with elements of activities. in class with a commitment to nationality, tolerance, non-violence, and accommodating to local culture. Teachers get used to stimulating students by showing honest, disciplined, responsible, caring, mutual cooperation, cooperation, tolerance, peace, polite, responsive and proactive behavior as part of the solution to various problems in interacting effectively with the social and natural environment and placing self as a reflection of the nation in various world relationships.

Abstract

Researchers conduct research in SMPIT Qurrata A’yun Ponorogo, a civilization school that combines sciences and Islamic religion with a school model that is able to integrate qouli knowledge and kauni become one unit in learning. This study uses a qualitative approach, a case study type and data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive techniques by using data reduction flow, presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study at SMP IT Quratta A’yun Ponorogo show that religious character values are internalized through religious activities and self-development through tahfidz Qur'an, and other religious activities. The steps used in internalizing religious characters in biology learning have three stages, namely: the value transformation stage, the value transaction stage, transinternalization of values. It is expected that biology teachers will always maximize their learning activities by inserting the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in the biology learning process.
