Abstract

The study's goal is to examine how advertising, perceived quality, and experiential marketing affect consumers' decisions to buy. The judgment sampling approach is the sample technique employed in this study. Based on the assumption that respondents had shopped online, samples were chosen. One hundred samples will be collected for this study. In this study, the author employed two different types of data: primary and secondary. Using Cronbach's alpha, researchers assess a variable's dependability in this test. Multiple linear regression analyses are used in the examination of research data. Experience marketing, perceived quality, and advertising are found to have a major impact on the purchasing decisions of customers who actively use e-commerce applications, according to the research findings. The a-value of 13.4 shows the buyer's decision value when there is no influence from the experiential marketing, perceived quality, or advertising variables. The regression coefficients b1, b2, and b3 each show that a one-unit increase in the experiential marketing, perceived quality, and advertising variables will result in an increase in purchasing decisions by 0.24, 0.2, and 0.24 respectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how students' attitudes about electronic money affect their desire to use e-wallets. This study employs a descriptive-quantitative methodology. In this study, a survey method was employed. All of the participants in this study were students. A proportionate stratified random sample strategy was employed in this study. The following methods of gathering data were employed in this study: questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The coefficients table shows that this study used the Windows version of SPSS to calculate the regression. The analysis and debate revealed that students' attitudes toward electronic money have a big impact on whether or not they are interested in utilizing e-wallets. The results of a basic linear regression analysis test demonstrate this, indicating that H0 is rejected if sig ≤ 0.05 with a sig value of 0.001. This is also consistent with the coefficient of determination test results, which indicate that the R square value is 0.16. It may be concluded that students' opinions about electronic money and enthusiasm in utilizing e-wallets are influenced by 16%. Technological innovation, perceived benefits, and perceived convenience all have a big impact on interest in utilizing e-wallets.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate user satisfaction through UI/UX design in mobile banking and find out what kind of UI/UX appearance users want using the user-centered design method. This research uses a qualitative approach. In addition to the qualitative approach, this research also incorporates a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used usability testing, interviews, and questionnaires. We calculated the data obtained from the questionnaire statistically using Microsoft Excel. The results of questionnaire data analysis can be in the form of graphs or numbers. Researchers create a list of required elements or features to maintain, add, improve, or remove after collecting and analyzing data. Researchers will implement the requirements list by providing prototype design recommendations. The research results showed that 90% of participants successfully completed the 10 task scenarios given during the evaluation of ongoing mobile banking usability testing. Furthermore, during the evaluation of mobile banking prototype recommendations, 99% of participants successfully completed the 10 task scenarios that had been given. The appearance that users want is a more attractive appearance by adding more icons and illustrations, as well as making the appearance more modern. Additional features that users want, namely adding an e-wallet top-up feature, not limiting the account mutations that can be seen, adding a share feature after transfer, adding fingerprint and face ID features in the login section, and adding a copy feature to be able to copy account numbers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how information literacy, perceived validity, and perceived trust of the variables affect people's adoption of social media as a vehicle for information dissemination. In general, a quantitative method is used to conduct this research. Social media users that are active or inactive and reside in five major Indonesian cities make up the demographic used in this study. Using the purposive sampling strategy, researchers collected samples. 100 people made up the study's sample. Questionnaires were distributed as part of the data collection process. Two phases of measurement were done in this investigation by the researchers. Analyze the measurement model first, and then analyze the model structure second. According to the results, most people in five major Indonesian cities have a 70% degree of trust in information found on social media. Let us therefore suppose that 60% of the information on social media is accurate. Therefore, it can be said that most individuals have a good level of information literacy, which enables them to evaluate the veracity of the information they are given rather than blindly accepting it. Perceived validity, perceived usefulness, perceived simplicity of use, and perceived trust are all directly impacted by information literacy, and these factors will indirectly affect actual use. Through usage patterns and intentions, perceived validity influences actual use among AUs in an indirect manner. Through perceived validity, perceived trust influences actual use in an indirect manner.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of customer care offered online so that users can keep using the e-banking system as they see fit. In order to gather data for e-banking system study, involved parties' questionnaire responses, interviews, and observations are used. Furthermore, it is necessary to perform a literature evaluation pertaining to this topic. Researchers both directly and indirectly distributed questionnaires as part of the data collection process. In the first stage, non-probability sampling is performed, and in the subsequent stage, purposive sampling is used based on predetermined criteria. 100 people made up the sample in this study. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was the data analysis technique used in this study. The study's findings demonstrated that users of the e-banking system were more likely to trust the caliber of the services offered. Customers can feel satisfied and assured when using the e-banking system because it provides what they need. Because the e-banking system's quality service has a relatively high value in relation to the probability value of its variable values, clients can feel confidence when transacting with it. The e-banking system is able to make clients feel content, hence it has a major influence on customer loyalty, even though the value is fairly tiny compared to the likelihood values for other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to analyze user satisfaction with the quality of mobile banking application services using the end-user computing satisfaction model. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Use of questionnaires as a data collection tool. Sampling was done using the purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Researchers conducted demographic, outer, and inner model analyses using the PLS-SEM approach via Smart-PLS. This research indicates that most mobile banking application users were satisfied with their overall use. The four hypotheses proposed, namely ease of use, perceived usefulness, and timeliness, were all accepted with solid evidence. The results of hypothesis testing show that three hypotheses have a highly significant influence on user satisfaction, namely H5 (perceived usefulness), H4 (format), and H3 (ease of use). These factors, such as user-perceived usefulness, format quality, and ease of use, provide a positive experience for users to feel satisfied with the application. However, two hypotheses are not accepted, indicating that the accuracy variable (accuracy) and content variable (content) do not significantly influence user satisfaction. The purpose of adding the perceived usefulness variable to this research is to obtain information about how practical the application is for users, and the results of the t-test show that this variable has a significant relationship with user satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effects of price, e-service quality, and advertising on online travel agent users' propensity to repurchase. Convenience sampling was used to select 100 respondents to serve as study participants, giving us the research sample. Through observations, questionnaires, and interviews, we gathered data. The primary technique for data analysis employed by the researchers was multiple linear regression, and they employed a descriptive study design. Important results show that repurchase intention is significantly influenced by advertising. The price variable, which exhibits a strong influence on repurchase intention, experiences the same phenomenon. Repurchase intention is also significantly influenced by the quality of the e-service. These findings corroborate the hypothesis that consumers of online travel agencies have a propensity to repurchase based on factors such as price, advertising, and e-service quality. Additionally, the study's findings show that the combination of these three factors pricing, e-service quality, and advertising significantly affects repurchase intention. This suggests that consumers repurchase intentions on the online travel agent platform can be raised by a clever combination of advertising-based promotion, competitive pricing, and high-quality online services. The development of marketing and customer service initiatives in the online travel agency sector can benefit greatly from these findings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and quantify the factors that affect consumers' satisfaction when they use pay later. This study uses a quantitative methodology. Researchers used questionnaires to get information. To pick 100 respondents from the research population, which was made up of pay later users who were actively using the service, the researchers used purposive selection approaches. Partial least squares structural equation modeling is the data analysis technique used in this study (PLS-SEM). The research findings indicated that there was a high degree of goodness and excellence in the data quality and the data outcomes acquired through the outer and inner models. All hypotheses tested in this study were accepted, indicating that the variables measured, such as content, accuracy, format, and ease of use, have a significant effect on the level of end-user satisfaction. Testing of the model structure also confirmed the acceptance of all hypotheses, with accuracy proven to have the greatest influence on ease of use. This research shows that the accuracy aspect of the use of a system or product has the most significant impact on user satisfaction. However, it is important to note that all variables, including content, format, and ease of use, also positively contribute and cannot be ignored. Therefore, even though accuracy has the greatest influence, the presence of all these factors remains an important aspect of analyzing customer satisfaction in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to demonstrate and examine how perceived advertising budget and pricing deals affect perceived quality and brand image, as well as how brand loyalty, brand awareness, and brand image are affected. Descriptive research is what this study is doing. The research approach employed by the investigators was a cross-sectional design. In this study, a questionnaire is used to collect data. This study's target demographic consists of all individuals who have visited, seen, and bought merchandise. Scientists employed judgmental sampling, a non-probability sampling method. One hundred persons made up the research sample. This study makes use of the confirmatory factor analysis approach in conjunction with the SEM data processing technology. The analysis's findings indicated that perceived advertising spending positively impacted perceived quality. Brand loyalty is positively impacted by perceived ad spend. Brand recognition is positively impacted by perceived ad spending. Brand image benefits from perceived advertising expenditure. Discounts on prices positively impact the perception of quality. Discounts have a detrimental effect on a brand's reputation. Thus, these results provide important insights for companies in designing their marketing strategies. They need to carefully consider the allocation of their promotional funds, ensuring that investment in perceived advertising spending is balanced with the benefits derived while also being mindful of the risks associated with excessive use of price deals. By understanding the relationship between these factors, companies can optimize their marketing efforts to strengthen their brand image and improve their product performance in the marketplace.
