Abstract

Performance can generally be defined as the work results or work achievements of an individual or a group of people in carrying out their duties and responsibilities within an organization or a specific time period. This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and workload on teacher performance at Dayah Harapan Ummat Simpang Mamplam Bireuen. The research method used is quantitative with a census sampling approach, involving 58 teachers as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression and was analyzed using SPSS 24 software. The research results show that job satisfaction and workload significantly influence teacher performance. Job satisfaction, reflecting teacher utility, is positively correlated with performance, indicating increased productivity. Managed workload, as a production factor, also positively influences performance, emphasizing efficient allocation of human resources. Simultaneously, both variables explain 78.3% of the variance in teacher performance, demonstrating a significant contribution to the effectiveness of educational organizations. The implications of this research are strategic human resource management in the education sector, focusing on improving job satisfaction and optimizing workload for superior organizational performance. This research provides empirical insights for the development of policies to enhance the quality of education through improved teacher welfare and productivity.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a pleasant or positive emotional state resulting from the appraisal of one's job or work experiences. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and work environment on the job satisfaction of teachers at SMAS Islam Zulkifliyah, Simpang Mamplam Subdistrict, Bireuen Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a census sampling approach, involving 39 teachers as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression and was analyzed using SPSS 24 software. The research results show that compensation and work environment, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant influence on teacher job satisfaction. Compensation, which includes salary, allowances, and incentives, as well as a conducive work environment, has been proven to increase teacher job satisfaction. This research concludes that both factors play an important role in creating teacher job satisfaction, which has a positive impact on the quality of education. This research recommends increasing compensation and creating a supportive work environment to enhance teacher job satisfaction.

Abstract

Brand Switching is a consumer behavior in which individuals shift from one brand to another when purchasing products within the same category. This means that consumers who were previously loyal to a particular brand decide to try or switch to a competing brand. This study aims to analyze the influence of variety seeking and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on brand switching in Indonesia’s automotive industry, particularly marked by the shift from Japanese to Chinese brands. The phenomenon of brand switching has become increasingly common in the digital era, driven by consumers’ desire for variety and information obtained through online reviews. Variety seeking, based on the Optimal Stimulation Level (OSL) theory and novelty seeking, reflects the consumer's desire for new experiences. Meanwhile, eWOM, grounded in social proof and information adoption theories, shapes perceptions through online reviews. This quantitative study utilized a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who had switched car brands. Data were collected using a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The data analysis employed Multiple Linear Regression and was processed using SPSS version 24. The hypothesis testing revealed that variety seeking has a significant negative effect, eWOM has a significant positive effect, and both variables simultaneously have a significant positive effect on brand switching. Educated Indonesian consumers tend to consider value for money, innovation, and design when making brand-switching decisions. Companies need to leverage eWOM, enhance innovation, and understand consumer preferences to maintain market position and customer loyalty..

Abstract

The management of APBDes funds signifies that all planning, which is the result of an agreement between the village government and the village consultative body, encompasses expenditures stipulated for the administration of village governance for one year. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of village government transparency and accountability on the management of the village revenue and expenditure budget (APBDes) in Gampong Cot Laot, Peudada Subdistrict, Bireuen Regency. To obtain optimal results, the data scope was derived from respondent answers through questionnaire questions distributed to 40 respondents, namely the community of Cot Laot Village, Peudada Subdistrict, Bireuen Regency. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results, both partially and simultaneously, indicate that village government transparency and accountability have a positive and significant influence on the management of APBDes in Cot Laot Village, Peudada Subdistrict, Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) to find out how farmers' perceptions influence the use of pesticides on cayenne pepper plants. and (2) to find out how farmers' perceptions of chemical pesticides applied to cayenne pepper plants. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive research type. The location of the study was determined by purposive sampling based on data that the highest cayenne pepper production in East Lombok Regency is in Pringgabaya District. The number of samples was 60 people from 15 villages; each village was sampled by 4 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression technique processed through SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software version 25 and descriptive analysis using a Likert scale score. The results of the study were: (1) Farmers' perceptions have a significant effect on farmers' decisions in using pesticides for the cayenne pepper plants they cultivate. And (2) farmers' perceptions of the use of pesticides in cayenne pepper cultivation are classified as good.

Abstract

artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses internalisasi dan signifikansi pengarusutamaan ekoteologi Pesantren Langitan Tuban. Untuk melihat hal tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dari wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses internalisasi ekoteologi Pesantren Langitan Tuban sebagai upaya mewujudkan pesantren penggerak kesadaran bencana dilakukan dalam dua hal, yakni melalui integrasi kurikulum pembelajaran, pengajian umum, diskusi kelompok, yang peneliti sebut sebai proses verbalisasi. Selain itu, internalisasi juga dilakukan melalu gerakan atau kampanye dalam bentuk aksi nyata dalam keseharian dan dalam media digital pondok pesantren. Selain itu, signifikansi pengarusutamaan ekoteologi Islam di PP. Langitan secara substantif dapat dikatakan sepenuhnya terealisasi dengan melihat dari indikator yang telah dikerjakan baik secara internal maupun eksternal (seperti dakwah melalui medsos). Namun untuk model deep ecology, pesantren langitan belum menemukan momentumnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Alwi Assegaf. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil merupakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 35 karyawan sebagai responden. Teknik pengambilan data melalui kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Variabel kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 1.472 < tabel 1.690 dan nilai signifikan 0.151 > 0.05. Variabel kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 4.752 > ttabel 1.690 dan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. Variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung 24.498 > Ftabel 3.295 dan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam (YPI) Adabiyah Palembang. Responden dalam penelitian ini 40 guru. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian variabel motivasi kerja, budaya kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Penddidikan Islam Adabiyah. Variabel motivasi kerja, budaya kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki hubungan pengaruh sebesar sebesar sebesar 0,864 persen, sedangkan 13,6 persen dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan serta Dampak Pengembangan Tenaga Kesehatan terhadap Mutu Pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih (RSIJCP). Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma post-positivisme karena paradigma ini cocok dengan penelitian yang sedang dilakukan dalam menganalisis pengembangan SDM tenaga kesehatan yang diterapkan, karena Belum maksimalnya pengembangan SDM tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit menyebabkan kualitas pelayanan belum optimal sehingga berdampak terhadap kunjungan masyarakat ke rumah sakit belum menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mewawancarai Direktur SDI Binroh AIK, Konsultan SDI, Kepala Urusan Pengembangan dan Diklat, Kepala Ruangan Muzdalifah dan Arafah. Kemudian menggunakan teknik dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data yang terkait dengan lokasi penelitian, Visi dan Misi, dan sejumlah data informasi mengenai pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pelayanan terhadap pasien di Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih. Observasi penelitian ini yaitu berkaitan dengan bagian HRD dan bagaimana pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang ada di RS Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian kualitatif. RSIJCP telah melaksanakan berbagai program pengembangan SDM, termasuk pelatihan berkelanjutan, program mentoring, dan evaluasi kinerja. Program-program ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga Kesehatan, Dampak Positif terhadap Mutu Pelayanan Pengembangan SDM yang dilakukan di RSIJCP berdampak positif terhadap mutu pelayanan.

Abstract

The study was conducted at public elementary schools (SD) throughout Bireuen Regency, with the sample aiming to analyze the effect of work motivation, compensation and school organizational climate on job satisfaction. Descriptive analysis and verification with path analysis approach. The results of the study found that all the factors included in the analysis model had a direct and indirect effect on the objective factor, namely job satisfaction. Each calculation results are; (1) the effect of motivation is 26.37%. (2) the influence of the compensation aspect is 26.2% and the influence of organizational climate is 25.92%. (4) Simultaneously the factors of motivation, compensation and organizational climate have a significant contribution to the job satisfaction of elementary school principals in Bireuen Regency by 26.7%.
