Abstract

This study investigates the difficulties encountered when translating fiqh terms from the Al-Munawwir dictionary to the “Islamic Fiqh wa Adillatuh” book. This study combines a literature review methodology with qualitative research techniques. The Al-Munawwir dictionary and legal jargon included in Sheikh Wahbah Az-Zuhaili’s book “Islamic Jurisprudence wa Adilatuh” are the sources of this information. The research’s findings indicate two categories of issues related to the translation of fiqh terminology in the book “Islamic Jurisprudence wa Adillatuh”: Linguistic Issues and Technical Issues. These issues were identified through data analysis conducted with the Al-Munawwir dictionary, followed by analysis and discussion in earlier chapters. This study further emphasizes how useful the Al-Munawwir lexicon is for translating terms related to fiqh. Among the Indonesian research and translation community that preserves their language, culture, and religion, this dictionary is highly regarded. Arabic and Indonesian dictionaries are used as reference materials, and words are defined from these sources.

projected traffic flow in the form of an increase in vehicle volume every year and to eliminate conflicts to connect the Rengas River and the Berembang River in Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency makes planning a reinforced concrete bridge the preferred solution and is planned as a class 1 bridge which must have a traffic design load of 100% of the total load. With a traffic lane width of 8.00 m using 1 unit of Box Girder with 2 Hollows with a bridge span of 36 m with specifications: girder height 3.00 m, bridge width 10 m, prestressed concrete quality box girder (fc' = 41.50 MPa), and the quality of the bridge floor slab/concrete (fc' = 41.50 MPa).Based on the results of calculations and analysis, the initial prestressing force was 28,138.94 kN, experiencing a total prestress loss of 17.48% so that the remaining stress was 18,524.56 kN from the prestressing force due to jacking force of 22,449.41 kN.. In one section of the box girder using tendons prestressing consists of: 3 tendons with nominal diameter specifications of strands of 12.7 mm (0.5") totaling 7 uncoated type wires 7 super wire strands ASTM A-416-06 grade 270  Key Words: box girder bridges, prestress loss, prestressed concrete, tendon placemen

Abstract

The mismatch between competence and job requirements is a cause of rampant unemployment. Moreover, the imbalance between supply and demand, as well as the quality of human resources are produced. The edupreneur program in the Islamic Early Childhood Education (IECE) department can equip graduates to be more competitive, especially looking for competent jobs. This study aims to develop an Educational Game Tool (EGT) in the form of APE Golf as a form of entrepreneurial education program (edupreneur) in the IECE study program. The method used is research and development (research and development) Borg and Gall. EGT Golf development is carried out in several stages, namely: the initial trial design stage given to material expert validators and media experts and the main field trial stage with 14 children. The results of this study indicate that EGT golf is feasible to be used as an educational program for students and prospective teachers in the IECE department. EGT golf testing with respondents can encourage student activity and develop fine and gross motor skills. EGT golf can also be used as a learning medium in early childhood education.

Abstract

Corruption crimes in Indonesia are on the rise, particularly through illicit enrichment where individuals accumulate wealth outside of legitimate income. Although Indonesia has ratified the United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC), the specific issue of illicit enrichment outlined in Article 20 has yet to be implemented in national legislation. This article aims to investigate current and potential future strategies to combat such corruption.  The research is a normative study using a comparative law approach and corpus-based critical analysis to assess Indonesia's anti-corruption efforts, explore the international standards set by illicit enrichment regulations, and draw lessons from the unexplained wealth laws in the United Kingdom and Australia. This research concludes that Indonesia has ratified UNCAC, but illicit enrichment in Article 20 of UNCAC has not been regulated in the law, so the practice of corruption is still so massive. To overcome this, strategic steps are needed in the future, such as revising the corruption law to include illicit enrichment regulations, optimizing institutions through bureaucratic reform, and activating community participation. Therefore, these three steps are very important in implementing the Illicit Enrichment regulation in advancing the corruption eradication agenda in Indonesia in the future.
