Abstract

This study examines the comparison of health regulations between countries and their impact on the quality of health services. The study found that countries with strict health regulations tend to have higher standards of health services, which are reflected in improved patient safety and competence of medical personnel. In contrast, countries with lax regulations often face challenges in maintaining quality of care, including a higher risk of malpractice and patient dissatisfaction. Thus, harmonisation of health regulations at the global or national level is recommended to reduce inequalities in healthcare quality and improve overall public health. This study underscores the importance of consistent and adaptive regulation to improve health outcomes across countries.

Abstract

Low math learning outcomes in students, especially in comparison materials, are reflected in low scores on the National Exam and learning outcomes in the classroom. Several factors, both internal and external, can cause learning difficulties experienced by students. This study aims to analyze the obstacles to students' difficulties in learning mathematics and their causes. The subjects involved were 30 students. This type of mixed research uses data collection methods through tests, interviews, and questionnaires. The instruments used are closed questionnaire sheets and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques using data collection are interactive model data analysis techniques, especially in the data reduction and conclusion drawing sections. The results revealed that 12 students experienced difficulties in interpreting language. These difficulties include difficulty understanding the problem's core and integrating everyday language into the depth of mathematical language. The conclusion that can be formulated is that the difficulties experienced by students arise because of themselves and from people around their school environment. This research implies that educators design materials by improving concepts and mathematical literacy to overcome student difficulties.

Abstract

This literature review explores the role of marketing innovation through social media in enhancing interaction between companies and consumers. Social media has proven to be a powerful platform for increasing customer engagement, developing brand awareness, and promoting products in a personalised and interactive manner. By leveraging social media analytics, companies can collect real-time consumer behaviour data and adjust marketing strategies according to dynamic market needs. However, challenges such as maintaining a balance between personalisation and privacy, managing consistent and relevant content, and adapting to changes in social media algorithms and technology are the main focus. The study concludes that while marketing innovation through social media offers great opportunities for business growth, its success requires in-depth understanding and a well-planned strategy.

Abstract

This research explores the opportunities and barriers to intersectoral collaboration in education through a literature review. Collaboration between the education, business and government sectors was identified as providing a number of benefits, including increased resources, innovation in teaching methods and relevance of education programmes to labour market needs. However, there are various barriers that need to be overcome in order to achieve optimal results. These include differences in objectives between sectors, bureaucratic constraints, funding issues, ineffective communication and differences in organisational culture. This study emphasises the importance of commitment, open communication and flexible framework design to overcome these challenges and maximise the potential of intersectoral collaboration in education.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an important focus for state administration to improve public services. Digital innovation has the potential to simplify government procedures, increase citizens' access to information, and enable more open and transparent government. This study explores various aspects of digital innovation in the context of state administration and how they contribute to the more efficient provision of public services. Through literature analysis, this study identifies the successes, challenges, and best strategies in implementing digital technology. The results show that despite infrastructure barriers, cyber resilience, and the need for human resource capacity building, the move towards digital-based services can improve compliance, increase transparency, and reduce corruption. This study provides recommendations on how the government can adopt a policy framework and cross-sectoral collaboration that will accelerate the adoption of digital innovation, as well as how to mitigate risks related to data privacy and security.

Abstract

Data-driven government has emerged as a new paradigm in public administration, offering significant potential to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government policies. This study examines the role of Big Data in the transformation of governance, with a focus on optimising its use for decision-making and the implementation of public policy. Through an analysis of current literature and case studies from various countries, this study identifies the main benefits of implementing Big Data in government, including improved prediction accuracy, personalisation of public services, and increased transparency. However, challenges such as data privacy, information security, and the digital divide are also critically discussed. The study concludes that despite the obstacles, the integration of Big Data in government processes has great potential to increase the government's responsiveness and accountability to the needs of the community. Recommendations for effective implementation include the development of a comprehensive regulatory framework, investment in digital infrastructure, and increased data literacy among policymakers and the general public.

Abstract

The International Trade Organization (ITO) plays a crucial role in enhancing economic cooperation and strengthening free trade between countries. Organizations such as the World Trade Organization (WTO), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the World Bank act as facilitators in creating fair and transparent trade policies. The ITO plays a role in reducing trade barriers, such as tariffs and quotas, and resolving trade disputes that can hamper global economic growth. In addition, this organization also helps developing countries increase their trade capacity through technical and financial assistance. With the role of the ITO, countries can more easily access international markets, increase product competitiveness, and strengthen global economic stability. Therefore, cooperation in the ITO is the main key to realizing sustainable and equitable free trade for all parties.

Abstract

This research explores the challenges and opportunities of implementing multisectoral education in disadvantaged areas through a literature review. The main findings identified barriers such as limited infrastructure, technology and human resources, as well as the complexity of inter-sectoral coordination and cultural barriers. However, there are significant opportunities that can be utilised, including the use of digital technology for distance learning, cross-sector collaboration to overcome funding and infrastructure limitations and the integration of local wisdom in the education curriculum. With the right strategies and collaborative efforts, the implementation of multisectoral education in disadvantaged areas has the potential to substantially improve education quality and community welfare. This study provides important insights for policymakers and education practitioners in designing and implementing inclusive and sustainable education programmes in these areas.

Abstract

This article explores ways to address disparities in education through a multisectoral approach, drawing on a review of international literature. Disparities in education, which are influenced by socio-economic, geographical, gender and physical ability factors, require holistic solutions that involve various sectors such as health, economy and society. The review emphasises the importance of policies that not only focus on infrastructure and curriculum but also provide social and financial support for disadvantaged groups. In addition, sustainable and data-driven programme planning is needed to identify the groups most in need of interventions and the types of interventions that are most effective. By adopting this approach, education policy can be more dynamic and responsive to challenges, potentially significantly reducing educational disparities.
