Abstract

Mobile applications, with their ability to collect and process user data, raise significant privacy concerns. This literature study critically evaluates the risks of possible privacy violations and how applicable legal regulations address these issues. It was found that many applications fail to obtain clear consent from users and are often not transparent in their data collection and processing practices. In addition, sharing data with third parties without adequate safeguards increases the risk of data leakage. Through a legal perspective, this study emphasises the importance of transparency, data protection, and accountability of application developers in maintaining user privacy. This study underlines that a comprehensive approach to regulation and the strict application of privacy principles are essential to reduce the risk of violations and protect user rights.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse oil palm land management in MSPN Village, focusing on the profit-sharing system implemented between farmers and the company. The main issue addressed is the dissatisfaction felt by farmers, who perceive an imbalance in the distribution of profits between the two parties, as well as the impact on farmer welfare and environmental sustainability. The objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the profit-sharing system in oil palm land management and to provide recommendations for reducing potential problems and improving farmer welfare. The methodology employed is a qualitative approach, utilising interviews with farmers and company representatives, as well as document analysis of profit-sharing agreements. The results indicate that there is room for improvement in the profit-sharing arrangement to enhance the welfare of plasma farmers better, thereby preventing potential issues such as decreased farmer motivation and unsustainable plantation operations. Recommendations include improving communication among parties, revising the profit-sharing agreements, and increasing training for farmers on more environmentally friendly land management practices.

Abstract

Innovation in the management of Islamic education curriculum is an important effort to update and align the educational process with the needs of an increasingly dynamic era. This research examines the perspectives and implementation of such innovations, highlighting the importance of a contextualised approach that considers the needs of learners as well as the relevance of Islamic teachings in the modern context. The research findings show that the success of the innovation depends not only on improving teaching materials, but also on teaching methods that encourage students' active participation and enhance their understanding in technology and global competence. Abstract

This article examines the relationship between teachers, curriculum and various problems in the education system through critical reflection. Teachers play a central role in curriculum implementation and its influence on the quality of student learning. Nonetheless, they are often faced with various challenges, including lack of welfare, limited professional training and high workloads, which impact on their ability to teach effectively. In addition, rigid curricula that are sometimes irrelevant to 21st century needs often hinder the development of students' cognitive and creative capacities. These problems highlight the need for a more flexible and adaptive curriculum revision and the contribution of all parties in creating a better education system. Collaboration between the government, education managers, teachers and the community is needed to produce an education that not only focuses on academic knowledge, but also on developing important life skills for students.

Abstract

Land dispute resolution in Indonesia often faces complex challenges due to conflicting interests, lack of transparency, and weak communication between parties. The implementation of democratic and constructive communication is a strategic solution to overcome these problems. Through this approach, all parties involved are given equal space to express their opinions, supported by data transparency and facilitation by neutral parties such as the National Land Agency (BPN). Open deliberation, mediation, and socialisation processes can create a healthy dialogue, strengthen trust, and produce fair and mutually acceptable decisions. Thus, democratic and constructive communication has proven effective in achieving sustainable and equitable resolution of land disputes.
