Abstract

Dange is a traditional food from Luwu that is commonly consumed by the local community as a complementary dish, often served with kapurung, pacco’, or lawak. Made from sago, dange can serve as a rice substitute, providing a satisfying meal due to the high starch content in sago. Additionally, dange can be a suitable option for a low-glycemic diet, given its low glycemic index, which offers health benefits compared to rice. Despite its benefits, dange is not highly popular in the market. This is influenced by several factors, one of which is the packaging used for dange. Cooked and cooled dange is typically packaged in small, thin plastic bags that are unappealing both in appearance and hygiene. Therefore, this study was conducted to propose an alternative packaging design for dange, with the expectation that improved packaging can enhance its market appeal. Several important aspects need to be considered when designing food packaging, including visual appeal, safety/protective capability, product pricing, environmental friendliness, and ease of use. The dominance of these aspects may vary depending on consumer needs and purchasing power, available capital, the primary purpose of the packaging, and the type of product being packaged. Thus, it is necessary to determine the most critical aspect to focus on in designing packaging that better meets the target requirements. One method that can be used to determine this key aspect is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method allows for more objective decision-making by utilizing the Expert Choice software to analyze and score the evaluations provided by expert respondents. Subsequently, the key aspect identified through the AHP method will be compared with survei data collected from 100 respondents/consumers of tabaro dange products. The AHP results indicate that the safety and protective capability of packaging are the primary aspects to consider in designing packaging for the Luwu specialty tabaro dange, with an inconsistency value of 0.08. This finding aligns with survei data from consumers, where 69% identified product quality as the main factor influencing their purchasing decisions. Notably, product quality is heavily influenced by the safety and protective properties of its packaging

Abstract

Abstract Adhol guardians are guardians who do not want to marry someone, adhol guardians are permitted as long as they do not conflict with Islamic law. Interesting to examine here is the decision of the Bengkalis Religious Court Number: 41/Pdt.P/2013/PA.Bkls, which can be identified in the Bengkalis Religious Court accepting, adjudicating and determining the walii adhol case due to customary factors, even though the two candidates have already established a relationship. It's been a long time and it's hard to separate, it's been 2 years and they love each other. The future husband has a very suitable salary to build a household to meet his household needs, and the prospective husband has approached his future wife's biological father as much as possible to be willing to accept the proposal from the prospective wife. her husband, but her biological father still refused on the grounds of customary issues. The results of research on the basis of judges' considerations in deciding or determining cases refer to Article 23 paragraph (2) of Legislation No. 1 of 1991 concerning the Compilation of Islamic Law which basically states that among the absolute competencies of the Religious Courts is to receive, examine and determine cases at the court of first instance, PA Bengkalis has direct authority to adjudicate these cases, so that in formal and material procedural law, in cases has fulfilled the requirements, the panel of judges is obliged to analyze and decide the walii adhol case. The panel of judges determines or decides cases in accordance with the rules of fiqh regarding the obligations of leaders or judges towards the community in terms of decisions or policies to determine a case in the Religious Court. Abstract

In the all-digital era, market competition is getting tougher, and many technology-based innovations and strategies have been developed by business people. From business planning techniques, product marketing techniques, to establishing a business image to the public are now wrapped in technology. However, not all of them are able to absorb and apply it in their business, including in the MSME sector. A lot of the culprits are outdated parents, or old-fashioned people who don't want to adapt. Therefore, to improve the quality and competitiveness of local businesses, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need a digital-based training in an effort to improve competencies that are in line with the progress of the modern era. This training talks about how important it is to increase HR competencies for MSMEs in the digital era and how to utilize effective training in MSMEs in Mega Regency Housing, Bekasi Regency. The purpose of this training is to improve the application of digital technology in marketing management, operational efficiency, and innovation in employee development. The results of this training show a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of MSME actors, this training prepares them to compete in an all-digital market which is certainly very competitive. In this training, it is expected that close collaboration will be the key to success in improving MSMEs in Mega Regency Housing through improving the quality of human resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT Sanly Industri. Budaya organisasi merupakan sistem nilai, norma, dan keyakinan yang dianut oleh seluruh anggota organisasi yang memengaruhi cara mereka berpikir, bertindak, dan berinteraksi. Budaya yang kuat dan selaras dengan tujuan perusahaan diyakini mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif, meningkatkan motivasi, serta mendorong kinerja karyawan secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan dari berbagai divisi di PT Sanly Industri. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui sejauh mana budaya organisasi memengaruhi tingkat produktivitas kerja. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Dimensi budaya seperti komitmen terhadap kualitas, keterbukaan komunikasi, dan penghargaan terhadap kinerja individu terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa perusahaan perlu mempertahankan dan memperkuat nilai-nilai budaya organisasi yang mendukung pertumbuhan produktivitas. Dengan membangun budaya kerja yang kondusif, perusahaan tidak hanya meningkatkan output kerja tetapi juga membentuk loyalitas dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen PT Sanly Industri disarankan untuk terus mengevaluasi dan menyelaraskan budaya organisasi dengan strategi perusahaan guna menciptakan sinergi yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang untuk kajian lebih lanjut yang melibatkan faktor lain seperti kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan produktivitas.

Abstract

Pernikahan dini adalah pernikahan yang dilakukan di bawah usia 18 tahun. Pernikahan dini menyimpan risiko yang cukup tinggi bagi kesehatan perempuan, terutama pada saat hamil dan melahirkan. Risiko terjadinya kematian ibu dan kematian bayi yang baru lahir 50 % lebih tinggi dilahirkan oleh ibu di bawah usia 20 tahun dibandingkan pada wanita yang hamil di usia 20 tahun ke atas. Pernikahan dini (early marriage) merupakan suatu pernikahan formal atau tidak formal yang dilakukan dibawah usia 18 tahun (UNICEF, 2014). Pasal 6 ayat 2 Undang-Undang No.1 tahun 1974, ditetapkan bahwa untuk melangsungkan pernikahan, seorang yang belum mencapai umur 21 tahun harus mendapat izin dari kedua orang tuanya. Seorang anak yang belum cukup 21 tahun dianggap secara rohaniah belum cukup matang untuk membina rumah tangga. Menurut Qomariyah (2021), pernikahan dini menyimpan risiko yang cukup tinggi bagi kesehatan perempuan, terutama pada saat hamil dan melahirkan. Perempuan yang menikah di usia dini memiliki banyak risiko, sekalipun ia sudah mengalami menstruasi atau haid. Namun, secara psikis anak tersebut belum siap menghadapi beban rumah tangga. Komplikasi dari kehamilan dan persalinan merupakan penyebab utama kematian anak perempuan berusia 15 sampai 19 tahun di negara- negara berkembang. Dari 16 juta remaja perempuan yang melahirkan setiap tahun diperkirakan 90 % sudah menikah dan 50 ribu diantaranya telah meninggal. Selain itu risiko terjadinya kematian ibu dan dan kematian bayi yang baru lahir 50 % lebih tinggi dilahirkan oleh ibu di bawah usia 20 tahun dibandingkan pada wanita yang hamil di usia 20 tahun ke atas (WHO, 2021)

Abstract

Background: Waste is a global issue that requires serious and sustainable handling. Waste management problems are not only the responsibility of the government or related institutions, but also a shared duty of society — including social communities. Methods: This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include primary sources — namely, social community administrators — and secondary sources such as necessary documentation. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation from websites and social media accounts of several community organizations. The data analysis technique involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Findings: The results of the study show that community empowerment programs have been successfully implemented, including educational initiatives such as seminars, training sessions, and city-wide clean-up campaigns, as well as the establishment of waste banks and social media awareness campaigns. The waste management methods applied by these communities include bata terawang, loseda, biopores, composting buckets, and maggot-based processing. During the implementation of these empowerment efforts, several challenges emerged, such as inadequate facilities, low public awareness of proper waste management practices, and limited financial resources in the early stages of the communities' formation. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the role of social communities in empowering the public through waste management has made a real contribution to reducing and transforming waste into valuable materials. Novelty/Originality of this article: Social communities empower people using an andragogical approach — an educational method that treats adult learners as peers. These communities have succeeded in empowering society through various channels of life, such as direct education, social media outreach, and by setting real-life examples of proper waste management.

Abstract

Performance as one of the main points in the economic development of a country, this is also known as growth. The expected economic growth must of course be of quality, where there is a growth that occurs and has a sensitivity to unemployment and existing poverty. This study aims to determine the influence of the Quality of Human Resources in Economic Growth in Malang Regency. This study uses secondary data analysis which aims to provide an explanation of the role of the quality of human resources on economic growth in Malang district in the 2011 to 2020 fiscal year. The secondary data consists of (1) economic growth seen from constant price GRDP, (2) population in productive age, (3) the proportion of the population aged 10 years who have a high school education and, (4) Life Rate and Expectations at birth. The data is processed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results in the study show that (1) the proportion of the population of productive age has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth, (2) high school education and above has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, (3) health life expectancy has no significant effect on economic growth. The quality of human resources as measured by using three variables as independent variables has a significant effect on economic growth. The influence of these three variables is very significant both in their position as individual variables (independently) or jointly or simultaneously has a significant effect on economic growth.

Abstract

Perubahan dalam organisasi merupakan sebuah keniscayaan yang tidak dapat dihindari, terutama di era globalisasi yang ditandai oleh ketidakpastian, dinamika pasar, serta kemajuan teknologi yang pesat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Nusantara Abadi, dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling yang berfokus pada divisi administrasi dan HR. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya komunikasi, minimnya pelibatan karyawan, serta lemahnya kepemimpinan merupakan faktor utama resistensi. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada penekanan pentingnya fase unfreeze dalam model Kurt Lewin serta integrasi model ADKAR dalam pelatihan dan komunikasi internal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya strategi manajemen perubahan yang terstruktur dan partisipatif guna memastikan keberhasilan implementasi perubahan dan peningkatan daya saing organisasi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Anemia merupakan kondisi kekurangan hemoglobin dalam darah yang umum terjadi pada remaja putri akibat menstruasi rutin dan kebiasaan diet yang kurang tepat. Salah satu upaya pencegahan anemia adalah dengan mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah (TTD). Tingkat pengetahuan remaja diyakini berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan mereka dalam mengonsumsi TTD. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan remaja tentang anemia dengan tingkat kepatuhan dalam mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah di SMAN 1 Buntu Pane tahun 2025. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah remaja putri yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik chi-square untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cukup, dan tingkat kepatuhan yang bervariasi. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan tentang anemia dengan kepatuhan mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah (p < 0,05). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan positif antara tingkat pengetahuan remaja tentang anemia dengan kepatuhan dalam mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah. Edukasi kesehatan remaja menjadi strategi penting dalam upaya pencegahan anemia melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan kepatuhan konsumsi TTD.
