Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan, pengawasan dan penghargaan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Responden penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Jiwan yang berjumlah 34 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang meliputi Outer Model, Inner Model dan Bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa dengan kinerja karyawan yang baik maka mencapai tujuan dan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi tidaklah sulit. Untuk itu manajemen atau pimpinan harus memperhatikan dan berusaha meningkatkan pemberdayaan, pengawasan dan memberikan penghargaan kepada pegawai agar dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya sehingga tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai secara maksimal.

Listening is a language skill that plays an important role in human life and student learning success. This research aims to test the effect of the storytelling method with hand puppets on the listening skills of elementary school students. This type of research uses true experimental. Research procedures include problem identification, implementation of treatment, data analysis, and ending with drawing conclusions. Samples were taken by purposive sampling. The test questions as the main instrument have been declared valid and reliable. Data analysis used the Shapiro Wilk statistical formula, F test, t-test, and regression test. This research concludes that the storytelling method with hand puppets has a positive influence on listening skills in grade Istudents of SDN in Juwana District, Pati Regency, Central Java. Theoretically, the results of this research strengthen the view of behavioristic learning theory and found 10 steps of learning activities in the fairy tale method with hand puppets which include; 1) preliminary activities; 2) pre-test; 3) the teacher explains the elements in the fairy tale; 4) the teacher tells a story according to the reading text; 5) students practice working on questions; 6) the teacher asks about the elements of the fairy tale contained in the story; 7) students read the text according to the theme of the fairy tale; 8) students identify the attitudes of the characters contained in the reading text; 9) post-test; and 10) closing activities

Sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk kompos merupakan salah satu bentuk pengabdian mahasiswa untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat Kelurahan Pinang Jaya, Kecamatan Kemiling, Kota Bandar Lampung tentang manfaat sampah pasar organik dalam pembuatan pupuk kompos sebagai media tanam untuk tanaman. Kegiatan ini dilakukan guna membantu masyarakat agar dapat lebih kreatif mengelola sampah organik secara tepat, serta bertujuan mengurangi dan mengubah komposisi sampah menjadi produk yang bermanfaat. Metode pelaksanaannya, yaitu (1) Pemaparan masalah dan pencarian solusi, (2) Sosialisasi pemanfaatan sampah organik, (3) Praktik pembuatan pupuk kompos. Hasil dari pengabdian ini, yaitu pembuatan pupuk kompos di Kelurahan Pinang Jaya, Kecamatan Kemiling, Kota Bandar Lampung layak dikembangkan dan peserta sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan kompos sebagai media tanam untuk tanaman memberikan respon positif yang mengacu pada antusiasme warga selama kegiatan berlangsung. This study aimed to determine the body structure of badminton athletes in Makassar City in terms of playing skills. This study is correlational, intending to determine the effect of body structure on the playing skills of badminton athletes in Makassar City. The study developed in this study was conducted with a simple field study. The population in this study were all badminton athletes (aged 17-19 years) in Makassar City, totalling 73 people. The sample used in this study was badminton athletes at the cadet level throughout Makassar City using random sampling. The sample used in this study was representative of 8 PBSI clubs in Makassar City from 50 athletes who had good skills. So the total number of samples was 50 athletes from clubs in Makassar City. The test instrument is used to measure body structure (height, arm length, leg length, chest circumference, weight) and badminton playing skills (serve, smash and drop shot). The study used a descriptive analysis design by clarifying the values achieved by each athlete in the test. Then the values are added up and categorized based on the range of values (scores). The results of the study show that: (1) The body structure of the height aspect of the badminton athletes of Makassar City Cadets reviewed from the service, smash and drop shoot in badminton games is in the low category. (2) The body structure of the arm length aspect of the badminton athletes of Makassar City Cadets reviewed from the service, smash and drop shoot in badminton games is in the medium category, (3) The body structure of the chest circumference aspect of the badminton athletes of Makassar City Cadets reviewed from the service, smash and drop shoot in badminton games is in the medium category. (4) The body structure of the leg length aspect of the badminton athletes of Makassar City Cadets reviewed from the service, smash and drop shoot in badminton games is in the high category, and (5) The body structure of the weight aspect of the badminton athletes of Makassar City Cadets reviewed from the service, smash and drop shoot in badminton games is in the medium category.

This study aims to determine the effect of Tik Tok social media on the social interaction of low grade students of madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI). The type of research used is quantitative with a survey method. The data collection technique uses questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study show that Tik Tok social media has an effect on the social interaction of low-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). The significance value between the Tik Tok social media variable (X) and the social interaction variable (Y) is 0.002. This value is less than 0.05 (0.002 <0.05). This means that simultaneously it can be concluded that the Tik Tok social media variable (X) has a significant effect on the social interaction variable (Y). The coefficient value between variable X and variable Y is 0.247. This value indicates the magnitude of the influence of Tik Tok's social media on social interaction is 24.7% and 75.3% is influenced by other factors. The regression coefficient X of 0.530 states that for every 1% addition of Tik Tok's social media value, the value of social interaction increases by 0.530. The conclusion that can be drawn is that Ha can be accepted and H0 is rejected.

This study examines the evolving issues of Islamic inheritance law, particularly in Aceh. One common problem in society is the case of substitute heirs, where a grandfather passes away, leaving a grandchild whose father had died earlier. In reality, the grandchild is often overlooked, as the father’s prior death is seen as severing the grandchild’s right to inherit. However, Article 185 of the Compilation of Islamic Law asserts that a grandchild whose father predeceased the grandfather is entitled to inherit. This research aims to explore how Aceh’s dayah scholars interpret the concept of kinship in inheritance law and their views on substitute heirs, as well as how they address such cases. The research uses field research methods with a qualitative approach, analyzed descriptively. The findings reveal that Aceh’s dayah scholars differ in their approaches to resolving substitute heir cases due to varying interpretations of kinship concepts and the order of inheritance. Some scholars accept the idea of substitute heirs, allowing the grandchild to inherit from the grandfather even if the father had died first, referencing Article 185 and several verses that ensure the welfare of orphans with a share equal to or not exceeding that of the father. Conversely, other scholars reject the concept of substitute heirs, arguing that neither the Qur’an nor hadith provides explicit and detailed evidence on this issue, thus severing the inheritance right when the father dies first.

Andisols are specifically characterized by a very high P adsorption capacity owing to their acidic reaction and dominance of variable-charged clay minerals. This crop cultivation problem can be overcome by potassium humate amelioration intended to exchange the adsorbed soil P fractions into the more available (labile) forms. This study aims to evaluate the effects of potassium humate application at 0, 20, 40, and 60 kg ha-1 on the dynamics of P fractions and their relationships with the chemical properties of an Indonesian Andisol. Using the Tiessen and Moir procedure, PH2O, PNaHCO3-Pi-Po, PNaOH-Pi-Po, and PHCl fractions were obtained in topsoil (0–30 cm) and subsoil (30–60 cm) samples 16 weeks after the treatment. The organic soil P (PPo) fractions tended to increase and were attributed positively to total P and negatively to base saturation (BS) at the topsoil, whilst the subsoil PPo fractions tended to increase with the decreasing soil BS. At 60 kg ha-1, the potassium humate application effectively decreased PPo and increased PPi fractions in the subsoil. The results also revealed that humic acid component of potassium humate was an effective organic ligand exchanger for the adsorbed PPo fractions that simultaneously altered soil anion-cation equilibrium in the studied Andisol. As an implication, soil P availability was increasing.

The dynamics and patterns of relationships between the characteristics of Indonesian tropical peat involving a function of time (ages of land use) in the context of land conversion have yet to be widely reported. The effects of tropical peatland use change are generally discussed regarding C emissions, with the limited literature identifying dynamic soil characteristics as these changes occur. This study used a survey method. We identified the physical, chemical, and C stock characteristics of peat in forest locations, oil palm plantations with a land use age of 0-5 years,>5-10 years,>10 years, and agricultural land with a land use age of 0-5 years and >5-10 years to find out the dynamics of soil characteristics. Land use changes from peat swamp forests to oil palm plantations and agricultural land, and the longer age of land use results in an increase in BD (especially at the top layer), ash content, pH, Total-N, total-P2O5, total-K2O, but there was a decrease in water content, fiber content, Organic-C, E400/E600, and soil C stocks. The alignment of economic, social, and ecological interests was directed to water and land management by regulating the area’s hydrological system and increasing peat stability.

The protection of personal data has emerged as a critical concern in the digital era, particularly in Indonesia, where data breaches are increasing at an alarming rate. This study investigates the effectiveness of Indonesia's data protection policies, focusing on the implementation of Law No. 27 of 2022, and identifies the factors affecting its enforcement. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study methodology, the research analyzes three major data breach incidents involving Tokopedia, BRI Life, and BPJS Kesehatan. Data collection methods included in-depth interviews with legal practitioners and document analysis of relevant regulations and reports. The findings reveal significant gaps in the enforcement of Law No. 27 of 2022, including weak sanctions, inadequate oversight mechanisms, and limited public awareness of data privacy rights. Although the law provides a foundational framework, its effectiveness is hindered by insufficient penalties and the absence of an independent supervisory authority. For instance, while Tokopedia implemented policy revisions post-breach, similar incidents remain likely due to inadequate deterrent measures. Comparatively, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) demonstrates higher effectiveness through stringent sanctions and robust enforcement mechanisms. This study contributes to the discourse on data privacy by highlighting the shortcomings of Indonesia’s current policies and proposing strategic recommendations. These include harmonizing domestic regulations with international standards, strengthening enforcement through independent oversight bodies, and enhancing public education on data privacy rights. By addressing these challenges, Indonesia can establish a more robust data protection framework, fostering trust in its digital ecosystem and ensuring alignment with global practices.

The fastfood business is one of the most competitive and rapidly growing businesses in Indonesia. people in urban areas, namely the tendency to get something instantly, one of which is fast food. This study aims to determine the effect of the variables Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price on Consumer Satisfaction at Pizza Hut restaurants. The sample was chosen by consumers who have purchased and eaten Pizza Hut at Mall Mega Bekasi. The data used is primary data, data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The test tools used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination and the data is processed using SPSS v25 software. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable partially has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, the service quality variable partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the price variable partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction while product quality, service quality and price simultaneously have an effect on satisfaction Pizza Hut Mall Mega Bekasi restaurant customers.
