Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dan perkembangan zaman menuntut para praktisi dakwah untuk menyesuaikan metode yang digunakan dalam berdakwah. Penelitian ini mengkaji ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an tentang dakwah Nabi Ibrahim dengan menganalisis metode dakwahnya berdasarkan tafsir Ibnu Katsir dan As-Sa’di. Studi ini juga mengeksplorasi relevansi metode tersebut dalam konteks dakwah kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis isi. Penulis membandingkan penafsiran kedua mufasir terhadap ayat-ayat terkait, mengidentifikasi metode dakwah Nabi Ibrahim, serta menganalisis penerapan nya di era modern. Data utama berasal dari tafsir Ibnu Katsir dan As-Sa’di, didukung oleh literatur dakwah klasik dan kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menemukan 15 metode dakwah Nabi Ibrahim dalam 10 surah Al-Qur’an, yang sebagian besar masih relevan untuk dakwah masa kini. Penerapan nya dapat dilakukan secara langsung melalui media dakwah modern atau secara tidak langsung melalui internalisasi nilai-nilai moral dalam kehidupan.

Abstract

In the current era, schools founded by private parties are increasing. Of course, it increases the competition between these private and public schools. Schools with international concepts, for example, have also become many choices for prospective students. Besides that, religion-based schools such as Christian, Buddhist, or Islamic schools are also an option now. For this reason, this study aimed to analyze the role of school Islamic image, service quality, and word of mouth on parents' decisions to choose private Islamic schools in Pekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative research. This study used 200 parents of grade 1 students at a private Islamic elementary school in Pekanbaru as samples, and the sampling technique used was simple random sampling. A structural equation model (SEM) with PLS is the data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that Islamic school image has no significant influence on word of mouth, Islamic school image has no significant influence on parents' interest, Service quality has an impact on word of mouth, Service quality has an influence on parents' interest, Word of mouth can't mediate the relationship of Islamic school image on parent's interest, and Word of mouth can mediate the relationship service quality on parent's interest. Therefore, the Islamic idea does not motivate parents to choose their children's schools. Still, the service quality is the key to increasing their competitiveness against other private schools.

Abstract

This research is about the Position Position of Marriage Guardian according to Shamsi Ali (A Comparative Study between the Ḥanafi and Syāfi‘I school) This research is a literature study using (a) munakahat fiqh approach (b) historical approach (c) anthropological approach (d) normative theological approach (e) philosophical approach. The results of this study indicate that the position of the guardian of marriage according to the Ḥanafi school is not a pillar of marriage, Ḥanafi school allows the bride to pronounce her own consent, on condition that the bride must be mature, intelligent and in agreement with her future husband. The existence of a guardian in marriage according to the Ḥanafi school is not obligatory, but only perfect. The Syafi'i school considers the batil marriage contract whose ijab statement is pronounced by a woman, either a girl or a widow, sekufu or not, directly for herself or as a representative for others. Shamsi Ali considers marriage legal if the bride pronounces her own consent, the guardian only needs to give permission, Shamsi Ali reasons that, it will be much better and deeper in meaning if the bride directly recites her own consent because of the direct involvement of the bride and groom. Shamsi Ali also emphasized that, indeed, there is no verse that explicitly indicates that a guardian must pronounce consent for marriage.

Abstract

AbstractThis study examines the study of zakat and waqf legal legislation in Indonesia. This research is purely library research. Data obtained from available literature and documentation, whether in the form of laws or available books, were then analyzed using a historical approach and a statutory approach. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of zakat and endowment law in Indonesia is seen from its history, starting from the era of independence to the reformation era. The birth of different legal regulations is influenced by the underlying conditions, such as the political motives of the ruling government, economy and religion. The legal position of zakat as a form of increasing the effectiveness of realizing community welfare and poverty alleviation. If so, zakat law legislation is considered necessary, so that people's awareness of zakat will be high and zakat can be used as an alternative to realizing community equality. The position of waqf law as a manifestation of the formality of the traditions of society in Indonesia, especially those who are Muslim, so that they can meet the needs of the times is the duty of the state as a regulator, so that in the form of waqf implementation it can function more as an increase in the socio-economic welfare of the people. Several new provisions on zakat law in Indonesia are different from what is taught in fiqh. Likewise with the new provisions of the law. waqf in Indonesia which is different from what is taught in fiqh, several new provisions in laws and regulations include expanding the parties who can become waqif and nadzir, expanding the types of waqf assets that can be donated, the waqf period does not have to be forever, changes status of waqf objects with clear terms and procedures, as well as detailed management and development of waqf assets. Abstrak:Studi ini menelaah studi legislasi hukum zakat dan perwakafan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini murni penelitian kepustakaan. Data yang diperoleh dari literatur dan dokumentasi yang tersedia baik itu berupa undang-undang ataupun buku yang tersedia kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan historis dan pendekatan yuridis-normatif. Berdasarkan hasil telaahan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pemberlakuan hukum zakat dan perwakafan di Indonesia di lihat dari sejarahnya di mulai dari era kemerdekaan sampai era reformasi. Lahirnya regulasi hukum yang berbeda-beda dipengaruhi oleh kondisi-kondisi yang melatabelakanginya, seperti motif politik pemerintah yang berkuasa, ekonomi serta keagamaan. Kedudukan hukum zakat sebagai wujud meningkatkan efektivitas mewujudkan kesejatraan masyarakat dan penanggulangan kemiskinan. Jika demikian legislasi hukum zakat dianggap perlu, sehingga kesedaran masyarakat dalam berzakat akan tinggi dan zakat dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif mewujudkan kesejataraan masyarakat. Kedudukan hukum perwakafan sebagai wujud formalitas tradisi masyarakat di Indonesia khususnya yang beragama Islam agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan zaman merupakan tugas negara sebagai regulator, sehingga dalam wujud pelaksanaan wakaf dapat lebih difungsikan sebagai peningkatan kesejatraan sosial ekonomi umat. Beberapa ketentuan baru hukum zakat di Indonesia yang berbeda dengan dengan apa yang diajarkan dalam fikih. Begitu juga dengan ketentuan baru hukum. perwakafan di Indonesia yang berbeda dengan dengan apa yang diajarkan dalam fikih, beberapa ketentuan baru dalam peraturan perundang-undangan meliputi perluasan pihak-pihak yang bisa menjadi wakif dan nadzir, perluasan jenis harta benda wakaf yang bisa diwakafkan, jangka waktu wakaf tidak harus selamanya, perubahan status benda wakaf dengan syarat dan prosedur yang jelas, serta pengelolaan dan pengembangan harta benda wakaf yang diatur terperinci.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan responsibilitas pengelolaan keuangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru Penelitian ini di lakukan pada SMK Negeri 4 Takalar. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan peneliti kepada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 33 responden (guru). Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian atau 33 responden (guru). Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dan telah diuji asumsi klasik berupa uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Teknik analisis datanya analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program statistical package for social sciens (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan responsibilitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Sedangkan secara parsial transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan responsibilitas pengelolaan keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the leadership of the principal of Averos High School, Sorong City. The method used in this thesis is descriptive qualitative type, with a management and sociology approach, data collection instruments by means of interviews, observation and documentation, while data processing techniques by collecting data, reducing data, presenting, analyzing and drawing conclusions. The research results in this study are first, realizing the leadership of the school principal in carrying out character building by means of trustworthiness, uswatun hasanah, visioning, and a papuaan approach that is actualized in the principles of serving, decision, role model, responsibility, cooperation and change. Second, character development management, namely exemplary, habituation and advice that produces religious character, honesty, discipline, excellence, responsibility, love of the motherland, polite, caring, confident and scientific ethics. The third implementation includes management leadership, student achievement, and student behavior. The implications of this research will be a reference for schools in conducting character building both in Sorong and outside Sorong.

Abstract

Saddang River sand mining has quite an enormous economic potential in the form of direct and indirect economic benefits for the community around the mining area. This significant economic potential attracts various parties to be involved in managing the Saddang River sand mining. The stakeholders involved have their respective influences and interests. Research was conducted to find out the stakeholders involved and their respective concerns. Focus Group Discussions, in-depth interviews, and field surveys were conducted. The research results show that if the interests of local communities related to river sand mining activities are met, they will use their positive influence to support Saddang River sand mining activities. However, if the interests of local communities related to river sand mining activities are unmet or tend to be ignored, then local communities will tend to exert a negative influence on river sand mining activities. In this way, Saddang River sand mining can be managed sustainably. If the legality of Saddang River sand mining is fulfilled, the protection of local community interests will be considered, and environmental protection will not be neglected.

Abstract

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a world health problem with increasing incidence, prevalence morbidity, and mortality rates with the 20th highest mortality rate in the world. Several causal factors can increase the severity of chronic kidney failure in patients undergoing hemodialysis, resulting in permanent damage to kidney function, namely hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and urinary tract infections.This study aims to analyze the factors of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and urinary tract infections on the severity of chronic kidney failure in patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital.This research is an observational analytical correlation with a cross-sectional approach carried out one time at a time with a population of 567 respondents. The research instrument used a documentation sheet to collect data on respondents, obtaining a sample of 216. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling by determining the samples to be taken according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Bivariate analysis uses Chi-square and multivariate analysis uses logistic regression.The results showed that the factors of hypertension and diabetes with the severity of CKD have a p-value of 0.006 and 0.011. Where, there is a relationship between hypertension and DM factors. The results of the multivariate analysis show that the independent variable that is most related to the severity of chronic kidney failure is the hypertension variable with a p-value of 0.007 with exp(B) 432. Hypertension and diabetes mellitus are factors that can increase the severity of chronic kidney failure

Abstract

This study examines the important role of work motivation and organizational commitment in supporting the sustainability of culinary Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis involving SME owners and employees. The results of this study revealed that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation significantly influence employee commitment to the organization, which is essential for long-term business resilience and success. Intrinsic motivations such as personal passion for culinary work, a sense of purpose, and a desire to create encourage employees to remain dedicated and proactive in their roles. On the other hand, extrinsic motivators such as financial incentives, career advancement opportunities, and recognition for achievements further enhance their drive and job satisfaction. The study found that high levels of organizational commitment, especially when shared by owners and staff, contribute to SMEs’ ​​ability to survive amidst market volatility and intense competition. To foster such commitment, this study recommends that business owners create a supportive work culture by investing in employee training, ensuring open communication, and recognizing performance.

Abstract

This research examines the role of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) of Bone Regency in the management of waqf land as a form of social worship in Islam. Although waqf has great potential as an instrument of community empowerment, its management often faces institutional constraints. This research uses a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The findings show that MUI is active in da'wah and socialization of waqf, but has not performed its strategic function in supervision and management of waqf assets optimally. MUI's role tends to be symbolic due to limited local technical regulations, lack of collaboration with nazir, and low institutional capacity. This creates a gap between normative mandate and implementative reality. This research highlights the importance of reformulating MUI's role to function not only as a fatwa institution, but also as a strategic partner in professional, accountable, and sustainable waqf governance. The findings provide an important contribution to the literature on the role of Islamic institutions in waqf management at the regional level, as well as a basis for strengthening waqf governance based on institutional collaboration.
