Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip restorative justice dalam penanganan tindak pidana penipuan dan penggelapan di wilayah hukum Kepolisian Resor Pelabuhan Makassar, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilannya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah normatif-empiris, dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan berupa wawancara serta observasi langsung terhadap proses mediasi antara pelaku dan korban. Data yang dianalisis terdiri dari data primer, seperti hasil wawancara dengan aparat penegak hukum dan para pihak yang terlibat dalam kasus, serta data sekunder berupa peraturan perundang-undangan, dokumen perkara, dan literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan restorative justice dalam perkara penipuan dan penggelapan merupakan alternatif penyelesaian sengketa pidana yang menitikberatkan pada pemulihan hubungan sosial antara pelaku dan korban, bukan semata-mata pada penghukuman. Prinsip utama yang diterapkan adalah penyelesaian secara damai melalui dialog, musyawarah, dan kesepakatan bersama, yang dapat dituangkan dalam bentuk akta van dading sebagai bukti tertulis penyelesaian sengketa. Meski demikian, efektivitas penerapan pendekatan ini sangat bergantung pada sejumlah faktor, antara lain keterbukaan pelaku untuk bertanggung jawab, kesiapan korban atau keluarga untuk memaafkan, peran aktif aparat kepolisian dalam memfasilitasi mediasi, serta keterlibatan tokoh masyarakat dalam membangun kepercayaan antar pihak. Dengan demikian, pendekatan restorative justice dalam konteks penipuan dan penggelapan berpotensi menciptakan keadilan yang lebih humanis, namun memerlukan sinergi dari semua elemen yang terlibat. This study aims to analyze the application of the principle of restorative justice in handling criminal acts of fraud and embezzlement in the jurisdiction of the Makassar Harbor Police, and to identify the factors that influence its success. The approach used in this study is normative-empirical, with data collection through literature studies and field research in the form of interviews and direct observation of the mediation process between the perpetrator and the victim. The data analyzed consists of primary data, such as the results of interviews with law enforcement officers and the parties involved in the case, as well as secondary data in the form of laws and regulations, case documents, and relevant scientific literature. The results of the study indicate that the application of restorative justice in cases of fraud and embezzlement is an alternative resolution of criminal disputes that focuses on restoring social relations between the perpetrator and the victim, not solely on punishment. The main principle applied is a peaceful resolution through dialogue, deliberation, and mutual agreement, which can be stated in the form of a deed of van dading as written evidence of dispute resolution. However, the effectiveness of implementing this approach is highly dependent on a number of factors, including the perpetrator's openness to take responsibility, the victim's or family's readiness to forgive, the active role of the police in facilitating mediation, and the involvement of community leaders in building trust between parties. Thus, the restorative justice approach in the context of fraud and embezzlement has the potential to create more humane justice, but requires synergy from all elements involved.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh pemanfaatan LMS berbasis Moodle terhadap peningkatan pemahaman konsep pengukuran besaran listrik pada Mata Kuliah Alat Ukur Listrik bagi mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika UMMAT Semester Genap Tahun Akademik 2022/2023. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan yaitu Februari-Maret 2023. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika, FKIP, UMMAT. Adapun sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2022 sebanyak 13 orang yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah alat ukur listrik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pre-eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan intrumen tes. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berbentuk tes pemahaman konsep yang mengukur ranah kognitif. Jumlah soal sebanyak 25 soal. Adapun manfaat dari penelitian ini yaitu membantu mahasiswa memahami konsep pengkukuran besaran-besaran Listrik sehingga memudahkan dalam mengukur besaran listrik di dalam laboratorium. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemanfaatan LMS berbasis Moodle untuk menunjang pemahaman konsep mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika UMMAT Tahun Akademik 2022/2023 pada mata kuliah alat ukur listrik. Adapun nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,688 sehingga peningkatan pemahaman konsep berada mahasiswa pada alat ukur listrik berada pada kategori sedang.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the public relations strategies employed by PT Kereta Api Indonesia Regional Division III in the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs aimed at fostering community empowerment in Palembang City, South Sumatra. Adopting a qualitative methodology with a case study approach, the research focuses on the procedural execution of the CSR initiatives, which encompasses four critical stages: problem definition, planning and programming, execution and communication, and program evaluation. The findings indicate that PT Kereta Api Indonesia Regional Division III endeavors to adhere to the prescribed stages sequentially. However, the study identifies notable challenges, including insufficient socialization during the program's implementation phase and a lack of follow-up on evaluation outcomes, which may hinder the program's overall effectiveness.

Abstract

This study discusses Islamic thought about the relationship between state and religion with sub-problems 1) a comprehensive understanding of the state and religion in the conception of Islam; 2) the views of the scholars regarding the correlation of religion and state; and 3) thoughts on reconciliation of Islamic and democracy. This research method is a literature review with a philosophical approach. The data collection method uses documentation and data analysis techniques using content analysis. The results of the study found that the state in the Islamic perspective is called al-bilad and its territory is called al-dawlah. The most important element in a country is religion itself which in Islamic perspective is called al-din and or al-millah. The scholars have different views on matters of state and religious relations. But from that difference, it can be formulated that the relationship between the state and religion is seen in the aspects of governance and democracy. Religion, in this case Islam, requires the formation of a state and gives concessions in terms of the form and technical arrangement of socio-political issues, the shape and composition of the state is not mandatory, which is important how to practice the values of the teachings of religion itself in a country. Thinking about the relationship between Islam and democracy, lies in the existence of Islamic principles about justice (al-‘adalah), freedom and equality (al-musawa), as well as upholding deliberation (al-syurah).

Abstract

Webcomics, a unique form of comics disseminated exclusively through internet platforms, have garnered attention for their interactive nature and potential to enhance student engagement. This experimental study aimed to investigate the effect of utilizing webcomics on eighth-grade students' writing achievement compared to traditional methods. The study employed an experimental design with an experimental group exposed to webcomics and a control group taught through non-webcomics. The sample comprised 8.3 as the experimental class and 8.4 as the control class. Placement test and post-tests, including placement tests and post-test assessments, were administered to measure writing proficiency. Statistical analysis, specifically independent sample t-tests, revealed a significant difference in writing achievement between the experimental and control groups (p = 0.006), indicating the effectiveness of webcomics in enhancing students' narrative writing skills. This finding underscores the importance of innovative pedagogical approaches in fostering student success and highlights the evolving landscape of education. Webcomics emerge as a promising tool for educators seeking to promote meaningful learning experiences and engage students in narrative text writing. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Hubungan Daya Ledak Lengan dan Kelentukan Pergelangan Tangan dengan Hasil Smash Backhand dalam Permainan Bulutangkis Siswa SMA Muhammadiyah Tembilahan. Populasi dari Penelitian ini adalah Kelas XI dan XII SMA Muhammadiyah Tembilahan. Sedangkan pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive (pertimbangan). Jadi sampel yang di gunakan berjumlah 12 siswa laki-laki. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan. Bahwa pada taraf signifikan 0,05 dan n = 12 (Ryx1x2) hubungan daya ledak otot lengan dan kelentukan pergelangan tangan dengan hasil smash backhand sebesar Rhitung = 0,950 lebih besar dari Rtabel = 0,632 dengan kategori (sangat kuat). Dan melakukan uji F, dimana Fhitung = 24,68 lebih besar dari Ftabel = 4,260 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, dalam hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Daya Ledak Otot Lengan dan Kelentukan Pergelangan Tangan secara bersama-sama dengan hasil Smash Backhand Permainan Bulutangkis Siswa SMA Muhammadiyah Tembilahan.

Abstract

This research aimes to study the effect of dose NPK fertilizer (15-15-15) provided gradually to growth of Jabon merah seedling (Anthocephalus macrophyllus (Roxb.) Havil) in nursery. The observation was conducted in Research Farm Faculty of Agriculture University of Jambi for 4 months. This study used completely randomized design (CRD) with three replications and five treatments. Dose of fertilizer used was 6 g/seedling, 12 g/seedling, 18 g/seedling, 24 g/seedling and 30 g/seedling. The observed variables are added height, diameter, number of leaves, root dry weight, shoot dry weight, total dry weight and shoot ratio root. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that an increase in the dose of NPK fertilizer (15-15-15) gives a negative impact on the growth of jabon merah seedlings. Dose of 30 g/seedling cause death of jabon merah seedling. Treatments doses of fertilizer 6 g/seedling gives the best results of added height, number of leaves, root dry weight, total dry weight and shoot dry weight. Abstract

This research discusses the symbols and meanings of tattoos in the punk community. Tattoos in the Punk community in Surakarta contain symbols and meanings that they want to convey to the community. This research aims to dismantle and explore the meaning contained in tattoos, highlighting the symbolic role in shaping the collective identity of the punk community of Surakarta. However, there is a negative stigma that develops in the midst of society towards a Punk community, one of which is in tattoos. So Roland Barthes's semiotic theory approach is used to prove the negative stigma about tattoos that developp in the midst of society. This research is expected to provide in-depth insight into how tattoos become an identity in the context of the punk community in Surakarta, as well as contribute to a broader understanding of the role of tattoos in responding to and representing the values of the punk subculture in the local community. This study uses a qualitative research method that is descriptive to uncover a message contained in the tattoos of the Punk community. This research found that the symbols contained in the tattoos of the Punk community such as the symbol of Anarchy, the symbol of Peace, the symbol of Equality, the symbol of Resistance, and the symbol of Antifa. Meanwhile, the meaning of tattoos based on experience is grouped into tattoos as identity, tattoos as artistic expressions, tattoos as spiritualists, tattoos as memories, tattoos as motivation, and tattoos as expressions of feelings. The negative meaning that is a stigma about tattoos that develop in society, is not something that can be proven. Rather, tattoos in the punk community are a medium to voice their anxiety about social inequality, and as a medium of individual experience.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas latar belakang munculnya aliran nahwu Kufah, dan sosok ʿIsa ibnu Umar ar-Ruwasi sebagai tokoh sentral dalam peletakan dasar aliran Nahwu Kufah serta kontribusi pemikirannya terhadap gramatikal bahasa Arab. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yang datanya dikumpulkan secara dokumentatif historis dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Munculnya aliran Nahwu Kufah tidak bisa dilepaskan dari peran kota Kufah sebagai pusat intelektual baru setelah perluasan wilayah Islam. Aliran Kufah pada mulanya adalah mengamalkan teori-teori yang sudah dibangun oleh aliran Basrah Namun lambat laun, aliran Kufah menemukan cara mereka sendiri (manhaj) dan kemudian sebagai reaksi terhadap pendekatan Nahwu Basrah yang lebih kaku, logis, cenderung mengabaikan bentuk-bentuk bahasa yang tidak sesuai dengan qiyas (analogi gramatikal), terlalu teoritis dan tidak cukup representatif terhadap variasi bahasa Arab lisan. Isa ibnu Umar ar-Ruwasi atau yang disebut ar-Ruwasi disebut sebagai salah satu tokoh sentral dalam pembentukan aliran Kufah, seorang ahli bahasa dan qira’at yang hidup pada abad ke-2 Hijriyah. Ia dikenal sebagai perintis utama aliran Nahwu Kufah, bahkan disebut sebagai guru besar pertama yang menyusun prinsip-prinsip dasar tata bahasa Arab di wilayah tersebut. Meskipun karya-karyanya tidak sampai ke masa kini, Ibnu an-Nadim menyebutkan bahwa Ar-Ruwasi menulis sebuah kitab Nahwu yang menjadi rujukan awal bagi Kufah. Sejumlah kitab yang pernah disusun tercatat secara eksplisit dalam referensi klasik seperti: Kitab al-Jamiʿ, Kitab al-I’rab, Kitab fi al-Qiraʾat, Kitab al-Tashrif, Kitab al-Maqshur wa al-Mamdud, Kitab Ma Yulḥaq bi al-Mutsanna, Kitab al-Huruf, dan Kitab al-Fashl wa al-Washl yang menjadi fondasi awal bagi aliran Nahwu Kufah. Pemikiran Ar-Ruwasi terhadap gramatikal (tata bahasa) bahasa Arab adalah: pendekatan induktif, kelonggaran terhadap qiyas, dan peran dalam qira’at.Abstract: This article discusses the background of the emergence of the Kufa school of nahwu, and the figure of ʿIsa ibn Umar ar-Ruwasi as a central figure in laying the foundation of the Kufa school of nahwu and the contribution of his thoughts to Arabic grammar. The type of research used in this study is library research, the data of which is collected in a historical documentary manner and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the emergence of the Kufa school of nahwu cannot be separated from the role of the city of Kufa as a new intellectual center after the expansion of the Islamic region. The Kufa school initially practiced the theories that had been built by the Basrah school. However, gradually, the Kufa school found their own way (manhaj) and then as a reaction to the more rigid, logical approach of nahwu basrah, tended to ignore language forms that were not in accordance with qiyas (grammatical analogy), too theoretical and not representative enough of the variation of spoken Arabic. Isa ibn Umar ar-Ruwasi or called ar-Ruwasi is referred to as one of the central figures in the formation of the Kufa school, a linguist and qira'at expert who lived in the 2nd century Hijri. He is known as the main pioneer of the Kufa Nahwu school, even called the first great teacher to compile the basic principles of Arabic grammar in the region. Although his works have not reached the present day, Ibn an-Nadim mentioned that Ar-Ruwasi wrote a Nahwu book which became an early reference for Kufa. A number of books that have been compiled are explicitly recorded in classical references such as: Kitab al-Jamiʿ, Kitab al-I'rab, Kitab fi al-Qiraʾat, Kitab al-Tashrif, Kitab al-Maqshur wa al-Mamdud, Kitab Ma Yulḥaq bi al-Mutsanna, Kitab al-Huruf, and Kitab al-Fashl wa al-Washl which became the initial foundation for the Kufa Nahwu school. Ar-Ruwasi's thoughts on Arabic grammar are: inductive approach, leniency towards qiyas, and the role of qira'at.

Abstract

The Learning situation during the pandemic of Covid-19 was very concerning and giving impact on students' understanding. Mind Map strategy is one of the most effective ways to streamline and improve the quality of learning. This study aimed to determine the extent to which students' responses and perceptions in implementing mind map-based Arabic language learning strategies for students of the Arabic Language and Literature Department fifth semester of Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Majene, West Sulawesi. This research was classified as a quantitative research with a survey research design. The data source for this research was students of the Department of Arabic Language and Literature in the fifth semester of Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Majene, West Sulawesi. The data collection was carried out through interviews with respondents and using a questionnaire which was distributed to respondents after learning using the mind map strategy. The data analysis used was descriptive and a Likert scale was used to measure and to identify qualitative and quantitative data. The results of this study were students' responses to the learning strategies of ilmu Badi' based on mind maps increased their grade significantly.  Student's perception of the learning strategy stated they understood the material easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable. They were given time to understand the material. These results confirmed the previous studies results and became recommendation about the application of a Mind Map strategy in learning which was efficient and able to increase students' understanding.
