Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes systematic and authentic assessments as integral components of the learning process. An assessment is an integral part of learning process, facilitate learning and providing holistic feedback to teachers and students, enabling them to plan future learning strategies. Authentic assessment refers to evaluation methods rooted in real-world contexts and conducted during the learning process. The assessment is conducted during the learning process and teachers need to conduct authentic assessment. However, implementing such assessments in classrooms poses significant challenges for educators. This research aims to identify the needs and challenges faced by teachers and students regarding authentic assessment. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using descriptive data analysis collected through teacher and student interviews. Data was also obtained by classroom observations, and questionnaires filled by 24 students. The findings reveal that teachers lack authentic assessment instruments and often rely on multiple-choice tests, which are inadequate for measuring students’ understanding. Based on tes result with 24 students, it reveals that authentic assessment using essay questions on Microsoft Forms provided a deeper measure of students' understanding compared to multiple-choice assessments conducted on platforms like Quizizz, Kahoot, or Gimkit. The finding suggests the need for an authentic assessment instrument utilizing Microsoft Forms, integrated with digital classrooms, to effectively evaluate students' understanding, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, creativity, argumentation abilities, and decision-making competencies.

Abstract

This study explores the dynamics of implementing the sorogan method, a traditional learning approach in pesantren, within the Qur'anic Studies and Tafsir Department at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The main objective of this implementation is to train and familiarize students with accessing Arabic-language canonical references. Analyzed qualitatively through a case study approach, data were collected through interviews with faculty and students, as well as non-participant direct observations during several lecture sessions. The findings reveal that while this method enhances the personal internalization of understanding, it also faces challenges such as time constraints and difficulty in formulating a format that integrates with the modern curriculum. This study also provides analyses that can serve as considerations and recommendations for optimizing the sorogan method in higher education learning.

Abstract

This study was conducted cause the student's learning outcomes were less successful. Based on the Midterm Assessment (PTS) evaluation at SDN 2 Mojo, 27 students (25%) were incomplete. Based on the data, the lowest value is 40, and the highest value is 80. The research adopts the ADDIE model with Mollena and Januszewski's theories: analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Research gets the following results: 1) Student Worksheet with the android system for Natural Science learning activities with style material created using the Android Studio application, operating through the lollipop type android system; 2) Student Worksheets with developed android systems included in the criteria were very feasible; Assessment was carried out by material and media experts with an assessment of the presentation component 90%, while the feasibility of content with a value of 92%; 3) The student worksheet was effective as a learning facility in Natural Science learning. The average pre-test value was 55.57143, and the post-test with a value of 80.88571. The t-test results showed that tcount ≤ - ttable with tcount calculation of -14,463 less than the ttable, which was -1.995469, then Ho was rejected. N-Gain earned amounted to 0.569775. As a result, there was a difference in the value of Natural Science style material after using Student Worksheets or LKS android-based. Abstract

Based on the initial identification of research on the Javanese lessons, learning media is less attractive and innovative. To maximize students' activities and learning outcomes, the researchers developed the Javanese e-comic media. The researchers employed the simplified Borg and Gall model for research and development. Following the conditions of the research, the research steps include 1) identifying potential problems; 2) collecting data; 3) designing media; 4) validating the media; 5) revising; and (6) mass-producing. Data collection with non-test techniques, interviews, teacher and student needs, and documentation methods. The results showed that E-comics Javanese folklore material was declared very feasible, which is the result of this study. The material expert assessment obtained 91.42 percent in the very feasible category. Furthermore, the media experts’ assessment obtained 87 percent in the feasible category. Positive students and teachers’ responses to the media were 89 percent and 98.20 percent in the feasible category. Finally, E-comics with folklore material are feasible to be used in Javanese lessons. Through the Javanese folklore E-Comic developed, it has implications for students to be more receptive to learning and attract students' attention to learning.

Abstract

Due to this buying and selling of reserve money it is a form of high lottery money that is resold to make money. In practice, buyers feel disadvantaged because they are the losers. The buyer loses out by receiving only part of the reserve fund rather than the whole amount. It is hoped that this study will identify training and trading room reserve components. Besides knowing how to buy and sell assets in accordance with the standards of the Islamic fiqh stock exchange. This examination is based on subjective field research. Research data comes from primary and secondary data. This study collected information through observation and interviews. Abstrak Akibat jual beli uang cadangan ini merupakan bentuk uang lotere tinggi yang dijual kembali untuk menghasilkan uang. Dalam praktiknya, pembeli merasa dirugikan karena merekalah yang dirugikan. Pembeli mengalami kerugian karena hanya menerima sebagian dari dana cadangan daripada seluruh jumlah. Studi ini diharapkan dapat mengenali pelatihan dan komponen cadangan ruang perdagangan. selain mengetahui cara jual beli aset yang sesuai dengan standar bursa efek fiqh islam. Pemeriksaan ini didasarkan pada penelitian lapangan subjektif. Data penelitian ini berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan informasi melalui observasi dan wawancara.

Abstract

The implementation model of learning that empowers students metacognitive has not run optimally. The jinemam learning model is a learning model developed to empower students' metacognitive abilities. This study aims to determine the effect of jinemam on students' metacognitive. The research used was a quasi-experimental study, where the sample is 2016 batch students of Biology Education. Class A as an experimental class and class B as a control class. The instruments used were syllabus, SLP (Semester Lecture Plan), essay tests and metacognitive assessment rubrics. Research data in the form of quantitative data obtained from the pretest and posttest scores and metacognitive assessment rubric scores. Analysis of research data was performed withthe ANACOVA test through SPSS 22 software. The results showed that there was an influence of the jinemam learning model on the metacognitive abilities of students (p < 0,05). Thus, the conclusion of this research is the learning model of jinemam influences the students' metacognitive abilities

Abstract

The use of less innovative learning models and media can negatively affect student learning outcomes due to decreased involvement and motivation in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model, supported by Word Wall media, in improving science learning outcomes for grade IV students at elementary school. This study uses an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design, specifically a non-equivalent control group design. Data collection was carried out through tests (pretest and posttest), observations, interviews, and documentation. Normality and homogeneity tests were conducted on the initial data, while final data analysis employed t-tests and N-Gain. The t-test results showed a significance value of 0.00 (sig. <0.05), indicating that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. The N-Gain analysis revealed that the experimental group obtained an average score of 58.33% (medium category), while the control group scored only 25.08% (low category). These findings suggest that the application of the PBL model, supported by Word Wall media, is effective in improving science learning outcomes for grade IV students at a public elementary school.

Abstract

The interview results showed that in Pancasila Education learning, learning media is still limited to images, videos, and PPTs; not much concrete media has been involved. The study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the use of Monopoly game media on the material of regional cultural diversity in increasing the learning interest of fifth-grade elementary school students. This study used a quantitative research method with a Quasi-Experimental design in the form of a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The results showed that there was a significant difference in learning interest between students who received treatment using Monopoly game media and classes that did not receive treatment using Monopoly game media. This is based on the results of the N-Gain test, where the average percentage of the N-Gain score of the experimental group reached 84.62%, which is included in the effective category. In comparison, the control group only reached 72.73%, which is included in the fairly effective category. Thus, using Monopoly game media effectively increases the learning interest of fifth-grade elementary school students. This study implies that Monopoly game media can be used in learning activities to increase the learning interest of fifth-grade elementary school students. This certainly has an impact on students' increasing abilities.

Abstract

Reading is a fundamental skill that underpins the entire learning process and must be mastered by students at an early stage. This study aims to examine the nature of initial reading difficulties among second-grade students, identify contributing factors, and explore effective interventions within the context of Indonesian language learning. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, with validity ensured through technical triangulation. The findings reveal a range of reading difficulties experienced by students, including the inability to recognize letters, distinguish between similar-looking letters, differentiate vowels and consonants, fluently decode words, and construct sentences. A significant contributing factor identified is the lack of support and involvement from the family environment, particularly parental attention. To address these challenges, teachers implemented engaging and interactive learning media to create a playful and enjoyable learning atmosphere. The study highlights the importance of teacher initiatives in designing student-centered reading interventions and underscores the need for strong communication between educators and parents to support students facing early reading challenges. These findings have implications for improving early literacy strategies and fostering collaborative efforts between schools and families in addressing learning difficulties.

Abstract

Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan memiliki peran krusial dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan program-program yang mendukung pencapaian tujuan pembangunan nasional di bidang ketenagakerjaan. Namun, proses pengumpulan dan pengelolaan data di Kementerian masih dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan penundaan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pemantauan kinerja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem informasi yang mampu mengintegrasikan sumber data terkait kinerja kegiatan untuk mempercepat proses monitoring capaian target Indikator Kinerja Kegiatan (IKK) secara real-time. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode agile untuk merancang dashboard IKK yang memungkinkan akses mudah dan cepat terhadap informasi yang dibutuhkan. Dashboard ini berfungsi sebagai instrumen untuk menilai proses yang sedang berlangsung, mengawasi kinerja, dan memprediksi keadaan di masa yang akan datang. Penggunaan teknologi berbasis web dipilih untuk memastikan aksesibilitas informasi di mana pun. Fitur-fitur interaktif dalam dashboard diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses monitoring dan penghasilan laporan otomatis. Melalui pengembangan sistem ini, Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan nasional. Metode agile dipilih karena dapat menyesuaikan, memotong, atau mengubah hal yang telah ditetapkan tanpa perlu menunggu proyek selesai.
