Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tingkat pemahaman guru terhadap aspek motorik kasar (gerakan dasar) pada anak usia dini serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan digunakan untuk menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber, seperti buku, jurnal, dan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman guru sangat penting dalam mendukung perkembangan motorik kasar anak, yang meliputi kemampuan lokomotor, non-lokomotor, dan manipulatif. Namun, ditemukan bahwa pemahaman guru masih bervariasi dan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti kurangnya pelatihan, minimnya modul/buku ajar praktis, keterbatasan fasilitas, serta persepsi yang menganggap motorik kasar sebagai aktivitas sekunder. Dampak dari rendahnya pemahaman guru dapat menyebabkan kurang optimalnya stimulasi motorik kasar pada anak, sehingga berpotensi menghambat kesiapan sekolah dan meningkatkan risiko keterlambatan perkembangan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya peningkatan pemahaman guru melalui pelatihan, penyediaan modul, dan dukungan fasilitas yang memadai agar perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini dapat berjalan optimal. This study aims to explore the level of teachers’ understanding of gross motor skills (basic movements) in early childhood and the factors that influence it. A qualitative approach with literature study methods is used to analyze data from various sources, such as books, journals, and related literature. The results of the study indicate that teachers’ understanding is crucial in supporting the development of children’s gross motor skills, which include locomotor, non-locomotor, and manipulative abilities. However, it was found that teachers’ understanding varies and is influenced by several factors, such as a lack of training, minimal practical teaching modules/books, limited facilities, and perceptions that regard gross motor skills as a secondary activity. The impact of teachers’ low understanding can lead to suboptimal stimulation of children’s gross motor skills, potentially hindering school readiness and increasing the risk of developmental delays. Therefore, efforts to enhance teachers’ understanding through training, provision of modules, and adequate facility support are necessary for the optimal development of gross motor skills in early childhood.

Abstract

Early childhood is an individual who was starting from 0-6 years was having the process of the rapid development. The children were identical to play. In the child’s daily activities often do thr game. The game is something that must be considered as a means to the development of the physical motor for early childhood. Along with technological progress, in the digital age at this time the child is usually done a game in gadget. This study aims to obtain a pictures of the development of the physcal motor early childhood in the digital age. The subject of this study consist of 3 children aged 5-6 years consisting of 1 boys and 2 girls. The result of derived from this research is the show the development of the physical and motor her.

Abstract

The use of log wood as raw material for furniture and construction industry requires an optimal approach in the dimensions of management and production efficiency to increase economic value. This study aims to analyze the relationship between log wood dimensions (length, width, diameter) with the value of production results based on the percentage of efficiency (60%, 50%, 40%, and 30%). The data used are the results of observations of log wood dimensions from several types (unnamed and with codes: Piton, DL, UP, UD) along with the basic price value of the log. Calculations are carried out to determine the economic value of log wood based on the production efficiency scenario. The results of the study indicate that increasing production efficiency significantly affects the economic value obtained, with the UD log type providing the highest value at all levels of efficiency. This study provides recommendations for wood production optimization strategies based on comparisons of dimensions and efficiency as a basis for decision making in the wood resource-based industry.

Abstract

Educational financing management is a crucial aspect for the sustainability and quality of the education system, including in Islamic boarding schools that often face financial management challenges due to dependence on community donations, student fees, and fluctuating social assistance. Persis 99 Rancabango Islamic Boarding School, as an Islamic educational institution, is committed to creating quality education despite facing income instability. This research aims to understand how Islamic boarding schools manage education financing efficiently and effectively, and how adaptation to income fluctuations can improve the quality of education even with limited resources. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological approach. The researcher acted as the main instrument for collecting data through observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies with selected informants, namely the Islamic boarding school treasurer who was directly involved in financial management. Management of education financing at Pesantren Persis 99 Ranbataso involves four main aspects: planning, implementation, supervision and evaluation. The success of this Islamic boarding school lies in careful planning, diversity of funding sources, and transparent supervision in achieving effective Islamic boarding school financial management.

Abstract

The increasing level of human mobility causes pets to be abandoned because humans have activities that cannot be left behind or work that must always be done, with this, pets, one of which is a cat, are often hungry because the caregiver is busy working and does not have time to feed the cat. This research is about designing an automatic cat feeder with a periodic monitoring system with a Nodemcu control system with two sensors, namely an Ir sensor and an Ultrasonic sensor with a telegram notification output. the working principle of the Sensors Ir 1 and 2 will detect a cat, if it hits the cat, the place for giving food and drink will open automatically while ultrasonic sensors 1 and 2 are for monitoring food and drink if food and drink do not hit the ultrasonic sensor it will enter a notification that the food and drink had run out. the conclusion of making this tool is to make it easier for cat owners to automatically feed cats.

Abstract

This bibliometric study explores the trends and focus of research in the field of service management in inclusive education. By analyzing publication patterns, key themes, collaboration networks and geographical distribution, this study provides a comprehensive picture of the state and development of research in this field. The study used data from Scopus and Web of Science databases in the period 1999-2024, analyzing 1,247 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The methodology included keyword co-occurrence analysis, co-citation analysis, and network visualization using VOSviewer software. The findings indicate significant and growing interest, with a notable increase in publications over the past decade, reflecting the global prioritization of inclusive education. Key themes such as inclusive education, disability, curriculum and teacher training emerged as central to the discourse, highlighting the multidisciplinary and practical nature of the research. The research also revealed substantial international collaboration, identifying influential researchers and institutions driving the field. The United States, United Kingdom and Australia emerged as key research centers, with strong networks of collaboration across the globe. Despite the progress, there are still gaps in areas such as the role of technology, its impact on students without disabilities, and evaluation of program effectiveness, indicating directions for future research. Insights from this research can inform policy makers, practitioners and researchers, contributing to the advancement of inclusive education practices and ensuring equitable and high-quality education for all students.

Abstract

Domestic waste or household waste is waste left over from human activities. Household waste can be solid or liquid. Currently, the problem in the city of Cirebon is waste where in 2023 the percentage is still the same, reaching more than 200 tons per day. Therefore, the purpose of this Eco-Enzym Socialization and Practice activity is none other than to raise awareness that household waste will be very useful if managed properly. In addition to raising awareness, this activity also aims to provide education about eco-enzymes that are beneficial to life. The method used in implementing the program is the PAR (Participatory Action Reseacrh) method. PAR can also be called research by the community, with the community and for the community, not empowerment of the community. The targets in this activity are PKK and Posyandu cadres in Rw 07 Karang Jalak Mekar, Sunyaragi Village, Cirebon City. The implementation of this activity was quite optimal in Rw 07 because in the initial condition they did not understand the utilization of waste into fermented eco enzyme. After this activity, Rw 07 cadres understand what is called eco enzyme and its benefits so that they can immediately practice the eco enzyme.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode bermain sambil belajar terhadap anak hiperaktif di kelas A TK Pertiwi Adirejo, Kecamatan Pekalongan, Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Anak hiperaktif, atau yang dikenal dengan Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), menunjukkan perilaku sulit berkonsentrasi, impulsif, dan sering mengganggu proses belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek tiga anak yang menunjukkan ciri-ciri hiperaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode bermain sambil belajar berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan fokus dan konsentrasi, penurunan perilaku impulsif, serta peningkatan kemampuan sosial dan emosional anak. Anak menjadi lebih mampu mengikuti aturan, bekerja sama, serta menunjukkan perilaku yang lebih adaptif dalam kegiatan belajar. Kesimpulannya, metode bermain sambil belajar merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dan menyenangkan untuk mendukung perkembangan anak hiperaktif dalam lingkungan belajar yang inklusif.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) memegang peranan penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan dan produktivitas industri manufaktur alat berat, khususnya di lingkungan produksi yang kompleks seperti PT GGS. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan mengendalikan potensi bahaya di area fabrikasi perusahaan menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penilaian risiko menunjukkan bahwa 27% sumber bahaya masuk dalam kategori risiko tinggi, 53% sedang, dan 20% rendah. Risiko tertinggi terutama berada pada cedera fisik seperti tangan terkena gerinda, sakit pinggang akibat aktivitas pelurusan material, terpapar asap las tanpa alat pelindung pernapasan, serta potensi kaki tertimpa material karena fungsi magnet angkat yang tidak optimal. Penerapan HIRARC secara sistematis efektif untuk mengidentifikasi titik bahaya dan menentukan prioritas pengendalian berdasarkan tingkat risikonya.  Banyaknya risiko sedang dan tinggi menunjukkan perlunya strategi pengendalian yang nyata, berdasarkan data dan prioritas di tempat kerja. Pengendalian dilakukan berdasarkan kategori risiko tertinggi dan hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi kontrol yang sesuai dan mudah diterapkan di perusahaan.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the presence of students who mocked their classmates because their friends had body odor, there were students who nudged their friends' shoulders and said harsh words, there were students who obeyed the group leader because they wanted to control the group, there were students who did not respect other people's opinions. This study aims to determine: 1) Peer conformity in Phase E students at SMAN 1 Batang Kapas, 2) Bullying behavior of Phase E students at SMAN 1 Batang Kapas, 3) The effect of peer conformity with bullying behavior in Phase E students of SMAN 1 Batang Kapas.This study uses quantitative research methods. The population was 30 sampling techniques Total Sampling. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study is a percentage and simple linear regression. The results of this study showed: 1) peer conformity of students at SMAN 1 Batang Kapas is in a fairly high category. 2) bullying behavior of Phase E students in SMA Negeri 1 Batang Kapas is in a fairly high category. There is an influence of peer conformity with bullying behavior in Phase E students at SMAN 1 Batang Kapas with a very low coefficient with a value of 0.016. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended to students to improve aspects of peer conformity, namely to increase cohesiveness, agreement, and obedience in a group so that it becomes better. Conversely, it can also be seen in aspects of bullying behavior, namely physical bullying, verbal bullying, and mental/psychological bullying so that students can reduce bullying behavior. In addition, counseling teachers can minimize the occurrence of bullying behavior in schools by providing information services about the dangers of bullying behavior.
