Abstract

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) memegang peranan penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan dan produktivitas industri manufaktur alat berat, khususnya di lingkungan produksi yang kompleks seperti PT GGS. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan mengendalikan potensi bahaya di area fabrikasi perusahaan menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penilaian risiko menunjukkan bahwa 27% sumber bahaya masuk dalam kategori risiko tinggi, 53% sedang, dan 20% rendah. Risiko tertinggi terutama berada pada cedera fisik seperti tangan terkena gerinda, sakit pinggang akibat aktivitas pelurusan material, terpapar asap las tanpa alat pelindung pernapasan, serta potensi kaki tertimpa material karena fungsi magnet angkat yang tidak optimal. Penerapan HIRARC secara sistematis efektif untuk mengidentifikasi titik bahaya dan menentukan prioritas pengendalian berdasarkan tingkat risikonya.  Banyaknya risiko sedang dan tinggi menunjukkan perlunya strategi pengendalian yang nyata, berdasarkan data dan prioritas di tempat kerja. Pengendalian dilakukan berdasarkan kategori risiko tertinggi dan hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi kontrol yang sesuai dan mudah diterapkan di perusahaan.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the presence of students who mocked their classmates because their friends had body odor, there were students who nudged their friends' shoulders and said harsh words, there were students who obeyed the group leader because they wanted to control the group, there were students who did not respect other people's opinions. This study aims to determine: 1) Peer conformity in Phase E students at SMAN 1 Batang Kapas, 2) Bullying behavior of Phase E students at SMAN 1 Batang Kapas, 3) The effect of peer conformity with bullying behavior in Phase E students of SMAN 1 Batang Kapas.This study uses quantitative research methods. The population was 30 sampling techniques Total Sampling. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study is a percentage and simple linear regression. The results of this study showed: 1) peer conformity of students at SMAN 1 Batang Kapas is in a fairly high category. 2) bullying behavior of Phase E students in SMA Negeri 1 Batang Kapas is in a fairly high category. There is an influence of peer conformity with bullying behavior in Phase E students at SMAN 1 Batang Kapas with a very low coefficient with a value of 0.016. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended to students to improve aspects of peer conformity, namely to increase cohesiveness, agreement, and obedience in a group so that it becomes better. Conversely, it can also be seen in aspects of bullying behavior, namely physical bullying, verbal bullying, and mental/psychological bullying so that students can reduce bullying behavior. In addition, counseling teachers can minimize the occurrence of bullying behavior in schools by providing information services about the dangers of bullying behavior.

Abstract

Pelatihan pengembangan jiwa edupreneurship bagi tour leader melalui event organizer menjadi aspek penting dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan daya saing di industri pariwisata. PT. Seirah Wisata Ali Takrim sebagai penyedia layanan perjalanan wisata berupaya menciptakan program pelatihan yang tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek kepemimpinan dan manajemen perjalanan, tetapi juga membangun jiwa kewirausahaan (edupreneurship) bagi para tour leader. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pelatihan dalam membentuk kompetensi tour leader yang profesional, inovatif, dan memiliki keterampilan mengelola event wisata secara mandiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi, wawancara, serta analisis studi kasus pada peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi, manajemen acara, dan inovasi dalam penyelenggaraan tur edukatif. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan mampu mengembangkan konsep perjalanan wisata berbasis edukasi yang bernilai ekonomi serta berkontribusi dalam pengembangan industri pariwisata yang berkelanjutan(Nanlohy et al., 2024).

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist Seirah Wisata Ali Takrim in developing a professional portfolio as an event organizer (EO) to enhance its image and competitiveness in the event management services sector. As the tourism and entertainment industry continues to grow, the need for work documentation and digital portfolios has become crucial for expanding networks and attracting potential clients. The implementation method included initial observation, needs interviews, portfolio design training, and technical assistance in developing effective and communicative portfolio content and layout. The outcome of this activity was the creation of a digital portfolio for Seirah Wisata Ali Takrim, which includes documentation of activities, client testimonials, services, and a business identity that bolsters its credibility as an EO service provider. Abstract

The "Utilization of the Canva Application for Interactive Learning" training was held at the Cibarusah Branch of the Great Children's Tutoring Center (Bimbingan Belajar Anak Hebat) as an effort to improve educators' competency in utilizing digital technology to support the learning process. This activity was motivated by the need for teachers and tutors to provide learning media that are more engaging, interactive, and easy for students to understand. The training method was a workshop approach, combining theory and hands-on practice using the Canva application. Participants were guided in creating various interactive media, such as presentations, infographics, visual materials, and evaluation content tailored to children's learning needs. The training results demonstrated improved skills in designing creative learning media and increased motivation to integrate technology into teaching and learning activities. This training is expected to make the learning process at the Cibarusah Branch of the Great Children's Tutoring Center more effective, enjoyable, and able to encourage active student participation. Abstract

This study aims to explore the dynamics of digital literacy of elementary school children in Madura and examine the role of parental involvement, balanced screen time and access to technology and digital literacy outcomes. Using a quantitative approach where data were collected through online and in-person questionnaires distributed to 210 parents of elementary school students in Madura. then analyzed using SEM-PLS version 3.0. This study revealed that parental involvement does not have a positive influence on digital literacy of elementary school children. Given the low economic status of parents, it is difficult to access digital. Balanced screen time was found to influence digital literacy, which emphasizes the importance of managing screen time for educational purposes. Access to technology as a moderator strengthens the impact of parental involvement and balanced screen time on digital literacy. This study contributes to the understanding of digital literacy of primary school children in Madura. The findings provide valuable insights for education stakeholders, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive curriculum, parental engagement, equitable access to technology and customized digital learning platforms. This knowledge can inform policies and practices aimed at improving digital literacy in primary school children's education, promoting a balanced and inclusive educational environment in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores the phenomenon of Islamophobia and negative stereotypes toward Islam in West Borneo, Indonesia, using a phenomenological and qualitative approach. Informants included religious leaders, community leaders, and non-Muslim students. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews and analyzed using content analysis. Findings reveal that Islamophobia in West Borneo is a real, though subtle, issue that has yet to significantly disrupt social life. Contributing factors include limited understanding of Islam, persistent negative stereotypes, and biased media coverage. Addressing this issue requires a collaborative effort involving government, communities, media, and educational institutions. Effective strategies include inclusive education, interfaith dialogue, accurate media representation, inter-community cooperation, and supportive public policy promoting tolerance and diversity. While this study is limited in scope, it highlights the presence of Islamophobia and its potential to influence social dynamics. Recognizing that the severity and prevalence of Islamophobia may vary by region, further comprehensive and contextual research is essential to fully understand and mitigate its impact in West Borneo and beyond.   Keywords : : Islamophobia; Social Conflict; Negative Stereotypes.

Abstract

Kehilangan hasil pertanian pascapanen merupakan salah satu tantangan besar yang dihadapi petani di pedesaan, termasuk di Desa Pasi Ara WT, Kecamatan Woyla Timur, Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Proses perontokan kacang tanah masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu lama, tenaga kerja yang banyak, serta menimbulkan risiko kerusakan biji. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan mesin perontok sekaligus penyortir kacang tanah berbasis bahan lokal yang mudah dioperasikan. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui identifikasi masalah, perancangan desain, pembuatan alat, uji coba, evaluasi, dan sosialisasi penggunaan kepada petani. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa mesin mampu beroperasi dengan kapasitas kerja 150 kg/jam dan efisiensi 96,27%, atau 5–6 kali lebih cepat dibandingkan metode manual. Selain itu, tingkat kerusakan biji kacang menurun secara signifikan sehingga kualitas panen lebih utuh dan bernilai jual lebih tinggi. Dampak penggunaan mesin ini meliputi peningkatan produktivitas, efisiensi waktu, pengurangan biaya tenaga kerja, serta peningkatan pendapatan petani. Dari aspek sosial, inovasi ini mendorong kolaborasi antarpetani dan memperkuat kemandirian desa. Dengan demikian, mesin perontok kacang tanah ini dinilai sebagai teknologi tepat guna yang relevan, mudah diaplikasikan, serta berpotensi direplikasi di wilayah lain dengan karakteristik pertanian serupa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of goat manure enriched with bioactivator and trichoderma dosage on the growth and yield of purple corn (Zea mays var ceratine Kulesh). The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 2 factors, namely the first factor of goat manure enriched with bioactivator (A) A0 (standard NPK), A1 (goat manure with stale rice bioactivator), A2 (goat manure with cow rumen bioactivator), A3 (goat manure with yeast bioactivator), and the second factor was the dose of Trichoderma T0 (without Trichoderma dosage), T1 (15 grams of Trichoderma), T2 (30 grams of Trichoderma), T3 (45 grams of Trichoderma). Each treatment was repeated 3 times. The results of the data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) if there was no significant difference, a further Duncan's Multiple Range Taste (DMRT) test was carried out at a level of 5%. Based on the research results, the treatment of goat manure enriched with bioactivator of stale rice, rumen, and yeast significantly affected plant height at 14 hst, 28 hst and 42 hst, number of leaves at 14 hst, 42 hst, stem diameter at 28 hst, 42 hst and 56 hst, plant dry weight, root wet weight, and root dry weight. While the dose of Trichoderma had no significant effect on all parameters. and there was no interaction between goat manure and the dose of Trichoderma.

Abstract

Tangerang Regency, as a region with social diversity, faces challenges in countering radicalism among students. This article discusses the results of community service activities implemented through seminars in high schools in 2025. These activities aimed to provide students with an understanding of the dangers of radicalism and strategies for preventing it through balanced education. The seminar material was delivered using interactive lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions involving students and teachers. The results showed an increase in students' knowledge regarding the definition of radicalism, causal factors, early indicators, and preventive measures in the school environment and on social media. School support and the active role of teachers are key factors in maintaining students' ideological resilience. This article recommends strengthening educational programs for preventing radicalism periodically in high schools in Tangerang Regency.
