Abstract

The community has the authority to regulate and resolve the matter themselves according to local aspirations. It is clear that the position of trying to reassert the community is the subject of autonomy is not the object of autonomy. The decentralization policy explicitly also uncover the essence of autonomy as authorities set up and take care of his household. The aim’s to analyze the against public participation in rulemaking. The method of the research is socio legal approach, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data, with analysis in quantitative diskriptif.Results of the research as follows: the participation of youth in the formation of Regulatory Region of Pilkades 50% of respondents indicate a very high participation,. Participation of mothers PKK/dawis high participation 43.54 and the general public towards 35.51% showed very high participation, 60.98% of respondents participated in height and 2.91% of respondents indicating participation is quite high. The participation of notable clerics against Perda Pilkades 42.4% of respondents indicate a very high participation, 46.40% of respondents indicate high participation and 7% of respondents indicating participation is quite high.

Abstract

General Election (Pemilihan Umum/Umum) is an arena for political parties to fight for seats in parliament through various political campaign strategies they carry out. The success of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) Bandung City in obtaining the majority of 13 seats in the 2019 Election is an interesting political case to study. This study aims to describe and analyze the political marketing strategies that the legislative candidates from the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) of Bandung City carry out. Using the marketing mix theory, this study looks at 4 dimensions, namely Product, Place, Price, and Promotion. A descriptive-qualitative approach is applied. This study conducts interviews with representatives of the former PKS candidates who were the members of the parliament of Bandung City in the period of 2019-2024. This study indicates that PKS candidates for the City of Bandung Parliament have succeeded in implementing a marketing mix strategy. They employ it effectively and efficiently and reach a wider and more inclusive segment. They also apply campaign narratives that are close to voter’s needs through direct marketing strategies.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the protection of domestic service users and the entreprenuer of domestic tourism is needed. This research concern about the application of legal protection and remedies law for tourist who suffered losses in tourist location. The method used is normative juridical approach. The collection of legal substance done by documentary and then analyzed using method of normative qualitative. Based on this research, the Local Government of Purbalingga have no consider  the consumer, as a subject in the tourism industry, because only one tourist location existing regulations, and it was only regulate the formation of regional companies. Application of compensation is only applied to physical accident at the tourist location in, cooperation with PT Jasa Raharja, whereas the loss of non physical/material not regulated yet. Dispute settlement as a result of suffered losses in the tourist location can be done peacefully or adversarially by using BPSK or filling a lawsuit to court. Keywords: legal protection, tourist, losses

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga ( DPK)  yang meliputi tabungan dan deposito terhadap kredit  yang disalurkan oleh Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR). Data sampel sebanyak 45 bulan (Januari 2008 hingga September 2011). Dengan metode analisis regresi berganda, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan jumlah  DPK secara signifikan akan menaikkan jumlah kredit yang disalurkan oleh BPR   di Indonesia.

Abstract

Community service as a measure to socialize the Creative Economy through Technopreneur Training involves Muhammadiyah teachers from elementary to middle and high levels in Muhammaduyah Regional Leadership Tasikmalaya City is intended that teachers can operate businesses in their free time as teachers about business online by utilizing HP or Laptop/PC technology devices. Makning products for training participants can be as producers in the form of culinary, merchandise, resellers or as affiliates of goods or services that are created in such a way as a top products. The implementation of this training event was held on November 20, 2021 in the Auditorium of the University of Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya. Community Service Activities had done well, this can be measured from the level of participation of participants during the training who had high enthusiasm and responsibility. This activity is expected to motivate Muhammadiyah teachers in order to improve the community's economy in their respective places or regions.

Abstract

The Safeguard measures against the import of wheat flour in accordance with the General Agreement On Tariffs And Trade (GATT / WTO Principles) in Indonesia. This research aimed to investigate whether Indonesia's safeguard measures against the import of wheat flour was in accordance with the Principles set out in the GATT / WTO and how the implementation of such safeguard measures based on GATT / WTO stipulation. The research type was normative, and it used primary and secondary legal materials. The data were analyzed qualitatively using content analysis techniques. The research also applied the case approach, the statute approach and the concept approach. The research result indicated that the Indonesian safeguard measures against the wheat flour import had fulfilled the requirements of both the procedural requirement in the stages of the investigation, notification, and consultation, and the substantive requirement, such as the increases of wheat flour, the serious loss and the cause and effect relationship. The safeguard measures of the trade had been implemented in two forms, i.e. provisional safeguard measures in the form of ad-valorem duty, which was 20% from the value of the imports, and the safeguard measures in the form of quota with the exception of the developing countries whose market share was less than 3% of the total volume of imports or collectively their market share did not exceed 9%. The restriction of the quota had not violated the principle of Prohibition of quantity since the internal wheat flour industry suffered from a serious loss which was difficult to repair as the result of the increase of the wheat flour imports. The exceptions stipulated in article XIX GATT, 1947, had confirmed that if the industry of importing country had suffered from a serious loss as the result of the import increase, then the concerned country may not be subject to this principle.

Abstract

This research is about matrilineal in the Minangkabau community from the perspective of the Qur'an. This research was made in order to answer the impression of differences in normative values in the Minangkabau custom with the reality found in the Minang community. In the debates of scientists there are those who agree or reject and some even agree with the record of matrilineal norms if they are associated with the Qur'an. The purpose is to find out how the Qur'an views the concept of Matri. The object of this study, anthropological value in the matrilineal concept adopted by the Minang tribe when viewed from the Qur'an. This research is a library reseach or library research. Data sources consist of primary sources such as the tafsir al-Maraghi, Ibn Katsir, Tafsir alMuyassar and Tafsir Hamka. Meanwhile, secondary data from books and journals as well as blogs about Anthropology and Minang culture are related to this research. The conclusion in this study is that the concept of matriarchate in the Minang tribe is not contrary to the universal values brought by the Qur'an and the concept of the Basandi Syarak custom, syarak basandi kitabullah is embodied in Minang society and is in line with the Qur'an.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Intelektualisme Hukum Islam Di Nusantara Abad-19. Perjuangan ulama di Nusantara pada abad ke-19 yang menuai banyak pengaruh dalam penyebaran agama Islam dan pendorong rasa keinginan untuk menyingkirkan kolonial kala itu. Ulama-ulama melakukan banyak hal untuk mencoba menyadarkan pribumi setelah berpulangnya mereka dari Mekkah dan kembali ke tanah air. Para ulama Nusantara ini melakukan perjuangannya tidak secara langsung menggunakan pertarungan fisik, namun dengan berbagai karya dan khotbah yang mereka lontarkan kepada Pemerintah Belanda sebagai tanda kritik keras dan ketidaksukaan mereka terhadap Pemerintah Belanda. Beberapa perjuangan mereka pun tak runtuh meski sampai ulama-ulama itu meninggalkan dunia fana ini. Setelah mereka meninggal pun perjuangannya tetap berkobar melalui murid-muridnya hingga mereka mencapai tujuan mereka, yakni menyebarkan dakwah Islam dan pengusiran para koloni. Bahkan karya-karya mereka masih dipakai sebagai kitab acuan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan di pesantren-pesantren hingga sekarang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the application of the jigsaw type of cooperative learning method can improve the learning outcomes of relay running in class IX students of SMP country 9 Sinjai. This research is action research conducted in the classroom, or classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) with two cycles. The research population was all students of class IX SMP Country 9 Sinjai, the sample in this study was one class consisting of 20 students. Data were collected through tests and observations. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive techniques. The results of the study in the first cycle showed that the percentage of student learning completeness was 60%, while in the second cycle the percentage of student learning mastery reached 85%. Thus, it was concluded that the application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning method could improve student learning outcomes in the relay running lesson
