Abstract

Islam, as a comprehensive and universal way of life, governs not only worship but also politics, statehood, economics, and social systems. Al-Maududi proposed an Islamic state based on the Qur’an, Sunnah, and practices of the companions, advocating for a caliphate system over a monarchy. He argued that the decline of Islamic politics began with the abandonment of the Khilafah system, emphasizing that true sovereignty belongs to God, with humans as executors of God’s will. A government enforcing God’s rules commands the people’s obedience. Al-Maududi outlined three state institutions: executive, legislative, and judiciary, functioning independently. The head of state, also the executive leader, must consult the Shura Council but isn’t bound by its majority opinion. The people must monitor the head of state, who can be dismissed if driven by personal desires. To prevent dictatorship, the head of state’s powers should be administratively limited, though Al-Maududi did not specify the term of office. In legislative elections, self-nomination is discouraged as it undermines political and social morale, contrary to Islamic law. Al-Maududi also opposed Muslim women holding key government positions or sitting in the Shura Council and People’s Council. Establishing an Islamic state is deemed essential to implement Allah’s commands in all life aspects.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of sharia insurance principles in Indonesia from the perspective of the Qur’an and Sunnah. Problems with conventional insurance, which in recent years have affected public trust, have recently begun to cause an increase in insurance. Starting from acts of corruption to conditions where insurance companies fail to pay customers, they create a negative image of the insurance climate in Indonesia. The negative image not only affects the image of conventional insurance but also affects the sharia insurance business. In addition, until now, there have been still differences among the public regarding Islamic law regarding sharia insurance, even though there are already rules and fatwas from the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council under number 21/DSN-MUI/IV/2001. This research is descriptive qualitative research using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. And the data were analyzed through Miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis techniques. This study found that there are three principles applied in Islamic insurance policy in Indonesia: al-khidmah (service), at-taawun (help), and al-amn (security). These three principles have not been implemented optimally due to the massive socialization of these policies to the public, weaknesses in human resources (HR), and technology that is not yet very good

Abstract

A person or group of people is generally free to enjoy, spend and/or use their property/wealth without anyone to prevent it as long as the funds obtained are halal. However, private property cannot be absolute, because according to the principles of Islamic law, "the property of a Muslim belongs to others". Spending money on things sometimes puts wants above needs. The resources used are things that can be consumed rather than productive values that lead to charity and habit. Islamic consumerism is a human activity that is beneficial for the benefit of the Ummah, related to the purchase and use of goods and services, which embodies the tenets of Islamic teachings. In Islamic economics, the purpose of consumption is to meet physical and spiritual needs so as to maximize the role of humans as servants of Allah SWT to achieve prosperity or happiness in the world and in the Hereafter (falah). Based on previous researchers' information, the management of student property (consumption) is not in accordance with Islamic consumption law. in relation to purchases. Online store goods, students often do not pay attention to consumption rules according to Islamic teachings.  To reason the study, a type of library research is used with a normative approach method and content analysis whose focal point is the study of manuscripts and texts related to research problems

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that currently the general public requires banking services, especially as a place to store their income in the form of savings. Where is the financial management of the income earned for employees at the MAN 2 Koto Baru Padang Panjang School motivated to decide to become a customer in using mudharabah savings because there is profit sharing from this mudharabah contract from the use of services in Islamic banking. The purpose of this study is to measure the magnitude of the influence of profit sharing (X) on employee decisions (Y) in using mudharabah savings. This study used descriptive quantitative research with purposive sampling of 100 respondents. Respondents in this study were employees at the MAN 2 Koto Baru Padang Panjang School. The results of this study state that partially Profit Sharing has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Mudharabah Savings Sharia Banking Services. This is evidenced by the value of t count is greater than t table (8.304> 1.984), and a significance value of 0.000 (sig <0.05). The influence of the Profit Sharing variable on employee decisions in using mudharabah savings banking services is 0.617, which means that if profit sharing increases by 1 percent, the decision to use mudharabah savings banking services increases by 61.7 percent. Then Profit Sharing is able to influence 41.3% change in the decision to use Islamic banking services, mudharabah savings

Abstract

An error is an error or deviation from a previously established procedure. A writing error is a mistake that occurs when writing. Errors in writing still occur among students, especially when writing Arabic. This is because there are difficulties experienced by each student. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. This research uses document study and field study research with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The aim of this research is to determine the forms of student writing errors, the factors that cause writing errors and the efforts that can be made by educators and students themselves to correct writing errors. Research findings show that writing errors made by students occur due to three factors, firstly because of the students' own abilities, secondly because of a lack of mastery of the rules for writing Arabic letters and thirdly because of a lack of clarity in the pronunciation of the mahkraj letters read by the teacher. With this research, it is hoped that students can improve their abilities and also provide new strategies or methods for teachers.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang Upaya Guru Meningkatkan Maharah Istima’ Melalui Metode Storytelling Pada Siswa Kelas X. Penelitian ini fokus pada metode Storytelling sebagai salah satu metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru Bahasa Arab di Kelas X. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara analisis Miles dan Hubermen. Teknik validasi data menggunakan proses triangulasi yaitu, triangulasi narasumber yang beragam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Upaya Guru Meningkatkan Maharah Istima’ Melalui Metode Storytelling Pada Siswa Kelas X dalam pembelajaran dilihat dari hasil observasi yang peneliti lakukan peserta ddik merasa nyaman dan asyik ketika guru menggunakan model ini. Upaya Guru Meningkatkan Maharah Istima’ Melalui Metode Storytelling Pada Siswa Kelas X lainnya yaitu selalu menumbuhkan motivasi peserta didik agar tidak berputus asa dalam belajar bahasa Arab dan melakukan bimbingan khusus untuk peserta didik yang belum lancar membaca kemudian memberikan latihan tambahan dan tugas tertentu kepada peserta didik agar melakukan kegiatan belajar di luar sekolah dan selalu memanfaatkan fasilitas yang ada seperti buku-buku yang tersedia di perpustakaan.

Abstract

Examination of HIV/AIDS patient with do voluntary and confidential principle. Patient confidentiality must be maintained with the best. Status and the presence of HIV/AIDS patients are kept secret and so raises dilemma for physicians nor patient themselves. Juridical perspective of physician responsibility in opening the medical secret of patients with HIV/AIDS is a view or understanding of legal liability physicians in opening the medical secret of HIV/AIDS patients. Things must be secret maintained in the form of of identity, diagnosis, disease history, inspection history and treatment history. Perspective juridical physician’s responsibility in RSUD Banyumas generally show very much agrees on opening medical confidential HIV/AIDS patients with patient consent. Implementation of medical confidentiality laws against HIV/AIDS patients in RSUD Banyumas implemented properly.Key words : confidential medical, legal perspectives physicians, law enforcement

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan mengkaji pola kepemimpinan birokrasi di kabupaten situbondo. Fokus kajiannya adalah pola komunikasi politik yang digunakan oleh kepala daerah situbondo selama dua periode. Ketertarikan akademik yang mendasari tulisan ini adalah : pertama, menjadikan ritualitas agama sebagai modal utama dan motivasi awal dalam merealisasikan program kerja. Kedua, menjadikan agama sebagai pusat perhatian birokrasi dan masyarakat daerah. Berdasar pada ketertarikan tersebut, pertanyaan penelitiannya adalah bagaimana kepala daerah situbondo mengkomunikasikan pesan birokrasi melalui media sholawat dan sholat berjamaah. Melalui pertanyaan tersebut, menghasilkan beberapa jawaban atau hasil penelitian: pertama, pola komunikasi politik atau kebijakan yang di gunakan oleh kepala daerah situbondo lebih bersifat teo-antroposentris. Kedua, menjadikan sholawat dan sholat sebagai media sosialisasi pesan pemerintah dan penguat militansi birokrasi. Ketiga, menjadikan sholawat dan sholat berjamaah sebagai media pengentasan kemiskinan dan peningkatan ekonomi kerakyatan.

Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan studi media yang berusaha melihat fenomena audiens yang dewasa ini telah menjadi ikon masyarakat modern. Objek yang akan dikaji adalah program tayangan Ramadhan yang ditayangkan di televisi. Dari sekian banyak dimensi yang melekat dalam program tersebut, kertas kerja ini hanya akan berlabuh pada nilai kuasa dan popularitas yang diasumsikan menjadi modal utama bertahannya program tersebut. Pertanyaan yang kerapkali menggelisahkan adalah kekuatan apa yang menjadikan tayangan ramadhan menjadi program televisi yang sangat populer dan bertahan hingga saat ini. Bagaimana audiens memposisikan tayangan ramadhan dalam kehidupannya. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut akan digunakan teori cultural studies yang menkankan produksi dan resepsi audies karya stuart hall dan propaganda media Noam Chomsky. Melalui dua pendekatan tersebut tergambar secara jelas bahwa tayangan ramadhan ditentukan oleh keterlibatan aktor media dan pemilik media yang sangat negosiatif hegemonik

Abstract

People in understanding religion are more compulsive on the instant ones available in digital services. Religious rituals that prioritize the process of cleansing the mental and soul are defeated with fast food religious services without having to be a long process. Religious values and traditions are often commodities that only benefit the owners of capital. This portrait of life then becomes a challenge for religious people, especially students who often convey religion by upholding processes and traditions. Based on this reality, the question that will be answered in this study is how students fight against religious Mcdonaldization in the digital age. This type of research is qualitative research with library research design or what is often referred to as library research. This type of research is qualitative research with library research design or what is often referred to as library research. Because the data obtained is in the form of documents derived from a book and other litelature. Data collection techniques used through literature studies. Data analysis uses George Ritzer's theory or social theory approach which divides the principle of mcdonaldization into four efficiency, calculation, predictive power and control. After analysis, several findings were made, including: First, the control or domination of capital makes religious authority fade among its adherents. Second, the dominance of digital-based global traditions and cultures undermines the roots of local traditions based on processes and rituals. Third, the open resistance of the santri began to be carried out through cultural management (daurah tsaqofah), namely the management of the potential of students rooted in the natural wealth of the motherland, and the treasures of pesantren in an organized manner.
