Abstract

Digital culture has changed the way Muslims interact with the Qur'an. The influence of digital culture on the understanding and practice of the Qur'an from a cultural perspective. This article uses qualitative methods, investigating how social media, religious apps, and other digital platforms influence the interpretation, dissemination, and application of the teachings of the Qur'an in daily life. The results show that digital culture plays a significant role in shaping Islamic behaviour and values, and offers new opportunities for da'wah and Islamic education. However, there is still a challenge in maintaining the authenticity and integrity of the teachings of the Qur'an amidst the swift flow of digital information. The findings provide new insights into how the Qur'an can be effectively integrated in the modern digital ecosystem, while maintaining authentic Islamic cultural values.

Abstract

Community Learning Activity Center Ibnu Taimiyyah Bukittinggi is an educational foundation established since 2019 in Bukittinggi, West Sumatra, which aims to produce generation of qur'ani and become da'wah educational institution. To achieve this goal, policy was formed that adopted Qur'anic values. However, some regulation makers don’t understand the science of tafsir to interpretation the surah for school regulations. This study examines process of developing regulations that integrate Qur'anic values, the verses used in making regulations, and perspective of tafsir maqasidhi on the understanding of the parties making regulations at PKBM Ibnu Taimiyyah Bukittinggi. This study aims to analyze the suitability of tafsir maqasidhi with regulations at PKBM Ibnu Taimiyyah bukittinggi. The methodology is empirical research, with qualitative approach, which is based on primary data of observations or interviews. The study findings indicate that the rules made at PKBM Ibnu Taimiyyah refer to surah al-'Asr, surah al-Isra verse 32, and surah al-Muzzammil verse 4. All rules based on these surahs are in accordance with the meaning of the interpretation of each surah and in accordance with maqashidi because there are still some parties who make regulations understand the science of tafsir even though others don’t understand the science of tafsir interpretation

Abstract

Every brand in the industry competition increasingly creates unlimited choices. That way, every brand is always trying to find ways to connect emotionally with consumers. Through this research, we can find out how the visual identity communicated through the collaboration logo design of the Eiger 1989 x National Park Collection is connected with the message of meaning to be conveyed. The research method uses qualitative to facilitate the analysis process. The authors also use a four-stage approach to visual communication design research methods, including description, analysis, interpretation, and assessment. The findings based on the research that has been done are collaboration logos that, at first glance, seem to use headlines with taglines. After being analyzed as a whole, the collaboration logo was designed based on following the anatomy of the logo formation, besides that, there are overall visual elements that can represent brand identity and collaboration concepts. Logo design through good composition and the meaning of good communication messages will increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract: This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research on transformational leadership in schools using data from the Scopus database between 2014 and 2024. Using VOSviewer and R Studio Biblioshiny for analysis, we examined publication trends, influential contributors, and research themes within this field. The findings revealed significant growth in publications, with an annual increase of 16.65%, indicating increasing scientific interest, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Influential contributions were identified through the most cited documents and a three-field plot, which highlighted lead authors, countries such as Indonesia and Malaysia, and leading journals such as the Journal of Educational Administration. Keyword co-occurrence analysis revealed six thematic clusters, including school leadership, teacher performance, organizational outcomes and innovation, demonstrating the multidimensional nature of the field. This analysis provides valuable insights into the global research landscape on transformational leadership in education, emphasizing its critical role in addressing contemporary educational challenges and informing future research directions. Abstrak: Studi ini menyajikan analisis penelitian bibliometrik tentang kepemimpinan transformasional di sekolah menggunakan data dari database Scopus antara tahun 2014 dan 2024. Dengan menggunakan VOSviewer dan R Studio Biblioshiny untuk analisis, kami memeriksa tren publikasi, kontributor pengaruh, dan tema penelitian dalam bidang ini. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya pertumbuhan publikasi yang signifikan, dengan peningkatan tahunan sebesar 16,65%, yang menunjukkan meningkatnya minat ilmiah, terutama selama pandemi COVID-19. Kontribusi yang berpengaruh diindentifikasi melalui dokumen yang paling banyak dikutip dan plot tiga bidang, yang menyoroti penulis utama, negara-negara seperti Indonesia dan Malaysia, dan jurnal terkemuka seperti Journal of Educational Administration. Analisis kejadian bersama kata kunci mengungkap enam kelompok tematik, termasuk kepemimpinan sekolah, kinerja guru, hasil organisasi, dan inovasi, yang menunjukkan sifat multidimensi dari bidang ini. Analisis ini memberikan wawasan berharga mengenai lanskap penelitian global mengenai kepemimpinan transformasional dalam pendidikan, menekankan peran penting kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mengatasi tantangan pendidikan kontemporer dan memberikan informasi arah penelitian di masa depan. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai Analisis Kepuasan Penggunaan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis website bagi pengunjung Menggunakan Metode SWOT di Perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis website. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 66 sebagai pengunjung perpustakaan yang pernah menggunakan perpustakaan berbasis website tersebut. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling insidental (berdasarkan kebetulan) dengan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung pada objek penelitian. Penelitian berupa angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Selanjutnya data diolah menggunakan metode SWOT yang terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu faktor internal meliputi: strengths & weaknesses dan faktor eksternal meliputi: oppotunities & threats, lalu hasil pengelolahan data akan menentukan terhadap tingkat kepuasan terhadap strategi pengembangan yang terdiri dari 4 kuadran, yaitu : (1) strategi agresif, (2) strategi diversifikasi, (3) strategi turn-around dan (4) strategi defensif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pada penggunaan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis website terdapat pada titik (x) dengan nilai 0,99 dan (y) dengan nilai 0,79. Titik kuadran jatuh pada strategi agresif yang mengartikan bahwa pengunjung perpustakaan puas terhadap penggunaan perpustakaan berbasis website dengan pengaruh kekuatan sebesar 55% dan peluang membesarkan sistem sebesar 46%. Abstract

Karimunjawa merupakan salah satu kepulauan daerah yang berada di Indonesia dengan beragam keindahan alamnya, terletak pada Laut Jawa yang masih dalam wilayah Kabupaten Jepara, Jawa Tengah. Dengan luas daratan ±1.500 hektare dan perairan ±110.000 hektar. Karimunjawa menjadi tempat wisata laut yang mulai banyak digemari wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Oleh karena karakteristik dari karimunjawa sendiri serta hasil alamnya yang berlimpah, maka menjaga lingkungan dan melestarikannya adalah keharusan bagi semua orang. Kenyataan ini menjadikan pentingnya masyarakat maupun siapa saja yang menggunakan bahkan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada pada Karimunjawa wajib mengikuti segala peraturan hukum yang diterapkan untuk menjaga kelestarianya. Pengembangan kesadaran serta pendampingan hukum yang nyata dan jelas dalam pelestarianya memerlukan daya dukung dari masyarakat, penegak hukum, maupun penggerak usaha baik tambak maupun lainya yang memanfaatkan kelestarian alamnya, sehingga perlu adanya edukasi serta pendampingan yang diharapkan dapat memberikan pencerahan maupun hasil luaran masyarakat yang sadar akan hukum mengenai pelestarian karimunjawa. Kelompok perkumpulan yang potensial untuk dilatih adalah Perkumpulan Lingkar Juang Karimunjawa yang berkedudukan di Dusun Telaga Rt.003/Rw.003, Des. Kemujan, kec. Karimunjawa, Kabupaten Jepara, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Perkumpulan tersebut bertujuan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat serta sapek aspek pendukung lainya dalam Pelestarian Sumber Daya Alam Karimunjawa, namun dibalik tujuan mulia yang dimiliki Mitra terdapat ancaman persekusi yang dialami Mitra yang dilakukan oleh oknum-oknum perusak alam Karimunjawa, dalam kata lain pemberdayaan hukum terhadap Masyarakat dan Mitra pada Kecamatan Karimunjawa. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya edukasi serta pendampingan dalam pelaksanaan pelestarian Sumber Daya Alam dalam segi hukumnya, serta mencegah terhadap adanya ancaman persekusi yang dialami oleh Mitra dan Masyarakat Karimunjawa. Optimalisasi fungsi   dan   tujuan   dari   Perkumpulan   Lingkar   Juang Karimunjawa diharapkan akan berdampak terhadap masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pelestarian Sumber Daya Alam, Lingkungan, dan Budaya pada Karimunjawa dari segi Hukum seperti legalisasi pemanfaatan alamnya serta juga perizinannya Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Unissula yang memiliki kemampuan dalam bidang  hukum dan sosialisasi dapat memberikan gambaran serta arahan maupun pendampingan dalam pelegalan serta pelestarian alam pada karimunjawa dari segi hukum. Adapun dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini menerapkan metode ceramah dan diskusi interaktif yang dihadiri lebih dari 20 masyarakat Karimunjawa dari berbagai wilayah. Karimunjawa is one of the regional islands in Indonesia with a variety of natural beauty, located in the Java Sea which is still within the Jepara Regency, Central Java. With a land area of ±1,500 hectares and waters of ±110,000 hectares. Karimunjawa has become a marine tourist destination that is becoming increasingly popular with local and foreign tourists. Due to the characteristics of Karimunjawa itself and its abundant natural products, protecting the environment and preserving it is an obligation for everyone. This fact makes it important for the community and anyone who uses or exploits the resources available in Karimunjawa to follow all legal regulations that apply to maintain their sustainability. Developing awareness and real and clear legal assistance in its conservation requires support from the community, law enforcers, and business drivers, both fish farms and others, that utilize natural conservation, so there is a need for education and assistance which is expected to provide enlightenment and outcomes for people who are aware of it. law regarding the preservation of Karimunjawa. The potential association group to be trained is the Karimunjawa Fighting Circle Association which is located in Telaga Rt.003/Rw.003, Kemujan. Karimunjawa, Jepara Regency, Central Java Province. This association aims to increase public awareness and support other supporting aspects in the Conservation of Karimunjawa Natural Resources, but behind the noble goals that Mitra has, there is the threat of persecution experienced by Mitra by elements destroying Karimunjawa's nature, in other words legal empowerment of the Community and Partners in Karimunjawa District. Therefore, there is a need for education and assistance in implementing the preservation of natural resources from a legal perspective, as well as preventing the threat of persecution experienced by Partners and the Karimunjawa Community. Optimizing the functions and objectives of the Karimunjawa Fighting Circle Association is expected to have an impact on the community in increasing the preservation of Natural, Environmental and Cultural Resources in Karimunjawa from a legal perspective, such as legalizing the use of nature and also permits. For this reason, the Unissula Community Service Team has capabilities in the field of law and Socialization can provide an overview direction and assistance in legalizing and preserving nature in Karimunjawa from a legal perspective. The method of implementing activities is a group-based method that is carried out comprehensively which is able to inventory all legal aspects from developing the association's mindset, providing facilities and equipment, community service team activities are carried out in a measurable manner and the monitoring and evaluation process is to measure target achievement, legal product outcomes and the creation of a healthy society. reliable and understand the law which will be published in community service journals.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial Skills Education is an important program to improve entrepreneurial skills and knowledge, especially in the face of increasingly fierce economic competition. This program is designed to provide knowledge and skills and form an entrepreneurial attitude in participants, with the main goal of creating new business opportunities and improving community welfare. One of the PKW implementations was carried out at PKBM Arrahman in Talabiu Village, Woha District, Bima Regency, which focused on sewing skills training. This training aims to empower women by providing practical skills in sewing, which can be used to open an independent business or increase job opportunities. The training activities, which take place from August to October 2024, involve various learning methods including lectures, socialization, and practical training. With an approach that includes business opportunity identification, entrepreneurial learning, and business mentoring, this training equips participants with technical knowledge of design, material selection, cutting techniques, and fashion finishing. The results of the training showed an improvement in the sewing skills of the participants, which can now produce better quality products and reduce dependence on outside services. This training also has a significant impact in reducing unemployment in Talabiu Village, increasing community enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, and encouraging the opening of new businesses. Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of Qur'an-based mediation in preventing divorce in the modern era and its relevance in the social and legal context of Indonesia. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, involving literature review and empirical data from religious courts. The findings reveal that Qur'an-based mediation, which emphasizes principles of justice, deliberation, and peace, is highly effective in resolving marital conflicts and reducing divorce rates. The use of technology in the form of e-mediation during the COVID-19 pandemic has also proven to enhance the accessibility and efficiency of the mediation process. The integration of Qur'anic mediation principles into the national legal system through supportive regulations, such as the Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2016, strengthens the role of religious courts in family dispute resolution. Public education and training programs for mediators based on Qur'anic values are crucial steps to optimize the implementation of this mediation. In conclusion, Qur'an-based mediation is not only effective in preventing divorce but also strengthens family and societal harmony, demonstrating high relevance in the modern context.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out and analyze the rice pawn agreement made by the Tigo Luhah Kemantan community of Kerinci Regency according to customary law if it is related to Law Number 56 Prp of 1960 concerning Determination of Agricultural Land Area and to find out about the factors that cause difficulties in redemption in agreement to pawn rice fields in the Tigo Luhah community, Kemantan, Kerinci Regency. The research is empirically juridical in nature, namely to examine the effectiveness of the enforcement of a legal norm. The results of the research show that 1) the implementation of pawning rice fields which is carried out according to customary law shows that there are elements of extortion so that it is not in accordance with what is expected and regulated in the law, because the land can be used by the recipient of the pawn, the risk of changes in the value of the currency is completely borne by the giver. pledge, and the pledge lasts indefinitely; 2) there are several factors behind why customary rice pawn agreements are difficult for the pawnbroker to redeem, namely from an economically disadvantaged perspective, changes in the currency value required during redemption, and the public's lack of knowledge of the laws and regulations related to the law. pawn the rice fields.

Abstract

Studying mahārah al-kalām, or Arabic speaking skills, is fundamental to the Arabic department curriculum. Effective instructional communication between teachers and lecturers is crucial for successful learning outcomes. This study utilizes a mixed-method approach combining quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to assess the effectiveness of instructional communication in mahārah al-kalām at Sultan Idris Education University, Malaysia. The findings reveal a high level of effectiveness in instructional communication, with an overall score of 90.36%. The primary factors influencing the effectiveness of instructional communication include the lecturer’s credibility, which encompasses expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness. This study contributes to the field of Arabic language education by emphasizing the importance of effective instructional communication in enhancing mahārah al-kalām learning outcomes. The results provide valuable insights for Arabic language educators, offering a basis for developing strategies to improve teacher-student interactions. For future research, exploring additional competencies, such as cultural and linguistic aspects, is recommended to achieve a more comprehensive understanding of mahārah al-kalām instruction. By addressing these areas, educators can foster a richer and more effective learning environment, contributing to the overall quality of Arabic language education.
