Abstract

Recording and managing attendance at SMP Negeri 1 Sukaresik still uses a manual method by recording in the book or attendance list of students, the problems faced in recording attendance at this time are prone to problems such as manipulation of attendance data, difficulty in recapitulating attendance, and other obstacles are the lack of maximum school parties in conveying student attendance information. To overcome these problems, this research aims to develop a presence information system using face recognition technology integrated with Whatsapp Gateway. The research method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) research method using the Waterfall model research procedure with stages 1). Analysis, 2). Design, 3). Coding, 4). Testing, and 5). Maintenance. Designing is done using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), coding is done using javascript programming language with reactjs and expressjs frameworks while the faceapi.js library is used for face recognition and the whatsappwebjs library is used as a requirement for whatsapp gateway. testing is done using blackbox testing to test the functionality of the system. The results of validation by software engineering experts obtained a score of 4.64 including the feasible category as for the assessment results from users obtained a score of 4.3.

Abstract

In the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, technological advancements present challenges and opportunities for preserving local wisdom. This study examines the sustainability of the Erau tradition in Kutai Kartanegara, which faces pressures from modernization. Using a normative legal approach and library research methods, this research explores the intersection of law, local wisdom, and digital transformation in cultural preservation. The findings highlight that while modernization may threaten cultural authenticity, strategic digitalization and legal protection can safeguard traditions from excessive commercialization. Government regulations, including regional policies on cultural preservation, play a crucial role in balancing industrial development with cultural sustainability. Furthermore, public awareness and active community engagement are essential in integrating traditional values with contemporary technological frameworks. By emphasizing the role of legal frameworks and digital innovation, this study provides strategic insights for policymakers in fostering a sustainable cultural heritage amidst globalization.

Abstract

The majority and minority of religious people in Indonesia has always been a hot conversation, especially in the context of religious social relations. Mentawai, geographically, located in the province of West Sumatra has a uniqueness, where the majority people of Padang is Minang. Minewhile, Mentawai people is not including Minang people. On the other hand, West Sumatra people embrace Materilinial descent system while Mentawai people do not embrace it. This is because the Mentawai people do not embrace Islam. Although Mentawai Muslims are in a minority position compared to other faiths, they are able to live a harmonious life and even respect each other’s traditions, customs, and rituals of particular religions and communities. In various regions of Indonesia and, even, in the world today there is disharmonization among religious people, while in Mentawai, all forms of destructive relationship can be overcome. This paper is intended to see the harmonic relation with the theory of resiprocal tolerance.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Impact of the Existence of the Internet Network on the Village Community of Rasau Jaya Satu". The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, while collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The existence of an Internet Network Transmitter has become a daily necessity both in the fields of education, health and other fields, so that with an Internet network transmitter it can make it easier for the community to communicate, access social media, make it easier to get information, make it easier to complete work both in education and health, and others. The results of the study are: (1) The positive impact of the existence of an internet network transmitter on the people of Rasau Jaya Satu Village, namely, it makes it easier for people to communicate long distances, people's needs will be met, development and increase in the economic results of people who sell online, make it easier for people to get information , then many people open businesses by utilizing the internet network. (2) The negative impact of the existence of internet network transmitters on the people of Rasau Jaya Satu Village, namely, people easily get incorrect information from social media, many children and adolescents are affected by online games, internet addiction makes teenagers become lazy and lack of attention to the surrounding community, and many frauds that often occur in society through social media.

Abstract

Strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi merupakan pendekatan yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar setiap peserta didik berdasarkan perbedaan kemampuan, minat, dan gaya belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sebagai pendekatan yang inklusif di sekolah menengah. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi di beberapa sekolah di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik, memberikan peluang belajar yang lebih setara, dan memperkuat pemahaman nilai-nilai agama. Namun, penerapan strategi ini menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan kompetensi guru dan sumber daya yang terbatas. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran diferensiasi guna mendukung keberagaman di kelas PAI.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect between training on employee performance at the Department of Public Works, Public Works, Spatial Planning, Land and Public Housing of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Department of Public Works, Public Works, Spatial Planning, Land and Public Housing of Sidenreng Rappang Regency, totaling 39 people, and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data were obtained from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation, the method used in this study was a quantitative research method. The results of the analysis show that training has a significant influence on employee perfomance, with a calculted t value (3,154) which is greater than the t tabel (1,687). Therefore, the hypothesis which states that there is an influence of training on employee perfomance can be accepted. The coeffcient of determination (R square) value is 43,8%, indicating that 43,8% of employee performance variability can be explaining 56,2% is influenced by other factors outside the variabel studied.

Abstract

Online marriage is a phenomenon of the global Muslim community, which raises different opinions from Islamic jurists about its validity because there is no Al Qur’an argument and hadith text, so it requires legal elaboration. This article discusses the online marriage practice as a phenomenon of contemporary Muslim society and online marriage from the perspective of fiqh nawazil. Thus, the arguments (nash) of the online marriage phenomenon can be explained clearly and comprehensively. This research used normative method with a conceptual, philosophical, and comparative approach between maslahat  and mafsadat. The study results show that online marriage is a marriage carried out using online media, such as video calls, Zoom meetings, Webex, and Skype. Online marriage has fulfilled the pillars of marriage, but some conditions that have not been fulfilled, i.e., ijab and qabul, must be said in one location. The use of fiqh nawazil is very suitable to be used as a theory of analysis by using one rule, namely "al-Muwazanah bayna al-Mashalih wa al-Mafasid" (considering maslahat  and mafsadat). From the perspective of Fiqh nawazil, an online marriage contract is not legal. It is based on the tarjih theory "dar-u al-Mafasid Hall min Jalbi al-Mashalih," where preventing mafsadat (disadvantage) is more crucial than realizing maslahat  (benefit).

Abstract

The process of managing a deceased person, known as Tajhizul Jenazah, holds significant religious and cultural value in Islamic teachings. This process includes washing, shrouding, performing funeral prayers, and burial according to Islamic principles. However, many communities face challenges due to a lack of understanding and practical skills in conducting Tajhizul Jenazah properly. Additionally, cultural traditions influence the local implementation of funeral rites, necessitating an approach that integrates Islamic values with local wisdom. This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of community members in performing Tajhizul Jenazah by providing educational and hands-on training while respecting local traditions. The program employs a participatory approach, involving religious scholars, community leaders, and local organizations such as the Family Welfare Empowerment Group (PKK). The methodology consists of four key stages: (1) Socialization and counseling to build theoretical understanding, (2) Practical training in funeral management, (3) Simulated exercises with direct mentorship, and (4) Continuous evaluation and monitoring to measure the effectiveness of the program and ensure long-term implementation. The program significantly improved the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of participants. More than 85% of attendees demonstrated an increased understanding of Tajhizul Jenazah, while over 80% successfully performed the procedures according to Islamic teachings. Additionally, the program fostered a greater sense of social responsibility and community engagement, encouraging collective participation in funeral management. The integration of local cultural values further enhanced acceptance and sustainability, ensuring that communities could continue these practices independently.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the sexual consent paradigm in the Sexual Violence Crime Law and compare it with the principles of Islamic law. The focus of the research is to understand the extent to which the two paradigms are aligned or different in terms of protecting individual rights against sexual violence. This research uses qualitative methods with normative and comparative approaches. Analysis was carried out on the text of the TPKS Law and sources of Islamic law, such as the Al-Qur'an, hadith, as well as the opinions of ulama regarding sexual consent. Data was collected through literature studies and legal documents. Research findings show that the TPKS Law emphasizes the importance of free, conscious and non-coerced consent in sexual relations, regardless of marital status. In contrast, Islamic law provides a stricter framework regarding legal sexual relations only within the context of marriage. While both recognize the importance of consent, deep differences emerge over the limits and scope of legitimate relationships according to religion. The sexual consent paradigm in the TPKS Law and the principles of Islamic law have similarities in the aim of protecting individuals from sexual violence, but there are significant differences in their application. The TPKS Law adopts a more universal approach, while Islamic law places more emphasis on legitimate relationships within marriage. This research recommends the need to integrate religious values ​​in national legal policies to achieve more holistic justice.

Runtutan dari proses istiqamah ini membentuk suatu dimensi yang dapat digambarkan dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek yang menjadi objek tujuannya yang bertumpu pada ayat-ayat alQur’an. Tujuan dari pada penelitian ini adalah menyingkap maksud ayat-ayat istiqamah yang ada dalam Tafsîr al-Jîlanî. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep istiqamah dalam Tafsir al-Jailani ini dapat mengetahui berbagai dimensi istiqamah, yaitu dimensi ibadah, dimensi dakwah, dan dimensi sosial, dengan mengaplikasikan berbagai prinsip dalam membentuk sikap tersebut. Sehingga eksistensinya dapat terwujud dalam kehidupan.
