Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji dan melakukan analisis pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Financial Deposit Ratio (FDR), Net Performing Finance (NPF) terhadap pembiayaan Mudharabah. Sumber data penelitian adalah data sekunder dimana metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif atau hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa secara simultan Dana Pihak Ketiga, Financing to Deposit Ratio, dan Non Performing Financing berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri. Selanjutnya, Dana Pihak Ketiga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri. Financing to Deposit Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri. Selain itu, Non Performing Financing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri.

The quality of human resources is very important in an agency, the resources in question are employees, to maintain this quality you need a leader who has quality behavior. Direction for the work carried out by employees in an agency must be given by a competent leader to create good work discipline for the employees. This research aims to determine the description of leadership attitudes, the description of employee work discipline, and the influence of leadership attitudes on employee work discipline. This research is quantitative research with a symmetric associative design that uses descriptive and inferential statistical science tools. The population of this study was all 55 employees and 48 people based on the Krejcie table using a random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The test results show that the leadership's attitude is in the very good category and employee work discipline is in the very good category. In the product-moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is strong and there is an influence between the two variables. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence on leadership attitudes on employee work discipline in the Bureau of Economics and Development Administration of the Regional Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province

The debate on the concept of maqāṣid continues to develop dynamically as its relevance to various situations and times. However, misunderstanding the basic principles of maqāṣid which are fixed (al-thawābit) and flexible (al-mutaghayyirāt) causes neglect of one aspect of the basic principles of maqāṣid, and unconsciously leading into dichotomy between the two. Ironically, religious understanding derived from it loses its spirit while maqāṣid is only for the sake of worldly interests while ignoring afterlife mission. This study aims to explain the universal (kullī) and particular (juz’ī) principles of maqāṣid and identify the right approach to implement both principles at the International Islamic University Malaysia. This research used a qualitative approach whose data is obtained through various sources such as observation at the locus, books, journals, conference papers, and relevant websites. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. This study found that the debate on maqāṣid must be contextualized by understanding the purposes of the Qur'an (maqāṣid al-Qur'ān) which includes the debate on the two principles of maqāṣid. In the discourse of maqāṣid al-Qur'ān, the discussion of maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah is a part that is particular and flexible (al-mutaghayyirāt). This research also found that the right approach to implement maqāṣid al-Qur'ān is with the fiqh of command (fiqh al-marātib). Conversely, the right approach to implementing maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah is with priority fiqh (fiqh Al-Awlawiyyāt). The integration of the two is practiced and implemented in the International Institute of Islamic Thought and Civilization, International Islamic University Malaysia with a context that is very relevant to the context of fiqh that develops in Malaysia.

Abstract: This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research on transformational leadership in schools using data from the Scopus database between 2014 and 2024. Using VOSviewer and R Studio Biblioshiny for analysis, we examined publication trends, influential contributors, and research themes within this field. The findings revealed significant growth in publications, with an annual increase of 16.65%, indicating increasing scientific interest, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Influential contributions were identified through the most cited documents and a three-field plot, which highlighted lead authors, countries such as Indonesia and Malaysia, and leading journals such as the Journal of Educational Administration. Keyword co-occurrence analysis revealed six thematic clusters, including school leadership, teacher performance, organizational outcomes and innovation, demonstrating the multidimensional nature of the field. This analysis provides valuable insights into the global research landscape on transformational leadership in education, emphasizing its critical role in addressing contemporary educational challenges and informing future research directions. Abstrak: Studi ini menyajikan analisis penelitian bibliometrik tentang kepemimpinan transformasional di sekolah menggunakan data dari database Scopus antara tahun 2014 dan 2024. Dengan menggunakan VOSviewer dan R Studio Biblioshiny untuk analisis, kami memeriksa tren publikasi, kontributor pengaruh, dan tema penelitian dalam bidang ini. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya pertumbuhan publikasi yang signifikan, dengan peningkatan tahunan sebesar 16,65%, yang menunjukkan meningkatnya minat ilmiah, terutama selama pandemi COVID-19. Kontribusi yang berpengaruh diindentifikasi melalui dokumen yang paling banyak dikutip dan plot tiga bidang, yang menyoroti penulis utama, negara-negara seperti Indonesia dan Malaysia, dan jurnal terkemuka seperti Journal of Educational Administration. Analisis kejadian bersama kata kunci mengungkap enam kelompok tematik, termasuk kepemimpinan sekolah, kinerja guru, hasil organisasi, dan inovasi, yang menunjukkan sifat multidimensi dari bidang ini. Analisis ini memberikan wawasan berharga mengenai lanskap penelitian global mengenai kepemimpinan transformasional dalam pendidikan, menekankan peran penting kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mengatasi tantangan pendidikan kontemporer dan memberikan informasi arah penelitian di masa depan. Numerous studies on the teaching of speaking skills have been conducted; however, the majority have primarily focused on analyzing instructional models, strategies, and methods. The aspect of instructional communication, particularly when examined through the framework of the Five Inevitable Laws of Effective Communication, has yet to be thoroughly explored in previous research. Therefore, this study aims to measure the communication effectiveness of Maharah Kalam learning at an Islamic university in Thailand based on these five laws, also known as the REACH concept: Respect, Empathy, Audibility, Clarity, and Humility. This study employed a mixed-methods approach, collecting qualitative data through interviews and quantitative data through questionnaires to evaluate the effectiveness of communication in Arabic speaking skills learning. For the qualitative aspect, interviews were conducted to gather data. In terms of the quantitative aspect, validity and reliability tests were performed. Validity was assessed using the Product Moment Correlation formula, while reliability was measured using Cronbach's Alpha for internal consistency. The results indicated that the effectiveness of Arabic speaking skills communication among students at Kolej Islam Syeikh Daud AlFathani (KISDA) reached 82%, placing it in the "very effective" category. The factors influencing the effectiveness of communication in Arabic speaking skills learning are the communicator (lecturer) and the content of the message (material).

The purpose of this study is to determine how to provide recommendations for buy or sell decisions based on the price movements of cryptocurrency using technical analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach because the goal is to deeply and thoroughly understand the technical patterns in Bitcoin price charts to make informed buy and sell decisions. In this research, the data analysis technique used is Content Analysis. Content analysis is a research method that allows for the subjective interpretation of various types of data through a systematic classification process and the identification of themes or patterns. In conclusion, the technical patterns identified during the period from June 2022 to October 2023 provide strong signals for buy decisions. The combination of volume confirmation, price movements above the 200-day moving average, chart patterns, breakouts, major trend patterns, and the integration of supporting theories provides a solid foundation for this analysis and reinforces the confidence that prices are likely to rise.

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sebagai sebuah entitas usaha telah berusaha memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi digital untuk memasarkan produknya. Permasalahan yang banyak ditemui pada BUMDes adalah konten promosi yang dibuat masih minim dan belum menarik target pasar dan konsumen potensial. Begitu pula yang terjadi di BUMDes Mitra Usaha Desa Cikakak Kabupaten Banyumas yang mengelola sebuah desa wisata. Permasalahannya bahwa mitra memiliki keterbatasan pembuatan konten promosi yang menarik karena keterbatasan pengetahuan, kemampuan dan peralatan pendukung yang belum memadai untuk pengambilan foto produk wisatanya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keahlian kepada pengelola BUMDes tentang pentingnya menciptakan dan memvisualisasikan produk wisatanya melalui pelatihan pembuatan foto produk wisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Peserta yang dilibatkan adalah para pengurus BUMDes Mitra Usaha, Desa Cikakak. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti sebanyak 5 orang. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan pertanyaan secara langsung di awal kegiatan dan di akhir kegiatan dalam bentuk deep interview dan membandingkan hasil praktik foto produk sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang foto produk serta peningkatan keterampilan dalam pengambilan dan penyuntingan foto

The objectification of women on social media is an increasingly alarming phenomenon in the digital age. Content that is widespread through various platforms often positions women as sexual objects who are judged based on physical appearance alone. This research aims to critically examine the problem of objectification of women in social media through the perspective of the concept of gender. By using the approach of feminist theory and gender analysis along with criticism of it. This research explores how misconceptions of patriarchal culture, gender stereotypes, and the capitalization of women's bodies play an important role in the reproduction and normalization of this objectification and how Islam views it. In order to understand and offer solutions to this phenomenon, the research also highlights the importance of a balanced view of the problem and the need to reflect on evidence of alternative solutions alongside the echoes of the globalized feminist narrative. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the provision of new insights in understanding the dynamics of women's objectivity and the ethical and fair use of social media.

Digital learning design has great potential in shaping students' Islamic character in this digital era. However, its implementation faces several challenges, such as limited access to technology, difficulties in internalizing Islamic values through digital media, and a reduction in the essential social interaction required for character development. Additionally, distractions from technology, the limited availability of relevant Islamic content, and the lack of technological skills among teachers also pose significant barriers. To overcome these challenges, solutions are needed, including the improvement of technology infrastructure, the development of more relevant Islamic learning content, and teacher training in effective technology usage. Approaches that involve social interaction, digital skills development, and holistic character evaluation can enhance the effectiveness of digital learning in building Islamic character. Therefore, digital learning can serve as an effective tool for educating students with Islamic values, provided it is balanced with the right approach.

This research discusses the impact of spiritual extracurricular activities on students' character development. The research objective was to determine the effect of spiritual extracurricular activities on the character development of spiritual members inside and outside of school. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with random sampling techniques or data collection. The population is the academic community of SMK N 1 Jambi, totaling approximately 200 students, and the sample is 36 students. Based on the results of research and discussion, the impact of spiritual extracurricular activities at SMK N 1 Jambi on the formation of student character plays a very important role. It can be concluded that children who participate in spiritual extracurricular activities are believed to have had an impact on their activities at school and at home, both with teachers, friends and with their parents, to become more independent, obedient and responsible where Islamic spiritual extracurricular activities take the form of coaching. the physical and spiritual. such as accompaniment, nights building faith and purity, riyadhah or sports, book review, cleaning mosques, Islamic boarding schools, and other activities to support this. So that from these activities and supported by a good Islamic spiritual environment, good character is formed towards teachers, parents and friends.
