Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa dalam dunia digital ditinjau dari teori konsumsi Islam? Bagaimana anjuran dalam Islam tentang perilaku konsumsi? Serta, bagaimana analisis perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa dalam Islam. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dipaparkan dalam tulisan ini, maka dapat diperoleh kesimpulan, yaitu sebagai berikut. Makanan halal adalah makanan yang sesuai diajarkan dalam syariat Islam yaitu halalan thiyyiban (halal dan baik) setiap makanan halal pasti akan baik namun sebaliknya makanan yang baik belum tentu halal, maka dari itu agar umat Islam terhindar dari mengkonsumsi makanan yang haram, maka seharusnya umat Islam selalu kritis dalam memilihnya. Sebaliknya makanan Haram itu adalah makanan yang dilarang dalam ajaran Islam dan biasanya Allah Mengharamkan sesuatu itu pasti ada kekurangan dan mudharatnya baik yang sudah kita ketahui maupun yang belum kita ketahui dan semua yang diharamkan Allah pasti ada hikmah dibalik itu. Dari hasil yang didapat dari wawancara bahsawanya mahasiwa dalam memilih makanan memilih produk makanan kebannyakan dari mahasiswaa hanya memperhatikan dari sisi tren, kebersihan, tampilan produk saja, seharusnya dalam proses memilih produk makanan yang akan dibeli haruslah kritis dimulai dari memperhatikan halal produk dari label halal, kehalalan zat-zat yang terkandung dalamnya, kesehatan, cara produksi sesuai dengan islam, kebersihan

Abstract

Business ethics is a set of norms that are binding on every economic actor and must be owned by every trader because it is a recommendation from the Islamic religion. This study aims to determine whether the behavior of street vendors at the Sagumpal Bonang Padangsidempuan market is in accordance with Islamic business ethics. This type of research is field research using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers with several traders, it can be concluded that traders do not know about Islamic business ethics. However, in terms of its implementation, it has applied rules that are justified in Islamic teachings, including the principle of monotheism, the principle of balance/justice, the principle of free will, the principle of responsibility, and the principle of honesty. In this study it was also found that traders had applied the values ​​of good behavior in life by applying the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad, namely siddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathanah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji dan melakukan analisis pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Financial Deposit Ratio (FDR), Net Performing Finance (NPF) terhadap pembiayaan Mudharabah. Sumber data penelitian adalah data sekunder dimana metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif atau hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa secara simultan Dana Pihak Ketiga, Financing to Deposit Ratio, dan Non Performing Financing berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri. Selanjutnya, Dana Pihak Ketiga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri. Financing to Deposit Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri. Selain itu, Non Performing Financing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri.

Abstract

The quality of human resources is very important in an agency, the resources in question are employees, to maintain this quality you need a leader who has quality behavior. Direction for the work carried out by employees in an agency must be given by a competent leader to create good work discipline for the employees. This research aims to determine the description of leadership attitudes, the description of employee work discipline, and the influence of leadership attitudes on employee work discipline. This research is quantitative research with a symmetric associative design that uses descriptive and inferential statistical science tools. The population of this study was all 55 employees and 48 people based on the Krejcie table using a random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The test results show that the leadership's attitude is in the very good category and employee work discipline is in the very good category. In the product-moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is strong and there is an influence between the two variables. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence on leadership attitudes on employee work discipline in the Bureau of Economics and Development Administration of the Regional Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province

Abstract

Today the story of the Children of Israel is still a hot topic among the people. The background is the issue of its naming and genealogy which is linked to Israel today, as well as because its story is immortalized in the Koran and the Bible as a condition for wisdom and lessons. The children of Israel have been a people of the covenant since their ancestor, the Prophet Abraham (AS). continued to the subsequent Prophets whom Allah sent to them. However, the Mount Sinai agreement was a very special agreement, because they could meet and talk directly to Allah and Allah gave them His words through the intermediary of the Prophet Musa (a.s.). This is what is interesting about the Mount Sinai agreement. so the author took the title God's Covenant with the Children of Israel at Mount Sinai. This type of research is qualitative with library research, while the comparative study is the author's effort to find common ground, other points and the value of God's covenant with the Children of Israel at Mount Sinai as contained in the Koran and the Bible. The Koran and Tafsir and the Bible and Tafsir are the main sources of research. The results of this research will show that there are not many similarities in the process of receiving God's word, and almost all of God's words in the Koran and the Bible show similarities. Meanwhile, prominent differences are found in the process of receiving God's word and few are found in the content of God's word. The value of obedience is the main value in this topic and is the key to God's strictness towards them. Obedience will give them God's love while their disobedience will give them God's wrath.

Abstract

The debate on the concept of maqāṣid continues to develop dynamically as its relevance to various situations and times. However, misunderstanding the basic principles of maqāṣid which are fixed (al-thawābit) and flexible (al-mutaghayyirāt) causes neglect of one aspect of the basic principles of maqāṣid, and unconsciously leading into dichotomy between the two. Ironically, religious understanding derived from it loses its spirit while maqāṣid is only for the sake of worldly interests while ignoring afterlife mission. This study aims to explain the universal (kullī) and particular (juz’ī) principles of maqāṣid and identify the right approach to implement both principles at the International Islamic University Malaysia. This research used a qualitative approach whose data is obtained through various sources such as observation at the locus, books, journals, conference papers, and relevant websites. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. This study found that the debate on maqāṣid must be contextualized by understanding the purposes of the Qur'an (maqāṣid al-Qur'ān) which includes the debate on the two principles of maqāṣid. In the discourse of maqāṣid al-Qur'ān, the discussion of maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah is a part that is particular and flexible (al-mutaghayyirāt). This research also found that the right approach to implement maqāṣid al-Qur'ān is with the fiqh of command (fiqh al-marātib). Conversely, the right approach to implementing maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah is with priority fiqh (fiqh Al-Awlawiyyāt). The integration of the two is practiced and implemented in the International Institute of Islamic Thought and Civilization, International Islamic University Malaysia with a context that is very relevant to the context of fiqh that develops in Malaysia.

Abstract

Digital transformation is an inevitability in the era of society 5.0. This study examined the digital transformation of Islamic education of Pesantren in Madura. This study employed a qualitative approach, focusing on social education. The study was conducted using interview techniques for Kiai, santri, and researchers in Madura. There were three social facts in the digital transformation of Islamic education. First, the digital transformation in Kiai Pesantren Madura Perspective. Second, implementation of digital transformation of Islamic education at Pesantren Madura. Third, opportunities and challenges for pesantren in facing digital transformation in Islamic education. The Kiai in Pesantren Madura who initially practiced traditional Islamic education were following the development of digital transformation. The positive response can be seen from their perspective on the digital transformation of Islamic education and its implementation in facing digital transformation. Also, some Pesantren have prepared digital literacy facilities and human resources. Even though they have great opportunities in implementing digital transformation, they have the challenge of limited human resources and facilities.

Abstract

Abstract: This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research on transformational leadership in schools using data from the Scopus database between 2014 and 2024. Using VOSviewer and R Studio Biblioshiny for analysis, we examined publication trends, influential contributors, and research themes within this field. The findings revealed significant growth in publications, with an annual increase of 16.65%, indicating increasing scientific interest, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Influential contributions were identified through the most cited documents and a three-field plot, which highlighted lead authors, countries such as Indonesia and Malaysia, and leading journals such as the Journal of Educational Administration. Keyword co-occurrence analysis revealed six thematic clusters, including school leadership, teacher performance, organizational outcomes and innovation, demonstrating the multidimensional nature of the field. This analysis provides valuable insights into the global research landscape on transformational leadership in education, emphasizing its critical role in addressing contemporary educational challenges and informing future research directions. Abstrak: Studi ini menyajikan analisis penelitian bibliometrik tentang kepemimpinan transformasional di sekolah menggunakan data dari database Scopus antara tahun 2014 dan 2024. Dengan menggunakan VOSviewer dan R Studio Biblioshiny untuk analisis, kami memeriksa tren publikasi, kontributor pengaruh, dan tema penelitian dalam bidang ini. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya pertumbuhan publikasi yang signifikan, dengan peningkatan tahunan sebesar 16,65%, yang menunjukkan meningkatnya minat ilmiah, terutama selama pandemi COVID-19. Kontribusi yang berpengaruh diindentifikasi melalui dokumen yang paling banyak dikutip dan plot tiga bidang, yang menyoroti penulis utama, negara-negara seperti Indonesia dan Malaysia, dan jurnal terkemuka seperti Journal of Educational Administration. Analisis kejadian bersama kata kunci mengungkap enam kelompok tematik, termasuk kepemimpinan sekolah, kinerja guru, hasil organisasi, dan inovasi, yang menunjukkan sifat multidimensi dari bidang ini. Analisis ini memberikan wawasan berharga mengenai lanskap penelitian global mengenai kepemimpinan transformasional dalam pendidikan, menekankan peran penting kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mengatasi tantangan pendidikan kontemporer dan memberikan informasi arah penelitian di masa depan. Abstract

Numerous studies on the teaching of speaking skills have been conducted; however, the majority have primarily focused on analyzing instructional models, strategies, and methods. The aspect of instructional communication, particularly when examined through the framework of the Five Inevitable Laws of Effective Communication, has yet to be thoroughly explored in previous research. Therefore, this study aims to measure the communication effectiveness of Maharah Kalam learning at an Islamic university in Thailand based on these five laws, also known as the REACH concept: Respect, Empathy, Audibility, Clarity, and Humility. This study employed a mixed-methods approach, collecting qualitative data through interviews and quantitative data through questionnaires to evaluate the effectiveness of communication in Arabic speaking skills learning. For the qualitative aspect, interviews were conducted to gather data. In terms of the quantitative aspect, validity and reliability tests were performed. Validity was assessed using the Product Moment Correlation formula, while reliability was measured using Cronbach's Alpha for internal consistency. The results indicated that the effectiveness of Arabic speaking skills communication among students at Kolej Islam Syeikh Daud AlFathani (KISDA) reached 82%, placing it in the "very effective" category. The factors influencing the effectiveness of communication in Arabic speaking skills learning are the communicator (lecturer) and the content of the message (material).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how to provide recommendations for buy or sell decisions based on the price movements of cryptocurrency using technical analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach because the goal is to deeply and thoroughly understand the technical patterns in Bitcoin price charts to make informed buy and sell decisions. In this research, the data analysis technique used is Content Analysis. Content analysis is a research method that allows for the subjective interpretation of various types of data through a systematic classification process and the identification of themes or patterns. In conclusion, the technical patterns identified during the period from June 2022 to October 2023 provide strong signals for buy decisions. The combination of volume confirmation, price movements above the 200-day moving average, chart patterns, breakouts, major trend patterns, and the integration of supporting theories provides a solid foundation for this analysis and reinforces the confidence that prices are likely to rise.
