Abstract

This research presents a website-based School Information System at SMP Negeri 4 Kemangkon using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Education, the central pillar of human resource development, requires innovation, especially in applying computerized and internet-connected information systems. Website-based information systems are a solution to facilitate users' access to information, including at SMP Negeri 4 Kemangkon. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to build a website-based school information system at SMP Negeri 4 Kemangkon using the RAD method to facilitate the dissemination of school information and become an effective promotional media. Black Box testing on the functional aspects of this system resulted in 100% validity, signifying the success of system features in meeting requirements and operating without technical problems. The research results in the form of a School Information System of SMP Negeri 4 Kemangkon that can be implemented as an information service and promotional media. This website presents various services, including new student registration (PPDB), extracurricular activities, school vision & mission, teacher data, school contacts, school news, and other information. Overall, this research illustrates the successful development of a school information system with the RAD approach, making a positive contribution in facilitating the dissemination of information and being effective as a school promotion media. Suggestions for future research can be focused on evaluating the system's effectiveness after implementation and developing additional features to improve user experience.

Abstract

Introduction: Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions still rarely carry out educational activities on disaster mitigation. The lack of knowledge about disasters among students makes the risk of fatalities due to disasters high. Objectives: to analyze the influence of WEB-SAINSTREN on the level of knowledge and disaster preparedness of students at Islamic boarding schools. Methods: Pre-Experimental with pre-posttest design approach. The population in this study were students of PP Al Muhibbin (male and female), PP Al Ma'arij (male and female) and PP Al Madienah (female). Using purposive sampling, the sample that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria was (n = 171). The research instrument consisted of four parts: Website, demographic sheet, disaster knowledge questionnaire and disaster preparedness questionnaire. Univariate analysis was conducted by calculating the mean, median, mode and creating a frequency distribution based on the category of each variable. Bivariate analysis used the Wilcoxon sign rank test. Results: almost half of the respondents (45.6%) were aged 13-15 years. more than half of the respondents were female (55%). most of the respondents were at secondary education level (SMA) (40.9%). more than half had never attended disaster education (56.7%). Conclusions: There is a significant influence of providing disaster education through websainstren on increasing knowledge and disaster preparedness of Islamic boarding school students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation and recruitment on employee performance at PT Indopelita Aircraft Services Tangerang Selatan, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The samples obtained were 100 respondents using saturated samples. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, simple regression, multiple linear regression, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), analysis of the correlation coefficient, t test, and f test. The results showed that there was no significant effect of the Compensation Variable (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Indopelita Aircraft Services, with a tcount of -0.382 < ttable of 1.985 and a significant level of probability sig 0.704 > 0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of the Recruitment Variable (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Indopelita Aircraft Services, with a tcount of 3.057 > 1.985 and a significance level of 0.003 <0.05. There is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between compensation (X1) and recruitment (X2) on work performance (Y) at PT Indopelita Aircraft Services with an fcount value of 4.799 > 3.089 and a probability significance level of 0.010 <0.05. Multiple linear regression equation Y = 22.305 – 0.036X1 + 0.367X2. The coefficient of determination shows that Compensation (X1), Recruitment (X2) contributes to Employee Performance (Y) of 9%.

Abstract

This research departs from the ecocentric paradigm in ecocritical studies which aims to describe the elements of pastoral values ​​in the poetry collection "Jalan Hati, Jalan Samudra" by D. Zawawi Imron. Ecocriticism guides us to see the ecological views contained in literary works. The natural environment or the relationship between natural elements experiences textualization in text discourse, so ecocriticism must focus on the textual strategies of literary texts in conveying ecological messages about how humans interact with the organic world around them. This research method is a qualitative method. This research identifies the pastoral elements of Terry Gifford, namely bucolic, arcadia construction, and the discourse of retreat and return and how these have implications for literary learning. The results of this research found eight data of bucolic elements, fifty-three data of arcadia construction elements in the form of idylls, eighteen data of arcadia construction elements in the form of nostalgia, twenty-three data of arcadia construction elements in the form of georgic, and twenty-three data of retreat and return discourse elements. eighteen data. The results of this research are also worthy of being used as teaching material for literature learning.

Abstract

Many lettuce plants are grown hydroponically because they produce better quality.The problem with hydroponic systems is that the plant roots are submerged in the nutrient solution, therefore it will rot easily due to lack of oxygen in the root area. To overcome this problem, hydroponics with microbubble technology is applied. This research aims to determine the performance of the ventury dual nozzle in producing microbubbles and its effect on the growth and productivity of lettuce plants. This research was carried out by assembling a hydroponic system equipped with a ventury model aerator, measuring bubble characteristics using the image processing method and analyzing plant parameters using variance analysis. Ventury nozzle with a pressure of 260 KPa produces microbubbles measuring between 200 - 300 m and a spray range of 6.13 cm with a resistance of around 3.2-4.6 seconds. The use of a ventury nozzle model aerator increases dissolved oxygen and distributes it evenly in the hydroponic nutrient solution, thereby increasing the growth and yield of lettuce plants.

Abstract

The corn seed sorting tool is a tool used to improve the quality of corn seeds used in the corn plant production process. The corn seed sorting process aims to separate corn seeds based on size and dirt. With the existence of this corn seed sorting tool, it can greatly assist corn farmers in producing high-quality seeds. This research aims to determine the performance of the seed sorting tool in sorting corn seeds using a vibration mechanism. In this research method, the variation of machine rotation speed is carried out at three levels, 1065 rpm, 1300 rpm, and 1400 rpm. Each speed level is tested with different inclination levels, 10°, 12.5°, and 15°. The results of this study indicate that the work capacity is directly proportional to the machine's rotational speed and the inclination angle of the sieve. The best performance in the sorting process is achieved at a machine rotational speed of 1400 rpm and an inclination angle of 15°, resulting in a sorting rate of 99%. Meanwhile, sorting effectiveness can be achieved at a machine rotational speed of 1300 rpm°.

Abstract

Perusahaan dan pekerja merupakan dua elemen yang saling berkaitan. Perusahaan membutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan aktivitas operasional guna mencapai tujuannya, sementara pekerja memerlukan pekerjaan sebagai sumber pendapatan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup mereka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang memerlukan unit analisis dan informan yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang dikaji. Unit analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem pengupahan tenaga kerja outsourcing di PT. Mutualplus Global Resources Makassar. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pihak perusahaan serta beberapa karyawan yang bekerja sebagai tenaga outsourcing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengupahan tenaga kerja outsourcing di PT. Mutualplus Global Resources Makassar tidak didasarkan pada faktor senioritas atau lama bekerja. Seluruh karyawan outsourcing yang memiliki jenis pekerjaan yang sama akan menerima upah pokok yang setara, baik bagi mereka yang telah bekerja lebih lama maupun karyawan baru. Namun, terdapat perbedaan dalam besaran tunjangan insentif yang diberikan berdasarkan prestasi kerja, kompetensi, dan jenis pekerjaan yang dijalankan oleh masing-masing karyawan. Pengupahan di perusahaan ini telah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan serta Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja Nomor 11 Tahun 2020. Besaran upah yang diterima oleh tenaga kerja outsourcing mengikuti kebijakan perusahaan klien, dengan standar minimal yang sesuai dengan Upah Minimum Regional (UMR), ditambah dengan insentif. Selain itu, sistem pembayaran upah dilakukan pada akhir bulan tanpa adanya potongan keuntungan atau hak tambahan atas upah pokok bagi pihak penyedia tenaga kerja.

Abstract

Scholar is a symbol of continuity for the rabbani’s mission. It must not be polluted by the importance of the individual, racial group, and temporary. Moreover they carry the utilization and be responsible for the continuity of the values of morality to the realization of a society. Prosperous under the protection of god. Moral issues were happened in various regions and have received a response from various lines, either by education experts or scientists, even a scholar who has part in leading and establish for student’s moral. The aim of this study is to know how the scholar’s forming of strategy moral’s student which formed in early time. The formed of this research was a qualitative or case approach, which used constant comparative method. According to the result of this research, that the strategy which was used by the scholar in forming and shaping the moral of students was used reinforcement strategies and tajribah strategies or habituation for action of kindness (mustahsin al-'adab), because of these both strategies could made the students had a good and admirable moral (al-akhlaqul karimah wal mahmudah). Kyai merupakan simbol kesinambungan dakwah dalam mengemban misi Rabbani yang tidak boleh di kotori dengan kepentingan yang bersifat individual, sektarial, dan temporer. Bahkan mereka mengemban kemaslahatan dan bertanggung jawab terhadap kesinambungan nilai-nilai moralitas demi terwujudnya masyarakat yang adil, makmur dan sejahtera di bawah naungan Ridha Ilahi. Permasalahan moral yang sering marak terjadi diberbagai daerah mendapat tanggapan dari berbagai lini, baik oleh pakar pendidikan atau ilmuwan, bahkan seorang kyai yang sangat andil dalam meluruskan dan membina moral seorang anak didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi kyai dalam membina moral seorang anak didik yang dibentuk sejak dini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif/pendekatan kasus, yang menggunakan metode perbandingan tetap (Constant Comparative Method). Dari hasil penelitiannya bahwa, strategi yang digunakan oleh kiai dalam membina dan membentuk moral santri adalah penggunaan strategi reinforcement dan strategi tajribah atau pembiasaan diri dalam berbuat kebaikan (mustahsin al-‘adab). Karena kedua strategi ini dapat menjadikan santri memiliki akhlak yang karimah dan mahmudah.

Abstract

This article analyzes the tradition of wearing a skullcap and sarong in the Islamic boarding school environment so that it becomes the identity of the students. It even provided penetration into European clothing fashions brought by the colonialists to the archipelago. To uncover this puzzle, the author uses a historiography method with a heuristic approach or data collection, in the form of documentation, archives, books, articles, theses and so on, so that he can capture as many historical traces as possible. After testing the authenticity of the data and connecting it with other data, it was confirmed that the skullcap and sarong are Islamic boarding school traditions whose function is as clothing for worship, religious events, student identity, community identity, symbols of distinction between natives and colonialists or resistance in the realm of the struggle for independence. Using these two symbols indicates disdain for the knowledge that students gain in Islamic boarding schools. Artikel ini menganalisis tradisi memakai kopiah dan sarung di lingkungan pesantren sehingga menjadi identitas santri. Bahkan menjadi memberikan penetrasi pada mode pakaian Eropa yang dibawa oleh penjajah ke Nusantara. Untuk mengungkap puzzle tersebut, penulis menggunakan metode historiografi dengan pendekatan heuristik atau pengumpulan data, baik berupa dokementasi, arsip, buku, artikel, skripsi dan sebagainya, Sehingga bisa menjaring sebanyak mungkin jejak-jejak sejarah. Setelah menguji keautentikan data dan menghubungkan dengan data yang lainnya, menegaskan bahwa kopiah dan sarung adalah tradisi pesantren yang fungsinya sebagai pakaian ibadah, acara keagamaan, identitas santri, identitas masyarakat, simbol pembeda antara pribumi dan penjajah atau pelawanan dalam ranah perjuangan kemerdekaan. Memakai kedua simbol ini menandakan kezuhudan tentang ilmu yang santri dapatkan di pesantren.

Abstract

Physical fitness in primary school children is an important aspect in supporting physical development and long-term health. This study aimed to evaluate the physical fitness level of 12-year-old students in Sumenep district using TKPN. This study was conducted in a descriptive quantitative manner involving 134 students selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments included measurements of Body Mass Index (BMI), V Sit and Reach, Sit-ups, Squat Thrust, and Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run (PACER) Test. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively based on the physical fitness categories established by TKPN. The results showed that the majority of students were at a low level of physical fitness. A total of 83% of students had a low level of cardiorespiratory endurance based on the PACER test results, while 75% of students showed low muscle strength in the Squat Thrust test. In addition, 69% of students had poor abdominal muscle strength on the Sit-up test, and 56% of students showed low flexibility on the V Sit and Reach test. No students achieved the “Good” or “Excellent” category in the overall physical fitness components measured. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that although 72% of students fell into the undernourished category based on Body Mass Index (BMI), this was not matched by an adequate level of physical fitness, where only 2.5% of students were in the sufficient category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of TKPN to students at SDN Pajagalan 1, SDN Kepanjin, SDN Karangduak 2 and SDN Bangselok in Kota Sumenep Sub-district, East Java Province, overall shows a level of physical fitness that is in the moderate category.
