Abstract

This research aims to implement a QR Payment system as an effort to increase attractiveness and encourage greater community participation in waste management at KSM BIMA, facilitating transactions, particularly the exchange of customer points for goods. The analytical method employed in this research is Design Thinking. The results demonstrate the successful implementation of the QR Payment system in the Android application of KSM BIMA waste bank. The prototype creation involved three stages: the first stage for developing an Android application prototype for customers and administrators, the second stage for QR Payment system development and creating Android applications for partners, and the final stage for adding several program features to the QR Payment system, setting an age limit for point redemption and generating reports for each application. Testing using the Black Box Testing method indicates that the implemented system functions effectively.

Abstract

Rice productivity, as one of the key commodities in Southeast Asia, is often hindered by various plant diseases such as Rice Blast, Bacterial Leaf Blight, and Brown Spot, which can cause significant economic losses for farmers. This study aims to develop an automated rice leaf disease detection system using deep learning, specifically leveraging the Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) architecture with a transfer learning approach. The dataset used comprises 10,407 images of rice leaves categorized into 10 classes, including various diseases and healthy leaves. The dataset is divided into three parts: 80% (8,323 images) for training, 15% (1,557 images) for validation, and 5% (527 images) for testing. The trained EfficientNetB0 model was utilized for feature extraction and classification. The evaluation used accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics based on a confusion matrix. The results revealed that the model achieved a global accuracy of 98.86%, a micro precision of 100%, a micro recall of 99.42%, and a micro F1-score of 99.70%. These findings underscore the effectiveness of the proposed approach in automating rice leaf disease detection, providing a significant contribution to technology-based agricultural solutions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of using the Problem Based Learning model on the learning outcomes of writing observation report texts of class X students of SMK Negeri 10 Makassar. This research is a type of experimental research. The research design used was One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that the learning outcomes of writing observation report text before using the Problem Based Learning model were categorized as less capable with an average score of 66.94. The learning outcomes of writing observation report text after using the Problem Based Learning model were categorized as proficient with an average score of 84.33. There is an effect of Problem Based Learning model on the learning outcomes of writing observation report text of Class X students of SMK Negeri 10 Makassar.

Abstract

Grocery stores are businesses categorized to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) which have an important role in improving the global economy. The development of grocery stores in Indonesia has considerable potential for economic growth. The purpose of this study is to develop a competitive marketing strategy model that emphasizes aspects of artificial intelligence in an effort to realize business sustainability in the digital era nowdays. The sample used in the study was grocery stores in Dukuh Pakis District, Surabaya City. The model developed uses the ADDIE method which consists of five phases namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This study uses Usability Testing with task scenarios and questionnaires to achieve effectiveness, efficiency, and System Usability Scale (SUS) parameters to achieve satisfaction parameters. The result of this study is the design of a competitive strategy model as a marketing media that involves artificial intelligence technology that contains an use case diagram that involves the user interface design of the system. Therefore, existence of this marketing media can make it easier for grocery store owners to compete and achieve business sustainability in the digital era nowdays.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of service quality, product quality, and personal branding on asset purchase decisions at PT Boll Putra Mario, Parepare City. The research employs observation and questionnaires as data collection methods, involving a sample of 109 respondents, all of whom have occupied homes provided by PT Boll Putra Mario. Data analysis includes multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, determination tests, and t-tests, with data processed using SPSS version 20.0 software. The findings reveal that service quality, product quality, and personal branding significantly and positively impact asset purchase decisions. This indicates that higher service standards, superior product offerings, and a strong personal branding strategy can enhance consumer interest in purchasing assets from the company. Service quality plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and trust, while product quality addresses consumer needs and expectations. Personal branding, meanwhile, strengthens the company’s image and appeal, directly influencing customer decisions. These results highlight the importance of maintaining and improving service quality, offering competitive and reliable products, and fostering a strong, trustworthy brand image. By focusing on these factors, PT Boll Putra Mario can further optimize its market position and attract more potential buyers in the Parepare City area.

Abstract

Pendopo Gubernur Aceh yang dibangun pada tahun 1880 M sekarang menjadi Rumah Dinas Gubernur Aceh. Pendopo ini memiliki luas 7.150 meter persegi yang menghadap ke arah utara dan memiliki panjang 20 meter serta lebar 7 meter. Bahan kayu yang digunakan oleh Belanda untuk membangun bangunan ini dibawa langsung dari Kalimantan. Letnan Jenderal K. Vander Heijden diangkat menjadi gubernur pada tahun 1877 dan juga bertugas sebagai panglima militer dan sipil untuk merencanakan ekspansi Belanda di Aceh. Dia juga menjadi panglima militer dan sipil pertama untuk Aceh, dan dia adalah penghuni pertama pendopo ini. Orang Aceh menyebut letnan ini "Jenderal Bermata Sebelah" karena cedera tertembus peluru di sebelah bola matanya saat bertempur di Samalanga. Bangunan ini menampung total dua puluh dua petinggi Belanda. Bangunan ini secara keseluruhan menunjukkan perpaduan antara arsitektur tradisional dan arsitektur Eropa, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh penggunaan ornamen hias pada setiap bangunan dan penggunaan elemen arsitektur Eropa. Bahan dasar bangunan yang didominasi oleh kayu. Gaya arsitekturnya terlihat dari gerbang pintu dan jendelanya yang tinggi dan lebar serta kelengkapan interiornya yang dihiasi dengan kaca-kaca yang indah

Abstract

This research presents a website-based School Information System at SMP Negeri 4 Kemangkon using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Education, the central pillar of human resource development, requires innovation, especially in applying computerized and internet-connected information systems. Website-based information systems are a solution to facilitate users' access to information, including at SMP Negeri 4 Kemangkon. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to build a website-based school information system at SMP Negeri 4 Kemangkon using the RAD method to facilitate the dissemination of school information and become an effective promotional media. Black Box testing on the functional aspects of this system resulted in 100% validity, signifying the success of system features in meeting requirements and operating without technical problems. The research results in the form of a School Information System of SMP Negeri 4 Kemangkon that can be implemented as an information service and promotional media. This website presents various services, including new student registration (PPDB), extracurricular activities, school vision & mission, teacher data, school contacts, school news, and other information. Overall, this research illustrates the successful development of a school information system with the RAD approach, making a positive contribution in facilitating the dissemination of information and being effective as a school promotion media. Suggestions for future research can be focused on evaluating the system's effectiveness after implementation and developing additional features to improve user experience.

Abstract

Introduction: Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions still rarely carry out educational activities on disaster mitigation. The lack of knowledge about disasters among students makes the risk of fatalities due to disasters high. Objectives: to analyze the influence of WEB-SAINSTREN on the level of knowledge and disaster preparedness of students at Islamic boarding schools. Methods: Pre-Experimental with pre-posttest design approach. The population in this study were students of PP Al Muhibbin (male and female), PP Al Ma'arij (male and female) and PP Al Madienah (female). Using purposive sampling, the sample that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria was (n = 171). The research instrument consisted of four parts: Website, demographic sheet, disaster knowledge questionnaire and disaster preparedness questionnaire. Univariate analysis was conducted by calculating the mean, median, mode and creating a frequency distribution based on the category of each variable. Bivariate analysis used the Wilcoxon sign rank test. Results: almost half of the respondents (45.6%) were aged 13-15 years. more than half of the respondents were female (55%). most of the respondents were at secondary education level (SMA) (40.9%). more than half had never attended disaster education (56.7%). Conclusions: There is a significant influence of providing disaster education through websainstren on increasing knowledge and disaster preparedness of Islamic boarding school students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation and recruitment on employee performance at PT Indopelita Aircraft Services Tangerang Selatan, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The samples obtained were 100 respondents using saturated samples. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, simple regression, multiple linear regression, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), analysis of the correlation coefficient, t test, and f test. The results showed that there was no significant effect of the Compensation Variable (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Indopelita Aircraft Services, with a tcount of -0.382 < ttable of 1.985 and a significant level of probability sig 0.704 > 0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of the Recruitment Variable (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Indopelita Aircraft Services, with a tcount of 3.057 > 1.985 and a significance level of 0.003 <0.05. There is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between compensation (X1) and recruitment (X2) on work performance (Y) at PT Indopelita Aircraft Services with an fcount value of 4.799 > 3.089 and a probability significance level of 0.010 <0.05. Multiple linear regression equation Y = 22.305 – 0.036X1 + 0.367X2. The coefficient of determination shows that Compensation (X1), Recruitment (X2) contributes to Employee Performance (Y) of 9%.

Abstract

This research departs from the ecocentric paradigm in ecocritical studies which aims to describe the elements of pastoral values ​​in the poetry collection "Jalan Hati, Jalan Samudra" by D. Zawawi Imron. Ecocriticism guides us to see the ecological views contained in literary works. The natural environment or the relationship between natural elements experiences textualization in text discourse, so ecocriticism must focus on the textual strategies of literary texts in conveying ecological messages about how humans interact with the organic world around them. This research method is a qualitative method. This research identifies the pastoral elements of Terry Gifford, namely bucolic, arcadia construction, and the discourse of retreat and return and how these have implications for literary learning. The results of this research found eight data of bucolic elements, fifty-three data of arcadia construction elements in the form of idylls, eighteen data of arcadia construction elements in the form of nostalgia, twenty-three data of arcadia construction elements in the form of georgic, and twenty-three data of retreat and return discourse elements. eighteen data. The results of this research are also worthy of being used as teaching material for literature learning.
