Abstract

Halu Oleo University (UHO) Botanical Garden is one of the green open spaces that contribute to maintaining climate stability and environmental comfort in Kendari City, along with the high land use change due to increased population and city progress. The study aimed to determine the effect of land cover types on microclimate in UHO Botanical Garden and its surroundings. The research was conducted from June 2021 to January 2022. The research was conducted on three types of vegetation land cover.  The variables measured were microclimate, including light intensity, temperature, relative humidity, and temperature humidity index. Measurements were conducted in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The method used was descriptive quantitative and statistical analysis using the analysis of variance and the least significant difference (LSD) test. The results showed that the microclimatic conditions of UHO Botanical Garden in tree-dominant land cover are more comfortable and significantly different from grass-dominant and settlement-dominant, but they are not significantly different between grass-dominant and settlement-dominant. This fact indicates the importance of the conservation of tree vegetation and the need for supervision so that there is no diversion of functions into settlements to maintain the preservation and sustainability of UHO Botanical Garden as one of the green open spaces that control climate stability and environmental comfort in Kendari City. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of User Experience, Service Quality, and Social Interaction on Customer Satisfaction in the online service industry. Quantitative methods with multiple linear regression testing were used to analyze data from 100 respondents who used online services. The results show that Social Interaction has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, while User Experience and Service Quality are not significant individually. When these variables are combined, they collectively influence Customer Satisfaction positively. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening social interactions in online platforms to increase customer satisfaction. The practical implications of this research suggest companies should focus on developing adequate social interactions to enhance customer experience and ensure the success of online service strategies.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai teori mengenai masuknya Islam di Nusantara dan menelusuri perkembangan awal pendidikan Islam di Aceh, dengan fokus pada peran lembaga Meunasah dan figur Teungku. Studi ini mengkaji teori Gujarat, Mekkah (Arab), Persia, dan Cina, serta implikasinya terhadap pemahaman awal proses Islamisasi di wilayah ini. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini secara spesifik menyoroti Aceh sebagai salah satu wilayah pertama yang menerima Islam, dan bagaimana lembaga Meunasah berfungsi sebagai pusat pendidikan informal dan keagamaan di tingkat gampông (desa). Peran sentral para Teungku, sebagai ulama dan pemimpin spiritual, dalam mentransmisikan ilmu pengetahuan Islam dan nilai-nilai keagamaan kepada masyarakat Aceh pada masa awal juga dieksplorasi. Melalui pendekatan historis dan analisis deskriptif, artikel ini berargumen bahwa pemahaman terkait tentang teori masuknya Islam ke Nusantara memberikan konteks penting bagi nalai terhadap akar dan perkembangan unik pendidikan Islam di Aceh, di mana Meunasah dan Teungku memainkan peran fundamental dalam pembentukan identitas keagamaan masyarakat.

Abstract

Implementation of Law no. 16 of 2019 at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Nogosari District, Boyolali Regency. Thesis. Ahwal Al Syakhsyiyah Study Program, Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Economics, Mamba`ul Ulum Islamic Institute, Surakarta.This study aims 1) To find out how the implementation of Law no. 16 of 2019 Article 7 at the Nogosari KUA, 2) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Law Number 16 of 2019 Article 7 at the Religious Affairs Office of Nogosari District.The approach taken in this study is a qualitative approach, a type of normative empirical research or field research. This means that the data comes from interviews, observations, personal documents and other official documents. Data analysis technique used is data collection is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity assurance techniques are carried out by checking trust, transferability and dependency checks.The results of this study found that the application of the age limit for marriage according to Law no. 16 of 2019 at the KUA in Nogosari District, it has been effective with a decrease in the number of early marriages every year. In its application there are inhibiting factors, namely: 1) level of education; 2) lack of legal awareness; 3) uncontrolled association; and 4) the decision on the PA's marriage dispensation. Abstract

This research tries to find out how UKT (Single Tuition Fee) payments at UIN Gusdur Pekalongan are perceived by students majoring in Islamic banking FEBI (Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business). Primary data used in this study was collected through interviews with respondents using descriptive qualitative methods. A technical tool called "digital banking" was created to speed up consumer transactions. One of them, driven by the increasing use of the internet in society, is the digitalization of banking in Indonesia.  Then one of the targets is students, who are expected to use and trust the financial system with its innovation in the form of digital banking applications as a transaction instrument used in everyday life, especially in UKT (Single Tuition Fee) payments.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Sei Kasih Village, Bilah Hilir District, Labuhan Batu Regency, to determine the implementation of a nutrition improvement program for toddlers in the area. The implementation of the nutritional improvement program for toddlers in Sei Kasih Village, Bilah Hilir District, Labuhan Batu Regency is still not optimal. This is because there are still several problems, namely the provision of additional food (PMT) which is charged, there are still posyandu cadres who do not understand about providing additional food and the facilities are inadequate. Village budget funds amount to Rp. 7,800,000 per year is used to pay salaries for toddler posyandu cadres and additional food consumption. However, these funds are still insufficient because toddlers' visits to posyandu are erratic. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that there are still children who are malnourished, and other problems are the lack of guidance and lack of communication between posyandu cadres and parents of toddlers. There are 2 nutrition improvement programs implemented, namely toddler health service activities and providing additional food. This research hopes to contribute to improving the nutritional quality of children under five in the region.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the supply chain flow at Zaskia Furniture located on Jl. R.E Martadinata, Layana Indah Village, North Palu District, Palu City. The paradigm employed in this research is the constructivism paradigm, utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach. The study involved a total of 9 informants, and data collection was carried out by directly conducting interviews with them in the field. The data analysis method utilized in this research is the NVivo 12 Plus software. The results of this study indicate that the supply chain at Zaskia Furniture is interconnected with the upstream, internal, and downstream supply chain pathways. The upstream supply chain is associated with the procurement of raw materials originating from Tibo Village, West Coast. The types of wood used include bayur, cempaka, and inje. The internal supply chain is related to the production process, revealing that the production stage at Zaskia Furniture is executed by 4 employees responsible for various production processes. The downstream supply chain is associated with distributing the final products to consumers, accomplished through two channels: direct distribution to end consumers and indirect distribution through retailers. The supply chain management at Zaskia Furniture is functioning well, but it is not yet optimal, indicating the need for some evaluations.

Abstract

This study systematically reviews the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in financial audit, identifying the opportunities and challenges posed by the transformation of the profession. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach based on the Petticrew and Roberts framework, the study covers empirical research between 2019 and 2024. The review results show that AI contributes to audit efficiency, accuracy, and productivity, primarily through automation of data analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics for risk assessment. Critical factors for successful AI adoption include a robust technology infrastructure and a workforce with adequate analytical-technical skills. Key challenges include data privacy issues, ethics, and the shortage of AI experts in audit. The study also notes a shift in research focus from simply adopting AI to its impact on the role of auditors and audit quality. The findings offer guidance to accounting firms, educators, and regulators in developing policies and curricula that support the integration of AI in audit. The review provides insights for future professionals in navigating a technology-driven audit environment.

Abstract

In competitive markets, innovation capability is critical in enhancing marketing strategies. The present study analyzes the effect of innovation capability on marketing performance outcome with visual aesthetics and positional advantage as mediating variables, and generational cohort as a moderating variable. The population of this study comprised 113 respondents from weaving and batik small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) in Central Sulawesi, who were selected through a census sampling method. The data were collected through the administration of questionnaires and subsequently analyzed using the Smart PLS 4 application to evaluate the relationships in the conceptual model. The findings suggest that innovation capability exerts a negative and non-significant influence on marketing performance. However, visual aesthetics and positional advantage have been shown to significantly enhance the impact of innovation capability on marketing performance. Subsequent findings demonstrate that visual aesthetics significantly enhances positional advantage. The generational cohort substantially moderates the relationship between innovation capability and marketing performance. This study posits that when employed as a marketing strategy, local wisdom can be a source of competitive advantage by leveraging visual elements derived from unique cultural symbols. As evidenced by the study's findings, this approach can be convenient in dynamic marketplaces where imitation is challenging. Generational groups exhibit divergent capacities for innovation within small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which can result in disparities in their ability to attain competitive advantage.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi membuat life style Gen Z cenderung konsumtif dan tidak berpikir untuk melakukan manajemen keuangan yang benar dengan cara berinvestasi, salah satunya pada produk pasar modal. Investasi bagi Gen Z diharapkan sebagai wadah untuk menjembatani menuju ketercapaian financial freedom. Masih rendahnya pengetahuan mengenai konsep investasi pada produk pasar modal menjadi masalah utama yang melanda siswa SMA N 2 Pemalang, sehingga perlu adanya program pengabdian tentang literasi investasi produk pasar modal yang tujuannya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman gen Z dalam berinvestasi. Metode Edukasi dipilih dengan mengajarkan pentingnya investasi menuju merdeka finansial. Selanjutnya, untuk meningkatkan inklusi investasi pasar modal dengan melakukan pelatihan praktik investasi saham menggunakan aplikasi simulasi trading saham dari rekanan sekuritas. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh sekitar 100 peserta dan terlaksana dengan lancar. Melihat antusiasme peserta, tim pengabdian akan melanjutkan program-program literasi pasar modal ke depannya seperti Sekolah Pasar Modal dengan menggandeng pihak-pihak praktisi yang berkompeten di bidang pasar modal.
