Abstract

 Latar Belakang : Covid-19 merupakan penyakit menular yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya. Pada tanggal 11 Maret   2020 organisasi kesehatan dunia WHO menetapkan   sebagai pandemi. Salah satu kota yang tak terhindarkan dari Covid- 19 yaitu Kabupaten Grobogan, di dapatkan bahwa update data situasi Kominfo Kabupaten Grobogan pada tanggal 23 Oktober 2020 melaporkan sebanyak 22 orang dirawat di fasilitas kesehatan, 20 orang isolasi mandiri dan 78 orang meninggal dunia. Tindakan penerapan protocol kesehatan merupakan kunci dalam melakukan pencegahan menyebarnya Covid-19 akan tetapi banyak masyarakat yang tidak menerapkan hal tersebut. Hal ini terjadi oleh karena ketidaktahuan ataupun ketidakmauan masyarakat untuk menerapkan protocol kesehatan.   Tujuan : Meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang protocol kesehatan covid 19   Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini dengan melaksanakan pendidikan kesehatan tentang protocol kesehatan covid 19.   Hasil : Keberhasilan program pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat dilihat dengan tolok ukur sebagai berikut 85% peserta hadir dalam kegiatan penyuluhan, Media dan alat tersedia sesuai dengan perencaan, Peran dan fungsi masing – masing sesuai dengan yang direncanakan dan masyarakat paham kesehatan tentang protocol kesehatan covid 19.   Simpulan : terdapat peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat khususnya kesehatan tentang protocol kesehatan covid 19

Abstract

 Background:One of the responsibilities of nurses in dealing with health problems is with maximum prevention where a nurse or health worker provides education and health checks to the community regarding the importance of maintaining health from an early age. Purpose: of carrying out this community service is to play an important role in improving health status in the community where this examination can prevent disease, especially in the residents of Kandangrejo village. Method :uses health counseling actions related to degenerative diseases, assessments, health checks in the form of checking blood pressure, sugar levels and uric acid. Where this also ended with the complementary implementation of cupping in treating residents' complaints related to the illness they were experiencing. This activity lasted for 1 full day which was attended by the local RT/RW on April 3 2023. The results: obtained in the community service activities were that the people of Kandangrejo village became aware of their health conditions and could feel the effects of complementary cupping therapy after the action was taken .

Abstract

 Background: The majority of Krangganharjo Village residents work as farmers, and the area is mostly rice fields. Health problems such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus and gout often occur in people aged 55 years and over. Even though health facilities are good, the public's willingness to participate in health activities such as posyandu (Posyandu) or health checks is still low.   Method: This activity aims to examine the impact of Maumere dance exercises on hypertension in elderly residents in Krangganharjo Village. Activity   Results: The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge about hypertension and Maumere dance after the intervention. In addition, the participants showed a significant reduction in blood pressure after the Maumere dance practice.   Conclusion: From this activity it can be concluded that community service activities such as education, blood pressure measurement, and the Maumere dance can effectively reduce hypertension in the elderly population. Thus the importance of physical activity, such as Maumere dance, in improving heart health and reducing hypertension.

Abstract

 Background: Old age is seen as a period of decline, a time when elderly people (elderly) feel the decline that occurs to them both physically and psychologically. Elderly people experience and interpret old age in different ways. Using used goods is felt to be beneficial for the elderly themselves, the environment and their families   Method: The implementation method is training in making flower pots from used gallons. This community service is carried out by helping organize creative activities for processing used materials, where this activity involves 3 groups in one village and the An-Nuur Purwodadi University KKN team in Glonggong Hamlet.   Results: Based on the evaluation results, it was found that 9 elderly people had participated in the service activities with enthusiasm or 85% of all elderly people in Glonggong Hamlet and 100% of the participants who attended felt more relaxed and happy with the implementation of creative activities for the elderly.   Conclusion: Community service results from 9 participants, 100% were able to take part in training activities and were able to produce 3 flower pots from used gallons.

Abstract

Background: Elderly people often have high cholesterol. Hypercholesterolemia or often called high cholesterol is a medical disorder when blood cholesterol levels are higher than normal. Bay leaves (Syzgium Polyanthum) are among the plants recommended for consumption by hypercholesterolemia sufferers. Objective: To provide education about the benefits of bay leaves for hypercholesterolemia sufferers. Service Method: providing education and problem solving regarding hypercholesterolemia sufferersResults: Implementation of Health education was achieved 100% with the community understanding the use of bay leaves on cholesterol levels. There is a public willingness to implement the use of bay leaves for cholesterol levels

Abstract

Background : Diabetes is often associated with genetic factors, as well as unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits, which result in complications affecting other organs and leading to additional diseases. The increasing number of diabetes mellitus (DM) patients each year demonstrates that there is still a lack of educational and preventive efforts carried out by healthcare professionals and health academics towards the community. purpose of this community service is to provide blood sugar testing services to the public attending Car Free Day (CFD) every Sunday on Jl. R. Suprapto Purwodadi, Grobogan Regency. This service also includes educational counseling related to DM. Methodology : used involves health counseling regarding DM, health assessments, and blood sugar level checks. There are three main steps during the activity: respondent selection, blood sugar measurement, and DM counseling. Results : of this service show an increase in understanding and awareness about the importance of early prevention after DM counseling was provided. Conclusion : it is necessary to provide health counseling to all individuals at high risk for DM and to regularly conduct blood sugar screenings for all residents of Grobogan Regency.

Abstract

 Background: Malnutrition is a condition of a person whose nutritional deficiency is below average. In Indonesia, the prevalence of toddlers experiencing nutritional problems is 17.7%. The prevalence of nutritional problems consists of malnutrition of 3.9% and malnutrition of 13.8%. Toddlers aged 12-59 months are an age group that is vulnerable to health and nutritional disorders.   Objective: The objective of this service is to increase mothers' knowledge of the Medisco concept and the practice of making Medisco.   Results: The implementation of health education was achieved 100% with the community understanding the use of the medisco concept and the medisco manufacturing method. After the demonstration of making Medisco was carried out, mothers were willing to implement the utilization of the achievements of the medisco concept process and the medisco manufacturing method.

Abstract

Background: Complementary cupping therapy also known as cupping therapy, is a traditional healing practice that has been used for thousands of years in various cultures. In fact, there are still many people who are not yet familiar with and can experience complementary cupping therapy directly.Objective: The aim of this community service is to provide an introduction, understanding and experience to the people of Cepaka Village regarding complementary therapies, especially cupping therapy, as an effort to improve the quality of life of the communityMethod: This activity uses a Community-Based Participatory approach. The implementation took place in Pilangpayung Village, Toroh District, Grobogan Regency for 1 days, namely 8 February 2024. There were 9 participants.Results: The level of community knowledge before being given counseling had an average score of 70 and after being given counseling had an average score of 90. 83% of participants felt satisfied and there were changes after therapy.Conclusion: There was an increase in community knowledge after counseling and some Most people are satisfied with complementary cupping therapy services.K

Abstract

Background: Stunting or growth failure in children remains a serious health issue in Indonesia. The prevalence of stunting among children under five years old was 21.6% in Indonesia in 2022, down from 24.4% in 2021. There are plants that contain very high levels of nutrients, from macronutrients to micronutrients, which are beneficial for public health. One such plant is Moringa oleifera, commonly known as the moringa tree.Objective: The aim of this community service project is to increase knowledge about the management of stunting.Method: The community service activity was carried out through a public health counseling session in the village, which took place on February 4, 2025.Results: The results of the implementation showed an improvement in the respondents' knowledge, with 88 respondents (93.3%) categorized as having adequate knowledge, and a decrease in the category of insufficient knowledge, with only 2 respondents (6.7%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss Lubuklinggau during the governance of the Sindang Kelingi Ilir Marga (clan) from 1855 to 1942. The background of this research focuses on the history of the formation of the Sindang Kelingi Ilir Marga and the political conditions in Lubuklinggau during its administration.The method used in this research is the historical method, which includes the stages of heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography.Based on the findings and discussion, it can be concluded that the formation of the Sindang Kelingi Ilir Marga was driven by the implementation of the Simbur Cahaya Law in 1854. According to this law, the Dutch colonial administration required indigenous community units or hamlets under the Palembang Residency that had not yet formed a marga to immediately establish one. Therefore, starting in 1855, many new marga were established, including the Sindang Kelingi Ilir Marga, which was centered in the village of Lubuklinggau.As for the political situation in Lubuklinggau during the administration of the Sindang Kelingi Ilir Marga from 1855 to 1942, it was led by seven depati (traditional leaders) and one pesirah (head of the marga). Significant political development occurred during the leadership of Depati Ramitan (1916–1936). During his leadership, Lubuklinggau, as the center of the Sindang Kelingi Ilir Marga, was designated as the capital of the Onder Afdeeling Moese Oeloe (a Dutch colonial administrative division), replacing Muara Beliti in 1934. This change was supported by the development of various infrastructure projects in Lubuklinggau, such as highways and a railway line, which were inaugurated during Depati Ramitan’s administration.
