Abstract

Cucumis melo L. is an annual plant and has high economic value so it is widely cultivated in Indonesia. Possible efforts include providing amino acids and hydroponic methods. Determining the provision of amino acids with the best concentration for the growth and quality of hydroponic plant production is the aim of this research. The research method was a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of factors with four levels of amino acid concentration, namely G0 (without administration of amino acids), G1 (2 mgL-1), G2 (4 mgL-1) and G3 (6 mgL-1) Meanwhile the data was analyzed using the F test. The results for all parameters, both growth and production of melon plants, were not significantly different. Although the concentration of amino acids given to melon plants did not show any influence on the quality of hydroponic melon production, there was a good increase in diameter of 13.60 cm and fruit weight of 1.46 kg. Based on the administration of amino acids, it can be concluded that although it did not have a significant effect, the fruit diameter in the 6 mgL-1 treatment was the largest.

Abstract

Acute mastoiditis refers to suppurative infections of mastoid air cells. The mastoid is an air-filled cavity inside the temporal bone that is connected to the nasopharynx through the eustachian tube and is associated with mastoid water cells through the timpanic antrum (aditus ad antrum). Multislice Computed Tomography (MSCT) is currently the most accurate technique for studying the anatomy and pathology of temporal bones because it offers a very good picture of the ear. Windowing is the process by which the gray scale component of a CT image is manipulated through a CT number. The value of CT number is based on HU value of water which is 0, for bone has HU +1000 value up to +3000 HU, and air has HU -1000 value.This type of research is a qualitative study with an observational approach that aims to determine the MSCT Mastoid examination procedure with cases of mastoiditis in the Radiology Installation of RSUP dr. Kariadi Semarang. This paper was prepared with literature review, observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation in the field.The MSCT Mastoid examination procedure is done by scanning the head with the inner ear protocol. First the topogram is made first and then followed by scanning mastoid. In the case of mastoiditis, it does not require contrast media because the image that will be seen is the temporal bone, especially the mastoid. The image produced from the mastoiditis case shows that the left mastoid air cells are not visible. In this MSCT Mastoid examination windowing used is a bone window with window width 3000 and window level 500. Window width affects the contrast of the image, the higher the window width used, the image will look less contrast. While the window level will affect the level of brigtness (brightness) in the image. The higher the window level value used, the brighter the image.On the MSCT Mastoid examination, the purpose of using the window width 3000 and window level 500 is to see if the bone is forming the mastoid if there is an abnormality. It is expected that with the window width and window level ranges the pathology of mastoiditis can also be seen clearly, as in this case the mastoid air cells in the left area are not visible.

Abstract

Pelanggaran hukum akan terjadi jika salah satu pihak tidak melakukan kewajibannya sehingga ada pihak lain yang merasa dirugikan maka pihak yang merasa di rugikan atau di langgar hak - haknya harus mendapatkan perlindungan hukum. Perlindungan hukum di bedakan dua yaitu perlindungan hukum proventif dan perlindungan hukum represif.[1] Dari perlindungan hukum preventif maka rakyat yang dirugikan diberikan kesempatan untuk mengajukan keberatan dan pendapatnya sebelum suatu keputusan Pemerintah mendapat bentuk yang devinitif. Makna perlindungan hukum menurut Koerniatmanto Soetoprawiro bahwa perlindungan hukum itu pada hakekatnya adalah suat upaya dari pihak yang berwenang untuk memberikan jaminan dan kemudahan yang sedemikian rupa, sehingga setiap warga Negara ataupun segenap warga. Bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi pembeli condotel? Bagaimana tanggung jawab hukum developer atas tindakan wanprestasi yang dilakukan? Tujuan penelitian guna memperoleh perlindungan dan kepastian hukum bagi masyarakat selaku pembeli condotel dari tindakan wanprestasi developer. Metode yang di gunakan didalam penulisan ini adalah Normatif yang mengacu pada undang - undang yang ada yaitu undang-undang Nomor 20 tahun 2011 tentang Rusun. Negara dapat menjalankan hak dan kewajiban mereka secara optimal dengan tertib dan optimal. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy on the decisions of students majoring in Islamic banking at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business IAIN Batusangkar in the use of Islamic banking services. This type of research is field research with an associative descriptive quantitative approach. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression. Data collection techniques using questionnaires from sample data as many as 85 people. The results showed that Islamic financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on the decisions of students majoring in Islamic banking in using Islamic banking services with a contribution of 58.9%. The rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to process chayote (Secium edule) into three types of food products: dodol (sweet potato flakes), chips, and candy. It also aims to determine consumer acceptance through organoleptic tests, consumer interest, purchasing power, and price preferences. This quantitative study involved 20 panelists. The organoleptic test was conducted on four aspects: color, aroma, texture, and taste, with a rating scale of 1-5. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and statistically tested using one-way ANOVA. The results showed that candy had the highest average organoleptic score of 4.45, followed by chips (4.25), and dodol (4.15). One-way ANOVA analysis showed that there were significant differences between the products in terms of color with an F-value of 40.6234 and a P-value of 0.0000, and aroma F=7.7869, P=0.0010, while in terms of texture F=2.6330, P=0.0806, and taste F=3.1065, P=1.0524. This indicates that there is no significant difference because the P value is >0.05. The results of this study are that chayote candy (Secium edule) is a product with the highest level of panelist acceptance compared to dodol and chips, especially in terms of color and aroma. These results indicate that chayote candy (Secium edule) has the potential to be developed as a competitive applied biology-based food product, while opening new economic opportunities for the Rappolemba village community. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelolah labu siam (Secium edule) menjadi tiga jenis produk pangan yaitu, dodol, keripik, dan permen serta mengetahui tingkat penerimaan konsumen melalui uji organoleptic, minat konsumsi, daya beli dan preferensi harga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 20 orang panelis. Adapun uji organoleptik dilakukan pada empat aspek yaitu, warna, aroma, tekstur, dan rasa dengan skala penilaian 1-5. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dan diuji secara statistik menggunakan ANOVA satu arah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk permen memiliki nilai rata-rata organoleptik tertinggi yaitu 4,45 diikuti oleh keripik 4,25 dan dodol 4,15.  Analisis anova satu arah menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara produk pada aspek warna dengan nilai F-hitung = 40, 6234 dan P-value = 0,0000, dan aroma F=7,7869, P= 0,0010, sedangkan pada aspek tekstur F=2,6330,P=0,0806, dan rasa F=3,1065, P=1,0524. Hal ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan karena nilai P> 0,05. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa permen labu siam (Secium edule) merupakan produk dengan tingkat penerimaan panelis paling tinggi dibandingkan dodol dan keripik khususnya pada aspek warna dan aroma. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa permen labu siam (Secium edule) berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai produk pangan berbasis biologi terapan yang memiliki daya saing, sekaligus membuka peluang ekonomi baru bagi Masyarakat desa Rappolemba.

Abstract

Interactive serve duel game training in badminton at SMPN Gollek No 34 Kepulauan SelayarSelayar was designed to develop students' basic technical competencies in mastering backhand serve and improve accuracy and confidence in playing badminton. This program provides opportunities for students to understand the fundamental principles of backhand serve, recognize variations in short and long serve techniques, learn strategies for applying serves in game situations, and develop hand-eye coordination and stroke consistency. Through structured training with an interactive duel-based game approach, it is expected that students can improve backhand serve technique abilities, develop tactical decision-making skills, increase shuttlecock placement accuracy, and foster competitive spirit and sportsmanship in the school environment.

Abstract

The Religious Moderation Program is a key policy of the Indonesian government, mainstreamed through the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2020–2024. This program aims to foster attitudes of balance, tolerance, and the prevention of extremism in order to reduce religion-based conflicts. However, the implementation of this program often faces substantive challenges, marked by social tensions and criticism that the policy remains largely rhetorical and top-down, lacking genuine effectiveness at the grassroots level. This study aims to objectively analyze the factors contributing to this gap and to formulate constructive recommendations for improving policy governance. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method based on literature study, reviewing reputable academic journals through the theoretical framework of policy implementation by Mazmanian and Sabatier, as well as Norman Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). The evaluation results reveal three main areas that hinder the program’s impact: 1) Managerial Governance Challenges, where the top-down approach, dualism of programs (the Religious Moderation Village Program and the Religious Harmony-Conscious Village Program), and limited public participation constrain operational effectiveness, as analyzed through the Mazmanian–Sabatier framework. 2) Discourse Communication Dilemmas, where the policy texts are prone to interpretation (through CDA) as carrying hidden ideological agendas that potentially marginalize conservative religious views, thus triggering ideological resistance that requires careful management. 3) Lack of a Holistic Policy Priority, referring to the tendency to overemphasize “harmony” while failing to prioritize Freedom of Religion and Belief (FORB) as a central agenda. This study recommends adaptive governance reform, strengthened inter-agency coordination, and the reaffirmation of Religious Moderation as a constitutional guarantee of Freedom of Religion and Belief, to ensure a more sustainable and inclusive impact.

This research used a quasi-experiment model with a posttest-only design. Data were analyzed an independent samples t-test & independent samples effect sizes. The results showed: (1) there is a significant difference in problem-solving ability between the experimental group and the control group; (2) there is a significant difference in written communication skills between the experimental group and the control group; (3) the implementation of ethnochemistry-integrated PBL model gives a strong effect of 1.034 on problem-solving ability; (4) the implementation of ethnochemistry-integrated PBL model gives a strong effect of 1.136 on written communication skills. The implementation of ethnochemistry-integrated PBL can be useful and applied in learning as an innovation with teachers as facilitators and students as the focus of learning in other chemical materials.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of Karl Popper's falsification theory in the reconstruction of the epistemology of modern Islamic education as a methodological strategy to respond to dogmatic tendencies and stagnation in the development of Islamic scientific discourse. With a qualitative approach based on literature studies, this study confirms that falsification functions as an evaluative instrument that allows for critical and contextual re-examination of the validity of Islamic theories. The main findings show that the application of falsification encourages a more adaptive curriculum reformulation to social dynamics and scientific progress, while facilitating the creation of a dialogical learning space, where students play an active role as subjects seeking truth. This principle also strengthens the integration between rationality and revelation through an epistemological framework based on ijtihad and tajdid. Thus, falsification not only provides a methodological contribution to the development of science but also presents a solid philosophical foundation for the development of an Islamic education system that is reflective, progressive, and open to scientific innovation, without neglecting the transcendental values ​​that are its characteristics. The primary limitation of this study lies in its conceptual-theoretical nature, necessitating empirical field research to validate this epistemological model within tangible Islamic educational institutions

Abstract

Basketball dribbling training at SMP 3 Bontomannu was designed to develop students' basic technical competencies in ball control and build confidence in playing basketball. This program provides opportunities for students to understand the fundamental principles of dribbling, recognize variations in ball control techniques, learn strategies for applying dribbling in game situations, and develop motor coordination and agility. Through structured and progressive training, it is expected that students can improve ball handling abilities, develop decision-making skills in games, increase physical fitness, and foster sportsmanship and teamwork in the school environment.
