Abstract

The development of information and communication technology through the Internet has a significant impact on people's lifestyles, including the practice of blogging as an expression of Internet use. Blogging has penetrated into various aspects of life, one of which is in the context of education. In the world of education, blogs have a very important role as a tool to store and disseminate information online. Its use can be personal, such as for teachers who want to share teaching materials, learning reflections, or personal experiences in the teaching process. On the other hand, educational institutions also utilize it as a platform to provide information to students, parents, and the general public. The main advantage of blogs in education is their ability to present information easily and quickly, without being bound by space and time constraints. In essence, blogs open up wide access to knowledge. The purpose of this activity is to introduce students to basic knowledge and skills in creating blogs that support interaction, in accordance with their respective fields of knowledge. One-day blogging training has proven to be quite effective for teaching the technical details of creating a blog as well as how to load material to be interactive and engaging. More than just technical training, it is the first step towards achieving a larger goal in education. A total of 14 participants from teachers and learning staff of SMPN 2 Jember have taken blogging insight tests before and after the training to support their learning process. The test results showed that before the training, knowledge about blogging was still lacking. However, after the training, participants were able to significantly improve their comprehension, as seen from the increase in the number of questions that can be answered and the higher level of accuracy in the post-test session. Thus, future follow-up activities related to the introduction of blogging for teachers and staff will focus on increasing understanding and knowledge of the role of blogging in creating dynamic learning materials for the improvement of education quality

Abstract

Regional Head Election or simply PILKADA is a routine democratic agenda in Indonesia which is held every five years to elect regional heads. It is hoped that this Pilkada can produce leaders who are in accordance with the wishes of the people and are of high quality and will advance the region. Until now, the results of the Pilkada vote counting are still not being carried out completely simultaneously in our country digitally. For this reason, the Quick Count or also known as Parallel Vote Tabulation is a useful method for monitoring and speeding up the vote counting process. Quick Count is a process of collecting information by hundreds or even thousands of volunteers through direct monitoring of voting and vote counting at all existing polling stations (TPS).

Abstract

This article discusses the results of community service activities in Kebonsari Village, especially at the Tempe Tofu Business Association (PUTT) in Talangsari Village. PUTT is an initiative that aims to create jobs and improve the welfare of its members. One of the key aspects of PUTT's success is the understanding of community members towards digital marketing. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi khususnya di era Generasi Z menjadi problem dan lebih pada pemanfaatan yang harus terlfilter dengan baik, jika pengaruh kemajuan teknologi tersebut tidak berdampak positif, maka akan mempengaruhi kebiasaan dan karakter di segala usia utamanya anak-anak. Perilaku kehidupan di kota mengalami perbedaan dengan desa yang kental dengan kearifan lokal, hegemony masyarakat yang tradisional dan komunal sehingga memiliki ciri religius. Pembentukan karakter yang harus ditanamkan sejak dini didasari nilai-nilai agama menjadi pijakan dan pondasi. Untuk itulah perlunya pemberdayaan masyarakat mengarah pada penanaman nilai keagamaan melalui pembentukan Madrasah Qur’an di Perumahan Pondok Abadi Jogoyudan Lumajang. Adapun hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan Madrasah Qur’an yang ditempatkan di Masjid Lailatul Qomariyah Perumahan Pondok Abadi Jogoyudan Lumajang sejak 5 November 2023 sebagai sarana dakwah serta menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan hingga mencapai 20 anak yang istiqomah mengaji dan memberi perubahan lebih baik  pada santri tentang pengetahuan membaca al-qur’an.

Abstract

Pangabdian  ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas santri melalui pelatihan seni kaligrafi di Pondok Pesantren Kyai Syarifuddin, Lumajang, Jawa Timur. Seni kaligrafi merupakan cabang seni dalam tradisi Islam yang menjadi sarana berekspresi dan berkreasi. Dengan menerapkan metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan memanfaatkan potensi santri dalam seni kaligrafi untuk mendorong kreativitas mereka. Tahapan ABCD meliputi pengenalan, penemuan, perancangan, penentuan, dan refleksi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dalam 10 pertemuan, meliputi pengenalan seni kaligrafi, praktikum dasar, pengembangan teknik, pembuatan karya, dan pameran. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 12 santri putra dengan kolaborasi pengurus dan santri senior. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan seni kaligrafi berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan, kreativitas, dan keterampilan santri dalam seni tulis Islam. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan partisipatif dalam pengembangan komunitas pendidikan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengbdian ini ialah untuk menjelaskan pengalaman dan hasil dari pengabdian yang dilakukan di SMP Islam As-Sidiqiyah Kudus Klakah dengan fokus pada Penggunaan manajemen organisasi di dalam sekolah sebagai langkah strategis untuk memperkuat kepemimpinan siswa. Pengabdian ini terdiri dari sepuluh pertemuan yang menyoroti berbagai aspek pengembangan kepemimpinan siswa, termasuk keterampilan kerjasama, pemberdayaan melalui pemecahan masalah, pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, pengembangan keterampilan kritis dan kreatif, serta peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi. Setiap pertemuan didasarkan pada teori dan penelitian terkini dalam pendidikan, seperti teori pembelajaran kooperatif, pembelajaran berbasis masalah, dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Melalui serangkaian pertemuan dan diskusi, siswa dilibatkan dalam aktivitas yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang pentingnya kepemimpinan dan pengembangan keterampilan kepemimpinan yang diperlukan dalam lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan yang terintegrasi antara teori dan praktik dapat efektif dalam membantu siswa mengembangkan kepemimpinan mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan model pembelajaran dan pendekatan pengembangan kepemimpinan siswa di sekolah menengah.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari anak-anak menjadi dewasa yang sedang mencari pola hidup yang paling sesuai baginya makan dari itu perlu di lakukan langka-langkah pembinaan menuju hal-hal yang positif dengan memanfaatkan potensi mereka sebagai santri dengan kegiatan keagamaan. Salah satunya melalui pembinaan kesenian Al-banjari yang di dalamnya melantunkan Sya’ir- sya'ir, nasyid, dan juga pembacaan sholawat-sholawat kepada nabi SAW yang di iringi Tabuhan-tabuhan rebana atau hadrah. Metode yang di gunakan mengadopsi metode Hartuti dan Bardawi yakni Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah metode demonstrasi dan metode latihan. Metode latihan (drill atau training) digunakan untuk mencapai ketangkasan, ketepatan, dan keterampilan tertentu. Salah satu keunggulan dari metode ini adalah membantu dalam memperoleh kecakapan motorik, seperti penggunaan alat-alat. Di sisi lain, metode demonstrasi digunakan untuk demosntrasi menekankan pada cara Mengerjakan sesuatu dengan penjelasan, petunjuk, dan penerapan secara langsung. Pembinaan ini di lakukan dalam 10 pertemuan dengan tujuan menumbuhkan minat bersholawat dan ikut andil terhadap Kesenian lokal

Abstract

The Islamic world has many scientists who have brilliant concepts and thoughts in various disciplines. Their concepts and thoughts have contributed to the success of various scientific disciplines both for the Islamic and Western world development. In educational disciplines, the name of Abu Hamid Muhammad al-Ghazali or better known as Imam al-Gazhali among Muslims is a Muslim intellectual that greatly influences the thought style of Islamic thinkers from the past until now. Actually, it is impossible for the author to fully discussing al-Gazhali's views on Islamic education in this article, because of the wide range and scope of the discussion. So the article focuses on how al-Gazhali's concepts and views are related to the goals of education, curriculum, methodology, professional teachers, students and the relevance of the concepts offered by al-Gazhali with the development of education today. As writing and discussing material for this article, the author draws from sources taken from the original book by Imam al-Gazhali, further strengthened by the writings of Islamic thinkers, and supported by the results of previous research published in various national and international journals. In general, al-Ghazali's most important thinking in education is religious science with all its branches because it can be mastered through perfect reason and clear capture power. While al-Gazhali's opinion regarding the ultimate goal of education is to achieve human perfection that leads to self-approach to Allah SWT.

Abstract

Muhammad Al-Fatih (1432-1481) is one of prominent Islamic figures who is famous for his phenomenal bravery in conquering Constantinople in 1453 AD. The history of the conquest could be read in various Islamic history books. The epic story is even filmed through the movie of Battle of Empires Fetih 1453. The movie undoubtedly brings positive vibes for its Islamic educational values. Thus, this article is aimed at exploring of any possible Islamic educational values attached in the movie. The exploration is conducted through qualitative method of content analysis approach. The data was collected was one of movie scene of Battle of Empires Fetih 1453. All data were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique with the stages of collecting, reducing and analyzing data and drawing conclusions. It is finally found that there are fourten Islamic educational values in the movie; six Islamic educational values related to Aqidah, three values related to worshipping (Ibadah) aspects and five values related to Akhlak. This findings is expected to give any ideas of new Islamic learning resources; movies. Besides, it is also ecouraged that the values in the movie could be another inspiration for the forthcoming Islamic generation as a young Islamic generation

Abstract

Islam, science, and colonialism have continuing problems over time. To understand the point that makes this intersection suffer a deadlock, mainly with Islam. The intersection of modernity and colonialism gave birth to many Islamic thinkers who also tried to formulate how Islam stands when confronted with modernity, science, and colonism. This article complements articles related to the intersection of Islam, science, and modernity of various early Muslim thinkers. This article re-examines the confusion because, to this day, the fundamental problems of the intersection of Islam, science, and modernity are increasingly experienced in the digital age. The findings in this article on the intersection of Islam and modernity impact Islam, science, and colonialism. This impact is present in the form of various rejections of Islamic scientists of the existence of modernity, mainly in science. The emergence of various rejection movements related to this advance of science makes it seem that Islam itself is unable to meet the challenges of the age. In addition to the colonialism perspective that reinforces that colonism is embodied in colonization in the domination of science today. This has an impact on the total disbelief of the Muslims in the advancement of science and technology.
