Abstract

Employee job loyalty is one of the crucial issues in today's corporate world. Many companies face challenges in keeping their employees loyal and committed to their work. The aim of this research is to understand the job loyalty of employees at PT. XYZ across various departments. This study utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach, relying on both primary and secondary data. The research sample consists of 4 individuals chosen through non-purposive sampling method. From the results, it's evident that job loyalty among employees at PT. XYZ is quite high, with employees prioritizing the company's interests over personal ones. However, age and generational differences do influence the employees' dedication levels. Factors affecting loyalty include a strong relationship between the company and its employees, employee welfare, management support, and fair compensation. The company has implemented comprehensive policies supporting employee loyalty, such as a transparent performance assessment system, clear career policies, and a commitment to retain employees during difficult situations. The research findings highlight that understanding these factors is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing employee loyalty in the future. This study offers insights for companies to improve employee job loyalty, thereby positively impacting overall company performance and sustainability.

Abstract

Compensation is a form of reward given by the company to employees as appreciation for their contribution to work, both in financial and non-financial forms. Compensation can encourage better employee performance, as they feel valued for what they have done for the company. However, it is not only compensation that can trigger good employee performance, but motivation also plays an important role in driving employee performance. Motivation is a process that arises from an individual's psychological factors, which then directs and determines the individual's actions towards achieving their goals. This psychological drive can encourage employees to strive hard to achieve their goals, be it personal goals or common goals within a company. This research uses a causal quantitative approach with a survey method, and the data is processed using SPSS. The results of the study show that compensation and motivation play a very important role in improving the performance of employees at PT. Aron Logistics Jakarta.

Abstract

The application of digital technology in office administration has a significant impact on work efficiency and productivity. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of digital technology in office administration, identify the challenges faced, and the solutions that can be applied. The research method used is a qualitative approach with correlational analysis through literature review. The results of the study show that digital technology improves work efficiency, productivity, and the quality of office products. However, there are challenges in its application, such as the need for training and adaptation to new technology. The proposed solutions include improving the digital competence of employees and developing technology-based administration systems. This research is expected to provide insights for office practitioners in facing the digital era and improving the effectiveness of office administration.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengelolaan sarana dan prasaraa kantor pada LKPP Jakarta yang meliputi siklus pengelolaan, penjadawalan dan upaya dalam mencegah kerusakan sarana prasarana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek Penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Biro Hubungan Masyarakat dan Umum dan Karyawan Pengelola BMN pada kantor LKPP Jakarta. Pengumpulan data data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, data display, dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan sarsana dan prasarana dilakukan perencanaan untuk jangka waktu dua tahun kedepan, pengadaan terjadi dari adanya proses perencanaan, Ditribusi sarana dan prasarana terjadi dengan penyerahan berita acara, Pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana bersifat incidental dan rutin. Inventarisasi sebagai bentuk data arsip sarana dan prasana. Penghapusan Sarana dan Prasarana dilakukan untuk kondisi barang yang sudah tidak layak pakai. Pengelolaan dilakukan untuk memberikan dampak yang optimal terhadap pekerjaan karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis pelatihan handcraft macrame pada PT SIMPUL TALI Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan menggambarkan dan menganalisis permasalahan yang ditemukan. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui buku-buku, penelitian sebelumnya, dan artikel yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik dan karyawan yang terlibat secara langsung dalam proses pelatihan handcraft macrame. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Simpul Tali Indonesia mengadakan pelatihan handcraft macrame secara langsung untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan karyawan, tetapi waktu pelatihan yang cukup terbatas dan jadwal pelatihan yang tidak menentu menyebakan pelatihan tidak dilakukan secara efektif. Disarankan PT SIMPUL TALI Indonesia untuk menambah jam dan bisa membuat jadwal pelatihan agar bisa memaksimalkan pelatihan kedepannya

Abstract

Archiving is one of the office jobs that is experiencing digital transformation. Digital archives make it easy for employees to complete their work however, it does not rule out that digital archives have weaknesses that can reduce employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the digital filing system used by the X University Faculty of Medicine, find out whether the system used was effective or not, and find out the weaknesses of the digital archiving system. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that digital archives help employees complete work more quickly and make it easier for employees to carry out administrative activities in agencies. However, behind that it is necessary to repair, improve and upgrade the system so that problems do not occur and can be used more optimally.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely the main data sources in qualitative research are words and actions. Words and actions are sources of data obtained from the field by observing or interviewing, by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine the work culture of employees at Bank BRI Regional Office 1 Jakarta Branch which includes the types of culture that exist, important elements of culture, cultural influences and current cultural analysis. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the culture at Bank BRI Regional Office 1 Jakarta branch adheres to Adhocratic Culture, which is a combination of the words 'Ad hoc' and bureaucracy.Therefore, organizations with an adhocracy culture are flexible and not hampered by bureaucratic procedures and policies. Researchers found that employee culture orientation refers to very high discipline caused by the family culture brought by the organization from the beginning of the company

Abstract

This research was conducted at the General Section of PT X when working employees interacted between one employee and another. Abstract

Compliance means obeying and liking to obey important human resource rules, because the more obedient employees are to the company, the higher the work performance they can achieve. Work loyalty, apart from work discipline/obedience, is very important for managing human resources in a company. Work loyalty can be defined as loyalty, devotion and trust given or shown to the company; This creates a sense of ownership and strives to provide the best behaviour and service. This research involved 38 permanent employees of PT XYZ and aims to find out how compliance with loyalty impacts their work performance. All employees of PT XYZ were used as subjects of this research to see how compliance at work, work environment and work culture influence company performance. The research results show that compliance greatly influences the performance of PT XYZ employees, and work culture also has a positive influence on their performance. Apart from that, compliance, work environment and overall work culture have a positive effect on the performance of PT XYZ employees. Employee compliance analysis can help management identify areas where improvement is needed. If there is low compliance with a particular policy or regulation, corrective action may be taken, such as additional employee training, increased communication to employees, or stricter enforcement of the rules. An effective compliance analysis can help organizations prevent legal issues, promote a company culture of integrity, and create a safe and efficient work environment. Apart from that, compliance analysis can also help in building a good reputation in the eyes of shareholders and customers.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research and articles related to the research. The purpose of this research is to determine building maintenance at PT XYZ which includes maintenance scheduling as well as building conditions and solutions for carrying out building maintenance. From the results of this research, it can be seen that PT XYZ has carried out routine and periodic maintenance, however due to a reduction in employees, maintenance has decreased. This can be seen from the lack of maintenance of storage warehouses, employee work spaces and toilets.
