Abstract

Various researches themed on curriculum or academic integration studies find a middle point, that each institution is unique in designing academic integration as a guide to the learning process, including the higher education level. For this reason, this study aims to reveal in depth the focus of academic integration design related to strategies and development models based on the vision and mission of the institution, as well as the locus at UIN North Sumatra Medan and UIN Sheikh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan. The research method used is a multisite qualitative-interactive approach. The results of this study found that first, the design of academic integration at UIN North Sumatera uses the concept of wahdatul 'ulum. This scientific paradigm is designed starting from the review process, revision, to carrying out curriculum workshops and RPS based on Wahdatul 'Ulum as a concept and practical application. Second, UIN Sheikh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan uses the concept of Theoanthropoecocentric scientific paradigm based on the Science pyramid. The development of the scientific concept is developed in 7 aspects, including lecturer resources, lecturer activities, teaching systems and curricular programs, recruitment of prospective students, providing an integrative environment, facilities and infrastructure, and strengthening integration in postgraduate programs.

Abstract

This study examines the management of financing for the development of infrastructure and infrastructure education in Madrasah Aliyah in City Sibolga through approach phenomenology. Studies This explore four stage mains in management financing, namely planning, implementation, budget absorption, and monitoring evaluation. Qualitative research methods are used through in-depth interviews and observation direct for understand perception, experience, and pattern think for stakeholder’s interest related management financing in madrasahs This research involved MAN Sibolga, MAS Daruhrahmad Sibolga, and MAS Islamic Sibolga as example case. Through analysis phenomenological, the findings highlight several key aspects that underlie the success of the institution, including unique variations of approaches in each madrasah, active involvement of all party in management, process evaluation monthly, meeting internal before maintenance facility, and focus on repair facility. Results study This give understanding Which deep about How management financing development of educational facilities and infrastructure was carried out at Madrasah Aliyah in Sibolga City, and demonstrates a strong commitment to creating a green environment Study optimal for students.

Abstract

Background: Breast milk is the best leading food for the growth and development of the baby; however, the production of breast milk produced by breastfeeding mothers is still lacking and impacts the baby's weight. One of the efforts is consuming a combination drink of Fenugreek seeds and Phoenix dactylifera containing galactagogue, which has never been done in this study before, to see an increase in breast milk production from indicators of prolactin hormone levels and its impact on baby weight.Purpose: Knowing the effect of giving drinks a combination of Fenugreek seeds and Phoenix dactylifera on the hormone prolactin and its impact on baby weight.Methods: This is an experimental study with a combination design, pretest-posttest, and posttest-only design. Respondents totaled 32 breastfeeding mothers, 16 were given drinks combination of Fenugreek seeds and Phoenix dactylifera, and 16 were given Phoenix dactylifera drinks. The intervention was given for 14 days, and the Mann-Whitney test analyzed prolactin hormone and baby weight using the Independent T-test.Results: Mean levels of the hormone prolactin in the intervention group were higher (279.52 ng/ml) than in the control group (263.31 ng/ml) with p>0.05. The average increase in body weight of infants of the intervention group (606.25 g) was higher than the control group (381.25 g) with a p<0.05.Conclusion: A drink combination made from Fenugreek seeds and Phoenix dactylifera can increase hormone prolactin. However, it is not statistically meaningful, and mothers who consume drinks have babies weighing higher than mothers who only give Phoenix dactylifera drinks.

Abstract

The growth of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia faces new challenges and opportunities due to globalization, particularly regarding the implementation of the zoning system in the New Student Admissions (PPDB). This research aims to examine the impact of the zoning system on Islamic educational institutions and to explore the opportunities and obstacles they encounter. The study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection through observations, interviews, and documentation in several Madrasah Aliyah in the Pasuruan City and Regency. The findings reveal that the zoning policy has both positive and negative effects, with Islamic educational institutions experiencing an increase in applicants due to their flexibility in recruiting high-achieving students without geographic restrictions. However, institutions under the Ministry of Education and Culture face declines in applicant numbers. This research provides insights into the effects of the zoning system and the potential for Islamic educational institutions to enhance their appeal and educational quality. It is hoped that the findings will serve as a reference for policymakers and educational administrators in addressing challenges and leveraging opportunities in the era of globalization.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the analysis of the influence of entrepreneurship education and social environment on entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurial attitudes as an intervening variable. This study uses two endogenous variables, namely entrepreneurial attitudes and entrepreneurial intentions. As well as two exogenous variables, namely entrepreneurship education and social environment. The data collection used in this research is a questionnaire method. This study used a sample consisting of 144 respondents from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muria Kudus University. This research uses the purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used (SEM) Structural Equation Modeling which is operated through the AMOS program. The results of the study show (1) entrepreneurship education has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial attitudes. (2) The social environment has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial attitudes. (3) Entrepreneurship education has no significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. (4) The social environment has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. (5) Entrepreneurial attitude has no significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan sosial terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui sikap berwirausaha sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel endogen, yaitu sikap berwirausaha dan intensi berwirausaha. Serta dua variabel eksogen, yaitu pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan sosial. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang terdiri dari 144 responden mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muria Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan (SEM) Structual Equation Modelling yang di operasikan melalui program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha. (2) Lingkungan sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha. (3) Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. (4) Lingkungan sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. (5) Sikap berwirausaha berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran filsafat ilmu terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan di era modern melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Sebanyak 15 artikel dari berbagai sumber yang relevan dianalisis untuk menjawab empat pertanyaan penelitian utama, yaitu kontribusi filsafat ilmu dalam memahami validitas dan batasan ilmu pengetahuan, tantangan etis yang dihadapi ilmu pengetahuan modern, pengaruh perubahan paradigma terhadap pengembangan sains dan masyarakat, serta hubungan antara ilmu pengetahuan modern dengan nilai-nilai sosial, budaya, dan spiritualitas. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa filsafat ilmu berfungsi sebagai kerangka epistemologis untuk menilai validitas ilmu, panduan etis dalam menghadapi tantangan teknologi, serta penghubung antara nilai-nilai sosial dan sains. Selain itu, filsafat ilmu memainkan peran penting dalam memfasilitasi transisi paradigma dari positivisme ke pendekatan interdisipliner, menjadikan sains lebih inklusif dan relevan dengan tantangan global. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam cakupan database, rentang waktu literatur, dan kurangnya studi empiris. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk memperluas cakupan geografis dan temporal, mengintegrasikan teknologi mutakhir seperti AI dan bioteknologi, serta melibatkan studi empiris untuk mendukung aplikasi filsafat ilmu dalam konteks praktis. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi signifikan bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang berbasis etika, relevan secara sosial, dan inklusif secara budaya.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini digarisbawahi oleh pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan transformasional Kepala Sekolah Dayak Tunjung di SMA Kutai Barat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Surya Mandala Kutai Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan: (1) Pemahaman kepala sekolah terhadap budaya suku dayak tunjung , (2) Integrasi budaya suku dayak tunjung dalam gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah di SMA Kutai Barat, (3) Faktor pendukung dalam integrasi budaya suku dayak tunjung dalam gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah di SMA Kutai Barat. Penelitian ini  menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif etnografi. Informan yang digunakan adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data (1) wawancara mendalam, (2) observasi, (3) dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kepala Sekolah merupakan petinggi adat suku daya tunjung sehingga memiliki pemahaman yang sangat mendalam tentang budaya suku dayak tunjung (2) integrasi budaya suku dayak tunjung yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dalam kepemimpinan transformasional diantaranya adalah gotong royong, kebersamaan dan penghormatan terhadap alam dan leluhur (3) faktor pendukung dalam integrasi budaya suku dayak tunjung dalam gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah diantaranya adalah sikap terhormat dari kepala sekolah yang sangat disegani dan juga timbal balik dari warga sekolah dengan bekerja secara sungguh-sungguh. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemahaman mendalam tentang budaya lokal dan integrasi prinsip-prinsip budaya tersebut dalam gaya kepemimpinan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kepemimpinan transformasional dan dukungan komunitas sekolah

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of education that is intended for all children, including children with special needs. Children with special needs have different characters, especially Slow Learners in learning are still experiencing difficulties. Therefore, special mentor teachers are needed to help them provide a better education according to their character. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the role of a special supervisor teacher for Slow Learners at SDN Cimone 7. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of a special supervising teacher for Slow Learners at SDN Cimone 7. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation of sources. The results of this study indicate that the role of special supervising teachers includes: designing and implementing specific programs, identifying, assessing and compiling individual learning programs, modifying teaching materials, conducting evaluations, and making reports on programs and the development of children with special needs. With these roles, most children with special needs in public elementary schools can provide good services. Suggestions for this research are the supervising teachers always encourage students to study hard at home and at school, and provide learning facilities that support the educational development of their students

This research aims to explore the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) combined with the question-and-answer method in improving student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for class VC at SD Negeri 13/I Muara Bulian. The study adopts a qualitative research methodology, focusing on the participation of all students in class VC during September. The research examines how the PjBL method allows students to engage actively in learning by completing projects related to PAI material, such as constructing prayer models or creating reports on Islamic ethics in daily life. The integration of the question-and-answer method plays a crucial role in clarifying students' understanding of complex material while encouraging critical thinking through interaction and dialogue. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of student project work and reflections. Observations revealed that students showed increased enthusiasm and participation during lessons, especially when given the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that applied religious teachings to real-life contexts. Teachers acknowledged that the question-and-answer method helped in identifying students' difficulties and allowed immediate clarification, leading to better understanding and active classroom interaction. Interviews with students indicated that they found the PjBL approach more engaging and practical compared to traditional learning methods. They expressed that they could better understand and apply the religious concepts they learned because of the hands-on nature of the projects. However, some challenges were noted, particularly for students who were more passive or shy, as they found it difficult to engage fully in group discussions and the question-and-answer sessions. The teachers recognized this issue and made efforts to encourage these students to participate more actively in the learning process. Overall, the research concluded that the combination of Project Based Learning and the question-and-answer method significantly improved student learning outcomes. It fostered a more active and engaging learning environment, enhanced students' understanding of the material, and developed critical thinking and collaboration skills. Although there were challenges, such as time management for project completion and ensuring equal participation among students, the overall effectiveness of this teaching approach was evident. The study suggests that this method can be applied as an alternative strategy in teaching Islamic Religious Education or other subjects that require practical and interactive learning at the elementary school level.
