Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health or PJOK in Elementary Schools (SD) has a very important role in fostering interest and skills in sports among elementary school age children. The purpose of this article is to find out how PJOK learning in elementary school can increase children's interest and sports skills, influencing factors, and effective solutions to increase children's interest and sports skills through PJOK learning in elementary school. The approach used in this article is a qualitative approach through the literature study method. Data collection is carried out by collecting various relevant references and updates, including research articles published through google scholar, books, and other documents that are relevant to the substance of the problem in this study. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that in recent years, the interest of elementary school students in sports has decreased. Various factors can cause this, such as lack of facilities, teachers who have many tasks outside of class hours, to educators who tend to be lazy to do physical activities. To increase students' interest and skills in PJOK, several strategies can be applied including motivating students by helping to develop and direct students' potential, providing opportunities to develop creativity, providing awards, and providing guidance and motivation

Abstract

Mental health is a major concern amid fast-paced and stressful modern life. A healthy lifestyle and exercise have been shown to play an important role in building optimal mental well-being and mental health. This article presents a comprehensive literature review of the relationship between healthy lifestyles, exercise, and the well-being of the mind. This study uses a qualitative approach through a comprehensive literature review as the main method. Literature reviews are used to use information from various sources such as scientific journals, books, and online articles that are relevant to the research topic. The triangulation approach is also used in data collection and analysis. The results of the analysis showed that regular exercise can improve mood, reduce stress, and improve overall psychological well-being. In addition, a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, stress management, and social support, also plays an important role in maintaining mental health. Considering findings from related research and support from various sources, this article highlights the importance of paying attention to mental health through healthy lifestyle practices and exercise.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of building exercise habits from elementary school age to create a healthy and active lifestyle. The research method used in this study is a literature study research method. The sources of literature that are referenced in this study are books, scientific journals, articles, and various other references that are relevant to the research topic. Data Analysis of Literature Review Using Content Analysis. Research shows that sports participation can have a significant positive impact on children's cognitive, social, and emotional development. Additionally, this article highlights the additional benefits of exercise, such as improving motor skills, promoting teamwork, and reducing stress levels. This article suggests that by providing opportunities to participate in sports, elementary school can help build a foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle that will continue throughout life. Therefore, attention to academic education and the fulfillment of balanced nutrition is also important so that children can actively carry out daily activities. Let's build a healthier and more active future generation through sports in primary schools.

Abstract

Learning concentration is the ability to concentrate on the learning process, very important for students because it supports good understanding and memory. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of basic gymnastics in improving children's learning concentration. This study uses a qualitative approach through literature review to collect, evaluate, and synthesize data from various sources about the research subject. Articles published on Google Scholar are the source of data for these research articles. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data submission, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are that this physical activity can stimulate blood flow to the brain, improve cognitive function, and reduce stress and anxiety. Through basic gymnastics movements, children can learn to be more focused, disciplined, and organized in completing school assignments. Basic gymnastics also helps children develop social and emotional skills, such as cooperation and self-control, which are very useful in a learning environment. Routinely doing basic gymnastics provides an energy boost that can help children cope with boredom, allowing them to stay awake and focused during study sessions. Thus, basic gymnastics is an effective and enjoyable method to improve the learning concentration of elementary school students, providing long-term benefits for cognitive and physical development

Abstract

Education is a learning process for students to develop their potential, as well as in sports. PJOK (Physical Education, Sports and Health) is a lesson that has been given at the elementary school to university levels. This sports education has the goal of forming a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally. There are several factors that can affect the quality of PJOK learning, including teachers, students, curriculum, teaching methods, and facilities and infrastructure. This research was conducted to find out firsthand the sports facilities owned by SDN 181 Sukamiskin and its impact on the implementation of PJOK. Through descriptive qualitative methods with observations and interviews, it was found that the sports facilities in the school were still inadequate. However, teachers use a variety of creative strategies to overcome these shortcomings, such as modifying sports equipment to keep learning effective and safe. This study emphasizes the importance of facilities and infrastructure to support the success of PJOK learning and provides recommendations for improving sports facilities in the school

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) is a very important part of the school curriculum, it aims to improve physical fitness, improve motor skills, and maintain students' mental health. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of game-based learning, especially in traditional games, to increase students' active participation in PJOK subjects in schools. The research method used in this study is literature review, where researchers examine and identify journals in a structured manner throughout the process by following established procedures. The search for journal articles obtained 10 articles from 2018 to 2024, by searching and reviewing journals, books and articles using the keywords games, learning, and PJOK. Searches for research articles that have been published on social media go through open access channels such as Google Scholar. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The findings of this study are that game-based PJOK learning usually makes students more interested and more actively involved in lessons. This shows that game-based learning can play a significant role in increasing students' interest and participation in PJOK subjects. As a result, it is important to incorporate this approach into learning practices in schools to achieve PJOK goals and improve students' learning experiences

Abstract

Swimming increases muscle mass, loses weight, improves heart and lung health, controls stress, overcomes nerve compression, relieves joint pain, addresses insomnia, and improves sleep quality. In addition, swimming is also very suitable for people with asthma, helping to increase lung capacity and train respiratory control. This article aims to find out the benefits of learning to swim for the growth and development of children in elementary school. This research uses a qualitative approach through literature study. The main source of data for this research is scientific articles published on the database on google scholar which can be accessed online with the keywords used in searching for journals are "Swimming, Sports, Elementary School, Benefits, Swimming Techniques". Data analysis is carried out qualitatively, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Abstract

This article aims to identify and analyze the factors that cause elementary school children's interest in football to increase. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. The data collection process is carried out through scientific journals, books, and research reports that focus on research. The search was conducted through academic databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, and other online journal portals Using relevant keywords such as "popularity of elementary school football", "influence of media on elementary school children", "early childhood football coaching", and "social aspects of children's football". Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis showed that media influence, such as games aired on television or soccer content that went viral on social media platforms, gave elementary school children greater access to the sport. Coaching from an early age, both through school programs and local football clubs, provides opportunities for children to start learning and loving the sport from an early age. In addition, social aspects such as peer relationships and the experience of playing in a team can increase elementary school children's interest in football, as this sport not only provides an opportunity to play, but also strengthens the social bonds between them

Abstract

Badminton is a sport that is all over the world, including in Indonesia. This sport is not only fun to play, but also provides many benefits for elementary school students. elementary school students. Abstract

The Success of Japanese military operations in World War II, other than modern armaments, was also supported by effective war strategies and tactics to reach a victory. Japan’s victory over the Allies, which led to the fall of Southeast Asia to the hand of the Japanese in the first phase of World War II, and the heavy losses suffered by the Allies at the end of World War II, proves that victory in war cannot be achieved only by armament modernization, but must be accompanied with the effective war strategies and tactics and an ability to adapt in the battlefield. The purpose of this research is to find out about ground warfare strategies used by the Japanese in military operations in Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands in World War II. The research method used the historical method. This study is a development of previous studies that discuss Japan’s war strategy in World War II. However, this study focuses more on the ground warfare strategies and tactics used by the Japanese Army, their implementation on the battlefields in Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands, and their impact on the Allies in World War II.
