Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui batasan jumlah perlakuan (campuran limbah sawit dan dedak padi dengan Pleurotus ostreatus) dalam ransum dan pengaruhnya terhadap kualitas internal telur puyuh. Uji biologis penelitian ini menggunakan ternak puyuh sebanyak 200 ekor, umur 20 minggu dengan rataan 60% produksi telur harian. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan (0, 6, 12, 18, dan 24%) serta 4 ulangan. Hasil analisis ragam penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh perlakuan tidak memberikan pengaruh (P>0,05) terhadap berat putih telur dan kuning telur, lemak kuning, dan warna kuning telur, tetapi memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kolesterol kuning telur. Pemberian campuran limbah sawit dan dedak padi fermentasi dengan Pleurotus ostreatus dapat diberikan sampai 24% serta dapat memperbaiki kualitas telur puyuh dengan terjadinya penurunan kolesterol sebesar 21,01% dibandingkan dengan ransum tanpa perlakuan.

Abstract

This research is based on the need to improve the moral quality of students at SMP PGRI 32 Kampai Island, considering that their moral condition requires special attention. The aim of this research is to analyze various factors that influence the formation of morals through the implementation of multicultural character education at SMP PGRI 32 Kampai Island, both internally and externally. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with questionnaires and interviews as the main tools for data collection. The research subjects involved Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and students at SMP PGRI 32 Kampai Island. Data was analyzed descriptively to describe the various efforts that have been made. The research results show that PAI teachers use a number of strategies, such as providing role models, integrating Islamic teachings in the teaching and learning process, and organizing religious activities, such as recitations and training in group worship. This effort has had a real positive impact on increasing students' faith, morals and piety. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of multicultural-based education and integrated moral development plays an important role in developing the character of students living in coastal areas.

Abstract

The main purpose of the study is to find out the kinds of lexical and syntactical errors in writing the student’s paper of English Abstract. The data collecting technique used the field research method from 25 student’s papers of English abstract of Accounting Department Politeknik Negeri Medan. The method used in the research is a qualitative approach. The findings of the research revealed that there were so many errors found in the student’s papers of English abstract. There were two kinds of lexical errors relate to Semantic Error in Lexis found in the student’s papers of English abstract which are Confusion of Sense Relations and Collocational Errors. The number of errors in Confusion of Sense was 20 errors with percentage 62.50 % while the collocational errors were also found as many as 12 errors that constituted 37,50% of the total errors collected in the data analysis process. The errors in the syntactical level are also found in the student’s paper of English abstract based on surface structure taxonomy. There were five kinds of errors found in the analysis process. The most frequent errors made by students are misformation 62 (40,79%) of error followed by omission error reach 54 (35,53%) of errors. The addition errors reach 22 (14,47%) of error. then, misordering errors are found 13 (8,55%) of errors. finally, the blend is only found 1 (0,66%) of errors in student’s papers of English abstract in Accounting Department Politeknik Negeri Medan.

Abstract

Apart from management, sharia banks also need to pay more attention to customer characteristics, especially customer criteria in choosing sharia banking services. This is an important issue that needs to be explored by Islamic banks, especially to attract customers from traditional banks which face intense competition. In the banking sector, competition between banks must be effective in order to be successful. Banks with high profitability have high market power. In other words, customers are very important for the success of a bank, including sharia banks. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of respondents' demographic characteristics on their desire to become sharia bank customers. Gender, age, education level, place of residence and expenses are the demographic variables of respondents who are research subjects. The results of this research indicate that expenditure is the most influential factor influencing the intention to become a sharia bank customer. The results obtained from respondents who were not sharia banking customers showed that the main reason for not becoming customers was a lack of information about the advantages of sharia banking products. The results of this research reveal other facts. Based on the correlation results, it is known that the expenditure variable is the main factor that influences the intention to become a Sharia Bank customer. Based on the findings of this research, the first recommendation for Islamic banks is to increase advertising to increase public awareness of the services they provide

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1. Pengaruh Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen Coffeeshop Janji Jiwa pada mahasiswa STIM Budi Bakti; 2. Pengaruh Promosi Melalui Media Sosial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen Coffeeshop Janji Jiwa pada mahasiswa STIM Budi Bakti; 3. Pengaruh Harga dan Promosi Melalui Media Sosial secara bersama-sama terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen Coffeeshop Janji Jiwa pada mahasiswa STIM Budi Bakti. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STIM Budi Bakti. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebagian mahasiswa STIM Budi Bakti yang berjumlah 109 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Sederhana dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian diketahui mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 51,4%. sedangkan untuk hasil penelitian Promosi Melalui Media Sosial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian diketahui mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 70,3%. Untuk hasil penelitian Harga dan Promosi Melalui Media Sosial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian diketahui mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 71%. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh Harga dan Promosi Melalui Media Sosial terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Coffeeshop Janji Jiwa pada Mahasiswa STIM Budi Bakti.

Abstract

Premenopausal is often not a concern for most women because they consider it a natural event, a small number consider it something bad or taboo to talk about openly. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards physical changes in Premenopausal women at the Samkai Community Health Center, Merauke. This research uses a research design Analytical Observational with approach cross sectional. With technique accidental sampling The sample obtained was 48 respondents, the independent variable (knowledge and attitude) and the dependent variable (Physical changes in premenopausal women) using a questionnaire. Statistical tests are used Chi-Square to find out the relationship between the two variables. The results of research from 48 respondents showed that most respondents had poor knowledge about the physical changes of premenopausal women, namely 26 respondents (54.2%), most respondents had a negative attitude about the physical changes of premenopausal women, namely 25 respondents (52.1%), and It was found that most of the physical changes during premenopausal were partially felt, namely 27 respondents (56.3%). Analysis uses statistical tests Chi-Square a relationship was found Knowledge of physical changes in premenopausal women namely p value = 0.011 < 0.05, and there is a relationship attitudes towards physical changes in premenopausal women namely p value = 0.004 < 0.05. Necessity the role of health workers in providing education about the physical changes of premenopausal women so that women entering premenopausal can have a positive attitude by exercising regularly and taking care of themselves.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) in protecting the professional rights of teachers involved in professional disputes at SD Negeri 2 Dadapan, Rembang Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings revealed that teachers at SD Negeri 2 Dadapan often face professional disputes, including conflicts with school principals, unilateral termination of employment, accusations of ethical violations without sufficient evidence, and criminalisation of teachers for disciplining students. The PGRI plays a significant role in providing legal assistance and advocacy, offering mediation services, and helping to resolve disputes through legal means. However, despite the efforts, challenges persist in implementing legal protections for teachers, mainly due to limited resources and a lack of coordination between PGRI and other related parties. This study highlights the importance of PGRI safeguarding teachers' professional rights. It suggests improvements in the organisation's capacity, mediation strategies, and coordination with government agencies for more effective protection of teachers' rights.

Abstract

Money is a fundamental element in the economic system that influences individual behavior, economic policy and social order. This article aims to compare the practice and meaning of money in conventional economics and Islamic economics. In conventional economics, money not only functions as a medium of exchange but also as a commodity that can be traded and speculated on, thus opening up space for usury practices and inequality in distribution. Meanwhile, Islamic economics views money as a medium of exchange that must be used productively and must not generate profits from the money itself. A descriptive qualitative approach is used through literature studies to examine the philosophical foundations and practical implications of the two systems. The results of the study show that Islamic economics emphasizes justice, balance and blessings in the use of money, in contrast to the materialistic approach in the conventional system

Abstract

This study examines the critical perspective of Shaykh Abdul Halim Mahmud, the Grand Shaykh of Al-Azhar, on various Shia sects, particularly in terms of theology and interpretive methodology. He differentiates between extremist and moderate Shia groups and rejects the generalization of declaring all Shia as disbelievers. Using a qualitative approach and literature study of his major work, Al-Tafkīr al-Falsafī fī al-Islām, Mahmud highlights Shia exegesis that relies heavily on infallible Imams and esoteric interpretations, which he considers deviations from the outward meaning of the Qur'an. He classifies Shia sects from the extreme Ghulat, Imamiyah and Ismailiyah, to the more moderate Zaydiyyah, which he views as closer to Ahlus Sunnah. Mahmud presents his views through a scholarly and non-provocative approach, contributing to a broader understanding of intra-Muslim pluralism. His critique holds not only academic value but also strategic significance in mitigating sectarian conflict and promoting constructive inter-sectarian dialogue..

Abstract

This article investigates the genealogical roots of Sunni hermeneutic criticism directed at the esoteric exegesis (tafsir batiniyah) practiced by Shia sects, as articulated by Shaykh Abdul Halim Mahmud, the Grand Shaykh of Al-Azhar. Through a qualitative literature review, this study analyzes Mahmud’s critique of Shia interpretive authority rooted in the concept of infallible Imams and inner meanings of the Qur’an. Mahmud’s stance differentiates between extreme and moderate Shia groups, emphasizing epistemological divergence in their approach to scripture. Rather than adopting a polemical tone, Mahmud applies a systematic theological evaluation that aligns with Sunni hermeneutic principles. His position contributes to a more nuanced understanding of intra-Islamic discourse by rejecting blanket takfir while preserving doctrinal boundaries. This study finds that Mahmud’s critical approach not only offers a model of balanced inter-sectarian engagement but also reinforces the importance of textual integrity and rational interpretation in Qur’anic scholarship.
