Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk sinergi antara sekolah dan pemerintah kota dalam mendukung kegiatan literasi anak usia sekolah dasar. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN NO 58 Kota Timur Ipilo Kota Gorontalo pada 30 April 2025. Fokus penelitian adalah kolaborasi antara sekolah dan pemerintah kota dalam program peningkatan literasi seperti perpustakaan keliling dan pojok baca. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi merupakan keterampilan mendasar yang sangat penting dalam perolehan pengetahuan dan pengembangan keterampilan. Peran sekolah terlihat melalui implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) yang mewajibkan peserta didik membaca buku nonpelajaran selama 10-15 menit sebelum pembelajaran, sedangkan pemerintah kota berperan dalam menyediakan perpustakaan keliling yang menjangkau sekolah-sekolah. Kolaborasi ini telah menumbuhkan minat baca siswa dan menciptakan sinergi positif dalam pelaksanaan program literasi. Penelitian merekomendasikan perluasan program perpustakaan keliling, peningkatan koleksi buku yang relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa, dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan untuk mempertahankan eksistensi program.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: ISPA merupakan infeksi saluran pernafasan akut yang ditandai dengan adanya demam, batuk, pilek, sakit tenggorokan dan hidung tersumbat. Perlu dilakukan penelitian bahwa apakah hasil pijat bayi dengan aroma terapi peppermint dapat menyembuhkan gejala ISPA. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan namun di WHO belum pernah dilakukan pijat bayi dengan aroma terapi peppermint untuk gejala ISPA. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh terhadap gejala ISPA sebelum dan sesudah intervensi Hasil : Diketahui sebelum dilakukan pijat bayi dengan aroma terapi peppermint rata rata balita mengalami ISPA ringan, setelah dilakukan pijat bayi dengan aroma terapi peppermint ternyata hasilnya menunjukkan hal yang signifikan dari 10 responden yaitu 80 % terjadi penyembuhan dan 20 % tidak mengalami penyembuhan Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perlakuan pijat bayi dengan aroma terapi peppermint terhadap gejala ISPA pada balita, dengan nilai p=0,000 (α=0,05). Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa perlakuan pijat bayi dengan aroma terapi peppermint terbukti efektif dalam mempercepat penyembuhan ISPA pada balita. Saran : Menambah informasi dan mengaplikasikannya dalam mengatasi gejala ISPA sehingga Masyarakat serta petugas Kesehatan dapat mengetahui Teknik dan tata cara yang benar dalam melakukan pijat bayi dengan aroma terapi peppermint terhadap gejala ISPA.

Abstract

Character is something that exists in each individual who is formed in the family environment since childhood. However, character also exists in each individual from birth. Good character can be formed through education, one of which is through character education in schools. To make it happen, it can be done by instilling character values in students. One of the characters that must be formed from an early age is the character that cares for the environment. The formation of a caring character for the environment can be started from the school environment by keeping the school clean. By getting used to students protecting the school environment, students will care about the environment around them. Programs that are usually carried out in schools have elements of K3 (cleanliness, beauty, neatness), including pickets together in classrooms and in the school environment as well as learning to care for plants and take care of them. This program aims to strengthen and increase awareness activities of students in schools in order to keep the environment clean and take care of the surrounding plants. Because with a clean school environment, it will make students and teachers comfortable in carrying out teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Purpose: Using data from a multi-stakeholder project in Cameroon, this paper investigates the direct and interactive effects of training and skills development, market access facilitation and business advisory services on the performance of women entrepreneur.Method: They employed a quantitative cross-sectional design and collected data via a structured questionnaire, adjusted from validated measures from earlier studies. Data were analysed using IBM SPSS 26 and analysed by multiple regression for direct effects and the PROCESS macro for moderation effects.Findings: Each of the three BDS components has significant positive impact-performance effects on entrepreneurs, with training and skills development rated as the most impactful of the three BDS components. Managerial support very significantly moderates all relationships suggesting that strong team leadership engagement enhances the value derived from BDS interventions.Novelty: Using the Resource-Based View and Capability Theory, this study provides unique empirical insight into the interplay of managerial support in maximizing the impact of BDS on women-led MSMEs. Answering a fundamental question that has been missing in previous studies, it examines the relationship between external service delivery and internal leadership capacity.Implications: Results highlight the need for combining leadership development with BDS in order to increase impacts. Fifth, policymakers and practitioners should focus on a multi-faceted approach to align incentives through external levers with capability-building efforts to promote sustainable growth in MSMEs.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the sacred bathing ritual at the Jolotundo Bathing Pool as a symbolic communication practice imbued with spiritual and cultural meaning. The analysis is based on the Coordinated Management of Meaning (CMM) theory, which views communication as a multi-layered meaning-making process across six levels: content, speech acts, episodes, relationships, life scripts, and cultural patterns. Thus, each symbol and action in the ritual is understood not simply as a simple activity but as part of a complex structure of meaning. This study employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through field observations, in-depth interviews with ritual participants, and documentation in the form of related notes and archives. This approach enabled the researcher to capture the meanings contained within the ritual practice in greater depth and context. The results indicate that the sacred bathing ritual at the Jolotundo Bathing Pool is understood not only as a physical purification process but also as a medium of spiritual communication to convey prayers, hopes, and respect for ancestors. Key symbols such as water, flowers, and incense have meanings that are understood both personally and collectively, thus strengthening the spiritual and cultural dimensions of the ritual. Interestingly, the ritual participants come from diverse religious and cultural backgrounds, reflecting the value of inclusivity and the influence of syncretic beliefs. Furthermore, the meaning of the ritual is influenced by individual life experiences, family traditions, and local cultural values ​​passed down through generations. This makes the Jolotundo Bathing Place a dynamic, ever-evolving spiritual space that remains relevant amidst the changes in modern society. Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas ritual mandi suci di Petirtaan Jolotundo sebagai praktik komunikasi simbolik yang sarat makna spiritual dan budaya. Landasan analisis yang digunakan adalah teori Coordinated Management of Meaning (CMM), yang memandang komunikasi sebagai proses penciptaan makna berlapis dalam enam tingkatan, yaitu konten, tindak tutur, episode, hubungan, naskah hidup, dan pola budaya. Dengan demikian, setiap simbol dan tindakan dalam ritual dipahami tidak hanya sebagai aktivitas sederhana, tetapi bagian dari struktur makna yang kompleks. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku ritual, serta dokumentasi berupa catatan dan arsip terkait. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti menangkap makna yang terkandung dalam praktik ritual secara lebih mendalam dan kontekstual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ritual mandi suci di Petirtaan Jolotundo tidak hanya dipahami sebagai proses penyucian diri secara fisik, tetapi juga sebagai media komunikasi spiritual untuk menyampaikan doa, harapan, dan penghormatan kepada leluhur. Simbol-simbol utama seperti air, bunga, dan dupa memiliki makna yang dipahami baik secara personal maupun kolektif, sehingga memperkuat dimensi spiritual dan kultural dari ritual tersebut. Menariknya, para pelaku ritual berasal dari latar belakang agama dan budaya yang beragam, mencerminkan nilai inklusivitas dan adanya pengaruh kepercayaan sinkretik. Selain itu, makna ritual dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman hidup individu, tradisi keluarga, serta nilai-nilai budaya lokal yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun. Hal ini menjadikan Petirtaan Jolotundo sebagai ruang spiritual yang dinamis, terus berkembang, dan tetap relevan di tengah perubahan masyarakat modern.

Abstract

Needlestick injury (NSI) is a common occupational accident in hospitals and carries the risk of transmitting blood-borne pathogens. This study aimed to determine the factors influencing NSI among nurses at Sibuhuan Regional Hospital in 2025 using a cross-sectional design. The study population was 130 nurses with total sampling. Analysis used the chi-square test and logistic regression. The results showed that training (p<0.001), knowledge (p=0.038), use of PPE (p<0.001), and implementation of SOP (p=0.011) influenced NSI, with training as the most dominant factor (Exp(B)=16.437). This means that nurses who have never participated in training are 16.4 times more likely to experience NSI than those who have received training. It is recommended that Sibuhuan Regional Hospital conduct routine training, improve nurse education levels, and build a safe work culture to reduce the risk of occupational accidents.

Abstract

If a bank has a good performance, people will trust their funds more to be stored there. This can be seen from the analysis of the financial statements of the bank. The study aims to analyze the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) during the period 2021 to 2024 using the CAMEL method, which consists of five main aspects, Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earning and Liquidity. This type of research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, the data used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of Tabuwan, BSI during the period studied. The results of the analysis show that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) aspect of BSI is at a very good level, with a stable value above 20%. Non Performing Financing (NPF) experienced a significant decline from 0.87% to 0.50% reflecting an improvement in asset quality. Management aspects, pointed to efficiency, which increased from 1.45% to 1.86%, signaling growth in profitability. Cash ratio (CR), meanwhile, also showed stability in liquidity despite fluctuations with a high of 166% and a low of 87.7%. Overall, BSI's financial performance during the 2021-2024 period is considered healthy and stable.

Abstract

Nyadran is a symbol between ancestors, nature and each other. This is a ritual pattern that integrates native culture and Islamic educational values. Therefore, it is not surprising that the Nyadran tradition is still associated with the animist culture of Buddhist and Hindu teachings, then assimilated by the Islamic values taught by the Wali Songo. In addition, this research examines how acculturation and the impact of the Nyadran tradition have on the values of Islamic religious education. A qualitative research approach was used to answer the research questions. This research was conducted in Tungkulrejo Village, Padas District, Ngawi. Observations and in-depth interviews were used to collect data. The results of this research show that the acculturation of Islamic religious education and Nyadran culture is an integrated relationship in community life. Nyadran is a social form of society, unity and solidarity are the main patterns of this culture.

Peran guru akidah akhlak dalam meningkatkan Akhlakul Karimah pada siswa di kelas VIII MTs Yasti Simpang Empat. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan diantaranya sebagai berikut: pertama, mengetahui perencanaan guru Akidah Akhlak dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan Akhlaqul Karimah pada siswa di kelas VIII MTs Yasti Simpang Empat Kecamatan Tangaran tahun pelajaran 2022-2023. Kedua, mengetahui langkah-langkah pelaksanaan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan Akhlakul Karimah pada siswa di kelas VIII MTs Yasti Simpang Empat Kecamatan Tangaran tahun pelajaran 2022-2023. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang melatih kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa kelas VI melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler TPQ di MIS Nurul Hikmah Sekura tahun pelajaran 2024-2025. Penelitian memiliki 2 tujuan yaitu: 1) Upaya guru dalam melatih kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa kelas VI melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler TPQ di MIS Nurul Hikmah Sekura tahun pelajaran 2024-2025. 2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa kelas VI di MIS Nurul Hikmah Sekura tahun pelajaran 2024-2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Upaya guru dalam melatih kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa kelas VI melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler TPQ yaitu: a) Pahami karakteristik anak, dengan mengetahui karakteristik siswa, guru juga dapat dengan mudah menentukan metode yang akan digunakan pada saat pembelajaran. Cara untuk mengetahui karakteristik pada siswa bisa dengan guru mengamati perlaku siswa. b) Ciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang inovatif, guru dapat menggunakan metode yang tepat seperti belajar sambil bermain c) Lejitkan potensi anak, dengan cara pemberian motivasi, pemberian pujian, pemberian dukungan kepada siswa d) Jadilah pendidik teladan, dengan memberikan contoh yang baik kepada siswa. 2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa kelas VI yaitu: a) Aspek fisiologis, seperti sakit yang dapat menggangu pembelajaran b) Aspek psikologis, minat dan kecerdasan. c) Faktor lingkungan, seperti keluarga karna keluarga merupakan orang terdekat siswa. d) Faktor masyarakat, masyarakat menyediakan wadah untuk anak-anak belajar Al-Qur’an. e) Faktor guru, guru sebagai tenaga pengajar yang bertugas mengajari dan mendidik siswa di sekolah
