Abstract

Employee performance has become a critical determinant of organizational competitiveness, particularly in international cargo companies operating in increasingly dynamic, technology-driven, and globally integrated business environments. This study aims to analyze and develop an integrated employee performance model by examining the roles of recruitment, training, and mentoring as key human resource management practices. A qualitative approach employing a literature review method was adopted to synthesize previous empirical and theoretical studies. Relevant literature was collected from reputable national and international journals indexed in Google Scholar, Garuda, and SINTA. The selected articles were analyzed using descriptive, narrative, and content analysis techniques to identify patterns, similarities, differences, and research gaps. The findings indicate that recruitment, training, and mentoring each have a positive contribution to employee performance; however, their combined implementation provides a more comprehensive mechanism for enhancing workforce effectiveness. Recruitment ensures the acquisition of competent employees, training strengthens knowledge and technical capabilities, while mentoring facilitates knowledge transfer, employee adaptation, and continuous professional development. The study also identifies a research gap, as previous studies have predominantly examined these variables independently rather than as an integrated human resource management system. The novelty of this study lies in proposing a conceptual model that integrates recruitment, training, and mentoring to explain employee performance. The findings provide theoretical contributions to human resource management literature and practical recommendations for international cargo companies in designing sustainable strategies to improve employee performance and organizational competitiveness.

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of remuneration and delegated leadership on employee job satisfaction. In today's competitive era, job satisfaction is a key factor influencing employee productivity and retention. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey of employees in various industrial sectors to explore the relationship between financial rewards, recognition, and the leadership methods applied. The research results show that fair and competitive remuneration contributes significantly to job satisfaction, while effective delegation leadership increases employee autonomy and engagement. These findings indicate that the combination of adequate rewards and an empowering leadership approach can create a more satisfying work environment, which in turn improves organizational performance. This article suggests companies to integrate fair remuneration practices and development of delegation leadership skills in human resource management strategies to achieve higher job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines the transformation of business communication in the digital era and its implications for Public Relations (PR) practice. The main focus is the shift in communication patterns from conventional to interactive digital models and PR adaptation in facing the rapid flow of information. The research method uses a literature review by examining journals and previous publications from credible databases such as SINTA, Google Scholar, EBSCO, DOAJ, Copernicus, and Dimension. The results show that digitalization, through social media, collaboration applications, big data, and artificial intelligence, makes business communication faster, more transparent, and participatory. This requires public relations to play a role not only as a conveyor of information, but also as a facilitator of dialogue, a digital reputation manager, and a data-driven strategic decision-maker. The digital era opens up opportunities to expand audience reach and increase engagement, but also presents the risk of communication crises that can go viral quickly. In conclusion, the success of modern public relations depends heavily on the ability to adapt to digital technology, data-driven strategies, and consistency in building public trust.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine, analyze, and synthesize the influence of training, human resources (HR), and digital organizational culture on the effectiveness of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) implementation in transportation and logistics companies in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method. The data consist of secondary sources obtained from scientific articles and previous research published in reputable journals and indexed academic databases, including Scopus, Springer, Sage, Elsevier, Emerald, Web of Science, EBSCO, Copernicus, and SINTA. The findings indicate that training, human resources, and digital organizational culture contribute to effective HRIS implementation by strengthening employee competencies, supporting organizational readiness, and fostering digital adoption. However, this study is limited to descriptive conceptual analysis based on secondary literature published between 2021 and 2026. Therefore, the findings have not been empirically validated through quantitative testing within a specific logistics corporation. In addition, the study does not examine external macro-level factors, such as domestic cargo rate volatility, government regulations, technological infrastructure, and industry dynamics, which may influence HRIS implementation.
