Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini bagaimana usaha travel agent kepada maskapai penerbangan, perubahan yang signifikan pada trend aktivitas wisata akibat munculnya pandemi Coronavirus (Covid-19) memberikan efek besar pada kebiasaan dan perilaku para turis local maupun turis asing, termasuk dalam sektor travel agent dan transportasi udara. Pandemi membuat batas antar-wilayah kembali menjadi jelas oleh karena limitasi-limitasi yang muncul membuat akses masyarakat untuk berpindah-pindah atau berlibur menjadi sangat terbatas. Kondisi demikian memberatkan mayoritas masyarakat di Indonesia karena umumnya kegiatan sektor pariwisata yang biasanya bebas mengunjungi suatu daerah untuk mengumjungi destinasi menarik di daerah tersebut sangat terbatas karena adanya kegiatan karantina wilayah, yang tentu saja artinya berkegiatan di luar rumah sangat terbatas. Hal ini mengakibatkan kompleksitas permasalahan turunnya penjualan tiket di usaha travel agent yang selama ini penjualan tiket pesawat tersebut mendukung perputaran ekonomi perusahaan penerbangan, pandemi covid-19 ini mengakibatkan seperti pemutusan hubungan kerja, perpindahan barang terbatas dan jasa travel juga terjadinya penurunan omset, pandemi covid-19 ini juga mengakibatkan penurunan okupasi sektor perhotelan dan pariwisata. Terkait percepatan pemulihan ekonomi nasional akibat pandemi, Indonesia perlu meningkatkan upaya melalui terobosan ekonomi dan industri kreatif di sektor pariwisata. Dengan optimalisasi moda transportasi udara dan tren pariwisata normal baru dapat menjadi jembatan penghubung dalam sektor pariwisata nasional. Pariwisata yang berbasis partisipasi masyarakat dan pemanfaatan sumber daya domestik sebagai lokasi wisata juga akan mendukung pemulihan ekonomi nasional, adaptasi kebiasaan pariwisata normal baru perlu didukung dengan penerapan kemudahan terbang dengan pesawat udara agar para turis tidak terkendala dengan peraturan yang ada, bila kemudahan tersebut diberikan pastinya usaha travel agent untuk menjual tiket pesawat terbang akan normal kembali.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influences that cause increased performance. The research method used is Quantitative Descriptive. The data used is primary data, obtained from a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale measurement scale of 1-5 (strongly disagree-strongly agree), filled in by employees at 6 freight forwarding companies in Jakarta, Indonesia. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 108 participants. The analysis software utilized is SmartPLS 4.1.0.0. The results are: 1) Training and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement; 2) Discipline has no positive and insignificant effect on employee engagement; 3) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) Self-efficacy and discipline have no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance; 5) Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 6) Training and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on employee performance throughout the employee's existence; and 7) Discipline has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through the presence of employees. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the progress of Islamic Banks developing rapidly. based on resources, market share, productivity, and others. This was followed by internal administration, such as office expansion and administration. On the other hand, considering the human assets of Islamic Banks is very important in realizing the vision and mission. As a result, they have to make employee execution measures on purpose. This study uses a quantitative approach with the independent variables being authority, work teaching, inspiration, and compensation. The dependent variable used in this research is representative execution. The results of the study show that administration, work teaching, inspiration, and compensation basically affect representative efforts. can be seen from the amount of t count of 45.804 > t table of 2.51 with a significance level (sig) of 0.000 <0.05. At the same time the basis of complete authority providing higher wages and remuneration encourages inspiration for workers, teaching them to expand the performance of workers. As a result, these factors can advance representative implementation to create a common path at Bank BNI Syariah Indonesia Surabaya Branch, East Java. The conclusion states that independent factors affect the performance of workers. Therefore, as a result, these models are very appropriate for advancing bank workers to achieve their goals.

Abstract

Era Society 5.0 menuntut perubahan paradigma dalam dunia kewirausahaan, di mana inovasi berbasis teknologi dan keberlanjutan menjadi kunci keberhasilan. Sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya menjadi entrepreneur visioner di era ini bertujuan untuk membekali masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda, dengan wawasan dan keterampilan dalam membangun usaha yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berdaya saing global. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui seminar dan workshop interaktif yang mengupas strategi bisnis berbasis digital, pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan, serta penerapan nilai-nilai keberlanjutan dalam kewirausahaan. Pendekatan yang digunakan mencakup pemaparan teori, studi kasus, serta simulasi bisnis yang mendorong peserta untuk berpikir kreatif dan inovatif. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep entrepreneur visioner, serta kesiapan mereka dalam merancang model bisnis yang relevan dengan tantangan dan peluang di era 5.0. Dengan adanya sosialisasi ini, diharapkan tumbuh wirausahawan-wirausahawan baru yang tidak hanya mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pembangunan ekonomi dan sosial.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature study is to develop a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can be used for further research in the scope of research methodology. Literature review research articles on qualitative research concepts: literature review, case studies, ethnographic approaches, informants, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions are scientific literature articles in the scope of research methodology. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use a literature study or review relevant previous articles. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide views and help prove the results of scientific articles by reviewing and providing perceptions from the author, The research method used is qualitative, by looking for library sources related to those used in this scientific article from reputable journals, google scholar, and others. The use of metric tables to help describe scientific articles that according to researchers are findings, the results of this study want to prove that there are references to concepts, implementations, and indicators that have not been proven directly by references to scientific articles or books, only from one article from (Ivan?i?, 2013) where the results of the research are The literature on strategy implementation and linking a number of critical points are important for reducing strategy implementation errors and improving organizational effectiveness, but all of that must be substantiated by follow-up research by other researchers. Researchers in the future, can sharpen and provide results in strategic management, especially with indicators specifically for both research and books.

Abstract

Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi manajemen transportasi udara: teknologi informasi, infrastruktur dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia merupakan artikel ilmiah literature review. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk riset selanjutnya di dalam lingkup ilmu manajemen transportasi udara dan ilmu manajemen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian ini dan bersumber dari media online akademik seperti publish or perish, google scholar, garba rujukan digital dan sinta jurnal. Abstract

This study aims to formulate a comprehensive theory regarding the role of importation in the national economy. In the context of globalization and free trade, imports have become vital instruments supporting a country’s economic activities. This article presents a literature review highlighting the contribution of import activities to economic growth, referring to academic sources, policy reports, and empirical data. The study emphasizes several key benefits of imports, such as fulfilling domestic market needs, improving production efficiency, and gaining access to new technologies. On the other hand, the review also identifies challenges associated with imports, such as increasing dependency on foreign products and potential threats to the sustainability of local industries. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, this review seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of import dynamics and their implications for national economic development. The findings of this study are expected to serve as valuable input for formulating sustainable and competitive trade policies.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the crucial role of the logistics sector in promoting economic growth and the advancement of national industries through a literature review approach. Amid globalization and increasing market competition, the success of industrial development heavily depends on the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics systems. This review examines various literature sources discussing the contribution of logistics to supply chain optimization, distribution efficiency, cost reduction, and its impact on industrial productivity. The findings reveal that an integrated logistics system, supported by strong infrastructure, can enhance the competitiveness of domestic industries while expanding market reach. Logistics also acts as a vital connector between producers, consumers, and international markets, directly contributing to national economic growth. The study recommends strengthening national logistics policies, improving human resource capacity in logistics, and accelerating the development of transportation infrastructure and technology to support a sustainable and competitive logistics system.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membangun sebuah teori, keberlanjutan organisasi masyarakat sangat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor kepemimpinan dan komunikasi dalam struktur organisasionalnya. Artikel ini mengkaji pengaruh komunikasi, kepemimpinan delegasi, dan kepemimpinan situasional terhadap keberlanjutan organisasi masyarakat melalui tinjauan pustaka. Komunikasi yang efektif menjadi landasan utama dalam membangun hubungan yang harmonis antar anggota serta mendukung koordinasi yang efisien dalam organisasi. Sementara itu, kepemimpinan delegasi memungkinkan distribusi wewenang secara strategis, sehingga meningkatkan partisipasi dan kemandirian anggota dalam pengambilan keputusan. Di sisi lain, kepemimpinan situasional memberikan fleksibilitas bagi pemimpin untuk menyesuaikan gaya kepemimpinannya sesuai dengan kondisi yang dihadapi, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi terhadap ketahanan dan adaptabilitas organisasi. Hasil tinjauan pustaka menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi dari komunikasi yang baik, kepemimpinan delegasi yang efektif, dan kepemimpinan situasional yang adaptif dapat meningkatkan keberlanjutan organisasi masyarakat. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan bagi para pemimpin organisasi dalam mengelola dinamika internal serta menghadapi tantangan eksternal guna memastikan kelangsungan organisasi dalam jangka panjang.
