Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian literature ini diharapkan dapat membangun hipotesis mengenai pengaruh antar variabel yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam lingkup manajemen sumber daya manusia. Artikel penelitian peran gaya kepemimpinan simbolik dan sikap empati terhadap tata kelola pemerintahan merupakan artikel literatur ilmiah dalam lingkup ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian literature review ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan studi literatur atau melakukan review terhadap artikel terdahulu yang relevan. Data yang digunakan dalam pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif ini berasal dari penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian ini dan bersumber dari media online akademik seperti Jurnal Thomson Reuters, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Jurnal Sinta, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar dan buku referensi digital. Hasil dari artikel literature review ini yaitu: 1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Simbolik berperan terhadap Tata Kelola Pemerintahan; dan 2) Sikap Empati berperan terhadap Tata Kelola Pemerintahan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and capacity of business actors, institution managers, and the general public in effectively managing human resources in the era of digitalization. The rapid development of information technology demands significant changes in HR management strategies, including recruitment, training, communication, and performance management. Through educational programs in the form of seminars, interactive training, and group discussions, this activity provides practical insights into the use of digital technology to support human resource management. The materials presented include the implementation of human resource information system (HRIS) databases, the use of social media for recruitment, and the challenges of balancing technology with a human-centered approach. Evaluation results show that participants experienced an increase in understanding and motivation to implement team management strategies that are adaptive to changing times. Identified challenges include limited digital infrastructure, low technological literacy, and resistance to change. This activity is expected to be a tangible contribution to improving the quality of human resource management at the local level, while also encouraging community readiness to face the challenges of globalization and digitalization.

Abstract

The article International Trade: Supporting Economic Growth in Export and Import Activities is a scientific literature review article within the scope of strategic management science. This article aims to create a hypothesis regarding the relationship between factors, which can then be used for further research in the field of strategic management. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was used in this research. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to the current investigation. Data was collected from leading academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sprott journals. The findings of this research are as follows: 1) Export activities in supporting economic growth play a role in international trade, and 2) Import activities to support economic growth play a role in international trade.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what factors can influence the employee recruitment process, This article aims to review and synthesize a literature review related to attitudes, employee recruitment, psychological tests, assessments, and behavioural event interviews and to see the research results of the variables to be reviewed and whether there is an influence between one variable and another. This study uses a literature review by looking for references related to the variables of several international articles. This study provides an overview of the articles obtained by describing the influence between variables. The results of the study show that several variables have an influence on the evidence of exposure in a matrix. The employee recruitment study in this literature summary article explicitly focuses on supporting variables that can accelerate employee recruitment efficiently, namely attitudes, psychological tests, assessments, and behavioural event interviews.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what factors can influence the occurrence of employee welfare in the company, this article aims to examine and synthesize literature studies related to attitudes, Work-Life Balance; Psychological Structure; Employee Resilience; Organizational Commitment to behavioral events as well as to see the results of the research variables to be reviewed and whether there is influence between one variable and other variables partially and/or simultaneously. This study uses a literature review by looking for references related to variables from several international articles from science direct. This study provides an overview of the articles obtained by describing the influence between variables. The results of the research show that several variables influence the evidence of exposure in the matrix. The study of employee welfare in this literature summary article explicitly focuses on supporting variables that can accelerate employee welfare efficiently within a company, namely Work-Life Balance, Psychological Structure, Employee Resilience, and Organizational Commitment. The findings from the research are the formation of a new research framework that has not previously existed in previous studies.

Abstract

The Effect of Servant Leadership, Competence and Motivation on Performance Employee is a scientific article in the literature study within the scope of the field of science. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The research method with the research library comes from e-books and open-access e-journals. The results of this article: 1) Servant Leadership has an effect on Performance Employee; 2) Competence has an effect on the Performance of Employee; and 3) Motivation has an effect on Performance Employee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is expected to be able to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The article on the concept of human resource management: recruitment, job analysis, job evaluation, remuneration, and organizational development is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management. The approach or method used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct a review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as the Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Sage, WoS, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Recruitment plays a role in the Concept of Human Resource Management; 2) Job Analysis plays a role in the Concept of Human Resource Management; 3) Job Evaluation plays a role in the Concept of Human Resource Management; 4) Remuneration plays a role in the Human Resource Management Concept' and 5) Organizational Development plays a role in the Human Resource Management Concept.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat factor keberhasilan dalam pencangkokan. Sistem cangkok merupakan salah satu metode perbanyakan vegetatif yang banyak digunakan dalam budidaya tanaman, terutama untuk tanaman berkayu. Keunggulan utama teknik ini adalah kemampuannya menghasilkan bibit yang memiliki sifat identik dengan induknya, sehingga kualitas genetik tetap terjaga. Selain itu, sistem cangkok memungkinkan tanaman untuk berbuah lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan metode perbanyakan generatif seperti biji. Keberhasilan pencangkokan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk jenis tanaman, teknik pencangkokan, serta kondisi lingkungan seperti kelembapan dan nutrisi. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan pustaka yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji keunggulan sistem cangkok dalam strategi budidaya tanaman serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilannya. Berdasarkan studi literatur, teknik cangkok memiliki beberapa kelebihan dibandingkan metode lain, seperti kemudahan dalam pelaksanaan, tingkat keberhasilan tinggi, serta kemampuan memperbaiki produktivitas tanaman dalam jangka pendek. Namun, metode ini juga memiliki keterbatasan, seperti jumlah bibit yang terbatas dan ketergantungan pada kondisi lingkungan tertentu. Hasil tinjauan pustaka ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem cangkok dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam budidaya tanaman, khususnya untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman hortikultura dan perkebunan. Dengan pemilihan teknik yang tepat serta pengelolaan lingkungan yang optimal, teknik cangkok dapat menjadi solusi dalam mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to comprehend in details how revitalization and development of railway infrastructure on the Trans-Sumatera line in Sumatera Island. The main problem in this research is that the use of railways in Sumatera Island is neither sustainable nor in all provinces. This research is both meta-analytical, by exploring the existing journals, and factual as a phenomenon in the utilization of spoor width that happens in the world today. It is completed by parameter or performance indicators as for benchmarking with other countries. From the result of this research, the data shows that almost 60 percent of existing railway tracks around the world have been installed with standard gauge of 1,435 mm and have been international standard. The benefit of this study is that the leaders or decision makers can take it into account to support the future transportation in Sumatera Island which must be oriented to bigger, faster, safer, cleaner, cheaper, affordable, and leisure. To keep exploiting the existing railway or track can be done by developing construction equipment of track gauge adjuster to change the wheel gauge from 1,435 mm to 1,067 mm. Subsequently re-gauging is done in stages, changing the track gauge from narrow gauge of 1,067 mm to standard gauge of 1,435 mm.

Abstract

Employee engagement has been widely discussed in the study of human resource management in an effort to reduce turnover rates in a company. This article aims to review and synthesize a review of related literature on coaching, mentoring, transformational leadership, employee engagement and to see the results of research on these variables. variables to be reviewed and whether there is influence between one variable and another. This study uses a literature review by looking for references related to the variables of 20 international articles. This study provides an overview of the articles obtained by describing the influence between variables. The results of the study show that several variables have an influence on the evidence of exposure in a matrix. The employee engagement study in this literature review article explicitly focuses on supporting variables that can increase employee engagement, namely coaching, mentoring, transformational leadership.
