Abstract

Tujuan utuk memberikan bukti apakah variabel yang ada memang sudah diimplementasikan seperti keterikatan karayawan dalam temuan literatur yang ada dari berbagai jurnal online, permasalahan di atas merupakan permasalahan di perusahaan swasata yang berkaitan dengan variabel. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan: Metode kualitatif dengan melakukan penelusuran literatur terkait variabel dalam paper ini yang telah diimplementasikan dari hasil temuan paper tersebut. Temuan: Tulisan ini memberikan model dengan metode kualitatif dengan variabel yang ada dan menambah khasanah dan partisipasi dalam ilmu dan pengetahuan khususnya dalam bidang sumber daya manusia dengan objek penelitian di perusahaan swasta. Ada satu temuan yang sama dengan variabel tulisan ini dan objek yang sama yaitu hasil praktik manajemen SDM tertentu meningkatkan keterikatan karaywan dan menurunkan tingkat tuen over karyawan di perusahaan swasta. Hasil dari makalah ini juga menguatkan dan memberikan rekomendasi bagi peneliti lain untuk melanjutkan penelitian ini dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan olah data SPSS untuk keakuratan statistik data.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is to help future authors determine the right research design. Research article Mixed Methods Research Design Concepts: Quantitative, Qualitative, Exploratory Sequential, Exploratory Sequential, Embedded, and Parallel Convergent is a scientific literature article within the scope of research methodology. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous studies that are relevant to this research and are sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Quantitative is related to the Concept of Mixed Methods Research Design; 2) Qualitative is related to the Concept of Mixed Methods Research Design; 3) Sequential Exploratory is related to the Concept of Mixed Methods Research Design; 4) Exploratory Sequential relates to the Mixed Methods Research Design Concept; 5) Embedded relates to the Mixed Methods Research Design Concept; and 6) Parallel Convergent relates to the Mixed Methods Research Design Concept.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how effective the use of human resource information system software in companies is, one of the benefits of which is to take advantage of various administrative processes and also work in the personnel and human resources department. For example, this human resource information system software will make it easier for companies to collect curriculum vitae. This research method is a literature study by comparing several existing theories, previous research and interviews with several sources. The findings of human error or mistakes that are usually made when administrative work is done manually can be reduced by using human resource information system software, which can be part of the solution to reduce the high level of mental workload by upgrading the system at work. All personnel and human resource work this can be done in one platform that will make it easier for employees and also the company. From this research, it can be said that the human resource information system software is a system in which there are various features to assist the company's human resource performance process such as attendance, salary, reimbursement, leave application, and others. Human resource information system software is used as a form of investment to manage human resources in the company.

Abstract

The analysis article on increasing non-aeronautical business targets at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is in the domain of strategic management science. The aim of this research is to formulate a hypothesis regarding the interrelationship of various aspects, which will then be used as a basis for further research in the field of strategic management. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to this research. Information is collected from leading scientific online platforms, such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and the journal Sprott. The results obtained from this research are presented as follows: 1) Passenger waiting time influences the Non Aeronautical Business target at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport; 2) The passenger departure process influences the Non-Aeronautical Business target at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport; and 3) Tenant selection influences the Non Aeronautical Business target at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Employee Engagement through Servant Leadership, Training, and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance. This research uses quantitative methods and questionnaires distributed to employees at international cargo expedition companies. The analysis tool used was SmartPLS version 3 software. The research results revealed that servant leadership had a positive impact on employee engagement in international cargo expedition companies, while training also had a positive impact. However, self-efficacy does not have a significant effect on employee engagement or performance. Theoretical contributions suggest that employee engagement can mediate the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance, and vice versa. The findings of this research are useful for the human resource department. However, this research has the limitation of researchers only focusing on employee performance and involvement in freight forwarding companies. This study recommends further research in other organizations.

Abstract

The article on determinants of passenger service quality and Avsec job satisfaction: compensation analysis, organizational commitment and career path is a scientific literature review article within the scope of human resource management science. This article aims to create a hypothesis regarding the relationship between factors, which can then be used for further research in the field of human resource management. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was used in this research. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to the current investigation. Data was collected from leading academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sprott journals. The findings of this research are as follows: 1) Compensation influences the quality of passenger service; 2) Organizational commitment influences the quality of passenger service; 3) Career level influences the quality of passenger service; 4) Compensation influences Avsec job satisfaction; 5) Organizational commitment influences Avsec job satisfaction; 6) Career level influences Avsec job satisfaction; and 7) The quality of passenger service influences Avsec job satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada ZARA di Jakarta. Terdapat dua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini yaitu Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan, serta satu variabel terikat yaitu Kepuasan Konsumen. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 responden yang telah mengetahui ZARA. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yang merupakan bagian dari non- probability sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 25, dengan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa variabel Brand Image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, dan Kualitas Pelayanan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, serta Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan konsumen.Kata Kunci: Brand image, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan Penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh dan motivasi terhada kinerja karyawan Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpul dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form, dengan melibatkan 80 responden karyawan Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Pusat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan serta pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

AbstrakLatar belakang penelitian ini adalah fenomena perilaku konsumtif generasi milenial terhadap minuman manis yang tidak memikirkan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan, padahal angka penderita diabetes diprediskikan semakin meningkat pada kelompok umur yang lebih muda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh brand awareness dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli yang berdampak pada keputusan pembelian produk Whey To Go, yang mana menjadi solusi akan perilaku konsumtif generasi muda terhadap minuman manis, namun memperhatikan aspek kesehatan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai dimensi variabel penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel melalui kuisioner yang disebar pada 150 responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand awareness beperngaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Variabel minat beli berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel brand awareness berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pemahaman bagi pihak Whey To Go untuk memperhatikan brand awareness dan kualitas produk yang mana berpengaruh terhadap minat beli dan keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: Brand Awareness; Kualitas Produk; Minat Beli; Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh resilience, mentoring dan counseling terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work life balance pada Perusahaan Kargo XYZ dan ABC yang nantinya dapat digunakan pada penelitian selanjutnya dalam lingkup manajemen sumber daya manusia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian literature review ini yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini data primer, yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran skala likert 1-5 (sangat tidak setuju-sangat setuju), yang diisi oleh seluruh karyawan pada Perusahaan Kargo XYZ dan ABC. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 127 karyawan pada perusahaan kargo XYZ dan ABC. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan Sampling Jenuh. Total sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 127 karyawan. Alat análisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu SmartPLS 4.1.0.0. Data yang diperoleh kemudian di analisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan berdasarkan atas data-data primer yang diperoleh. Data akan di sajikan dalam bentuk angka-angka yang kemudian di interprestasikan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Resilience tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Work Life Balance; 2) Mentoring berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Life Balance; 3) Counseling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Life Balance; 4) Resilience tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 5) Mentoring tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 6) Counseling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 7) Work Life Balance tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 8) Resilience tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Work Life Balance; 9) Mentoring tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Work Life Balance; dan 10) Counseling tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Work Life Balance.Keywords: Kinerja Karyawan; Work Life Balance; Resilience; Mentoring; Counseling
